通过在杜泊羊的日粮中添加高硒、高硒钴、高硒钴锌以及高硒钴锌铁4种苜蓿青干草,研究这4种高微量元素苜蓿青干草在添加量为5%~15%的情况下对羊的采食性能、日增重和饲料的转化等方面的影响。试验结果表明,和添加普通苜蓿青干草相比,4种苜蓿青干草均能在不同程度上提高羊的增重,有利于饲料的转化与利用,并且饲喂安全,无副作用。其中添加15%的高硒钴锌苜蓿青干草效果最好,增重比对照提高了59.4%,料肉比(3.25)比对照降低了37.5%;在日粮中添加10%的高硒(Se)、钴(Co)、锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)苜蓿青干草,效果接近前者,日增重比对照提高了58.0%,料肉比(3.55)比对照降低了31.7%。  相似文献

选择体重相近、体质外貌相似、生产性能相近、健康的杜泊羊42只,采用单因素对比试验方法,研究在日粮中添加5%~15%高硒或高硒钴苜蓿青干草对杜泊羊生长和生产性能的调控.结果表明,在杜泊羊的日粮中添加高硒或高硒钴苜蓿青干草可以显著地增加杜泊羊的体长、胸围,提高杜泊羊的日增重,促进饲料的转化与利用.其中,添加高硒苜蓿青干草的增重效果好于高硒钴苜蓿青干草,在日粮中添加15%的高硒苜蓿青干草时,杜泊羊增重和饲料转化效率均达到极显著高的水平(P<0.01),日增重(0.22 kg/d)比对照提高了37.5%,料肉比(4.06)最低,比对照降低了21.9%.  相似文献

 分别用5%的高硒、高硒钴以及高硒钴锌3种高微量元素苜蓿Medicago sativa替代基础日粮中等量普通苜蓿青干草,研究高微苜蓿对荷斯坦奶牛生产性能的影响,,为提高奶牛的饲料转化率和改善奶的品质提供依据。结果表明:和添加等量的普通苜蓿草干草相比,3种高微量元素苜蓿干草能显著提高奶牛的饲料转化率,影响牛奶的营养含量,并且饲喂安全,无副作用。其中,高硒苜蓿草干草能提高产奶量8.6%(P<0.05),提高饲料转化率13,8%(P<0.05),但显著降低了牛奶中乳脂和乳蛋白的含量;高硒钴和高硒钴锌苜蓿青干草能加强奶牛对饲料的利用,增加日增重,饲料转化率分别提高16.5%(P<0.05)和33.1%(P<0.05)。另外,高硒钴和高硒钴锌苜蓿青干草还能改善牛奶的品质,其中高硒钴苜蓿青干草能提高牛奶中乳脂含量的22.15%(P<0.05),高硒钴锌苜蓿青干草能使奶中乳蛋白、乳糖以及非脂固形物的含量分别提高9.28%(P<0.05)、3.26%和4.69%。因此,在奶牛生产中适当添加高硒钴锌苜蓿青干草,既能能提高奶牛的饲料转化率,又能提高奶的品质,而且安全又效果好,可以在生产中加以推广和利用。  相似文献

选择河南省黄河滩区32头荷斯坦奶牛进行日粮添加富含微量元素的苜蓿干草试验,其中对照组8头,在日粮中添加5%的普通型苜蓿青干草,其余奶牛分别在日粮中添加5%的高硒型、高硒钴型、高硒钴锌型青干草。于添加前后6次采样,测定和观察不同处理牛奶中乳脂、乳蛋白、乳糖以及非脂固形物SNF(也称非脂干物质)含量的差异,并每天测定牛采食量和产奶量。结果表明:和普通型苜蓿草干草相比,高硒苜蓿干草能够提高奶牛日产奶量8.6%,降低料奶比12.17%,明显地提高了饲料转化率;高硒钴苜蓿青干草能显著地提高牛奶中乳脂含量22.15%;高硒钴锌苜蓿青干草能显著地提高牛奶中乳蛋白、乳糖以及非脂固形物含量9.28%、3.26%和4.69%。  相似文献

为探讨饲喂苜蓿(Medicago sativa)干草、羊草(Leymus chinensis)和玉米(Zea mays)青贮与单纯饲喂玉米秸秆相比,对育成母羊增重、饲料转化效率和经济效益的影响。选取体重、年龄相近,健康的育成母羊20只,随机分成4组,每组5只,分别饲喂不同种类粗饲料日粮,精粗比为40:60。结果表明:与粗饲料单纯为玉米秸秆(100%)相比,苜蓿干草(50%)+羊草(50%)组日增重提高11.11%,饲料转化效率不明显,增收也不明显;苜蓿干草(33.3%)+玉米青贮(33.3%)+羊草(33.3%)组日增重可提高30.72%,饲料转化效率提高 18.16%,每天每只增收0.54 元;苜蓿干草(50%)+玉米青贮(50%)组日增重可提高83.01%,饲料转化效率提高 40.74%,每天每只增收可达1.91 元。表明,饲喂苜蓿干草(50%)+玉米青贮(50%)时,育成母羊增重、饲料转化效率、以及经济效益都能达到最好的状态。  相似文献

研究了在日粮中添加2%~6%的高硒钴苜蓿Medicago sativa青草粉对Wistar大白鼠采食量、消化性能、日增质量和饲料转化率的影响。结果表明:和添加普通苜蓿青草粉相比,高硒钴苜蓿青草粉在添加量为4%~6%的情况下,均能在不同程度上提高大白鼠胃蛋白酶的活力、减少饲料在胃内的残留率,有利于饲料的转化与利用,并且饲喂安全,无副作用。其中在日粮中添加4%的高硒钴苜蓿青草粉时,胃蛋白酶活力提高了18.1%(P<0.01),胃内残留率降低了7.1%(P<0.05),小肠推进率提高了1.9%(P>0.05),日增质量比对照提高了14.9%(P<0.01),饲料转化率比对照提高了8.4%(P<0.05);在日粮中添加6%的高硒钴苜蓿青草粉时,胃蛋白酶活力提高了19.8%(P<0.01),胃内残留率降低了9.8%(P<0.05),小肠推进率提高了9.7%(P<0.01),日增质量比对照提高了12.7%(P<0.01),饲料转化率(6.30%)比对照提高了9.0%(P<0.05)。  相似文献

The consumption of solid feed is essential for successful transition from a pre-ruminant to a functional digestive tract. Lambs fed starter rations containing highly fermentable carbohydrates often experience dramatic changes in concentrations of rumen and blood metabolites. The optimal amount of roughage required in the diet of pre-ruminant animals is still unclear. The objective of this study was to determine the effect of feeding alfalfa hay on performance and rumen development in young Balouchi lambs. In a completely randomized design, 30 lambs were fed one of three experimental diets consisting of a control, without alfalfa hay (C), a diet containing 7.5% alfalfa hay (A1), and a diet containing 15% alfalfa hay (A2). Lambs fed A1 and A2 diets had lower dry matter intake during the pre-weaning period (P?P?=?0.02), but feed conversion ratio and average daily gain were not affected by feeding alfalfa hay. Concentration of beta-hydroxybutyric acid was higher in C compared with the A1 and A2 groups (P?P?=?0.04) and increased thickness of muscular layer (P?=?0.05). We concluded that including 15% alfalfa hay in the starter diet could reduce thickness of the keratinization layer and increase muscularity of rumen wall without adverse effects on growth and performance of newborn lambs.  相似文献

A slaughter experiment was conducted to determine the effects of alfalfa particle size on rumen morphology and performance of lambs. Twenty‐four Balouchi lambs aged 21 days (9.1 ± 1.1 kg) were randomly fed control (diet without alfalfa hay; CON) and mixed rations containing 15% finely ground (FINE; 2 mm) and 15% coarsely chopped alfalfa hay (LONG; 3 to 4 cm). After a 63 days feeding period, nine animals (three per treatment) were slaughtered to obtain ruminal tissue samples for morphological analyses. Alfalfa particle size did not affect (p > 0.05) papillae density, height, width, epithelium depth and surface area. Coarse alfalfa decreased the stratum corneum and increased (p < 0.05) muscle depth compared with fine and control diets. Neither DNA content and nor RNA concentration of rumen tissue was affected by feeding different diets. Forage particle size did not affect the blood concentration of glucose, urea nitrogen (BUN), beta‐hydroxybutyric acid (BHBA) and non‐esterified fatty acids (NEFA). Dry matter intake and feed conversion ratio were higher for control diet; however, there were no significant differences between treatments for average daily gain. These data suggest that coarse alfalfa significantly reduces the stratum corneum and increases muscularity of rumen wall and tended to better feed conversion ratio.  相似文献

 在三黄鸡的日粮中添加10 %的富硒、富硒钴、富硒钴锌等3种高微苜蓿草粉,研究这些草粉对三黄雏鸡产品品质的影响。结果表明:在三黄雏鸡日粮中添加10%的高微苜蓿草粉,能显著提高动物产品中肝脏、肾脏、骨骼肌和心脏中硒的含量,其中肝脏Se含量最高,其次为肾脏。随着日粮中硒量增加,更多硒首先富积在肝脏和肾脏中。而富硒钴和富硒钴锌苜蓿草粉比富硒苜蓿草粉更有利于硒在鸡内脏中富集。另外,添加富硒钴和富硒钴锌苜蓿草粉对肉中蛋白质、脂肪和碳水化合物的含量影响不显著,但能显著提高其中Fe、Cu和Zn的含量。  相似文献

Nutritive value of a vegetable amaranth cultivar for growing lambs   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Current interest in amaranth as a food resource for humans and animals has been stimulated by activities in germplasm collection and testing in the U.S. Fifteen growing, intact male lambs weighing 18.7 kg were assigned randomly to three diets (five lambs/diet) for a 14-d growth trial followed immediately by an 8-d (4-d adjustment, 4-d collection) digestion and N balance trial to determine the utilization of the forage component (leaves and stems) of an African cultivar (Zimbabwe cultivar PI 482049, Amaranthus cruentus L.) All diets contained 40.95% ground corn, 8.0% soybean meal and 1.05% mineral-vitamin supplement plus either 50% ground alfalfa hay, 25% ground alfalfa hay plus 25% ground amaranth forage or 50% ground amaranth forage. Lambs had ad libitum access to feed during the growth trial and at 4% of BW daily during the digestion and N balance period. Replacement of half or all the alfalfa in the diet with amaranth had no effect on weight gain or feed utilization. Apparent digestibility of cell contents, NDF, ADF, cellulose, ADL, N and GE and percentage of absorbed N retained did not differ among the three diets. The amaranth vegetable cultivar Zimbabwe PI 482049 promoted weight gain and feed utilization equal to that obtained with alfalfa as the sole forage for growing lambs. Additional research is needed to evaluate further the potential role of forage/vegetable amaranth as an animal feed resource.  相似文献

Three experiments were conducted to determine the effect of receiving diets containing alfalfa meal and certain feed additives on performance of comingled feeder pigs transported 900 to 1,100 km. In Exp. 1, the inclusion of 9.4% dehydrated alfalfa meal in receiving diets for 2 wk resulted in no difference (P greater than .1) in gain or feed conversion from purchase to market compared with pigs fed a basal corn-soybean meal (CS) diet or a diet containing 20% ground whole oats (O). In Exp. 2, pigs fed receiving diets containing 10% dehydrated alfalfa meal had no improvement (P greater than .1) in gain (.60 vs .61 kg/d) or conversion (3.25 vs 3.17) compared with CS-fed pigs. In Exp. 3, pigs fed a receiving diet for 2 wk containing 10% mid-bloom alfalfa ate more (P less than .002) feed daily for 2 wk (.82 vs .76 kg) and overall (P less than .04; 1.92 vs 1.85 kg) and had an improved (P less than .03) daily gain from purchase to market (.61 vs .59 kg) compared with CS-fed pigs. In Exp. 2, pigs fed diets containing 44 mg/kg tylosin (T) gained similar to pigs fed no additive (O) and slower (P less than .01) than pigs fed 110 mg/kg chlortetracycline (CTC; .59, .60 and .63 kg/d), with no significant differences in feed to gain conversion (3.12, 3.23 and 3.18).(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献
