农业信息化发展是中国五大湖区农业可持续发展的关键。以洞庭湖生态经济区为例,基于科学性原则、系统性原则、可比性原则和可操作性原则,制定洞庭湖生态经济区农业信息化评价指标结构及权重,对2011—2016年洞庭湖生态经济区农业信息化发展水平进行评价,研究发现：2011—2016年洞庭湖生态经济区农业信息化水平呈现上升趋势,洞庭湖生态经济区农业信息化水平一级指标增长率存在显著差异,农业信息技术应用不充分。提出了洞庭湖生态经济区加强农业信息化技术应用,加大农业信息化投资力度,完善支撑投资和技术应用的制度安排的建议,希望可以为大湖地区农业可持续发展研究提供借鉴。 相似文献

摘要： 为解决城乡收入差距的问题,基于农村金融发展对城乡收入差距的影响研究,以宁夏地区为例,分析农村金融发展对城乡收入差距的影响。选择4种方法,对宁夏地区农村金融发展和城乡收入差距之间的关系进行实证分析。得出金融运转效能对于城乡所得差异的支撑率最大至近5%,而农村金融运转体量对于城乡所得差异的支撑率相对降低,最高达到1.29%。在其他控制变量中,大约有0~4.5%的波动可以由城市化水平解释,财政支农支出可以解释0~3.5%的波动。说明短时间内农村金融运转体量与金融运转效能的升高会减小城乡所得差异,长时间内城乡所得差异表现为波动性,而城市化指标、财政支出指标、农村特定财产投入在短期内可以缩小城乡收入差距,如果长期受到这些因素的影响,则会产生更加重要的作用。结合以上分析结果,提出完善宁夏农村金融体系、完善农村金融流动机制、加大政策性金融支农的对策建议。 相似文献

The construction of the market-oriented ecological compensation mechanism in China is complicated system engineering. China's ecological compensation funds are mainly derived from the public finance, lacking market-oriented operation. That not only increases the financial burden of the government, but also leads to the incomprehensive compensation scope. Moreover, China's ecological compensation lacks market mechanism so that it is difficult to set compensation standards and calculate offsets. This paper takes Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture as an example to analyze the market-oriented ecological compensation system of ethnic minority areas from the perspective of market economy, so as to provide a theoretical basis and a reference point for the establishment of efficient and reasonable ecological compensation mechanism and policies in ethnic minority areas and provide environmental protection for the sustainable development of economy and society of ethnic minority areas. 相似文献

When studying on the supervision on listed company performance manipulation, the administrator's role has been emphasized increasingly. By setting up a game model, the article analyzes the performance manipulation made by the listed company's administrator. The analysis shows that the optimal performance manipulation strategy taken by the administrator is determined by the profits obtained by China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and the prior probability of the listed company performance categories made by CSRC, while the optimal supervision strategy taken by CSRC is determined by the final profits of the listed company. Thus, it is obvious that there is a mutual guessing and influencing relationship between the listed company's administrator and CSRC. Finally, the game model constructed is further analyzed by employing it in the real cases. 相似文献

生态用地是生态环境的载体,其在生态环境保护和农业的可持续发展中具有重要的意义。采用频度分析法筛选指标,应用AHP-Delphi法确定各指标的权重,并根据上海市青浦区2020年的规划目标确定了一些基准值,在此基础上建立了上海市青浦区生态用地的综合评价指标体系,并对研究区生态用地建设的现状进行了综合的分析与评价,结果表明：该区评价等级处于Ⅲ级,具有很大的建设优化潜力,与实际调查情况相符。文中的分析指标体系具有极强的针对性和可靠性等特点。 相似文献

为了采取指数和法和极限条件法对陈四楼煤矿土地复垦适宜性进行评价。以GIS软件为平台,利用河南省永城市土壤图、地形图、土地利用现状图进行空间叠加分析最终确定4个评价单元。依据研究区的自然、经济、社会现状和相关技术标准,确定了宜农、宜林、宜渔3个复垦方向的评价指标,然后采用指数和法和极限条件法对矿区复垦土地进行适宜性评价。结果表明：评价总面积为73.7 hm2,其中适宜农业种植用地面积为25 hm2,适宜林业种植用地面积为20 hm2,适宜渔业养殖用地面积为28.7 hm2。通过评价研究建立矿区土地复垦适宜性评价等级体系。 相似文献

为了有效提高农民专业合作社订单农业履约率,促进农业产业化经营。利用博弈论分析订单农业中农户和农业企业违约的条件和原因,指出利用“公司+农民专业合作社+农户”模式和金融衍生工具交易两种方式来解决订单农业违约风险问题。进而分析农民专业合作社在这两种方式中的作用,包括改变农户参与市场的弱势地位,有利于实行农产品标准化生产,提高农户的诚信度,代表农户参与期货市场等。基于此,提出农民专业合作社应扩大业务内容,实现职能创新,培养或引进专业人才,制定相关期货操作规定,禁止从事投机交易;政府则应充分发挥其监督与服务职能,由此不断提高订单农业履约率。 相似文献

摘要：采用规格为3 m3/d的一体式中空纤维膜生物反应器（MBR）对某果汁厂石榴浓缩汁生产废水进行了净化处理应用研究。实验结果表明：当进水CODCr为756~1097 mg/L时,出水CODCr为34~95 mg/L,CODCr去除率为89.5%~97.0%。膜的截留作用占总去除率的10%~20%。该装置连续运行了60 d,出水均稳定达到排放标准。采用膜生物反应器工艺处理果汁废水技术可行、操作简单、易于管理,可节省50%左右的添加营养物质氮磷的成本,为工业规模应用提供了技术参考。 相似文献

随着中国经济的持续增长,要求改善生态环境、防治水土流失的呼声也越来越高。对于该问题,需要用可持续发展的方针加以解决。方法之一就是在条件适合的地方种植豆科植物和禾本科草。长江水土保持局与美国俄勒冈草种协会合作进行引种美国牧草试验研究,试验区选择在紧邻三峡大坝的湖北省宜昌市夷陵区三斗坪镇花鸡坡,试验期为2000年10月—2003年10月,对美国8种草种进行了产量和水土保持径流小区试验观测。在此,重点介绍了观测的过程,并对牧草的生长情况和水土保持能力进行了比较,认为多年生黑麦草、剪股颖等草系在其生长期内能够显著提高地面覆盖率,产草量高,可以在水土保持治理措施和退耕还林还草等项目中推广。 相似文献
