【目的】 水稻矮缩病毒(RDV)是水稻普通矮缩病的病原。该病害主要依赖于黑尾叶蝉经卵以持久增殖方式传播,危害水稻。本研究旨在明确RDV对黑尾叶蝉存活、发育、繁殖和种群增长的影响,分析病毒对介体昆虫的间接影响。【方法】 采用室内实验比较了黑尾叶蝉在健康水稻及感病水稻上的发育繁殖情况,组建了实验种群生命表,并调查了RDV对种群增长的影响。【结果】 与健康水稻相比,感病水稻上叶蝉若虫期存活率更高,雌若虫发育历期显著缩短,雄成虫寿命显著延长,产卵量显著增加,其他生物学参数无显著差异。五个生命表参数仅净生殖率(R0)存在显著差异,感病水稻上叶蝉R0显著高于健康水稻。饲喂感病水稻的养虫笼内叶蝉种群增长更快,总成虫数量更多,在接虫后的第4、5和6月显著高于健康水稻上的数量。【结论】 水稻矮缩病毒可以提高黑尾叶蝉的存活率和产卵量,并促进种群的增长。 相似文献

The greater sensitivity to aphid vectored diseases of potato plants originating from plantlets or minitubers compared to plants originating from field grown tubers could not be explained by changes in probing behavior, by increased aphid movement between plants or by greater levels of aphid colonization favorable to virus spread. The number of seconds to first probe, the duration and number of seconds before the long probe and the duration of the long probe were statistically similar on all plant types. The average residency time of green peach aphids on each plant type was also statistically the same. WingedMyzus persicae (Sulzer) (green peach aphid) landed in greater numbers on older than on younger plants regardless of plant type. This suggests that the level of aphid colonization is determined by a combination of factors such as height, surface and age of plants but not by plant origin. Where virus vectors are present early in the season, the greater number of aphids landing on the relatively older and larger transplants may contribute to higher infection levels, but later in the season plant physiological factors favorable to virus multiplication or translocation are more likely factors 相似文献

试验研究在马铃薯苗期、现蕾期、开花期叶面喷施丰钛宝水溶微肥的效果。结果表明:丰钛宝对马铃薯的生长有明显的促进作用,喷施后叶色黑绿、有光泽、叶片厚、植株长势旺盛,绿叶保持时间比对照延长11 d,还能促进成熟。无论是现代化栽培还是传统种植都表现增产,增产幅度11%~16%,大薯率增加,并有解毒降低除草剂残留对马铃薯危害程度的作用,施用丰钛宝的效益较高,投入产出比达到1:18以上。 相似文献

Perennial ryegrass tillers were collected from intensively used set-stocked and zero-grazed leys and from an old permanent pasture, grown on and compared at 30 cm spacing. All swards except the permanent pasture had been sown with cv. S23 and were of known age, ranging from 6 months to 11 years from sowing. Each genotype was scored for date of inflorescence emergence, and subsequently in vitro dry matter digestibility (DMD), D-value of green leaf and the ratio of leaf dry weight: stem dry weight were determined. Both DMD and D-value declined significantly in green leaf samples of populations from the older zero-grazed swards but no significant changes were detected in populations from set-stocked swards. In set-stocked populations there was a shift towards later flowering. In zero-grazed populations there was a consistent increase in the amount of leaf relative to stem with the age of the sward from which the plants were sampled. The survivor plants were more prostrate and leafier and it is suggested that under zero grazing, where cutting was to a uniform height, plants of this form were less severely defoliated and thus at a selective advantage. 相似文献
