Rights control is the central part of MIS(management information system) security management .Common rights control which bases the character and the operator can resolve the One-dimension rights management.Rights control based on the operator leads to the large workloads, the operation becomes unpractical when it is dealing with those units that are big and multiclass. On the other hand, rights control based on the character can release the workloads but it also brings us the confusion of duties and the data operation. The model and the practice of Two-dimension rights control are mentioned.The key property is the rights' self-maintenance of the units and the operators. It strongly supports the least work of the DBA(Database Administrator), insure the security of database and the exclusive DBA in the system. The two-dimension rights control has been used in the road transportation management system for 4 years by 42 units all over the Chongqing City with high praise of the users. 相似文献

While large-scale MIS is being developed, what relation schema and power management system to set up greatly influences its initial development and later use. First, to solve the setup of relation schema concerning constant change in the attribute of an entity, a changing dimension based on the relational theory in tradition has been used for the setup of relation schema with a wide adaptability; second, to achieve effective power management where there are different standards for business classification on account of too many users and frequent alteration, a classifying power management system has been adopted for the realization of classified self-management model, making the whole system compact and flexible. 相似文献

The traditional Enterprise Resouce Planning system belongs to the typical on-line transaction processing (OLTP) system. It just offers a management platform where enterprise policy-making level and staff can make decisions, but it can not offer necessary information satisfied for making decisions directly. The traditional ERP system is a very good back-office management system, but the developing enterprises need the ERP system with the front-office management function at the same time. The traditional ERP system integrated with data warehouse can realize the function change greatly because DW can remedy the limitations of the traditional ERP system. DW, integrated with the traditional ERP system in the way of system structure, can analyze the data drew from the ERP system, and deposit these sample data and analyzed results into itself so that users can inquire these later. 利用Visual Basic 6.0组建了安徽省小麦纹枯病和赤霉病等病害预测及管理系统，系统由病害诊断、预测及防治决策、系统说明等模块组成。整个系统采用菜单提示选择和人机对话方式，使用者只需在合适的运行环境下启动该系统，便可出现主菜单，然后根据自己的目的，从菜单中选择所要执行的项目或输入必要的信息，即能得到满意的运行效果。系统的用户界面友好，一切操作均有屏幕汉字提示。系统经过测试，达到了设计要求，能够准确可靠地运行，与传统的人工管理系统相比，具有明显的优越性。 相似文献

夏季低温冷害是中国低温灾害的主要类型之一,尤其在东北地区发生比较频繁,造成影响相当严重,基于此,笔者旨在为玉米低温冷害设计一个基于网络的远程诊断与管理的系统平台。通过对基于web的远程诊断管理系统关键技术的分析,在总结东北地区玉米低温冷害领域专家经验和知识的基础上,初步实现了一个基于web技术的玉米低温冷害远程诊断与管理系统。该系统采用J2EE技术规范和Java语言进行开发,并且与无线远程监测系统相结合,使之具有实时管理功能。用户可以通过访问该系统,实现玉米低温冷害主动和被动防御、低温冷害实时监控管理、专家知识浏览和系统维护等功能。该系统具有可靠性、易维护、易操作和普适性等性能,并可通过重建知识库和数据库,为更多种类作物气象灾害提供远程诊断及管理服务。 相似文献

Application system generally refers to all kinds of computer information system. It aims at improving the sharing and application of the resource. The resource in application system usually means data resource. For computer management and maintenance, there are not only data resource, but also program resource and network resource. State security is a key concern for countries when dealing with transboundary river governance issues. While there is a considerable amount of literature on transboundary river cooperation in general, there has been little on transboundary cooperation and the damming of shared rivers in terms of their impacts on state security. As a result, this article seeks to answer the following questions in relation to the lower Mekong basin: (i) How is the damming process embedded in transboundary cooperation? (ii) How does this type of cooperation contribute to peace and security in the study area – the 3S river basin? And, (iii) how can transboundary cooperation be improved so as to address state security issues? To answer these questions, this study reviews the relevant literature and uses two case studies, one of the Yali Dam in Vietnam and the second of the Lower Sesan 2 Dam in Cambodia. In doing so, the article examines dam developments in the lower Mekong basin, their environmental and human security impacts, and how they contribute to or threaten state security in Cambodia. It concludes that dams on international rivers induce insecurity among states downstream and that cooperation between riparian states is key to addressing this insecurity. 相似文献

土地资源生态安全已经成为当前土地资源可持续利用研究关注的热点问题,笔者在归纳了生态安全概念与特征的基础上,进一步阐述了土地资源生态安全的内涵、驱动因素、评价框架与方法。指出土地资源生态安全主要包括两个方面：一是土地生态系统的结构功能处于健康和平衡的状态;二是能够为人类社会可持续发展提供稳定、均衡、充足的供给。这一状态的实现,需要自然、经济、社会三大驱动因素共同推进,协调发展,其中,经济因素和社会因素对土地资源的影响远远超过自然因素。在评价框架方面,阐述了PSR、DPSIR、DPSER、“自然-经济-社会”4种体系的来源及应用。关于评价的方法,笔者分别对数学模型法、生态模型法、景观生态模型法、数字地面模型法4类方法的优缺点进行了概括总结,并提出了近年来一些新兴的评价方法。最后,笔者对土地资源生态安全研究趋势进行了展望：（1）以生态功能区划为基础,制定具有针对性、体现差异性的土地资源生态安全评价指标体系,并确定生态安全阈值;（2）注重开展干旱区、风沙区、喀斯特地区、水土流失地区、高原山区等典型区域的土地资源生态安全格局研究与未来状况的动态预警研究;（3）在评价方法上加强地理信息技术相结合;（4）探索新的评价方法,以便更好把控土地资源生态安全状况,实现土地资源的永续利用。 相似文献

随着国家和地方政府对农业科技工作的重视,省级农业科研院所课题经费呈现出资金总量快速增长、课题经费来源渠道和经费结构变化明显、经费管理办法不一、课题组织形式多样等新特点;不同程度地存在经费管理与课题管理脱节、预算编制与实际需求脱节、资产管理与财务监管脱节、项目支出与科研实际脱节等问题。基于这些变化特点和存在的问题,研究提出了建立健全财务管理制度、规范科研资金管理,科学编制课题预决算、提高资金使用效益,制定课题经费管理办法、强化项目经费监督管理等意见和对策。 相似文献
