为了研究佛手果实腌制过程中香气成分的组成及变化,运用气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析佛手鲜果及腌制了4个月、6个月的佛手果挥发性成分。结果表明:分别检测到21、24、22种成分,主要香气成分为柠檬烯、γ-松油烯、α-松油醇、香叶醇、4-萜烯醇、橙花醇、芳樟醇、5,7-二甲氧基香豆素等。其中佛手鲜果的香气主要成分为d-柠檬烯和γ-松油烯,两者的相对含量分别为61.43%、18.43%;腌制4个月果的香气成分以醇类和酯类为主,两者的相对含量分别为38.10%、33.64%;腌制6个月的佛手果香气成分则以醇类为主,醇类的相对含量为64.84%,其中α-松油醇、香叶醇、橙花醇的相对含量分别为20.01%、13.26%和13.50%。因此,佛手果实在腌制6个月后,其香气成分中醇的含量逐渐递增,其特征香味以醇类为主。  相似文献

为了研究不同筋力小麦品种麦胚的风味特点,采用顶空固相微萃取技术萃取强筋、中筋和弱筋小麦麦胚中的挥发性成分,并进行气相色谱-质谱分析.结果表明,强筋、中筋、弱筋小麦品种麦胚中分别检出32、35和28种挥发性成分,其中相同成分有19种,分别占挥发性成分含量的65%以上,说明三种不同筋力小麦品种的胚中挥发性成分存在一定差异,但大部分主要成分相同,以醇类、酚类、烃类物质为主.  相似文献

为提供更合理的氮肥运筹和适宜播期以促进大麦的优质高产,以蒙啤1号、蒙啤3号、甘啤4号、垦啤7号4个春大麦品种为试材,研究了不同施氮水平和播期处理下内蒙古东部灌区春大麦灌浆期间籽粒蛋白质含量和游离氨基酸含量及其与成熟期籽粒蛋白质含量的相关性。结果表明,随着播期的推迟,相同灌浆期4个品种的籽粒游离氨基酸含量和蛋白质含量均呈升高的趋势;随着施氮量的增加,相同灌浆期4个品种的籽粒游离氨基酸含量和蛋白质含量均呈先升高后降低的趋势。成熟期籽粒蛋白质含量与花后7d、28d和35d籽粒蛋白质含量呈显著或极显著正相关。逐步回归分析结果表明,影响成熟期籽粒蛋白质含量最大的是花后28d籽粒蛋白质含量,而通径分析结果显示,对成熟期籽粒蛋白质含量影响最大的是花后14d的籽粒蛋白质含量。成熟期籽粒蛋白质含量与灌浆期籽粒游离氨基酸含量的相关性均达到极显著水平,对成熟期籽粒蛋白质含量影响最大的是花后7d的游离氨基酸含量,其次是花后21d的游离氨基酸含量。  相似文献

为研究小麦籽粒发育过程中胚乳淀粉粒形成与粒度分布特征,以小麦品种藁城8901与豫麦50为材料,研究了籽粒胚乳淀粉粒形成、生长与分布特征。结果表明,花后4d,小麦胚乳出现不同范围大小的淀粉粒,最大粒径8μm。花后7d,籽粒中淀粉粒增多增大,最大粒径20μm左右。花后10~14d,淀粉粒体积继续增大,并产生了一个新的小淀粉粒群体。花后17d,淀粉粒以体积增大为主。花后21d,淀粉粒最大粒径较成熟期变化较小。花后24d,小于0.6μm的淀粉粒数目急剧增加,大于0.6μm的淀粉粒数目占比则明显减少,表明这一时期又产生了一个新淀粉粒群体(后期形成的B型淀粉粒)。花后24~28d,小于0.6μm的淀粉粒数目仍不断增加,而直径较大的淀粉粒数目增加减少,表明籽粒中新淀粉粒的产生仍在继续,但以小粒径淀粉粒为主。花后28d至成熟期,最小粒径淀粉粒进一步生长,其他淀粉粒粒径变化相对较小。  相似文献

采用静态顶空-气质联用仪对铁观音茶叶中挥发性香味成分进行定性和定量分析,结果表明,铁观音茶叶挥发性成分中甘氨酸的含量最高,占其挥发性物质的71.79%,除此之外,醇类物质和酯类物质含量也较高,分别达到19.11%和3.35%。  相似文献

采用顶空固相微萃取——气质联用技术对余甘子叶片的挥发性成分进行分析测定.结果表明,余甘子叶片中检测出73种香气成分,占总峰面积的97.51%.主要成分为醇类、酮类、烃类、酯类、醛类和其他化合物.醇类在余甘子叶片中含量最高,其中最主要的物质是苯甲醇(15.48%),其次是叶绿醇(3.71%)、1-十八烷醇(3.58%)和麦角甾醇(3.43%).酸类物质中以硬脂酸为主,占3.9%,β-紫罗兰酮和巨豆三烯酮亦是余甘子叶片香气成分的重要组成部分,分别占6.84%和4.69%;此外,还含有咖伦宾(3.97%)和秋水仙碱(3.78%)等物质.  相似文献

窨制是茉莉花茶香气形成的关键工序。本研究以茶花比1:1拼合窨制的茉莉花茶为材料,采用固相微萃取(SPME)和气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术分析窨制过程中(12 h,14 h,16 h,18 h,20 h)茉莉花茶挥发性成分及其相对含量的差异。结果表明:检测到的茉莉花茶挥发性成分共69种,包含10种醇类化合物、29种碳氢化合物、24种酯类化合物和6种其他类型化合物。其中酯类化合物含量最高,占花茶挥发性成分总量的60%左右;其次是醇类化合物,约占30%。每组化合物均有一个主导成分,其中醇类化合物中以芳樟醇为主;碳氢化合物中以α-法呢烯为主;酯类化合物中以乙酸苄酯为主;其他化合物中吲哚的含量最高。醇类化合物和酯类化合物在花茶窨制过程中呈先上升后下降趋势,碳氢化合物和其他化合物呈上升趋势。  相似文献

施氮量对强筋小麦氮素积累和氮肥农学利用效率的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
为探究冀东平原强筋小麦高产优质高效的最佳施氮量,在大田选用石优20号和中麦998两个强筋小麦品种,设置施氮量0 (N_0)、180 (N_1)和240 (N_2)kg·hm~(-2),研究了施氮量对强筋小麦氮素积累、转运和氮肥农学利用效率的效应。结果表明,小麦花前氮素积累量占成熟期植株地上部总氮素积累量的59%~66%,花后占34%~41%。随施氮量增加,小麦植株花前氮素积累量和转运量均提高,叶是花前氮素积累和转运的主要器官。小麦籽粒灌浆过程中,营养器官的氮素积累量逐渐下降,籽粒氮素积累量逐渐提高,营养器官氮素转运高峰与籽粒氮素积累高峰一致,石优20号为花后14~21d,中麦998为花后7~21d。施氮量从180 kg·hm~(-2)增加到240kg·hm~(-2),石优20号和中麦998的产量分别提高了6.10%和7.58%,籽粒蛋白质含量分别提高了3.68%和3.73%,而氮肥农学利用效率分别降低了25.68%和23.93%。综上所述,促进花前氮素的积累和转运可提高强筋小麦蛋白质含量;适当减少施氮量可实现强筋小麦的提质增效。本试验条件下,冀东平原强筋小麦生产的适宜施氮量为180kg·hm~(-2)。  相似文献

采用顶空固相微萃取法提取冷榨和热榨亚麻籽油中挥发性成分,借助气相质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析并比较了挥发性成分相对含量变化.研究发现,冷榨亚麻籽油主要挥发性成分有正己醇、2-丁醇、2-甲基丁醇、戊醇、正己醛、2-乙基呋喃等,其中醇类物质相对总含量可达66%;相比而言,热榨亚麻籽油挥发性成分中醇类物质相对含量下降,出现大量美拉德反应产物糠醛及以吡嗪、吡咯、吡啶为主的芳香杂环类化合物,致使醛类(140℃,25.1%)和杂环类(140℃,41.68%)物质相对含量快速升高,这些特征挥发性成分赋予热榨亚麻籽油浓郁的烤香气味;但据研究这些芳香杂环化合物及其复合物对人体生理机能具有一定的毒理作用,因而影响到热榨亚麻籽油的食用安全性,相比较而言,冷榨亚麻籽油食用更为安全.  相似文献

紫薇是我国著名的夏季观赏花木,具多种花色,有丰富的生物活性。探究不同花色紫薇花的挥发性物质在组 成和含量上的差异,对紫薇的进一步开发和利用具有重要意义。本研究以 5 种花色紫薇花的挥发性物质为研究对象, 利用固相微萃取(SPME)技术对进行富集提取,通过 GC-MS 对挥发性物质进行分离鉴定。在前处理条件优化方面, 以质谱鉴定出物质(总物质和高匹配物质)的出峰数和峰面积为指标,筛选得到适用于萃取紫薇花挥发性物质的萃取 温度为 25 ℃,萃取头为 65 μm PDMS/DVB。接着对 5 种不同花色的紫薇花中的高匹配度和高含量成分进行了讨论, 分别从白色、淡粉、粉红、玫红、紫色花色的紫薇中检测出高匹配挥发性物质 23、3、14、18 和 15 个,占各自总香气 成分的 46.38%、47.11%、47.42%、49.18%和 47.32%;而高含量成分分别占到各自总香气成分的 59.33%、79.35%、58.24%、 69.23%和 54.83%。同时,不同花色紫薇花的挥发性成分也存在共性和特异性的成分。以高匹配成分为研究对象,4 种 花色紫薇有 2 个共有成分(β-石竹烯、十四烷),3 种花色共有的挥发性成分有 3 个(苯乙醛、苯甲醛和顺式-罗勒烯), 而 2 种花色共有挥发性成分有 5 个(D-柠檬烯和 2,4-葵二烯酸甲酯等)。同时,各花色还存在特异性成分,在白色、淡 粉、粉红、玫红、紫色花色中的特异性成分数量分别为 15、2、9、10 和 9 种。通过探究不同花色紫薇花在挥发性成分 上的差异,为紫薇的进一步开发和利用提供参考。  相似文献

为确定华北平原饲用油菜高产优质的适宜播期,选用甘蓝型油菜品种4个,设置4个播期,研究不同播期下温度对饲用油菜鲜草产量和饲用品质的调控效应。结果表明,随播期推迟,饲用油菜生育期内日均温与有效积温升高,花前生育期天数缩短但花后生育期延长,总生育期天数缩短2~7 d。饲用油菜鲜草产量随播期推迟呈降低趋势,3月28日前播种超过35 t/hm2;品种间华油杂62鲜草产量显著高于其它品种(P<0.01)。饲用油菜鲜草产量和饲用品质与纤维含量显著负相关,中性洗涤纤维含量与苗期的有效积温量极显著负相关,与营养生长和花后有效积温量显著正相关。因此,在华北平原春播饲用油菜可选用华油杂62,播期以3月8日-3月18日为最佳,鲜草产量稳定在50 t/hm2以上,具有较高的粗蛋白、淀粉、水溶性碳水化合物和总可消化养分含量,可实现华北平原饲用油菜的高产优质生产。  相似文献

以陕科9号为材料,2019~2020年在陕西榆林灌溉区进行大田试验,在总施氮量相同、基肥和大喇叭口期追肥分别占总施氮量20%和40%条件下,设置4个施氮处理,传统施氮(拔节肥40%,N1)、氮肥后移10%(拔节肥30%+花粒肥10%,N2)、氮肥后移20%(拔节肥20%+花粒肥20%,N3)和氮肥后移30%(拔节肥10%+花粒肥30%,N4),分析各处理子粒灌浆特性、内源激素含量和产量构成。结果表明,氮肥后移各处理2年玉米产量均显著高于传统施肥,N3处理产量最高。氮肥后移增加子粒灌浆速率最大时生长量(Wmax)、最大灌浆速率(Gmax),延长子粒灌浆活跃期;氮肥后移过量(N4),子粒灌浆参数受到不良影响。同时,N3处理子粒生长素(IAA)含量达到峰值时均较N1处理显著增加51.7%,玉米素(ZR)含量显著增加16.7%,赤霉素(GA3)含量显著增加28.9%,脱落酸(ABA)含量显著降低18.2%。在陕西灌溉春玉米区,总施氮量270 kg/hm2时,拔节期追肥54 kg/hm2、大喇叭口期追肥108 kg/hm2、花后7 d追肥54kg/hm2为该区玉米高产的优化施氮制度。  相似文献

While the toxic effects of neem, Azadirachta indica A. Juss, on Bemisia tabaci Genn. are well documented, few studies have evaluated other oils. We compared neem, sesame, citrus, castor, vegetable and mineral oils (1% v/v) to a chemical standard thiamethoxam (0.17 g A.I./L) against B. tabaci biotype B life stages on dry bean plants Phaseolus vulgaris L. under screenhouse conditions. Oils and thiamethoxam exhibited low ovicidal activity (<10% egg mortality). However, significant mortality occurred due to the residual activity to 1st instars that emerged from treated eggs. Overall, impacts of egg treatments were greatest for thiamethoxam (77% total mortality for eggs and 1st instars) compared with oils which were statistically similar (22–29% mortality). Larvicidal effect of oils (against 2nd instars) was greater than ovicidal effects. Highest nymphal mortality (>81%) was achieved with castor, sesame, citrus and neem oils, which was significantly greater than for thiamethoxam (65% mortality). Adult whiteflies were exposed to fresh and aged spray residues, rather than being sprayed directly. In this case, comparatively lower efficacy was achieved from oil treatments compared with thiamethoxam. While some mortality was observed from fresh residues of slow drying oils (up to 41% for castor oil), no significant control from any oil residues >3 days old was observed in our tests. The different route of exposure against adults likely reduced the effectiveness of oil treatments which act directly on the cuticle. In trials with viruliferous adult whiteflies exposed to fresh residues, none of the tested products completely prevented transmission of bean golden mosaic virus (BGMV). However, we noted reduced virus severity ratings from plants pre-treated with castor and citrus oil. We conclude that castor, sesame, citrus and neem oils have the potential to be used in whitefly management programs.  相似文献

品种的差异是影响采后柑橘果实耐贮性的重要因素之一。采用主成分分析法对江西省2个主栽宽皮柑橘品种‘南丰’和‘新余’蜜橘果实在低温(5 ± 0.5) ℃下贮藏过程中,果实腐烂率、失重率、果皮色差指数、褐变指数、可滴定酸、维生素C、可溶性固形物、总糖、呼吸强度、相对电导率、抗氧化酶活性等14个生理指标的变化进行统计分析,筛选出代表果实耐贮性能指标88.781%信息量的3个主成分,第1主成分反映失重率、果皮色差指数、褐变指数、可滴定酸、呼吸强度、相对电导率、过氧化氢酶活性、多酚氧化酶活性8个生理指标的信息;第2主成分反映腐烂率、可溶性固形物、总糖、超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶的信息;第3主成分反映维生素C的信息。主成分分析法能科学评价‘南丰’和‘新余’蜜橘果实的耐贮性差异,综合单一指标和主成分分析结果表明,‘南丰’蜜橘果实的耐贮性优于‘新余’蜜橘。  相似文献

通过对柑桔球形合子胚不同发育期的分离培养、不同基本培养基及附加物、蔗糖浓度等因素对柑桔合子胚离体培养影响的研,结果表明:授粉后50d是柑桔合子胚离体培养的最适时期;Whiet基本培养基比MS基本培养基更适于柑桔球形合子胚离体培养。适当增加培养基的渗透压和添加水解乳蛋白,特别是袖子胚乳 ,可提高幼胚的诱导率,有利于柑桔球形胚的发育。比较适宜的蔗糖浓度为10%一 15%,水解乳蛋白浓度为400mg/L  相似文献

Corn oil was mixed with heated rice bran with different extraction periods and ratios of rice bran to corn oil to extract γ-oryzanol from rice bran. Selected corn oils based on the content of γ-oryzanol were heated at 180 °C for 100 min or 60 °C for 16 days, and oxidative stability was evaluated. Corn oils recovered from the mixture of rice bran showed higher oxidative stability at both 60 and 180 °C treatment compared to control corn oils. At 180 °C, corn oils of a 1:5 ratio of rice bran to corn oil (w/w) showed higher oxidative stability than did those of 1:3 and 1:7 (w/w), whereas at 60 °C, corn oils of 1:7 (w/w) showed higher oxidative stability than did others. γ-Oryzanol can be extracted through a corn-oil mixture at 80–90 mg/100 g oil, which is about 4.0% recovery of 2244 mg/100 g crude rice-bran oil. Oxidative stability of corn oils increased significantly, partly because of the extraction of γ-oryzanol under current experimental conditions.  相似文献

Ceratitis capitata (Wiedemann) is a major pest of fruit crops due to its wide host range and distribution. The objectives of this study were to evaluate the effectiveness of Surround WP, a kaolin-based particle film, as an alternative to synthetic insecticides to control medfly infestations and postharvest decay in citrus and stone fruit. No-choice, choice and half-choice laboratory experiments with citrus fruit, nectarines and peaches showed a significant reduction of medfly punctures and landings on kaolin-treated fruit. The total loss at harvest in satsumas sprayed with Surround WP (17%) was significantly lower than in those untreated (57%) or treated with trichlorfon (68%). In 2004, the yield loss at harvest in peaches and nectarines treated with Surround WP was not different compared to fruit sprayed with fenthion and trichlorfon, while in 2005 Surround WP was significantly more effective than insecticides in reducing the incidence of damaged fruit. Citrus and stone fruit treated with Surround WP showed a lower incidence of postharvest decay than control and insecticide-treated fruit. The present study shows for the first time the lower incidence of postharvest decay in fruit protected with Surround WP, which represents a suitable alternative to conventional insecticides in integrated and traditionally managed orchards.  相似文献

为探究采用风冷冰箱和直冷冰吧贮藏对龙井绿茶品质的影响,把茶叶分别存储于风冷冰箱的冷藏室和冷冻室、直冷冰吧的冷藏室和冷冻室等4种不同的贮藏环境中贮藏90、180、270、360βd时分别取样,通过生化成分含量测定及感官审评等分析比较不同贮藏条件对绿茶的存储效果。结果表明,整个贮藏期内,冷冻室对生化成分的存储效果优于冷藏室,其中风冷冰箱冷冻室能有效地保持茶叶低含水率,贮藏180βd时其含水率显著低于直冷冰吧(P<0.05),直冷冰吧冷冻室则对叶绿素、维生素C、咖啡碱等含量保持效果较好,贮藏180βd时其维生素C和咖啡碱含量显著高于风冷冰箱(P<0.05);在0~180βd的贮藏期内,氨基酸、茶多酚、儿茶素均在风冷冰箱的冷冻室保留率高(均约为95%),贮藏后期则在直冷冰吧的冷冻室保留率高,且贮藏结束时均与风冷冰箱差异显著(P<0.05)。风冷冰箱有利于绿茶滋味和香气的保持,直冷冰吧有利于绿茶外形的保持,即不同贮藏条件对茶叶的感官分属性的影响不同。正交偏最小二乘判别分析(OPLS-DA)结果表明,汤色、滋味、香气、咖啡碱和维生素C等品质指标在不同的贮藏方式间差异较大。结合两设备的特点可知,茶叶相对短期存储时可选择风冷冰箱,长期存储时则直冷冰吧更优。  相似文献

小麦蛋白含量的提高对营养和加工品质具有重要的意义。本研究在2年3点6个环境下,以小麦品种“花培3号×豫麦57”构建的双单倍体(doubled haploid,DH)群体为材料,通过条件和非条件QTL鉴定与小麦开花后5个时期籽粒清蛋白和球蛋白含量积累有关的基因或数量性状基因座。结果表明,基于完备区间作图法,共检测到40个非条件QTLs和34个条件QTLs,单个位点的贡献率范围为6.44%~25.13%,其中QAlu1B-3在6个环境下的第4和第5时期均被检测出。本研究结果为了解不同灌浆期QTL选择性表达奠定了理论基础,检测到的QTL可能对小麦籽粒品质的提高有重要贡献。  相似文献

The critical crop-weed competition period in a dry-seeded rice system is an important consideration in formulating weed management strategies. Field experiments were conducted in the summer seasons of 2012 and 2013 at the Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana, India, to determine the extent of yield loss in two different rice cultivars (PR 114 and PR 115) with different periods of weed interference. Twelve weed control timings were used to identify critical periods of weed competition in dry-seeded rice. PR 114, a long-duration rice cultivar (145 d) having slower initial growth than PR 115 (125 d), was more prone to yield losses. In both years, 100% yield loss was observed where weeds were not controlled throughout the season. In weed-free plots, the grain yield of PR 114 was 6.39–6.80 t ha−1, for PR 115, it was 6.49–6.87 t ha−1. Gompertz and logistic equations fitted to yield data in response to increasing periods of weed control and weed interference showed that, PR 114 had longer critical periods than PR 115. Critical weed-free periods to achieve 95% of weed-free yield for PR 114 was longer than for PR 115 by 31 days in 2012 and 26 days in 2013. Weed infestation also influenced the duration of critical periods. Higher weed pressure in 2012 than in 2013 increased the duration of the critical period of crop-weed competition in that year. The identification of critical crop-weed competition periods for different cultivars will facilitate improved decision-making regarding the timing of weed control and the adoption of cultivars having high weed-suppressing abilities. This will also contribute to the development of integrated weed management in dry-seeded rice systems.  相似文献
