以中国特有树种云南紫薇和外来树种大花紫薇成熟叶片为试材,采用图像处理法测算各样叶叶长(L)、叶宽(W)、叶周长(LW)和叶面积(LA),利用不同类型的线性或非线性回归方程对2个树种单叶叶面积进行拟合,研究了云南紫薇和大花紫薇叶片形态特征及单叶叶面积估算模型,以期为树种生态功能评价提供参考依据。结果表明:云南紫薇与大花紫薇成熟叶片的叶长(L)、叶宽(W)、叶周长(LW)和叶面积(LA)均存在显著差异,种内也存在不同程度变异;云南紫薇单叶面积拟合度最高的单变量回归模型是LA=4.254+0.305LW+0.051LW2和LA=6.200+0.063LW2(R2=0.932),多变量回归模型是LA=0.547L+0.449W(R2=0.884);大花紫薇单叶面积拟合度最高的单变量回归模型是LA=2.261W1.898(R2=0.834),多变量回归模型是LA=0.204L+0.371W+0.442LW(R2=0.907)。由此可知,云南紫薇...  相似文献

为了找到快速测量‘野酿2号’与‘桂葡6号’叶面积的办法,本研究以这两种葡萄叶片为研究对象,通过方格纸法测算准确的叶面积,将主脉长、斜长1、斜长2、叶宽等24个叶片参数与实测叶面积进行回归分析。研究结果表明:两种葡萄的(主脉长+斜长1)×叶宽、(主脉长+斜长1+斜长2)×叶宽与其实测叶面积的相关系数均最大;且‘野酿2号’以(主脉长+斜长1)×叶宽为叶片参数的线性方程LA=12.349+0.452[(L+L_1)W]得出的预测叶面积与其实测叶面积无显著性差异,‘桂葡6号’以(主脉长+斜长1+斜长2)×宽为叶片参数的幂函数LA=0.379[(L+L_1+L_2)W]~(0.974)得出的预测叶面积与其实测叶面积无显著性差异。  相似文献

以"美登"、"北陆"、"蓝丰"3个蓝莓品种叶片为试材,研究了不同品种叶片长(x1)、叶片宽(x2)、叶片重(x3)、叶片长×叶片宽与叶面积(y)的关系,并建立了一元和二元回归方程。结果表明:3个蓝莓品种的叶片长、叶片宽、叶片重、叶片长×叶片宽与叶面积均呈正相关关系,并建立了一元回归方程;同时建立了叶片长和叶片宽、叶片长和叶片长×叶片宽、叶片宽和叶片长×叶片宽与叶面积关系的二元拟合方程;从建立的3个蓝莓品种叶面积回归方程来看,叶面积回归方程的复相关系数均呈极显著水平,在生产中均可作为测算3个蓝莓品种叶面积的回归方程。  相似文献

通过试验求得估算柿树单叶面积的回归方程:=一0.84382+0.67697x(x为叶片长×宽)和=0.00373一0.88004x_1+1.25042x_2+0.69712x_3(x_1为叶长、x_2为叶宽、x_3为叶片长×宽)。其中以后一方程测定的结果更为精确。分析结果还表明:用方格板法和光电叶面积仪测定柿树单叶面积与画纸称重法相比差异均不显著。  相似文献

以扬州大学园艺与植物保护学院果园中的银杏核用主栽品种‘佛指’为材料,定期取其叶片和果实,进行叶片的叶长、叶宽、叶面积和果实的果长、果径、果重之间的回归分析。结果表明:叶面积模型为:y=0.0004×(LL×LW)2+0.6367×LL×LW-0.3395,R2=0.9868,RMSE=1.247;果实鲜重模型为:y=0.0382×(FL×FD)2+1.1663×FL×FD-1.0251,R2=0.9674,RMSE=0.4536。通过对该模型的验证,发现这2个模型能准确地依据叶长、叶宽和果长、果径的资料来模拟银杏叶面积和果实鲜重。  相似文献

通过测杂交柚、沙田柚的真叶、翼叶之长、宽及其叶面积, 然后建立回归方程, 再进行测算检验, 结果表明长、宽叶面积公式不如长×宽叶面积公式精确。并得出柚真叶面积的测算公式为y= 0-5326 + 0-7289x ( 式中y 指叶面积, x 指叶长×宽,r= 0-9924 , n = 184) , 翼叶面积公式为y = 0-0495 + 0-7031x ( 式中y 、x 的含义同真叶, r= 0-9912 , n = 184) 。  相似文献

利用相关法测量植物叶面积,在油菜、麦子、甜瓜、西瓜、黄瓜等作物上已有研究,而在辣椒上未曾见到这方面的研究报道。本试验研究了不同辣椒品种在不同栽培方式下其叶片长、宽与叶面积的变化规律,通过叶片实际面积的测定和进行回归分析,探讨不同栽培方式、不同辣椒品种其叶片长、宽、长×宽积与叶面积的关系及利用相关法测定辣椒叶面积的方法。 一、材料与方法 试验于1995年在北京农业大学科学园区进行。选用津椒1号、津椒2号、农大21、苏宁1号、甜杂6号为试材,设露地、薄膜覆盖和薄膜加遮阳网覆盖3种栽培方式,于开花结果期在各品种各栽培方式中分别随机选取生长充分、有代表性的叶片共30片(分3次,每次10片),将其轮廓画在坐标纸上,计算叶面积,并测量每片叶长和宽(叶长为叶片主脉长,  相似文献

本文以黑穗醋栗为对象,从田间大量测量叶面积的要求出发,研究了叶柄长、叶长、叶宽、主脉长、叶长×叶宽与面积的相关关系、结果表明:采用叶长×叶宽性状测定单片叶面积误差较小,既适用于测量单片叶面积又适用于测定总面积;采用叶长、叶宽、主脉长性状适用于测定叶片总面积。  相似文献

以保定地区‘107杨’为研究对象,调查统计了2~6a生‘107杨’叶片形态特征数据;通过幂函数、二项式、标准S曲线等7种形式16个模型构建了‘107杨’单叶面积静态模型、单叶面积增长模型;采用最小二乘法对模型参数进行估计,利用相对误差、绝对误差、判定系数R2及其模型精度等指标来验证模型的预估能力,并主要分析了2a生‘107杨’全株叶片大小在空间的分布规律。结果表明:以长、宽乘积为自变量的单叶面积静态模型精确度最高,公式为:S=-0.000 6 X^2+0.780 7 X^(-1)0.673;距萌芽期74d、106d、138d、154d的不同发育时日,三级叶片分布较多,单叶面积为40cm^2左右;在距萌芽期74d、106d发育时日,一级叶片数量稳定,占总叶片比重3.9%;出叶速率在前期基本保持快速稳定,后期逐渐减退;以距芽萌动期的发育时日为自变量、叶面积为因变量,构建的单叶面积增长模型为:S=0.981t0.726 1。叶面积模型的构建为准确模拟冠层内光辐射传输的研究提供了可能,也为提高植物的生物产量进而提高经济效益打下坚实的基础。  相似文献

在传统的长宽系数法的基础上,探讨通过叶片长宽和缺刻深度估算叶面积的可行性,以期为生产和科研提供适应性广和准确度较高的厚皮甜瓜叶面积测定方法。以‘长香玉’‘秋月’‘激情’‘红姑’4个品种为材料,测量叶长、叶宽、缺刻深浅等叶片形态特征指标并采用扫描法测定叶面积,共获得1 298份叶片数据。结果表明,叶面积与叶长、叶宽、缺刻深浅之间存在显著的相关性;通过模型拟合和优选,得到以反映叶片大小的变量L·W及反映叶片缺刻的变量N_1·L和N_2·L为自变量构建的厚皮甜瓜叶面积的数学模型S=-13.2897+(L·W)~(0.943)+0.267N_1·L+0.153 N_2·L的预测效果较好,模型拟合结果决定系数R~2和均方根误差RMSE分别为0.988 6和7.686,模型外部验证结果相关系数r和均方根误差RMSE分别为0.995 0和7.201;各个品种外部验证结果,预测值与实测值之间的相关系数r均在0.994 0以上,均方根误差RMSE均小于6.900;在模型中添加缺刻变量后,均方根误差RMSE由9.434降低到7.201。因此,在模型之中导入缺刻变量后可以提高预测叶面积的准确度,增强模型对不同叶形和不同品种叶片的适应性。  相似文献

AIM: Although endovascular radiotherapy inhibits neointimal hyperplasia, the exact alterations induced by β-particles irradiation remain to be elucidated. The objective of this study was to investigate the ability and the cellular mechanism of local β-particles emission from 188Re to inhibit vascular smooth muscle cells (SMCs). METHODS: The SMCs in vitro were irradiated by 188Re with single doses of 2.6 Gy-25.8 Gy. The effects of β-particles on SMCs, such as effective irradiate doses, the period of inhibition for SMCs proliferation, the changes of cell proliferation rate and DNA synthesis rate, cell cycle progression and related gene expression, were investigated by cell count, [3H]-TdR incorporation, cell cycle progression analysis, cell viability and immunocytochemistry, respectivecy. RESULTS: β-particles irradiation with dose of 5.2 Gy could inhibit significantly SMCs proliferation. At dose of 20.6 Gy DNA synthesis inhibitory rate was 92%, SMCs proliferation rate was only 3%. Renoval of 188Re did not abolish the inhibitory effects of β-particles on SMCs proliferation. The expression of P53 was up regulation and PCNA was down regulation after irradiation. CONCLUSION: β-particles from 188 Re was significantly effective and permanent in inhibiting SMCs proliferation, and inhibitory effect was in dose-dependet manner ED50was 5 Gy, the best dose to inhibit SMCs proliferation was 20 Gy. β-particles irradiation induced SMCs to occur G0/G1 arrest, damaged the ability of SMCs reproliferation and led to cell clonogenic death. P53 and PCNA had regulatiory effects on SMCs proliferation after β-particles irradiation.  相似文献

AIM: To investigate and screen the sensitive proteins in the formation mechanism of pathological scars by comparing the results of differential proteomic analysis between pathological scars and normal skin.METHODS: Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis was used to detect the protein expression profiles in 8 keloid patients, 8 hypertrophic scar patients and 3 matched normal skin patients.The proteins that showed differential expression of over 4-fold change were cut and analyzed by MALDI-TOF/TOF mass spectrometry.RESULTS: A two-dimensional protein profiling comparison between pathological scars and normal skin was successfully established.On average, 2 978 spots in keloid, 2 975 spots in hypertrophic scar and 3 053 spots in normal skin were identified using gel analysis software.Compared with normal skin, there were totally 36 differentially-expressed proteins in keloid and hypertrophic scar identified from the spots of over 4-fold change, including 16 proteins in both keloid and hypertrophic scar (8 up-regulated and 8 down-regulated), 11 only in keloid (9 up-regulated and 2 down-regulated) and 9 only in hypertrophic scar (4 up-regulated and 5 down-regulated).CONCLUSION: Proteomic analysis can identify the proteins with variance of pathological scars versus normal skin, thus providing probable new clues to reveal the formation mechanism of pathological scars.  相似文献

Historic landcover dynamics in a scrubby flatwoods (Tel-4) and scrub landscape (Happy Creek) on John F. Kennedy Space Center were measured using aerial images from 1943, 1951, 1958, 1969, 1979, and 1989. Landcover categories were mapped, digitized, geometrically registered, and overlaid in ARC/INFO. Both study sites have been influenced by various land use histories, including periods of range management, fire suppression, and fire management. Several analyses were performed to help understand the effects of past land management on the amount and spatial distribution of landcover within the study sites. A chi-squared analysis showed a significant difference between the frequency of landcover occurrence and management period. Markov chain models were used to project observed changes over a 100-year period; these showed current management practices being effective at Tel-4 (restoring historic landscape structure) and much less effective at Happy Creek. Documenting impacts of past management regimes on landcover has provided important insight into current landscape composition and will provide the basis for improving land management on Kennedy Space Center and elsewhere.  相似文献

AIM: Previous studies performed with XBP-01 in vitro indicated that XBP-01 could inhibit vascular smooth muscle cells from being transformed into foam cell and could eliminate the atherosclerotic plaque in C57BL/6J mouse. This experiment is to investigate its mechanism of eliminating plaques in vitro. METHODS: The cultured porcine artery smooth muscle cells incubated with XBP-01 of 0.1 mg/L for 24 h after preincubated with oxidized low density lipoprotein of 15 mg/L for 72 h in vitro. The samples were analyzed by fluorescence microscope, confocal microscope system and flow cytometry. RESULTS: Apoptosis was triggered by being incubated with oxidized low density lipoprotein and this process was accelerated additionally by being incubated with XBP-01. CONCLUSION: XBP-01 can be effective in eliminating atherosclerotic plaque by accelerating the process in which oxidized low density lipoprotein induced smooth muscle cell apoptosis.  相似文献

Species distribution models (SDMs) often use elevation as a surrogate for temperature or utilise elevation sensitive interpolations from weather stations. These methods may be unsuitable at the landscape scale, especially where there are sparse weather stations, dramatic variations in exposure or low elevational ranges. The goal of this study was to determine whether radiation, moisture or a novel estimate of exposure could improve temperature estimates and SDMs for vegetation on the Illawarra Escarpment, near Sydney, Australia. Forty temperature sensors were placed on the soil surface of an approximately 12,000 ha study site between November 2004 and August 2006. Linear regression was used to determine the relationship with environmental factors. Elevation was correlated more with moderate temperatures (winter maximums, summer minimums, spring and autumn averages) than extreme temperatures (summer maximums, winter minimums). The correlation (r 2) between temperature and environmental factors was improved by up to 0.38 by incorporating exposure, moisture and radiation in the regressions. Summer maximums and winter minimums were predominately determined by exposure to the NW and coastal influences respectively, while exposure to the NE and SW was important during other seasons. These directions correspond with the winds that are most influential in the study area. The improved temperature estimates were used in Generalised Additive Models for 37 plant species. The deviance explained by most models was increased relative to elevation, especially for moist rainforest species. It was concluded that improving the accuracy of seasonal temperature estimates could improve our ability to explain the patchy distribution of many species. AIM: To detect the expression of cytoplasmic inhibitor of apoptosis protein 2 (c-IAP2) and growth arrest-specific gene 1 (GAS1) in Hodgkin's lymphoma (HL) and anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) and to investigate the role of two genes in the pathogenesis of HL and ALCL.METHODS: HE staining, the antibodies CD30, CD15, CD45RO and CD20 were used to screen the cases of HL and ALCL from 288 cases of lymphoma. The clarified HL and ALCL were subjected for immunohistochemical staining by SP and ABC methods to analyze the expression of c-IAP2 and GAS1. RESULTS: ①The positive rate of c-IAP2 in HL was 25/26(96.1%) while that in ALCL was 6/19(31.6%), there presented statistic significance between HL and ALCL groups(P<0.05), meanwhile the positive rate of GAS1 showed statistic significance between HL and ALCL groups(P<0.05). ②Two cases were showed to be a mixed type combined with large tumor cells of HL and relatively smaller tumor cells of ALCL.CONCLUSION: ①The different expression of c-IAP2 and GAS1 in HL and ALCL implied a different mechanism of oncogenesis and the different defects in the pathway of signal transduction of apoptosis in HL and ALCL;②Few cases showed an overlap and a likely transitional state between HL and ALCL; ③The different expressing manner of GAS1 and c-IAP2 in HL and ALCL implied the potential marks for the differential dignosis of two kinds of lymphoma.  相似文献

We tested whether size of habitat patches and distance between patches are sufficient to predict the distribution of the mountain vizcacha Lagidium viscacia a large, rock-dwelling rodent of the Patagonian steppe Argentina, or whether information on other patch and landscape characteristics also is required. A logistic regression model including the distance between rock crevices and depth of crevices, distance between a patch and the nearest occupied patch, and whether or not there was a river separating it from the nearest occupied patch was a better predictor of patch occupancy by mountain vizcachas than was a model based only on patch size and distance between patches. Our results indicate that a simple metapopulation analysis based on size of habitat patches and distance between patches may not provide an accurate representation of regional population dynamics if patches vary in habitat quality independently of patch size and features in the matrix alter connectivity. β3-adrenergic receptor is the third subtype of β-adrenergic receptors. The genetic structure and pharmacological property of β3-adrenergic receptor are markedly distinguished from β1-and β2-adrenergic receptor subtypes. Recently studies show that myocardial β3-adrenergic receptor mediates negative inotropic effect through Gi-protein/NO/cGMP pathway, the expression of β3-adrenergic receptor and negative inotropic effect mediated by β3-adrenergic receptor are increased in heart failure. However, because of the low expression of β3-adrenergic receptor in the heart, the actual pathophysiological significance of β3-adrenergic receptor remains unknown.  相似文献
