竹叶兰和香港毛兰的核型分析 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
采用压片法研究了竹叶兰〔Arundina graminifolia(D.Don) Hochr〕和香港毛兰〔Eria gagnepainii Hawkes et. Heller.〕的染色体数目和核型。结果表明:竹叶兰的染色体数目2n=40,有2条随体,其核型公式为:2n=2x=40=16m+22sm+2st,染色体相对长度组成为2L+18M2+18M1+2S;香港毛兰染色体数目2n=36,核型公式为2n=2x=36=28m+8sm,染色体相对长度组成为4L+18M2+12M1+2S。两者均为二倍体,染色体主要由中部和近中部着丝点染色体组成。核型分类前者为1A型,后者为2B型,都较为对称。 相似文献

文昌193、红星1、海垦2是广泛种植的优良橡胶品种,对其核型进行研究将在橡胶树育种中具有重要意义。以古铜期嫩叶为试验材料,采用酶解去壁低渗法对文昌193、红星1、海垦2的染色体核型进行研究。结果表明,文昌193的染色体核型公式2n=36=30m+6sm,相对长度组成为2n=36=8S+8M1+16M2+4L,核不对称系数为61.22%,红星1的染色体核型公式2n=36=32m(2sat)+4sm,相对长度组成为2n=36=6S+12M1+14M2+4L,核不对称系数为59.76%,海垦2的染色体核型公式2n=36=32m(2sat)+4sm,相对长度组成为2n=36=6S+10M1+16M2+4L,核不对称系数为58.61%,三者核型类型均为2B型,均属于对称程度较高的染色体组。该研究可为橡胶树育种、种质资源鉴定和基因定位等研究提供细胞学基础。 相似文献

采用酶解去壁低渗法对溪黄草的体细胞染色体进行核型分析.结果表明:溪黄草的核型公式为2n=2X=24=14m +6 sm +4 st,染色体相对长度组成为2n=24=13M2+9M1 +2S,染色体组型为“2A”型.这一细胞学结果可作为溪黄草与其它种的区分依据,同时也为其开发和利用奠定理论基础. 相似文献

以贵州白刺花(Sophora davidii)根尖为试材,从取材时间、预处理方法、解离时间3个方面改进白刺花染色体常规压片技术,并对白刺花染色体进行核型分析.结果表明,白刺花染色体压片最佳取材时间为09:00-10:00时,根尖用冰水混合物在4℃冰箱里预处理24h为宜,卡诺固定液(无水酒精∶冰醋酸=3∶1)固定24 h,解离用1 mol/L盐酸在60℃水浴下解离8 min最好.核型分析结果表明,白刺花染色体基数为x=9,染色体数目2n=18,染色体核型公式为2n=2 x=2 M+16 m,染色体相对长度为2 n=2 x=18=2 S+10 M 1+6 M2.白刺花的染色体属于1A型. 相似文献

薄壳山核桃是重要的木本油料作物。‘波尼’、‘马罕’、‘金华’、‘钟山25’都是中国大面积推广种植的优良品种。本研究采用常规染色体压片法,以薄壳山核桃嫩芽为材料,对该4个主要栽培品种进行核型分析。结果表明,薄壳山核桃的染色体为2n=32。4个无性系品种的核型类型都是2B。‘波尼’染色体组成为2S+16M1+12M2+2L,核型公式为2n=32=12sm+18m+2T;‘马罕’染色体组成为6S+12M1+8M2+6L,核型公式为2n=32=16sm+14m+2T;‘金华’染色体组成为4S+12M1+14M2+2L,核型公式为2n=32=10sm+20m+2T;‘钟山25’染色体组成为6S+12M1+8M2+6L,核型公式为2n=32=8sm+22m+2T。4个无性系品种的核型不对称系数分别为62.07%、64.68%、62.47%、62.38%。从进化角度来看,‘波尼’属于比较原始的类型,‘马罕’属于比较进化的类型。本研究可为薄壳山核桃种质资源鉴定和育种提供细胞学基础。 相似文献

通过10个甘蔗品种的核型分析,研究其染色体组成系统演化和血缘构成的基本特征,为甘蔗育种选配亲本提供细胞学依据。以10个甘蔗品种的根尖为材料,采用改良的酶解去壁低渗法制备染色体标本,再利用Ikaros软件进行核型分析。‘粤糖86-368’的核型公式为2n=111=2M+103m+4sm+2T,‘桂糖11’的核型公式为2n=106=96m+10sm,这2个品种的核型分类均属于1B型;‘新台糖10’的核型公式为2n=108=98m+10sm,‘新台糖16’的核型公式为2n=111=4M+101m+6sm,‘新台糖20’的核型公式为2n=110=98m+10sm+2st,‘新台糖22’的核型公式为2n=110=2M+96m+12sm,‘粤糖93-159’的核型公式为2n=108=2M+88m+18sm,‘闽糖69-421’的核型公式为2n=109=95m+14sm,‘云蔗89-151’的核型公式为2n=111=91m+20sm这7个品种的核型分类均属于2B型;‘云蔗99-91’的核型公式为2n=108=84m+22sm+2st,核型分类属于2C型。研究结果说明,‘粤糖86-368’、‘桂糖11’这2个品种的进化程度都还比较原始;‘云蔗99-91’、‘云蔗89-151’进化程度最高;其余6个品种进化程度中等。 相似文献

A widely-held belief is that stricter environmental regulations stifle economic growth. To determine empirically the effect of environmental conditions and policies on state-level per capita income growth, a Barro-type economic growth model was estimated for the years 1982 to 1991, which correspond to two consecutive troughs in the business cycle. States with better environmental conditions had significantly higher income growth rates during this period. At the same time, stricter environmental policies did not significantly depress income growth. Data used include recently developed, consistent measures of environmental policy and quality for individual states, as well as data from the 1980 U.S. Census and Bureau of Economic Analysis. 相似文献

Diploid, tetraploid, and hexaploid plants occurred in foreign plant introductions of P. sp. affin. P. montanum from Turkey and Iran. Within-progeny variations in polyploid levels indicate that divergent races occurred as interspersed but natural populations. One to six B-chromosomes of varying sizes in addition to the normal chromosome complement were present in some plants. Their behaviours appeared essentially similar to those recorded for other species. Certain of the plants examined exhibited cytological features similar to those observed in known hybrids. These included prophase pycnosis, stickiness, split metaphase I plates, unoriented chromosomes at M-1, and low levels of pollen stainability. These features were absent in microsporocytes of other plants. Low open-pollination seed set characterized all plants examined. 采用正交设计,以齐墩果酸为对照品,采用5%香草醛冰醋酸-高氯酸显色剂,以总皂苷提取率为指标来确定金铁锁的最佳提取工艺。结果表明,最佳提取工艺如下:提取温度为70℃、乙醇浓度为80%、提取时间90 min、料液比1:8,该方法成本低、结果稳定、重复性好。 相似文献
