为有效筛选出适宜重庆山区养殖的鲟鱼品种,将卵黄囊消失的施氏鲟、西杂鲟(西伯利亚鲟♀×施氏鲟♂)、施杂鲟(施氏鲟♀×西伯利亚鲟♂)、大杂交鲟(达氏鳇♀×施氏鲟♂)仔鱼饲养在直径2 m、高0.6 m的蓝色圆形玻璃钢盆中,每盆3000尾,开始时投喂打碎的水蚯蚓,7 d后(全长约3 cm),用微粒饲料与水蚯蚓浆制成软颗粒饲料,阴干后投喂,经15~20 d转食后,投喂鲟鱼专用微粒饲料,养殖84 d后比较分析4种鲟鱼胚后发育时间,形态特征,及仔、稚、幼鱼成活率、生长特性等。试验结果显示:在水温(17.94±0.54)℃、溶解氧质量浓度(8.91±0.32) mg/L、pH(8.09±0.43)的条件下,大杂交鲟、西杂鲟胚后发育时间早于施杂鲟和施氏鲟;4种鲟幼鱼外部形态特征均有区别;西杂鲟成活率最高,为(65.33±2.12)%,显著高于施氏鲟、施杂鲟和大杂交鲟;7日龄后,4种鲟鱼特定生长率随着日龄增加而降低;从生长模型可知,西杂鲟全长生长速度最快,从(0.81±0.34) cm增长至(16.67±1.37) cm,大杂交鲟体质量生长速度较快,西杂鲟次之,但77日龄后西杂鲟体质量生长速度超过大杂交鲟...  相似文献

达氏鳇(♀)×西伯利亚鲟(♂)杂交幼鱼生长特性初步研究   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
对野生达氏鳇(Huso dauricus)(♀)与人工养殖西伯利亚鲟(Acipenser baerii)(♂)的杂交幼鱼在人工养殖条件下的生长进行研究。结果显示:在水温14.7~16.8℃的条件下,平均全长37.43 cm、平均体重178.9 g的达氏鳇杂交种幼鱼经过80 d培育后,平均全长和平均体重分别达到51.74 cm和533.1 g。其全长与日龄呈线性关系,关系式为L=0.1683t+10.942(R2=0.9665);体重与日龄呈指数函数关系,关系式为W=24.304e0.0129t(R2=0.9421);体重与全长呈幂函数关系,关系式为W=0.0007L3.4461(R2=0.9984),其中b大于3。结果表明:达氏鳇和西伯利亚鲟的杂交种幼鱼为异速生长类型,体重生长快于全长生长。  相似文献

在冷泉水养殖条件下进行史氏鲟和杂交鲟(史氏鲟♀×西伯利亚鲟♂)鱼种的饲养试验,史氏鲟和杂交鲟鱼种的平均体重分别为(2.51±0.57)g和(2.16±0.33)g;平均全长分别为(6.55±0.69)cm和(6.11±0.33)cm;试验期水温为18~22℃。经70 d人工培育,投喂含48%粗蛋白的人工配合饲料,史氏鲟和杂交鲟鱼种的平均体重分别达到(22.25±5.53)g和(26.19±6.16)g,平均全长分别达到(13.87±0.61)cm和(14.17±0.77)cm。杂交鲟鱼种平均体重和平均全长特定生长率均高于史氏鲟。以Bertalanffy非线性生长模型算得的史氏鲟和杂交鲟鱼种体重生长拐点分别为67 d和71 d,全长生长拐点日龄分别为30 d与33 d;全长生长拐点的出现先于体重拐点;杂交鲟鱼种体重和全长生长拐点比史氏鲟鱼种分别推迟4 d和3 d,杂交鲟鱼种全长生长增速持续时间大于史氏鲟鱼种。  相似文献

本试验用膨化饲料和颗粒饲料饲喂初体重6.91±0.33 g哲罗鲑(Hucho taimen),比较两种饲料对其生长、体成分、消化酶活性和血液生化指标的影响.试验在室内玻璃钢水族箱中进行,分2个处理,每处理3个重复,每重复100尾鱼.处理1为膨化饲料组,处理2为颗粒饲料组.试验期间水温9.8~16.2℃,溶氧>8.0 mg/L,试验共进行56d.试验结果表明,同颗粒饲料组相比,膨化饲料组哲罗鲑成活率显著提高(P<0.05),饵料系数显著降低(P<0.05);鱼体粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量显著升高(P<0.05),水分和灰分显著降低(P<0.05);胃蛋白酶、前肠+幽门盲囊胰蛋白酶、后肠胰蛋白酶活性显著降低(P<0.05);消化道淀粉酶活性显著降低(P<0.05);血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白和白球比差异不显著(P>0.05),而碱性磷酸酶活性显著降低(P<0.05).结论,与颗粒饲料组相比,哲罗鲑饲喂膨化饲料后生长性能提高,但消化道消化酶活性降低.  相似文献

选取28日龄断奶的三元[杜×(大×长)]杂交仔猪96头,平均体重为(7.46±0.38)kg,按体重和性别随机分为4个处理组,每个处理组3个重复,每个重复8头仔猪,公母各半。第一个处理组为空白组,第二、三、四个处理组在相同的基础日粮中分别添加0.1%、0.2%和0.4%的甘露寡糖,研究甘露寡糖对断奶仔猪肠道菌群的影响。结果表明:(1)各实验组肠道大肠杆菌的浓度极显著低于对照组;(2)第三组和第四组其结肠、盲肠和直肠中双歧杆菌增殖显著。第二组中只有结肠中双歧杆菌显著高于对照组,但盲肠和直肠中双歧杆菌增殖不明显;(3)各个处理组肠道中乳酸杆菌的浓度与对照组相比差异不显著。  相似文献

研究了养殖密度对饲料驯化期西伯利亚鲟(Acipenser baerii)稚鱼生长和存活的影响。试验设置5个养殖密度(1.843、1.638、1.433、1.228、1.024 kg/m3)。试验期间采用依次投喂水蚯蚓、软颗粒饲料、硬颗粒饲料的驯养方法,逐步从活饵料转喂人工配合颗粒饲料。试验结果表明,最大密度组D1溶解氧达到最低值4.09 mg/L,接近鲟鱼正常生长发育的临界溶氧;高密度组D1、D2、D3和低密度组D4、D5死亡率和终体重差异显著(P<0.05);D3特定生长率(SGR)均值最大,D1、D2和D3、D4、D5的SGR差异显著(P<0.05);D4的终体重、日增重(DWG)、肥满度(CF)最大,各密度组对DWG、CF和体长及体重变异系数(CV)的影响较小(P>0.05)。试验期间从D1到D5组的死亡率依次为2.06%,1.99%,1.87%,1.68%和1.64%,CF为0.498~0.532,SGR平均值为11.16%~13.14%,体重CV为30.72%~33.54%,体长的CV为6.64%~9.94%。根据试验结果,建议饲料驯化期西伯利亚鲟稚鱼的适宜养殖密度控制在1.228~1.433 kg/m3,即直径2 m的玻璃缸每缸3 000~3 500尾。  相似文献

以初始体长16.61±2.33 mm的半滑舌鳎仔鱼(孵化后第20天)为实验对象,在室内进行为期25d的摄食生长实验.在基础饲料中分别添加0、0.05%和0.1%的胰蛋白酶配制3组微颗粒饲料,同时,以活饵料(卤虫)作为对照组,研究饲料中添加不同剂量的消化酶对半滑舌鳎仔鱼生长和消化酶活性的影响.实验结果表明,添加胰蛋白酶组的仔、稚鱼体重明显高于未添加组(P<0.05),但是低于活饵料组(P<O.05),添加胰蛋白酶组之间没有显著性差异(P>0.05).成活率的结果显示,活饵料组明显地高于微颗粒饲料组(P<0.05),但是3个微颗粒饲料组之间没有显著性差异(P>0.05).消化酶分析结果表明,除了碱性磷酸酶以外,不同饵料对蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶的活性均没有影响.结果表明,在饲料中添加外源性消化酶可以显著地提高半滑舌鳎仔、稚鱼的生长,对于体内消化酶的影响却不显著,其中的机制有待进一步研究.  相似文献

在电子控温循环水系统中,研究不同水温(15℃、18℃、21℃、24℃和27℃)对56日龄的施氏鲟Acipenser schrenckii、小体鲟A.ruthenus和西伯利亚鲟A.baerii幼鱼生长的影响。结果表明,24℃组施氏鲟幼鱼的体长特定生长率(SGRL)显著高于其它温度组(P<0.05),而体质量特定生长率(SGRW)差异不显著(P>0.05);在18~27℃范围内,体长绝对增长率(AGRL)随温度的升高而降低,且显著高于15℃组(P<0.05)。18~24℃组的体质量绝对增长率(AGRW)显著高于15℃和27℃组(P<0.05)。在18~24℃范围内,施氏鲟幼鱼的体长相对增长率随温度的升高而增加,显著高于15℃和27℃组(P<0.05),最适生长温度为24℃。18℃组小体鲟幼鱼的SGRL显著高于其他温度(P<0.05),SGRW则差异不显著(P>0.05)。在15~27℃温度范围内,小体鲟幼鱼的AGRW升高后降低,其中18℃和24℃的SGRW分别为0.61g/d和0.64g/d,显著高于其他组。15℃组AGRL最低(1.6mm/d),显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。小体鲟幼鱼的最适生长水温范围为18~24℃,最适生长温度为18℃。在15~27℃范围内,21℃组西伯利亚鲟幼鱼的SGRL、AGRL和体长相对生长率均显著高于其他温度组(P<0.05),但27℃组存活率最低。西伯利亚鲟幼鱼的最适生长范围为15~24℃,最适生长水温为21℃。不同温度下,3种鲟幼鱼的肥满度变化不同,施氏鲟幼鱼的生长类型为强异速度生长,不同于小体鲟幼鱼与西伯利亚鲟幼鱼。在15~27℃范围内,3种鲟幼鱼的最适生长温度不同,在早期生长培育时应选用不同的培育温度。  相似文献

俄罗斯鲟早期生长性状遗传参数的估计   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
采用人工授精技术和家系标准化培育技术构建了30个俄罗斯鲟(Acipenser gueldenstaedtii)父系全同胞家系(包含6个母系半同胞组),培育至150日龄和410日龄时,分别从每个家系中随机测量50尾个体的体长和体重。利用ASReml软件进行方差组分的估计,应用多性状动物模型进行俄罗斯鲟生长性状遗传参数的估计。结果表明,150日龄俄罗斯鲟体长和体重的遗传力分别为0.16±0.055、0.18±0.058,410日龄俄罗斯鲟体长和体重的遗传力分别为0.18±0.070、0.094±0.049,不同日龄生长性状的遗传力均为低遗传力,表明俄罗斯鲟更适合大规模家系的育种方法;150日龄和410日龄俄罗斯鲟体长和体重2个生长性状的表型相关和遗传相关均为高度正相关,其中表型相关系数分别为0.91、0.85,遗传相关系数分别为0.62、0.57,说明对体重或体长进行选育,均能实现改良生长性状的目标;不同日龄俄罗斯鲟家系平均体重的平均变异系数高于平均体长,前者为29.09%、29.46%,后者为10.16%、8.43%,表明俄罗斯鲟体重性状更具选育潜力。本研究估测了俄罗斯鲟不同时期生长性状的遗传参数,旨在为下一步合理制定该物种育种方案提供参考依据。  相似文献

Two experiments were conducted to assess the water stability of a practical research diet manufactured with various binders and differing levels of moisture. In the first experiment the binders – agar, gelatine, carrageenan, and carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) were included at both 3 and 5% of total ingredient weight. All binders were tested with equal ingredient weight to water volume, and additionally carrageenan was tested in a diet with double the water volume. The dry matter remaining following immersion for up to 180 min was calculated and the rate of pellet decay was modelled using the Weibull distribution. The analysis revealed that the rate of dry matter loss decreased with time, and that carrageenan and CMC binders were significantly better (P < 0.001) binders than the agar and gelatine. The 5% binder concentration slowed the decay rate by as much as 62% as compared with the 3% binder concentration. The second experiment compared the binding performance of carrageenan and sodium alginate in both 50% moisture and 10% moisture pellets. The same analysis revealed that 10% moisture alginate‐bound pellets were more water stable than the others. A discussion of the use of moist diets for crayfish research is included.  相似文献

Abstract.— Growth studies were conducted to determine the dietary methionine requirement of juvenile Japanese flounder Paralichthys olivaceus . A basal diet was formulated to contain 50% crude protein from casein and gelatin, as intact protein sources, supplemented with crystalline L-amino acids (CAA), to correspond to the amino acid pattern found in the whole body protein of the juvenile Japanese flounder, except methionine. Test diets contained six graded levels of L-methionine 0.53, 0.83, 1.13, 1.43, 1.73, and 2.03% of diet (dry matter basis) or 1.06, 1.66, 2.26, 2.86, 3.46 and 4.06% of protein. To prevent leaching losses of water-soluble amino acids, CAA were pre-coated with carboxymethylcellulose (CMC), and diets were further bound with both CMC and κ-carrageenan after addition of the pre-coated CAA. Weighing about 2.80 g, each triplicate group of the juvenile flounder were fed test diets twice a day (5% of body weight) for 40 d. Survival rate, specific growth rate, feed conversion efficiency and apparent protein retention were significantly ( P < 0.05) affected by dietary methionine concentrations. The optimum dietary level of methionine in the presence of 0.06% of dietary cystine for Japanese flounder juvenile was estimated by using break point analysis. The values determined based on weight gain and feed efficiency were 1.49% of diet (or 2.98% of protein) and 1.44% of diet (or 2.88% of protein), respectively. These requirement values are close to the methionine level of flounder whole body protein.  相似文献

Supplementation of crystalline amino acids (CAA) in shrimp diets is unsuccessful in most cases. In the present study, various pre‐coated CAA were developed to minimize the leaching losses from diets in water and assessed using kuruma shrimp Marsupenaeus japonicus juveniles. Experimental diets were supplemented with coated CAA or non‐coated CAA to simulate the dietary amino acid profile to that found in the whole body protein of shrimp. The four diets contained CAA coated with either carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) (diet 1), zein (diet 2), k‐carrageenan (diet 3) or agar (diet 4), respectively. Another four diets contained CMC‐coated CAA with the addition of either zein (diet 5), casein‐gelatin (diet 6), zein and k‐carrageenan (diet 7), or casein‐gelatin and k‐carrageenan (diet 8), respectively. The 8 weeks feeding trial demonstrated that the diets containing coated CAA gave significantly higher weight gains than diets containing non‐coated CAA, with the highest value for the diet 6. The diets containing coated CAA also yielded higher feed conversion efficiency, protein efficiency ratio, and specific growth rate than diets containing non‐coated CAA. Leaching trials suggested that shrimp growth performance was improved partly due to the retardation or reduction of CAA leaching by coating them with specific binders.  相似文献

Carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) was incorporated into each of two experimental diets at one of four levels (2, 6, 10 and 14%). Each of the eight diets was fed to male tilapia hybrids (Oreochromis niloticus × O. aureus) for 9 weeks. The experiment was conducted in a closed, filtered and recirculated rearing system. The fish were fed the appropriate diets at a rate of 3% of body weight per day, 2 times a day, 6 days a week. The water temperature was maintained at 26°C. Tilapia fed diets containing, 6, 10 and 14% CMC showed significantly poorer (P<0.05) feed conversion rates than fish fed diets containing 2% CMC. The dry matter digestion coefficients of the diets did not differ significantly but generally declined as CMC level increased. Gastric emptying times decreased as the level of inclusion of CMC in the diets increased. Crude protein content and ash content of fish were similar in all dietary groups. Fish fed diets containing 6, 10 and 14% CMC had significantly lower (P<0.05) lipid content than fish fed diets with 2% CMC.  相似文献

Feeding artificial micro diets instead of diatoms may allow a more constant and controlled form of nutrition, and thus results in lower mortality rate and increased growth. A 4-week trial was conducted to determine the growth and survival of postlarval Haliotis discus discus (Reeve.) postlarvae fed three experimental micro particle diets, and naturally occurring diatoms. A completely randomized design was adopted with each diet being replicated three times. All diets varied in terms of particle size and gross composition. Survival rate was significantly lower ( P  < 0.05) in the diatom diet (19.5 ± 2.1%) when compared with the K-1 diet (38.8 ± 8.9%), the K-2 diet (43.7 ± 5.6%) and the MD-Q diet (44.2 ± 14.8%). The size of postlarvae fed the four diets was not significantly different ( P  > 0.05). There was also little difference in the daily growth rate. Based on the results of this work for the preliminary implementation of artificial food as a replacement diet for diatoms, it seems that postlarval H . discus discus readily consumes artificial micro particle diets and has a superior survival rate when compared to that of diatoms.  相似文献

The Pacific lamprey Entosphenus tridentatus is an ancestral species of critical importance to the ecosystem and indigenous cultures in the Pacific Northwest. Conservation aquaculture has been proposed as a potential technique to restore Pacific lamprey populations. Intensive culture methods and diets for this species have not been developed. A sixteen week feeding trial tested the effects of seven diet treatments on the survival, growth, fatty acid profile and whole body lipid content of Pacific lamprey ammocoetes. Dietary treatments were: active dry yeast, yeast plus fish oil emulsion, micro‐algae, micro‐algae plus fish oil emulsion, yeast with micro‐algae, yeast with micro‐algae plus fish oil emulsion and yeast with larval fish diet. Each diet was offered to five replicate tanks stocked with 20 ammocoetes that were 51 days post hatch. Survival during the trial was not affected by diet. The greatest length and weight increases were in fish fed diets containing yeast. Growth decreased as the amount of algae in the diet was increased. Lipid retention was significantly higher in fish fed yeast with larval fish diet relative to the other treatments. Feed conversion ratio was lowest in fish fed diets containing yeast. Whole body fatty acid profiles tended to reflect the fatty acid profile of the diet. Percentages of 20:5n‐3 and 22:6n‐3 were significantly higher in fish fed diets containing fish oil emulsion. Overall, yeast with larval fish diet provided the best growth performance in larval Pacific lamprey.  相似文献

以美洲西鲱(Alosa sapidissima)仔鱼(孵化后10 d)为实验对象,在室内进行为期30 d的摄食生长试验,分别投喂不同的饵料[单独投喂卤虫(Artemia)、单独投喂微颗粒饲料、卤虫与微颗粒饲料混合投喂],分析不同饵料的投喂对存活、生长、消化酶活性、非特异性免疫相关酶活性以及体脂肪酸组成的影响。结果表明:(1)混合投喂组的存活与生长表现都要显著优于卤虫组和微颗粒饲料组(P0.05),微颗粒饲料组与卤虫组相比差异不大,而试验后期(20~30 d)微颗粒饲料组的存活与生长表现要优于卤虫组;(2)消化酶的结果显示,胃蛋白酶和淀粉酶活力在各组中无显著性差异(P0.05),胰蛋白酶、糜蛋白酶和脂肪酶在卤虫组中活力最低,显著低于其他两组(P0.05),其中糜蛋白酶和脂肪酶活性在微颗粒饲料组中要显著高于混合投喂组(P0.05);(3)碱性磷酸酶和超氧化物岐化酶活力在各组中无显著性差异(P0.05),过氧化氢酶和溶菌酶活力在微颗粒饲料组中最高,卤虫组中最低,两者之间差异显著(P0.05);(4)鱼体脂肪酸受饵料脂肪酸组成影响较大,微颗粒饲料中n-3HUFA和DHA含量较高,其投喂后在鱼体中的含量也高。综上所述,不同饵料投喂对美洲西鲱仔稚鱼存活、生长、消化酶活性、非特异性免疫相关酶活性以及体脂肪酸影响显著,在试验20 d之前使用卤虫与微颗粒饲料混合投喂,20 d后完全转食微颗粒饲料,可以降低成本,同时提高生产效率。  相似文献

本试验选用1日龄樱桃谷肉鸭500只,随机分为10个组(9个试验组和1个对照组),每组50只肉仔鸭。试验组采用二因素、每个因素三个水平的完全随机设计,即在饲粮中添加3%、6%、和9%的大豆油,每个比例分别添饲1周、2周、3周,旨在研究日粮中添加大豆油的用量和时间对肉鸭生产性能的影响。结果表明:各试验组之间以及各试验组与对照组之间肉鸭的死亡率无显著差异(P>0.05);各试验组与对照组之间肉鸭的饲料转化率有显著差异(P<0.05),各试验组之间肉鸭的饲料转化率无显著差异(P>0.05);添加大豆油的比例、时期及比例与添饲时的互作对肉鸭的日增重均有极显著的影响(P<0.01),而以添加6%的比例添饲两周的效果最好。  相似文献

以酪蛋白和脱脂豆粕为蛋白源,糊精为糖源,玉米油和豆油为脂肪源的半纯化饲料为试验饲料,研究了维生素K3对草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)成活、生长、体成分、血清中钙磷含量及凝血时间的影响。试验饲料中的维生素K3共设7个添加梯度,分别为0,0.5,1.0,2.0,5,10,20mg/kg,每一梯度设3个重复,每个重复60尾初始体重3.5g左右的草鱼,在(25.0±3.0)℃的流水系统中养殖11周。结果表明:维生素K3对草鱼增重率、特定生长率、饲料系数、成活率和体成分均没有显著性影响(P>0.05);维生素K3对血清中的钙磷浓度也无显著性影响;凝血时间显著性受饲料中维生素K3含量影响,饲料中缺乏维生素K3会延迟凝血时间。对饲料中维生素K3含量和草鱼凝血时间进行折线回归分析表明:草鱼幼鱼饲料中维生素K3适宜的含量为1.9mg/kg。  相似文献

为分析中、韩、俄沿海刺参(Apostichopus japonicus)种质遗传结构,本研究采用SSR指纹图谱技术对中国青岛、烟台,韩国浦项、群山、木浦,俄罗斯符拉迪沃斯托克的不同刺参群体进行遗传多样性分析和指纹图谱构建。结果显示,13个微卫星座位的平均观测杂合度(Ho)和平均期望杂合度(He)分别为0.47和0.80。13个位点的多态信息含量(PIC)为0.465(AJ06)~0.909(AJ09),除AJ06为中度多态性(0.250.50)。单个位点的等位基因数(A)为10(AJ06)~34(AJ07),平均等位基因数为19.4个。各位点的有效等位基因共83.8个,各位点的有效等位基因数(Ne)为1.7(AJ06)~11.8(AJ09),平均有效等位基因数为6.5。各群体遗传多样性分析结果显示,8个群体的PIC指数为0.6392(韩国木浦)~0.7122(中国青岛),说明相应群体均具有较高的遗传多样性。构建的DNA指纹图谱可将所采集的8个群体区分开。遗传结构分析结果显示,8个刺参群体分配到3个自由交配群中,与UPGMA聚类分析结果相一致。UPGMA聚类分析结果显示,中国青岛、烟台群体与韩国木浦黑参群体聚为一支,俄罗斯刺参群体、韩国浦项黄参群体、韩国群山黑参群体和韩国浦项黑参群体聚为一支,而韩国浦项红参群体作为外群,单独聚为一支。刺参分群及聚类分析表明,不同群体的遗传结构及遗传分化情况不仅与地理位置相关,还与刺参体色有一定的相关性。本研究结果可为刺参种质资源保护及不同地理种群刺参的鉴别提供技术支撑。  相似文献
