Electro-mechanical coupling facts about transmission system influence dynamic characteristic and response characteristic of servo system. The coupling factors of precision transmission system are put forward, and the modelling methods of electro-mechanical system are analyzed. Based on the large-scale precise horizontal machining center, the dynamic chart of servo feed system is gained through analyzing mathematical model of the taehes, and the influence on transmission stiffness and transmission error is simulated in precision transmission system. Through changing parameters in servo feed system, the influence on dynamic characteristic and response characteristic is analyzed, so it provides a mathematical model for parameter optimization.  相似文献

Permanent magnet synchronous generator for wind turbine is a multivariable nonlinear system with strong coupling. Considering the influence of the volatile parameters of the generator on the performance of vector control, the torque dynamic sliding-mode control strategy is further studied. The proposed first order dynamic sliding-mode control strategy reduces the chattering by using a new switch function constituted with derivative element. With the dynamic sliding-mode controller in the power outer loop, the PMSG vector control system shows excellent robustness and insensitivity to the parameters and disturbance, which is confirmed by simulation.  相似文献

The double drive hoist reducer developed in the planetary gear is a new generation of energy saving and environment protecting hoist product. The multi flow transmission system theory of hoist is analyzed. With the theory and method of bond graph,a bond graph model with coupled vibration is established for hoist multi flow transmission system for the first time. The state equation of the system is developed and dynamic simulation analysis is also carried out. The internal changing law and relationship of the system for the state variable are got. Therefore, the dynamic properties and gearing features of this system are revealed comprehensively. The research results can provide the dynamic analysis method and design basis for multi flow transmission system of hoist.  相似文献

As for the drive of control system in electric vehicles, if the inverter power is supplied by a constant DC-link voltage, there are some disadvantages in the system, such as small utilization of the voltage, big current harmonic distortion of the motor windings. A new strategy for vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) with variable DC-link voltage is proposed, which is suitable for electric vehicles. According to the reference voltage amplitude of the inverter, the new system uses bidirectional DC/DC converter to adjust the DC-link voltage to improve the performance of the vector control system. At last, the whole system is simulated with MATLAB software. The simulation results show that the new strategy for vector control can increase voltage utilization, decrease torque ripple, improve current waveform effectively and decrease the total harmonic distortion of motor current. The results also verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the new strategy.  相似文献

It provides excellent driving performances including powerful driving capacity, high efficiency, good smoothness and economy, etc. The basic structure, transmission principle and the hydraulic servo control system of traction drive CVT are described. 以1999—2008年北方稻区国家水稻品种区域试验(共计463个点次) 10年数据为依据,在一年一点和一年多点两个层次上对北方稻区国家水稻品种区域试验的精确度进行了研究。结果表明: (1)一年一点试验层面上,所有试点平均试验误差变异系数(CV)为4.3%,平均相对最小显著差数(RLSD)为7.4%,绝大多数试点的CV和RLSD控制得较好,试验精确度和品种比较精确度均较高。(2)一年多点试验层面上,绝大多数组别的CV在5%以内,RLSD在3%以内,试验精确度较高,品种比较精确度能够满足国家品种审定的要求。(3)在现有试验方案下,降低试验误差是提高一年一点试验精确度的主要途径;除降低试验误差外,适当增加试点数是提高一年多点试验精确度的有效选择。  相似文献

A 3D model of a 2 DOF spatial linkage mechanism was built using ADAMS. Kinematic analysis and simulation of the model were performed. The analysis results show that this mechanism meets the design requirements, which provides the basis for further design and control of the mechanism. The main factors that have an impact on mechanism precision subsequently were analyzed and designed. The results show that the sensitivity of the two legs' lengths ranks higher than that of the other design variables. Therefore, the precision design of the bipod is the key point to achieve mechanism precision. The study provides a theoretical foundation for the design, manufacture, assembly, and control of the mechanism.  相似文献

在对机械产品进行"功能-运动-动作"结构化分解的基础上,将影响元动作装配单元装配精度的误差源分为零部件的形状误差、位置误差、装配位置误差和运动误差等四类误差源。引入误差链接模型作为元动作装配单元误差关联关系的基本封装单元,构建结构化误差关联模型——链接网络和链接矩阵,形象描述误差间的耦合嵌套关系。提出基于误差链接模型的装配误差传递路径求解方法,用老鼠迷宫算法搜索所有可能的误差传递路径,以装配精度最高作为判别依据,得到各误差分量的有效传递路径。以蜗杆转动元动作装配单元蜗杆轴线平行度误差有效传递路径为目标,对上述方法进行验证,结果表明该方法能够高效地搜索到所有误差传递路径,并快速获得有效传递路径。该方法的提出为整机装配过程质量预测与控制提供了理论依据。  相似文献

Since the wind turbines are installed on the flexible support tower, the drive train of the wind turbines runs under severe work conditions with varying wind directions and loads. So its failure rate is high and it is the bottle neck of the wind power development. This work presents a study which takes the coupling effect of oscillating of tower barrel and the twisting vibration of driven train into account. Using the lumped parameter method, a coupled dynamic model for the megawatt wind turbine drive train is built by considering the flexible tower barrel support effects. Then, the dynamic characteristics of the megawatt wind turbine drive train are analyzed. The Campbell chart is used in this research to analyze the potential resonance points. And the potential resonance frequencies between the cutting in and cutting out rotational speed of the drive train are obtained. Finally, Simpack is used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of drive train and verify the correctness of the proposed method.  相似文献

Considering the relationships of coupling movement and compatible displacement among bonding layer, piezoelectric layer, damping layer, and base structure, a finite element dynamic model of coupled systems for vibration reduction plates is established. The model combined with piezoelectric theory, finite element theory and ADF model of viscoelastic damping material can be suitable for vibration model of complex SCLD structure. The dynamics parameters for clamped-clamped steel plate with partially treated smart constrained layer damping are obtained by theoretical calculation, ANSYS modal analysis and modal experiment. The results show that theoretical values are closer to the test results and ANSYS analysis, and the methods proposed is more accurate and effective.  相似文献

The method of companion model is applied to the digital simulation of high voltage hybrid AC/DC systems for the first trme in this thesis.The mathematical model of the digital simulation of hybrid AC/DC systems is represented. This method can model the normal states, faults and games of faults of any hybrid AC/DC systems. The method has a series of advantages : saving the computation and the amounts of memory, high precision and fast calculation and it can be used with convenience. The simulation results of a hybrid AC/DC system arc in consistent with that of theoretical analysis. In order to improve the node localization precision of Range Free based DV Hop localization algorithm in wireless sensor networks (WSNs) with randomly distributed nodes and dynamic topology, the improved algorithm is proposed. After analyzing the DV Hop algorithm, considering the obvious errors of the estimated node coordinates calculated by Polygon based method in traditional DV Hop algorithm, the numerical iterative algorithm is constructed by employing Taylor series expansion, and simulation studies for the improved DV Hop algorithm are conducted. The selection criteria for the convergent threshold of iterative step is determined, the localization performance of the improved localization algorithm is analyzed by comparing with the traditional DV Hop algorithm under the same condition of selected convergent threshold and simulation parameters, while the calculation amount and convergence rate of the improved algorithm are also measured by the statistic iterations. The simulation results show that by selecting reasonable iterative threshold values and appropriately increasing calculation amount for node localization, the improved DV Hop localization algorithm greatly improves the localization precision and the error stability, which is feasible for node localization in WSNs with both randomly distributed nodes and dynamic topology.  相似文献

电磁超声兰姆波换能器由于其激发的兰姆波具有多模式、频散性和信号较弱的特点,在一定程度上限制了其发展及应用。针对增强电磁超声兰姆波信号强度问题,提出了一种优化设计方法。通过在永磁铁和线圈之间加入超微晶叠片来减小永磁铁表面的涡流,增加试件中的涡流,同时改善静磁场的分布,从而增强铝板中的信号强度。重点研究了超微晶对电磁超声信号的影响,采用有限元软件进行仿真分析,并进行了实验验证。实验结果表明,该优化方法能够有效增强兰姆波信号强度。  相似文献

A purely torsional dynamic model of multi-stage planetary gear trains is developed to investigate the dynamic characteristics of the transmission system in shield machine cutter drive. In the model,phase difference between mesh stiffness and error among each stage caused by different initial mesh positions is considered,and other factors such as component bearing stiffness,time-varying mesh stiffness and error are considered as well. Inherent characteristic analysis shows there are more unique and diverse vibration modes in multi-stage planetary gear trains than in single-stage planetary gear trains. Through dynamic response analysis,time-domain and frequency-domain response of dynamic meshing force of each stage is obtained. As the frequency of exciting force of medium-speed and high-speed stage is in proximity to the natural frequency of the system,harmonic resonance tends to occur,which needs to be paid great attention to. Dynamic factors of each stage are also computed and prepare the ground for the dynamic optimizing design of planetary gear trains.  相似文献

This paper proposes a control scheme for a doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) wind farm with VSC-HVDC grid integration to ensure secure and reliable operation of power system with fluctuated wind power penetration. The whole system dynamic models are respectively described. Based on vector control system with a virtual voltage orientation, a steady-state voltage control block and a dynamic voltage control block with a cross-product term of d-q currents are separately designed for WFVSC to control the corresponding parts of the wind farm voltage. Meanwhile, with the consideration of AC and DC side parameter variation and external disturbance, an improved backstepping control scheme with Lyapunov stability provement is also proposed for the GSVSC. The combination of the two schemes makes up the new control design of this study. Besides, to verify the performance of the proposed new control design, three different cases are suggested which contain the AC and DC side parameter variation and external disturbance such as local load cut off-in, grid voltage harmonics. Finally, numerical simulations using MATLAB/Simulink are presented for a 200MW DFIG wind farm with VSC-HVDC grid integration to validate the proposed control scheme and demonstrate the improved system operation performance. Moreover, the corresponding discussions are also presented for further illustrations.  相似文献

To accurately analyze the loss and heat of large hydro generator,the finite element models of 2D steady state electromagnetic field,moving electromagnetic field and field circuit coupling are established respectively.As an example,the losses of the rotor iron and damper winding of a 36 MW tubular hydro generator are calculated.Furthermore,the influences of 3 different electromagnetic field models on the thermal sources and temperatures are analyzed by 3D finite element calculation of the temperature field.The results are compared with the test data and indicate that the precision of the field circuit coupling model is better.The losses of each damp bar are different and the heat of the damp bar at the lee side is larger than that at the windward with the full load.The maximal temperature of the rotor is located at the damper winding,instead of the field winding.The research is valuable for improving the calculation precision of the rotor losses and temperature field and enhancing the reliability of the hydro generator design and operation.  相似文献

The constitution, design ideas and working principles of the DDC experimental system for testing dynamic tensile stress of outside body cell using membrane variable stress wave are discussed in detail. A new design measure is put forward, i.e. using airtight liquid for transferring pressure, and a space mechanism which is made up of two moveable linking axes and controlled by DDC for producing dynamic tensile stress with variable stress wave. The space mechanism is made up of two moveable linking axes, the first axis is controlled by an alternative current servo system, at the same time it drives the modulating modulating disc, and its rotation velocity is uniform and adjustable, so the rotating velocity of the disc can be controlled. Second, the hydraulic pressure worktable is driven by step electric motor. By dynamically changing the relative position of the modulating disc and the worktable, the journey of the piston in hydraulic pressure vat can be changed accordingly. The resultant motion of the modulating disc rotation and the radial direction relative movement of the piston can create liquid pressure with variable frequency and amplitude range, and the pressure can be changed into membrane tensile stress with variable frequency and pressure amplitude range using pressure fine tuning, and muhi-path disporting pressure. The system is proved to be simple, reliable, economic and controlled expediently by the experiment conducted.  相似文献

Based on a non-linear system model, an adaptive control methodology is presented for a parallel AC/DC power system by means of on-line recursive parameter identifications. Taking the advantage of rapid power regulatiing ability of the DC power system and combining with the generalized minimum variance self-tuning control principles, the dynamic qualities of the controlled system has been greatly improved. Using SISO form makes the control system very simple to implement. Through the design, simulation and analysis of the self-tuning control system for a practical example, it shows that the self-tuning control strategy is very promising for AC/DC power systems.  相似文献
