To address the problems of low carrying capacity and short life of bearings in current ring reducers, a new type of ring reducer is proposed which consists of a two stepped transmission. One is a planetary transmission, and the other is an N type planetary transmission with a low tooth number difference. Based on the analysis of structural features, the transmission principle, and a transmission load situation, a contact finite element model of the new type of ring reducer is set up, and the stress value and the actual pairs of meshing teeth are derived by calculation. Based on gear modification research theory, the second stage transmission gear pairs of the new reducer are modified on its teeth profiles. Results demonstrate that the load capacity of transmission gear pairs have been enhanced greatly.  相似文献

Study on Surface Noise Distribution of Three ring Reducer   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The three ring reducer is a kind of gear drive developed in the past decade. Adopting the new conception of "parallel and movable axis" of multiple mechanisms, this kind of gear drive has many characteristics such as large transmission ratio, high efficiency and so on. As the three ring reducer has been invented only for ten years, up to date the design of the gear drive is only made with analogue method, no design theory can be followed, there exist serious vibration and noise in transmission, which limit its wide application in industry. In this paper, the transmission principle of SHQ50 reducer is studied, the surface noise distribution of the reducer, transmission ratio 49.5 , is measured and analyzed by means of sound intensity method. The 3D distribution maps of noise on top of reducer, input side and output side of reducer, and left side and right side of reducer are drawn. With the sound intensity frequency maps of each measuring point, the sources of giving out noise are analyzed. The reducer of low vibration and noise can be designed rightly according to the analysis.  相似文献

Mechanical analysis for the discrete teeth harmonic drive gear pair is carried out. The force on discrete teeth is calculated based on the deformation coordination equation,and the contact stress of meshing pair is obtained by Hertz equation. According to transmission periodicity of the discrete gear harmonic wave and the input angle values of continuous sampling wave generator,the distribution of discrete teeth harmonic drive meshing force and contract stress in rigid tooth profile,tooth wave generator and discrete teeth is obtained. By studying the top cutting phenomena in rigid tooth profiles,the change trend of meshing force and contact stress on the contact surface is found,and positions for high meshing force and high contact stress in transmission are also found,in order to provide reference for further intensity and structure optimization design.  相似文献

A structure input and output method of graphic cells object oriented is proposed, and input and output model based on OpenGL graphic industry standard is founded. Using the technologies of MFC and OpenGL, the input, display and dynamic output of 3D graphics are realized, which are based on graphic cells such as node, beam, triangle, quadrangle element. Graphic cells keep consistency well with the elements of finite element in the aspects of geometry, reading and writing of structure files and so on. Using the model, the functions of structure input, data gathering and analyzing, and modal vibrating shapes output etc are finished. A visual experiment modal analysis system is daeloped.  相似文献

A new worm driving,i.e. planar internal gear enveloping crown worm driving,is presented. Its mathematical model of meshing functions and teeth surface equations are established basing on the theory of differential geometry and gear mesh. Various types of the driving,the macroscopic meshing performance and the microcosmic meshing performance are analyzed. The results show that the inclination angle of generating plane determines the distribution of contact lines,the planar internal gear primary-enveloping crown worm driving has ideal lubrication property,and the planar internal gear second-enveloping crown worm driving has high loading capacity. The studies are practicably instructive for developing new worm driving with high loading capacity,ideal lubrication and small volume.  相似文献

The performance requirements of marine gear box are much higher than that of other gear boxes due to its special working conditions. The structure and transmission principle of a high-power marine gearbox are analyzed, and the experimental test is carried out for the analysis and calculation of its vibration characteristics and intensity. Measured by FFT analysis of vibration signals, the main peak is caused by its octave and the engagement frequency of input stage and middle-class transmission. The vibration severity of high-power marine gearbox reached 4.47 mm/s. In addition, the calculated structure noise of the measuring points is at the 1/3 octaves, and the largest structure noise is 131.27 dB which occurred in the frequency of 329 Hz.  相似文献

The current cycloid reducer drive has the shortage of needing special output mechanism, large volume and high vibration. To solve this problem, a new gyratory fixed spindle cycloid drive is designed. The drive principle of the reducer is introduced. Formula for calculating the basic parameters and tooth profile equation of cycloid gear are derived. On the basis of discussion of the mechanism and the principles of gear connection, a prototype is designed and manufactured. The results of the prototype test on the gear test rig indicate that the transmission efficiency of the new drive may reach 91.9% at rated operating conditions, the biggest vibration velocity effective value is 3.09 mm/s, and the biggest structure noise is 101.6 dB.  相似文献

Double-ring gear reducer with Central inputting shaft is studied. The basic structure of reducer as well as testing equipment, probe spot and testing method of Structure-borne noise and air-borne noise is presented. Based on frequency spectrum of each point, amplitude spectrum of structure-borne noise and testing results of air-borne noise, the authors analyze the vibration characters and latent faults of double-ring gear reducer, coming to the value and the cause of the noise, providing theoretical basis for proper design of the double-ring gear reducer and method of reducing its vibration and noise.  相似文献

The mesh stiffness of gear tooth is simulated by spring elements, the connected bolt between various housings are simplified as bar elements, and the sliding bearing and rolling bearing are simplified as spring dumping elements. Based on them, the gear-shaft-bearing-housing coupled finite element model and boundary element model of GWC6066 marine gearbox are established. Finally, the dynamic response under internal dynamic excitation is analyzed and the vibration severity, structural-borne noise and air-borne noise of the gear system are forecasted. Through the experimental modal analysis of gear system, and the test of vibration response and air pressure, the natural frequencies, vibration severity, structural-borne noise and air-borne noise are obtained. Compared with numerical results, two results show good agreement.  相似文献

The determination of load share between teeth is a complex problem in gear strength calculation. On the basis of contact finite element method this paper considers the production-assembly error as initial gap to get the finite element model which meets load share between teeth in gear meshing. For a ISA HEV,the transmission gear shaft dynamic model is established and the 3-D modal analysis is carfled out. Based on above work, the structure of the gear shaft is analysed, then the diameter of the gear shaft is taken as a design variable. To investigate the work condition of the aircraft actuators in high temperatureheat transfer process of the output unit of a cycloidal reducer of the actuator is taken into account by Unigraphics NXHypermesh and ANSYS softwares based on finite element analysis(FEA).The temperature distribution of the output unit is obtained by meshing modelapplying loads and solving discrete problems.Thenthe temperature variation of the output unit is gotten by sampling and processing the data of FEA results.In the endthree main conclusions are drawn.Firstthe heat transfer process of the output units of cycloidal reducers of actuators can be analyzed by FEA efficiently.Secondthe temperature of the rudder and the design position of cycloid gears are two major factors in the operating life of reducers.Thirdthe operating life can be improved by lowering the rudder temperature and installing the cycloidal gear as far as possible away from the heat source.  相似文献

The full name of variable tooth thickness plane worm gear transmission is. Backlash adjustable plane worm gear with variable tooth thickness enveloping worm transmission, which is a new kind of accurate power transmission that is intervenient between traditional motion transmission and power transmission. Tooth surface equations of the variable tooth thickness plane worm gear transmission are deduced based on the theory of engagement. Basing on the result, the authors create a finite analysis model of backlash adjustable variable tooth thickness plane enveloping worm with perfect tooth shape by using I-DEAS software, and then has done finite element analysis of backlash adjustable variable tooth thickness plane enveloping worm transmission. Finally, the author drew a conclusion about distribution of principal stress and load distribution between teeth, which offer some references for strength and performance analysis of worm transmission.  相似文献

This article takes SOFC-PEM hybrid systems as the research object and considers the operating parameters to be uncertainty. Uncertainty analysis method based on Latin hypercube sampling involves quantifying the uncertainty in the input parameters in the form of appropriate distribution functions, propagating the uncertainty through a deterministic model to construct the output variability distributions, and analyzing the effects of operational parameter uncertainty on system output. Furthermore, non-traditional sensitivity analysis approach is used to evaluate the relative importance of various parameters considering this distribution structure. Results show that higher operating temperature of SOFC stack, lower fuel rate and lower fuel utilization of SOFC stack can reduce the influence of uncertainty on system output at the expense of system output. Uncertainty analysis can provides more credible basis for the optimization of design parameters under uncertainty.  相似文献

The double drive hoist reducer developed in the planetary gear is a new generation of energy saving and environment protecting hoist product. The multi flow transmission system theory of hoist is analyzed. With the theory and method of bond graph,a bond graph model with coupled vibration is established for hoist multi flow transmission system for the first time. The state equation of the system is developed and dynamic simulation analysis is also carried out. The internal changing law and relationship of the system for the state variable are got. Therefore, the dynamic properties and gearing features of this system are revealed comprehensively. Symmetrical six-phase series-connected three-phase PMSM driven by single inverter is a novel multi-machines system. To research EMF harmonics influence on the decouple control of series-connected system, the series-connected system mathematic models with 2nd harmonic of symmetrical six-phase PMSM under d-q coordinates are deduced. The torque ripple amplitude and frequency influenced by harmonic are discussed. The decouple control strategy based on harmonic effect compensating is presented. 为了探明红壤丘岗地区优化的种养结合模式在能值流动方面的特征及优势,通过采集种养系统各环节数据,采用能值分析理论和方法,研究了红壤低丘岗地区优化种养结合模式的能值投入和产出,对该模式的资源利用率、环境压力和可持续性发展指标等进行了评估。结果表明:与传统模式相比,优化模式具有较高的能值产出率,产品具有较高的价格优势,较高的能值自给率,较低的环境负载率。通过该研究,可以得知该优化模式在研究区域内具有良好的发展潜力。  相似文献

A new finite element method is presented in this paper to analyze the thermo- elastic contact problem with heat input on meshing tooth faces. The computational model of meshing gear has been established and the frictional heat input on meshing tooth faces is estimated. In addition, 2-D finite element analysis program for this kind of problem is listed. The test and practical examples are given to show the validity and versatility of this method.  相似文献
