This paper proposes a control strategy for the optimal control of the outsourcing production inventory system based on production point and production batch. The statistical probability distribution is used to describe the uncertainty of the production capacity of cooperative enterprises and the transportation time. The optimization model of the control parameters is developed with random production capacity for cooperative enterprises and random transportation time in order to minimize the holding cost,setup cost as well as the cost of production capacity waste. A simulation-based control parameters optimization algorithm is designed to solve the proposed model. The control strategy of production inventory system and the control parameters optimization algorithm proposed are validated by an example. We analyze the influence of the variation of the production point and production batch to the performance of the outsourcing production inventory system.  相似文献

Aiming at multi type and batch production system with flexible process, an optimization method for input plan based on Witness simulation is proposed. The scientific problem researched is described. Aiming at the characteristics of multi type and batch production with flexible process, the simulation logic is designed. Taking Witness as simulation platform, the simulation model combining input plan with scheduling for multi type and batch production is constructed. Considering the uncertainty and complexity of production planning and scheduling in steel making and continuous casting, an optimal simulation model is built. Based on the analysis of the logistics in steelmaking process, the casting plan is regarded as the global goal, and the procedural information is taken into account, as well as the local evolution rule that abstracted from scheduling rule. To simulate transferring of materials in the process, the state of operation sites are updated as a result of the global goals, process information and local rule. The goal directed simulation is carried out based on the self organization evolution mechanism. Finally, an optimal integrated production plan is made by a continuous simulation evolution. A simulation case for eight hours production plan shows that the model is valid and efficient.  相似文献

According to the urgent need for motorcycle parts enterprise to improve the ability of information exchange and business collaboration between the production process and other links such as the marketing, design, production planning, outsourcing, purchasing and delivering, an integration framework of the intergraded workshop production management system for motorcycle parts enterprise is presented. It can be integrated with the designing and production planning management systems upwards, the workshop equipments and workers downwards, and the subcontract production and supply chain management systems outwards. Then, some key technologies are studied, such as the realization scheme of system integration based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), the data integration and sharing mechanism of heterogeneous information system based on eXtensible Markup Language (XML), and the real-time interaction technology of workshop information based on the multi-functional interactive information terminals, etc. Finally, the system is developed and successfully applied in a motorcycle parts enterprise, and good results are obtained.  相似文献

It is of great significance in steel complex to link production flow between work stations and control production rhythm by cranes. Crane scheduling is a multi-machine multi-task problem which limits temporal and spatial constraints and production plan. A simulation model based on evolution rules to solve temporal and spatial constraints is proposed. Its objective is to guarantee execution of production plan in steelmaking plant. And match between cranes and production task on working span is conducted to fulfill temporal constraints between multi-tasks and spatial constraints among multi-cranes. Simulation rules including task allocation, conflicts eliminating and task finishing are also proposed to dominate simulation process. This model avoids difficulties of theoretical calculation for crane scheduling problem. Offline test in a steelmaking plant shows that it is available to make a crane scheduling without conflicts between cranes and plans, which provides a guideline for production scheduling.  相似文献

Reasonable production planning effectively ensures smooth operation. According to the analysis of the characteristics of steelmaking-continuous casting production process, a production planning method for steelmaking - continuous casting process based on time backward inference method and process simulation is presented. Production plan meeting certain criteria is rapidly gained by time backward inference method, and is regarded as input of simulation model in steelmaking process. Considering time randomicity in production process and transporting equipment restriction, production plan meeting more restrictive conditions, such as no equipment conflict, continuous casting, and etc, is acquired through simulating. It assures that the plan is carried out in practice. The instance demonstrates the feasibility of the method.  相似文献

Focusing on the order delay problem in the process of production, a control model based on the Theory of Constraints (TOC) and Critical Path Method (CPM) are proposed with the analysis of control method, in which it is composed of custom design module, manufacturing management module and optimizing control module. And with the processing costs minimization as objective function, a control mode for production is put forward for minimization of resource consumption and maximization of production. The double drive hoist reducer developed in the planetary gear is a new generation of energy saving and environment protecting hoist product. The multi flow transmission system theory of hoist is analyzed. With the theory and method of bond graph,a bond graph model with coupled vibration is established for hoist multi flow transmission system for the first time. The state equation of the system is developed and dynamic simulation analysis is also carried out. The internal changing law and relationship of the system for the state variable are got. Therefore, the dynamic properties and gearing features of this system are revealed comprehensively. A connecting platform between the field model and network model has been constructed, based on a multi functional building model. The field model is used to simulate the fire smoke in certain special compartments (the fire room and specific large space rooms), while the network model is used to simulate the uniform compartments. When combining the simulation results of the field model and network model as the interface boundary conditions for the each other, a hybrid field and network model is presented. The hybrid field network model can provide more detailed physical information of the fire smoke properties under a specific fire scenario for the specially confined compartments. In addition, the hybrid model can predict the fire smoke flow properties in the building accurately.  相似文献

The characteristics of the knowledge discovery for basic oxygen furnace(BOF) steelmaking are analyzed by using the Rough Set Theory. The production data of BOF steelmaking are preprocessed by using the methods of data withdrawal, standardization, discretization and so on. The main influencing factors of steelmaking production are set as the knowledge discovery property. The endpoint control objectives of BOF steelmaking are used as the decision attribute of knowledge discovery. Then the knowledge discovery model of BOF steelmaking based on rough set theory is established, which makes the automation of the production knowledge discovery, access and rule extraction come true. The model is tested by using the production data of 210 t BOF, and takes the temperature variation of smelting endpoint as the decision attribute. The results show that the influencing factors, such as silicon content, iron ore weight, oxygen consumption and so on, are of very importance to the endpoint temperature of molten steel. Besides, the rules of molten steel temperature extracted by the model vary with current converter steelmaking process, which proves the validity of the model.  相似文献

A multi objective and mixed H2/H controller based on LMI(linear matrix inequality) is developed to balance ride comfort and handling stability performance of vehicle. The multi objective optimal control law is devised for an active suspension system of seven degree of freedom full car model. Norm H2 of the transfer function from road profile velocity disturbance to output evaluating signal is selected as the evaluating index of ride comfort performance, and norm H of the transfer function from road profile velocity disturbance to output evaluating signal is selected as the evaluating index of handing stability performance. The results from the simulation demonstrate that the controller obtains a good performance of ride comfort with the less expense of the handling stability.  相似文献

In an engineering-to-order (ETO) company, organization and management of manufacturing process is differ from common products because of the complexity of product. A project-based manufacturing (PM) planning model for product final assembly is proposed based on single-piece and small-batch production model so that the characteristics of complexity, specificity and high complex product manufacturing process can be met by means of projected-based manufacturing. The method of layered network planning under project-based manufacturing can transform the objects of planning from parts to assembly cell in the course of final assembly that has some time-based buffer for planning; simultaneously a resource-task matrix is build for the whole assembly process. The matrix can achieve the relatedness between manufacturing resources and assembly task, and follow the resources loads in order to realize the matching of planning and resource against project product.  相似文献

The degrees that the design agent capacity matches the design task are an important factor affecting the efficiency of collaborative product innovation design. The classification and quantitative calculation of different types of design agent capacity combination is carried out after the characteristic of design agent is analyzed. An efficiency model whose goal is the shortest entire time is constructed based on the definition of task attribute,and then the solving method of efficiency model are designed based on particle swarm optimization algorithm. To adapt to the rapid changes of manufacturing environment,production cell needs to focus on high qualified staff and flexible human-machine cooperation method at the same time,when advanced manufacturing technology(AMT) is emphasized on. In order to study human-machine cooperation strategy dynamically and quantitatively in production cells,a simulation study which combined computer simulation with agent modeling technology is carried out. Firstly,a human-computer cooperation simulation model is established,and its realization method is presented. Secondly,specific cooperation mechanisms of designated production cell cooperation,partly independent cooperation and completely independent cooperation are studied respectively. Finally,an engine production cell is taken as an example,a series of simulation experiments are designed,and four performance indicators of the task waiting time,order on time percentage,waiting rate of machine and operator utilization are established to analyze and evaluate all kinds of man-machine division modes of the production cell to find a more reasonable mode.  相似文献

As the increasingly serious contamination of source water as well as the more stringent water quality standard, the pretreatment and advanced treatment were required for water supply enterprises.To find an appropriate treatment, the traditional approach is normally based on experts' knowledge and their experience which has several shortcomings.In order to find an effective and efficient way coping with the issue during selecting the optimal technologies for water treatments, an improved analysis hierarchy and fuzzy evaluation model was proposed.With the model, multi stage fuzzy synthetic judgment was adopted with the Improved Analysis Hierarchy amended by Accelerating Genetic Algorithm.The application of this model had been introduced for the selection of supply water treatment technologies in a particular waterworks in Chongqing.  相似文献

A genetic algorithm was used for coding the volume of cooling water in the secondary cooling zone based on the heat transfer model in real time production. This was done to improve the dynamic control of the secondary cooling water in high efficiency continuous casting. The fitness function of multi objective optimization in the algorithm is in accordance with the distribution of metallurgical criteria. The genetic algorithm was integrated with the metallurgical criteria and the heat transferring model to optimize the water distribution. These steps increase the distribution adaptability and improve its efficiency compared to the traditional optimization methods of solving multi objective optimization and other non linear problems. Simulation using the process data of the No.2 slab caster in the Steelmaking Plant of Panzhihua Iron and Steel and on site testing were carried out. The results show that the optimized distribution saves 2% of water than without optimization, while water distribution along the slab to the water gradually decreases in accordance with requirements for slab quality control.  相似文献

The drying process of wet silkworm chrysalises, which are the subproducts of the silk production industry, is experimentally studied. The mode of forced convection drying with hot air permeating vertically is adopted. The influence of temperature and velocity of the hot air as well as the thickness of the chrysalises layer in the drying process is analyzed on the basis of the experimental results. By analyzing shortages of current MSPCA model, an on line multi variable statistical process monitoring method is proposed, which uses some concepts from online multi scale filtering and can be applied to sensor fault diagnosis. In the method, wavelet decomposition is employed to the signals using edge correction filter in a fixed length data window, and then wavelet denoising is conducted with wavelet threshold filtering. Next, an on line multi scale model is constructed for data combining wavelet transformation and adaptive PCA in the previous data window. This model avoids time waste in direct signal denoising and reduces time cost in multi scale data with conventional PCA, which eventually increases accuracy in fault diagnosis. Experiments on eight vibration signals of 6135D diesel engine under severe leak condition prove the practicability and feasibility of the proposed method.  相似文献
