采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法对驴初乳、驴常乳、牛初乳和牛常乳的乳清蛋白二级结构进行分析,再通过基因本体论功能注释和KEGG(Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes)代谢通路分析其功能及差异。结果表明:驴乳和牛乳乳清蛋白的二级结构存在差异;随着泌乳期的延长,二者的乳清蛋白二级结构含量也会发生一定的变化;驴乳较牛乳参与的生物学功能和代谢通路更为丰富,且驴常乳作用最为明显,更有益于婴幼儿配方乳粉的开发与利用。  相似文献

Reference ranges for triglycerides, insulin, cortisol, and adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) are used in diagnosing hyperlipemia and pituitary pars intermedia dysfunction (PPID) in the donkey. Values are currently compared to reference ranges of the horse so as to diagnose disease. Previous studies found differences between hematological, serum biochemical, and hormone values of the horse and donkey. We suspected that similar differences existed between horse and donkey triglyceride, insulin, cortisol, and ACTH levels. Blood samples were drawn from 44 healthy mammoth donkeys and 1 miniature donkey, ranging in age from 3 weeks to 21 years, and varying in sex and pregnancy status. All but one donkey scored 3 of 5, “ideal,” body condition scoring. Samples were tested for triglycerides, insulin, cortisol, and ACTH levels. A marked difference was found between horse and donkey normal values for triglycerides, insulin, and ACTH. The mean values and standard deviation in the tested population were 66.4 ± 34.2 mg/dL for triglycerides, 2.1 ± 2.05 μU/mL for insulin, and 66.7 ± 20.7 pg/mL for ACTH. The reference ranges in the horse are 14–77 mg/dL for triglycerides, 4.9–45.5 μU/mL for insulin, and 18.7 ± 6.8 pg/mL for ACTH. Cortisol levels were similar in the two species, a 4.0 ± 1.2 μg/dL for donkeys being within the reference range for the horse, 2.9–6.6 μg/dL. Values were not correlated to age. The sample size prevented us from determining any correlation according to sex or pregnancy status. Differences between horse and donkey triglyceride and ACTH values may be significant for accurately diagnosing and treating hyperlipemia and PPID, respectively, in the donkey.  相似文献

[目的]分析规模化驴场空气环境中细菌数量与种类,指导驴场防御和控制细菌性疾病的方向。[方法]从不同开放模式的驴舍用自然沉降法收集其内部空气中细菌样本及场区周边不同距离的空气细菌样本,使用平皿法对采集的细菌进行培养、计数、鉴别。[结果]驴场内空气中细菌总数的范围8.39×10~3~3.43×10~4CFU/m~3,保育驴舍(封闭式驴舍)的细菌总数高于分娩驴舍(半开放式驴舍)及种公驴舍(开放式驴舍),其中种公驴舍细菌总数最低。驴场对周边空气环境的污染范围为200 m。主要优势菌落是葡萄球菌、链球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌等。[结论]规模化驴场空气环境中的细菌种类繁多,驴舍内细菌数量与其开放方式有关,且细菌数量随距驴场距离的增加而减少。  相似文献

驴奶的营养成分比例与母乳相近,是牛奶的最佳替代乳品。为研究影响驴产奶量的分子机制,采用非标记质谱法对不同产奶量德州驴的乳清蛋白进行了定量分析。结果表明:德州驴奶共鉴定出216个乳清蛋白,其中19个在高产样本中存在显著差异(P<0.05);在这些蛋白质中,有16个上调,3个下调。对差异表达蛋白(DEPs)生物信息学分析表明,大多数DEPs参与了内质网蛋白合成、雌激素信号通路、孕酮介导卵母细胞成熟和PI3K-Akt信号通路。文章首次对高产驴和低产驴奶样中乳清蛋白质谱进行分析,并确定了与德州驴产奶量性状相关的分子机制的候选蛋白质,为高产奶驴的选育提供了生物标记。  相似文献

德州驴是优秀的皮肉兼用驴,包括“三粉驴”和“乌头驴”两个品系,但是关于德州驴的研究较少。为了向驴产业提供可靠的德州驴生产性能数据,该研究以40头三粉驴和9头乌头驴为研究对象,系统研究了德州驴的体尺性状、屠宰性能、脏器系数及胸腰椎数等性状特点。结果表明,三粉驴的屠宰率为54.02%,净肉率为42.43%,净皮率为8.12%;乌头驴的屠宰率为53.71%,净肉率为40.32%,净皮率为9.41%。表明三粉驴更适合于向肉用驴品系进行培育,乌头驴更适合于向皮用驴品系进行培育。与乌头驴相比,三粉驴的肝脏系数较高,并且小肠、盲肠显著较长(P<0.01),说明三粉驴具有更加优良的消化及代谢能力,可能是其具有更优异产肉性能的原因之一。调查发现,德州驴群体内存在胸腰椎数的变异,胸椎数为17~19个,腰椎数为5~6个;胸椎数与腰椎数存在不同形式的组合,18胸椎5腰椎占比为73.47%,18胸椎6腰椎占比为12.24%,19胸椎5腰椎占比为2.04%,17胸椎6腰椎占比为12.24%。统计发现,多一个胸椎或者腰椎可使驴皮产量增加。该试验结果可为德州驴产业健康可持续发展提供重要理论支撑,为品种及新品系培育提供数据支持。  相似文献

旨在检测驴肉挥发性物质成分,探究与广灵驴嫩度相关的关键差异风味物质并解析关键挥发性物质与嫩度基因之间的功能与联系。本研究选用30头生长环境和饲养条件相同、年龄相近的雌性广灵驴为研究对象,进行剪切力和肌内脂肪的测定并依据含量差异将其分为高嫩度组(HT,n=4)和低嫩度组(LT,n=4)。通过HS-SPME-GC-MS技术检测广灵驴背最长肌挥发性物质成分,利用香气活性值(odor activity value,OAV)筛选驴肉关键风味物质,并结合多元统计分析方法获得变量重要性投影(variable importance in the projection,VIP)筛选与嫩度相关的关键差异风味物质,后基于Pearson系数与转录组学进行联合分析,寻找出驴肉嫩度关键风味物质与差异基因之间的联系。结果,在广灵驴背最长肌中共鉴定出41种挥发性物质,包括醇类、醛类、烃类、酮类、酯类以及2种其他物质。通过OAV筛选出13种关键风味物质,发现影响驴肉的主要挥发性物质和贡献者是醛类。通过VIP和OAV值筛选出1-辛烯-3-醇、1-辛醇以及月桂醛既是嫩度的差异物质又是对驴肉风味有贡献的关键风味物质。利用Pearson系数筛选与关键风味物质相关的差异基因并对其进行KEGG功能分析,发现1-辛烯-3-醇的相关基因主要富集在果糖和甘露糖代谢、糖酵解/糖异生、胰高血糖素信号通路等;1-辛醇相关基因主要富集在胰岛素信号通路、丁酸代谢、Ⅱ型糖尿病、多种脂肪细胞因子信号通路等;月桂醛相关基因则多富集在次生代谢物的生物合成、胰岛素信号通路、糖酵解/糖异生、戊糖磷酸途径等。这些通路可能参与了驴肉关键风味物质1-辛烯-3-醇、1-辛醇以及月桂醛的形成。本研究利用SPME-GC-MS技术检测了驴肉的风味挥发性物质并分析了驴肉不同嫩度风味差异,筛选出1-辛烯-3-醇、1-辛醇和月桂醛3种嫩度差异物质和关键风味物质。KEGG富集结果分析发现,酵解/糖异生、胰高血糖素信号通路、PPAR信号通路、果糖和甘露糖代谢、MAPK信号通路等可能参与了1-辛烯-3-醇、1-辛醇和月桂醛3的形成,这些都为广灵驴肉质嫩度和风味的分子改良与育种提供新的方向。  相似文献

东阿黑驴是以德州驴为基础群向皮肉兼用型方向选育的新品种,本研究拟在其现有育种方案的基础上,探讨不同育种措施的最优化组合方案,为建立优质、高效的东阿黑驴育种体系奠定基础,为中国驴育种实践提供参考。本研究根据东阿黑驴的生产和育种现状,以选择指数法和基因流动法为基本方法,应用育种规划程序ZPLAN分析东阿黑驴现行育种方案的育种成效,对影响育种成效的各个因素进行优化分析,最终确定优化后的育种方案。结果表明,现行方案在投资规划期内可完成的遗传进展和育种效益分别为271.78和1 123.70元/(头·年),世代间隔为5.24年,每年每个性状遗传进展分别为断奶重提高1.50 kg,18月龄体重提高0.09 kg,初产年龄缩短0.02 d,产犊间隔缩短0.17 d,皮产量增加1.04 kg。对影响育种的因素进行不同水平的组合分析,当群体规模理想状态为30 000头,主动育种群比例为0.5,育种群中种子公驴、测验公驴和种用母驴使用年限为1年,种子母驴使用年限为2年,生产群中公、母驴使用年限为1年时,可获得最大的育种遗传进展和育种效益,分别为320.40和2 945.00元/(头·年),比现行育种方案分别高出17.9%和162.0%。东阿黑驴目前的育种方案没有达到理想育种状态,有较大的改进空间。研究通过对育种主要影响因素的不同水平优化组合,得到了最优的育种方案,使遗传进展和育种效益达到了最大化。  相似文献

试验旨在分析microRNAs (miRNAs)在德州驴骨骼肌中的表达情况,探讨小RNA (small RNA)在驴骨骼肌发育中的调控机制。采集德州驴2个品系(乌头驴和三粉驴)的背最长肌组织,构建乌头驴背最长肌(WB)和三粉驴背最长肌(SB)的small RNA测序文库并进行测序,运用生物信息学技术对WB和SB之间差异表达的miRNAs进行分析,预测和解析可能影响驴产肉性状的miRNAs,从中挑选了6个表达量较高的miRNAs,利用实时荧光定量PCR技术来验证测序结果的准确性。结果表明,在WB和SB文库中分别鉴定出保守miRNAs有982和1 149个,新miRNAs有106和143个。在WB与SB比较组中基于条件|log2(fold_change)|≥2、P≤0.05获得17个差异表达的miRNAs,其中表达量上调的有5个,下调的有12个。通过GO注释,发现差异表达的miRNAs显著富集于调控细胞迁移分化、细胞分裂和骨骼肌细胞收缩等生物学过程(P<0.05),并且挖掘到与驴骨骼肌发育相关的bta-miR-378d_L+1R-1_1ss22CA、bta-miR-378d_R-2,其靶向NPY1R、GPR152、BEST1、KCNH8、SPAG9等多个基因。KEGG富集结果表明,miRNAs富集于Wnt、MAPK、泛素蛋白水解系统等与骨骼肌发育相关的信号通路中,其中在Wnt信号通路中共涉及到17个差异表达miRNAs的207个靶基因,尤其以PC-5p-84483_31、hsa-miR-186-3p_R-3和cfa-miR-329b_1ss19CT的靶基因最多。实时荧光定量PCR结果与miRNAs测序结果一致,并发现除eca-miR-181b外,其他5个miRNAs在SB中的表达水平均高于WB。本研究首次对驴骨骼肌miRNAs进行转录组学分析,揭示了乌头驴和三粉驴miRNAs的表达差异,研究结果为阐明德州驴骨骼肌生长发育的分子调控机制提供参考。  相似文献

This study characterizes morphometrically a limitedsizepopulation in danger of extinction; the Catalonian donkey breed (Spain). Sixty-nine adult individuals of both genders, forty-four jennies and 25 stallions, were characterized and analyzed for twenty-six morphological measurements and twelve corporal indices by a univariate procedure. The population showed little sexual dimorphism, since only eight of twenty-six measures and one of twelve indices showed statistically significant differences for gender effect. The analysis of correlations between measures and obtained dendrograms allowed the identification of interactions between and within the different corporal regions (head, trunk and extremities). The important morphological variability degree (coefficients of variation) shown by individuals of the Catalonian donkey breed will be of great interest to further improve the population.  相似文献

试验旨在研究泌乳驴的日粮蛋白水平对驴驹生长发育的影响。选取健康、体况良好的5岁龄、胎次(1.9±0.4)胎、体重(240±30) kg、泌乳日期(29±5) d的带驹德州三粉驴24头,分为3个处理组(H、M、L组),饲喂蛋白水平分别为13.18%、12.22%和11.34%的日粮。每个处理组4个重复,每个重复2头驴。正式试验期8周,分为试验前期(1~4周)和试验后期(5~8周)。同时,将24头驴驹跟随母驴相应分为3个处理组,驴驹的公、母比例一致,日龄(29±5) d与体重(48±8) kg相近。所有驴驹除摄取母乳外,补饲数量相同的精补料与粗饲料。试验表明,试验前期泌乳驴的日粮蛋白水平对驴驹日增重无显著的影响(P>0.10);试验后期,随着泌乳驴日粮蛋白水平的增加,驴驹日增重显著增加(P<0.05),饲料转化效率呈一定增加趋势,但对体尺无显著影响(P>0.10)。饲喂泌乳驴高蛋白水平日粮对驴驹血浆中天冬氨酸(Asp)、苏氨酸(Thr)、丝氨酸(Ser)和组氨酸(His)的含量有明显的促进作用。提高泌乳驴的日粮CP水平,对驴驹日增重具有一定促进作用,以12.22%和13.18%的效果较好。  相似文献

旨在评价代乳粉对不同日龄驴驹生长性能的影响。分别选取2、3、4、5月龄出生日期、体重、胎次相近且健康状况良好的驴驹各10头,将相同月龄的驴驹随机分为试验组和对照组,每组5头,对照组驴驹随母驴哺乳,试验组驴驹饲喂代乳粉,试验期为30d。试验期间观察不同月龄驴驹的健康状况,测定并比较各月龄对照组及试验组驴驹在试验第0、10、20、30天的体重及体尺指标(体高、胸围、体斜长),计算同月龄试验组和对照组驴驹的体重及各项体尺指标在试验期内不同时间段的日均变化值。结果表明,2月龄试验组驴驹的试验第10、20、30天体重均极显著(P〈0.01)高于对照组,5月龄试验组驴驹的试验第20天和第30天体重分别显著(P〈0.05)和极显著(P〈0.01)高于对照组(P〈0.05),2、3、4、5月龄试验组驴驹在试验第0~10天、第10~20天、第20~30天,以及试验期间(第0~30天)的日增重均高于相应月龄驴驹的对照组;5月龄试验组驴驹的试验第10、20、30天体高均显著(P〈0.05)高于对照组,2、5月龄试验组驴驹在试验第0~10天、第10~20天、第20~30天以及试验期间(第0~30天)的体高日增长均高于相应月龄驴驹的对照组;2月龄试验组驴驹的试验第20天和第30天胸围均极显著(P〈O.01)高于对照组;3月龄试验组驴驹的试验第10、20、30天胸围均极显著(P〈O.01)高于对照组;5月龄试验组驴驹的试验第20天和第30天胸围均显著(P〈0.05)高于对照组;2、3、4、5月龄试验组驴驹在试验期间(第0~30天)的胸围日增长均高于相应月龄驴驹的对照组;2、5月龄试验组驴驹的试验第30天体斜长显著(P〈0.05)高于相应月龄驴驹的对照组,3月龄试验组驴驹的试验第10、20、30天体斜长均显著(P〈0.05)高于对照组,4月龄试验组驴驹的试验第20天和第30天体斜长均显著(P〈O.05)高于对照组,2、3A、5月龄试验组驴驹在试验第10~20天、第20~30天,以及试验期间(第0~30天)的体斜长日增长均高于相应月龄驴驹的对照组。综上提示,饲喂代乳粉能够促进驴驹的生长发育,在生产实践中利用代乳粉替代驴乳饲喂驴驹具有可行性。  相似文献

[目的]开发一种适合阿胶产业化生产的高效驴皮脱毛方法。[方法]低温条件下(4 ℃),选用1%碱性蛋白酶和1%中性蛋白酶对醒发的干驴皮开展酶解脱毛试验,比较2种酶解方法处理下驴皮的脱毛时间、脱毛率,并对脱毛过程中驴皮的气味进行评价。以1%碱性蛋白酶和1%中性蛋白酶酶解处理驴皮以及机械脱毛鲜驴皮为材料熬制阿胶,比较不同原料熬制阿胶的出胶量、出胶率、外观、气味等;测定以2种蛋白酶酶解处理的驴皮为原料熬制的阿胶质量指标,包括水分、灰分、水不溶物以及4种氨基酸含量,并与《中国药典》2015版一部中提供的相应质量标准进行对比。[结果]低温条件下(4 ℃),利用1%碱性蛋白酶(pH值=10.5)或1%中性蛋白酶(pH值=7.5)酶解处理驴皮第2天表现出脱毛效果,处理第5天醒发的干驴皮脱毛率可达90%,有臭味产生但非驴皮腐败臭味,而是脱毛过程中产生的正常气味。以1%碱性蛋白酶、1%中性蛋白酶酶解脱毛后的驴皮以及机械脱毛鲜驴皮为原料熬制阿胶,出胶量分别为113.0、109.4、129.3 g,出胶率分别为13.8%、13.1%、13.2%;2种酶解处理驴皮熬制的阿胶色红、气味芳香,与鲜驴皮熬制的阿胶相比色泽更鲜亮。2种酶解处理驴皮熬制阿胶的水分、灰分、水不溶物均符合并优于《中国药典》2015版一部中的质量标准,L-羟脯氨酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸、L-脯氨酸含量也远高于《中国药典》2015版一部中的质量标准。[结论]低温条件下(4 ℃),1%碱性蛋白酶和1%中性蛋白酶可对醒发干驴皮进行有效酶解脱毛,且脱毛后驴皮熬制的阿胶质量符合《中国药典》2015版一部标准。  相似文献

旨在通过WGCNA技术解析转录组和代谢组数据,探究驴肉嫩度调控机制。试验动物采用24~36月龄的健康雌性广灵驴(平均体重236.10 kg),将驴肉剪切力和肌内脂肪含量作为表型数据,以每个样品3个重复进行表型数据测定。本试验基于前期研究的具有显著剪切力和肌内脂肪含量差异的14个广灵驴背最长肌样本的转录组和代谢组测序数据,运用WGCNA技术筛选与驴肉嫩度相关的基因及代谢物并进行转录组与代谢组联合分析,解析嫩度相关基因与代谢物。结果表明,利用WGCNA技术通过|r|≥0.5以及P≤0.05筛选标准得到3个与嫩度相关的关键基因模块Greenyellow、Darkgrey、Darkgreen以及2个关键代谢物模块Brown、Yellow。对关键基因模块进行GO富集分析发现,模块内基因主要在甘油磷脂的生物合成、脂质氧化、脂肪酸β-氧化、细胞大分子分解代谢过程、肌肉器官发育、钙离子结合等GO功能上富集。存在于关键模块内的基因及代谢物经KEGG功能富集分析发现,其大多集中在精氨酸和脯氨酸代谢、Wnt信号通路、蛋白质消化吸收、脂肪酸代谢、TCA循环、胰高血糖素信号通路、甘油磷脂代谢、嘌呤代谢、β-丙氨酸代谢等通路上。联合分析表明,丙氨酸、天冬氨酸和谷氨酸代谢、精氨酸和脯氨酸代谢、β-丙氨酸代谢以及PPAR信号通路可能调控驴肉嫩度。WGCNA及联合KEGG共富集分析筛选到的丙氨酸、天冬氨酸和谷氨酸代谢、精氨酸和脯氨酸代谢、β-丙氨酸代谢以及PPAR信号通路可能对调控驴肉嫩度有重要作用;而GAD1、PPATNIT2AGMATCARNS1、ACOXL以及腺苷酸基琥珀酸、L-脯氨酸、L-谷氨酸、肌酸、高肌肽、肌肽、泛酸、(9S)-羟基十八碳二烯酸则可能是影响驴肉嫩度的候选基因及代谢物。本试验可为今后广灵驴肉质嫩度的分子调控与改良育种提供一定的理论基础。  相似文献

随着社会的发展和生产方式的转变,驴的役用功能逐渐消失,而驴肉功效的明确与开发利用则使驴产业在近几年有了迅猛发展。作者针对驴肉的营养特点及驴肉品质和营养价值的影响因素,如驴的品种、年龄、饲料营养、屠宰加工、驴肉质量鉴别等方面进行了综述。已有研究表明,驴肉是优质的蛋白质来源,具有高蛋白质、高必需氨基酸、高不饱和脂肪酸和低脂肪、低胆固醇、低热量的三高三低特点;对不同品种及不同屠宰年龄驴肉的营养及化学组成分析发现,不同品种驴肉的蛋白质和脂肪含量不同,不同年龄的驴肉化学组成不同,即品种和年龄对驴肉品质有很大的影响;在驴饲料中添加植物提取物可以改变饲料消化率进而使肉品质得到改善;不同部位驴肉的营养成分含量有所差别,通过对比蛋白质、脂肪、剪切力和熟肉率发现,背最长肌的食用品质高于臀肉;通过施加电刺激可加快驴肉排酸进度,改变肌纤维结构和钙蛋白酶降解,进而改善肉嫩度;使用傅里叶红外光谱分析可提高真假驴肉的辨别率。作者对驴肉肉品质及营养价值影响因素进行总结,旨在为制定规范的驴肉生产标准,保障驴肉品质提供参考依据。  相似文献

通过召开座谈会、实地走访调查、填写问卷等方式收集材料和数据,调研内蒙古清水河县肉驴产业发展背景、现状,并分析了该县肉驴养殖企业的收支情况。结果表明,清水河县自然条件适合发展肉驴养殖业,并且肉驴养殖企业的入驻和发展,带动了当地农户养殖肉驴的积极性,也给产业扶贫带来了新启示。但是,该县肉驴产业的发展尚处于初期,再加上自然条件的约束以及路、水、电、通信网络建设的落后,以及肉驴养殖服务体系的不健全等原因降低了肉驴养殖企业的收入;散户肉驴养殖技术和经营方式停留于传统的方式,制约着产业的发展。针对以上问题提出了健全和完善农企利益联结机制、采取“公司+合作社+基地+农户”的养殖模式、创建休闲与观光旅游业相结合的肉驴产业发展体系的对策建议,以期为清水河县科学发展肉驴产业提供参考。  相似文献

The aim of this work was to analyse the genetic origin of the Mexican Creole donkey, as well as its genetic diversity, by comparison with Spanish and African donkey populations by means of the D-loop region of mitochondrial DNA. To this end, the genomic DNA of 68 Mexican Creole donkeys from eight geographical regions in six States of the Republic of México and from a Sicilian donkey was obtained. By the polymerase chain-reaction technique (PCR) a fragment of 541 bp was amplified, corresponding to the most informative region of the mitochondrial DNA, the D-loop. The fragments were subsequently sequenced. The analysed sequences revealed 10 new Mexican haplotypes that were different from those of the Spanish and African breeds with which they were compared, showing high levels of genetic diversity. Analysis of the phylogenetic relationships in the different Creole varieties showed a tendency of origin towards Spanish breeds, mainly the Andaluza, Zamorano-Leonesa and Majorera from the Canary Islands; these in turn showed an African origin, seven Mexican haplotypes and three haplotypes similar to those analysed by Aranguren and colleagues (2004) of Spanish and African breeds being obtained. This work allows us to reach the preliminary conclusion that the origin of Mexican Creole donkey populations in the different states of the Republic of México is clearly of Iberian origin, the Spanish donkey breed Andaluza being the main one contributing to the populations of the Mexican Creole donkeys, followed by the Spanish breeds Zamorano-Leonesa and Majorera from the Canary Islands, and that the populations possess high levels of genetic diversity.  相似文献

Analysis of the phylogenetic relationships in the different Creole varieties showed a tendency of origin towards Spanish breeds, mainly the Andaluza, Zamorano-Leonesa and Majorera from the Canary Islands; these in turn showed an African origin, seven Mexican haplotypes and three haplotypes similar to those analysed by Aranguren and colleagues (2004) of Spanish and African breeds being obtained. This work allows us to reach the preliminary conclusion that the origin of Mexican Creole donkey populations in the different states of the Republic of Mexico is clearly of Iberian origin, the Spanish donkey breed Andaluza being the main one contributing to the populations of the Mexican Creole donkeys, followed by the Spanish breeds Zamorano-Leonesa and Majorera from the Canary Islands, and that the populations possess high levels of genetic diversity.  相似文献

Therapeutics are often administered to donkeys based on dosage and intervals recommended for horses because very few drugs have donkey‐specific label indications. Yet differences between donkeys and horses in drug distribution, metabolism and elimination have been noted for most therapeutic agents studied. These differences can be partially explained by the donkey's unique physiology. Since their ancestors evolved in a desert environment, the modern donkey exhibits qualities that allow them to tolerate dehydration better than the horse and recover more quickly from its effects. Fluid balance and body water compartment partitioning differ from the horse and may have implications regarding drug distribution. Since donkeys are preferential browsers, differences in diet may have influenced evolutionary differences in metabolic disposition of drugs. It is important to acknowledge these differences when designing dose regimes for donkeys based on horse protocols in order to avoid either lack of efficacy or toxicity.  相似文献

The microhardness of the enamel, primary dentine and regular secondary dentine of seven donkey and six horse incisors was determined with a Knoop indenter at the subocclusal and mid-tooth level. The mean microhardnesses of the donkey incisor enamel, primary dentine and secondary dentine were 264.6 63.00 and 53.6 Knoop Hardness Number, respectively. There was no significant difference between the microhardness of the enamel and primary dentine on the incisors of the donkeys and horses, but the microhardness of the regular secondary dentine of the donkeys' incisors at the mid-tooth level was slightly but significantly less than that of the horses. There was also a difference in the microhardness of the secondary dentine between the subocclusal and mid-tooth levels in both donkey and horse incisors.  相似文献
