本文旨在观察中药促孕灌注液及其组成各单味药对家兔离体和在位子宫运动的影响。结果表明,促孕灌注液具有缓和的促进子宫蠕动的效应,其中红花起主要作用。  相似文献

通过阴道涂片和组织切片的观察和显微测量定量分析,比较研究了中药促孕灌注液及其主要组分药红花、淫羊藿、益母草对成年去势小白鼠阴道上皮的影响。结果表明,各药均能引起小白鼠阴道上皮增生、角化,提示它们均有微弱的雌激素样作用。各药的作用强度与它们对子宫内膜的作用强度相同:复方的作用明显强于单味药;三种单味药相比,淫羊藿作用稍强,红花和益母草的作用稍弱。  相似文献

本研究利用多道生理信号采集处理系统测定了新促孕液(NFPL)和3个加味方及其组分药对家兔离体子宫运动的影响。结果表明,益母草、硼砂、丹参和黄柏均能显著增加子宫收缩波幅,元明粉和黄芩显著降低其波幅;元明粉、红花和黄芩均能显著增加子宫收缩频率,益母草、丹参、淫羊藿和硼砂均能显著降低其频率,并表现一定的量效关系。NFPL和方1均能显著增加子宫收缩波幅、降低其频率;方2在中、高浓度时能显著增加子宫收缩波幅,低浓度时能显著增加其频率;方3在低浓度时能显著降低子宫收缩波幅、中浓度时显著降低其频率。这些结果可为进一步改进NFPL组方的科学性和提高其防治效果提供理论依据。  相似文献

以苯甲酸雌二醇为阳性对照,生理盐水为阴性对照,观察了中药促孕液对21日龄雌性小白鼠卵巢发育、对成年去卵巢小鼠子宫内膜和阴道上皮结构以及阴道上皮脱落细胞角化率的影响。结果表明,促孕液能显著促进幼鼠卵巢发育,使其提早出现性成熟后的形态学特征;也能促进去卵巢小鼠子宫内膜和阴道上皮增生、分泌,提高阴道上皮脱落细胞的角化率,但其作用强度明显弱于雌二醇,提示促孕液具有微弱的雌激素样作用。这种作用是促孕液治疗母畜卵静止和持久黄体性不孕症的机理之一。  相似文献

以新促孕液为基础方,分别添加清热、活血、补气中药组成3个加味方,通过子宫灌注治疗家兔实验性子宫内膜炎,观察用药前后临床症状、子宫形态、子宫内膜显微和超微结构等临床病理学变化,比较新促孕液及其3个加味方的疗效。结果表明:新促孕液的疗效显著,用药后患兔的临床症状明显减轻,子宫周长和子宫指数明显降低,子宫内膜的炎性变化明显消退、损伤恢复较快;方2也有较好的疗效,可以作为新促孕液的改进方。  相似文献

为了考察中药复方促孕灌注液的促孕效果,试验以21日龄雌性小白鼠为研究对象,将其分为原促孕散组、灌注液组、雌二醇组、生理盐水组共4组,观察各组小白鼠子宫增重及卵泡生长的情况。结果表明:促孕灌注液对小白鼠子宫及卵巢的影响明显高于生理盐水组和原促孕散组。说明促孕灌注液具有良好的促孕效果。  相似文献

The results of numerous studies on postpartum uterine involution, ovarian activity and endocrinological changes before, during and after normal and abnormal parturitions, have been reviewed in this article. Most studies have shown that abnormal parturition is the main factor which delays completion of uterine involution and occurrence of the first estrous cycle post partum. The reviewed reports also indicated that any interference (corticosteroid injection, overiectomy, etc.) with normal synchronized hormonal changes of parturition can increase the incidence of retained fetal membrane. Reports on the use of hormonal treatments and their effects on the elimination of bacterial infection, rate of uterine involution and the resumption of ovulation activity are conflicting. It is suggested that the use of natural substances such as lipopolysaccharide of E. coli, serum or hyperimmune serum, extracts of poly morphonuclear leucocytes and/or macrophage-granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor as treatments of postpartum uterine infection may play an important role in the completion of uterine involution and the commencement of estrous cycle .  相似文献

Luteinising hormone (LH) and human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) share a common receptor in gonadal cells. The receptors have also been detected in several nongonadal but reproduction-associated tissues of pigs, cattle, and other species including the uterus (myometrium, endometrium), oviduct, cervix, blood vessels, mammary gland and other tissues. The main role of LH/hCG receptors in the myometrium is stimulation of growth and hyperplasia, and relaxation of uterine motility; hCG also boosts blood flow in the uterine artery. LH and hCG can increase production of prostaglandins in the endometrium, oviduct, and blood vessels. We suggest that the preovulatory surge of LH plays an important role in controlling oviductal contractions. Awareness of LH binding to many tissues of the female reproductive tract and integration with embryonic factors may lead to the elaboration of new strategies for improved reproductive efficiency in domestic species. Mammary glands also possess LH/hCG receptors through which gonadotropins can affect the metabolism of steroid hormones and could play an inhibitory role in mammary carcinogenesis and in the growth of breast tumours. A novel approach to target and ablate carcinoma cells through LH receptors is described.  相似文献

Mast cells constitute part of the cellular immune system of the genital tract. They play a potential role in cervical remodelling during parturition and are subject to the influence of ovarian steroids. In this study, the influence of oestradiol‐17β and progesterone on the distribution of mast cells in equine vaginal, cervical and uterine tissue was evaluated. Genital tracts were retrieved from healthy mares at a local slaughterhouse. The cervix was divided along the longitudinal axis into five equivalent regions from cranial to caudal (R1 to R5). Toluidine blue staining was used for the detection of mast cells. Hormone values were determined via radioimmunoassay. In cervical tissue, mast cells were present at higher frequency and higher density than in vaginal and uterine tissue. Statistically significant differences were obtained between cervical R1 (cranial) and uterus as well as cervical R2 and uterus (p < 0.05). In cervical tissue, an association between the presence of mast cells and peripheral oestrogen concentrations was observed, whereas such correlation could not be established for vaginal and uterine tissue. With increasing oestradiol‐17β concentrations, the density of mast cells in cervical tissue increased to a statistically significant degree in the cranial (r = 0.46; p = 0.05) and caudal (r = 0.5; p = 0.03) regions. We propose that mast cells play a role in the cyclic remodelling of the equine cervix during the course of the oestrous cycle. Elucidation of mechanisms controlling cervical remodelling could contribute to development of therapies for mares showing a lack in cervical opening during oestrus.  相似文献

The efficacy of an inactivated vaccine for the prevention of feline viral rhinotracheitis (FVR), feline caliciviral disease (FCVD), and feline panleukopenia (FPL) was tested in 27 nondomestic adult felids from 7 species. The vaccine was given IM at the standard domestic cat dose in 19 animals and double this dose in 8 others. The animals were vaccinated either 1, 2, or 3 times. Serum-neutralization (SN) antibodies to FVR (mean SN titer, 23) developed in all 15 animals that were previously seronegative, and SN antibodies to FCVD (mean SN titer, 11) developed in 19 of 21 animals that were previously seronegative. There was no significant increase of SN antibody titers by doubling the vaccine dose or by administering a 3rd vaccination. The optimal response could be obtained by using the domestic cat vaccination protocol of a single dose given twice, 4 weeks apart. The critical evaluation of the SN antibody titer for FPL was complicated by preexisting titers to FPL from previous vaccinations, but in 23 animals the titers became higher, whereas they remained unchanged in only 4 animals. The persistence of the SN titers was evaluated 7 to 9 months later and found to be satisfactory for FVR (mean SN titer, 18) FCVD (mean SN titers, 43) and FPL (mean SN titer, 517). Enhanced persistence of titer could not be demonstrated by doubling the dose or administering a 3rd vaccination.  相似文献

子宫内膜炎是一种常见的奶牛生殖系统疾病,是造成奶牛不孕的主要原因之一。它严重影响奶牛的繁殖力,给奶牛业造成巨大的经济损失。清宫散为纯中药复方制剂,临床上用于治疗和预防奶牛子宫内膜炎,效果显著,为探讨其疗效机理,利用小鼠进行离体子宫收缩实验。结果显示:清宫散对小鼠离体子宫的收缩有明显的促进作用,能促使其收缩振幅加大,频率加快,子宫收缩力加强,与加药前相比较差异极显著(P〈0.01),与益母草组相比,差异显著(P〈0.05)。  相似文献

The local uteroovarian pathway for uterine-induced luteolysis was studied in 34 ewes. Bilaterally ovulating ewes were used to study the role of the main uterine vein (uterine branch of uteroovarian vein) and unilaterally ovulating ewes were used to study the role of the ovarianartery. Surgical operation was done on day 7, 8, or 9 of diestrus and ewes were necropsied on day 20. In 4 bilaterally ovulating control ewes (unilaterally hysterectomized), mean weight of corpus luteum (CL) was less (P smaller than 0.05) on the side of the intact uterine horn (55 mg) than on the side of unilateral hysterectomy (548 mg). In 4 treated ewes (unilaterally hysterectomized and with surgical anastomosis of uterine vein from the intact side to the hysterectomized side), mean weight of CL on the hysterectomized side (153 mg) was less (P smaller than 0.05) than on the uterine-intact side (391 mg). The mean weight of CL on the hysterectomized side in the treated group was not significantly different from that of the uterine-intact side in the control group. Unilaterally ovulating ewes were randomized into 5 groups: (1) controls which were uterine intact, (2) controls in which a unilateral hysterectomy was done ipsilateral to CL, (3) unilateral hysterectomy done ipsilateral to CL and anastomosis of the ovarian branch of the ovarian artery on the uterine-intact side to the ovarian branch of the ovarian artery on the hysterectomized side, (4) controls in which unilateral hysterectomy was done contralateral to CL and the ovarian vascular pedicle on the uterine-intact side was isolated, and (5) unilateral hysterectomy done contralateral to CL, isolation of ovarian vascular pedicle on the uterine-intact side, and anastomosis of the ovarian branch of the ovarian artery on the unilaterally hysterectomized side to the ovarian branch of the ovarian artery on the uterine-intact side. Mean weight of CL was less (P smaller than 0.05) in groups 1 (56 mg), 3 (40 mg), and 4 (120 mg) than in groups 2 (408 mg) or 5 (473 mg). The mean weight of CL was not significantly different among groups 1, 3, and 4 or between groups 2 and 5. Results demonstrate that the local luteolytic effect of the uterus in ewes involves a venoarterial pathway and indicate that the main uterine vein is an adequate uterine outlet and the ovarian artery is an adequate ovarian inlet for the venoarterial pathway without the necessity of other possible concomitant local routes.  相似文献

Ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiestrase 2 (Enpp2) isolated from the supernatant of human melanoma cells is a lysophospholipase D that transforms lysophosphatidylcholine into lysophospatidic acid. Although multiple analyses have investigated the function of Enpp2 in the hypothalamus, its role in the uterus during the estrous cycle is not well understood. In the present study, rat uterine Enpp2 was analyzed by RT-PCR, Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry. Quantitative PCR analysis demonstrated that uterine Enpp2 mRNA was decreased during estrus compared to proestrus and diestrus. To determine whether uterine Enpp2 expression is affected by sex steroid hormones, immature rats were treated with 17β-estradiol (E2), progesterone, or both on postnatal days 14 to 16. Interestingly, the expression of Enpp2 mRNA and protein were down-regulated by E2 in the uterus during estrus but not during proestrus or diestrus, suggesting that Enpp2 may play a role in uterine function during estrus. Enpp2 is primarily localized in the stromal cells of the endometrium during proestrus and estrus. During diestrus, Enpp2 was highly expressed in the epithelial cells of the endometrium. Taken together, these results suggest that uterine Enpp2 may be regulated by E2 and plays a role in reproductive functions during female rat development.  相似文献
