A study was conducted on the twelve clones of shisham (Dalbergia sissoo Roxb.). These clones were obtained from India and Nepal. Single-node leafy cuttings were prepared from the vegetative multiplication garden to examine the clonal variation, effect of IBA treatment on rooting response and associated metabolic changes during adventitious root formation. A remarkable and significant variation was observed due to treatment of 2,000 ppm IBA in the rooting parameters. Clonal variations were also significant for root and shoot growth while length of root was insignificant. Among the twelve clones studied; C3 (Tulsipur, Gonda, Uttar Pradesh, India) and C4 (Laxmipur, Gonda, Uttar Pradesh, India) clone cuttings have given the highest rooting response. Interaction (clone × IBA) was significant only for production of number of roots per cutting. Periodic sampling for clone C3 was performed at 0, 7, 14, 21, 28 and 35 days to examine the contents of total soluble sugars, starch, protein and peroxidase (PER) activity in the rooting zone of cuttings (∼0.5 cm) during adventitious root primordium development. A significant increase in all the metabolic activities was noted due to IBA. Total soluble sugars and starch contents of cuttings decreased with the passage of time. Protein content and PER-activity started to increase in the early stage and reached the highest level on day 21, followed by a decline at the 35th day of sampling. These trends were common for both IBA treated and untreated cuttings. Protein content and PER-activity remained higher in the rooting zone of IBA treated cuttings. Overall these findings suggested that exogenous application of IBA may have activated carbohydrate metabolism for release of energy, while protein and PER-activity were necessary for cell division and differentiation during adventitious root primordium initiation and development in the rooting zone of cuttings.  相似文献

通过田间试验,以国内不同产区的9个种源的香椿1年生实生苗为试验材料,对芽菜品质进行了分析比较,测定了芽菜采摘后不同种源香椿苗木的光合特性指标。试验结果表明:(1)不同种源香椿芽菜的感官品质、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、Vc含量存在极显著差异,游离氨基酸含量存在显著差异,济南、成都和泰安种源的芽菜品质较佳。(2)不同种源香椿的净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、胞间CO2浓度和Fv/Fm存在极显著差异,叶绿素相对浓度存在显著差异,泰安、济南、栾川、旬阳4个种源的香椿生长速度最快;(3)芽菜采摘时的一些品质指标与芽菜采摘后植株的光合特性指标存在一定的相关关系,不同种源香椿芽菜的感官品质与Vc含量、采摘后植株叶片的Fv/Fm存在显著的负相关关系,可溶性蛋白质含量与采摘后植株叶片的叶绿素浓度存在显著的正相关关系,游离氨基酸含量与采摘后植株叶片的Ci存在显著的负相关关系。  相似文献

以黑果枸杞‘黑杞1号’和宁夏枸杞‘宁杞7号’的1年生幼苗为试材,用NaCl和Na_2CO_3溶液进行处理,研究盐胁迫条件下,枸杞幼苗生长、光合作用和叶绿素荧光参数的变化。结果表明,2种枸杞在NaCl和Na_2CO_3胁迫下,幼苗生长、光合作用和叶绿素荧光参数的变化趋势基本相同,但不同盐不同品种间幼苗生长、光合作用和叶绿素荧光参数值存在差异。生长特性方面,盐胁迫主要影响株高和基径;在光合和叶绿素荧光特性方面,盐胁迫主要影响的参数有P_n、G_s、C_i、T_r、Ф_(PSⅡ)、F_o、F_m、F_v/F_m、C_(qP)、C_(qN)、叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量、总叶绿素含量,其中,P_n、G_s、C_i、F_o、C_(qP)、Ф_(PSⅡ)和总叶绿素含量与对照相比差异显著,T_r、F_m、F_v/F_m、C_(qN)、叶绿素a含量和叶绿素b含量与对照相比无显著差异。NaCl胁迫后,‘黑杞1号’和‘宁杞7号’幼苗的生长量、光合速率分别在1.3 mol·L~(-1)和1.2 mol·L~(-1)时达到最高值,在1.5 mol·L~(-1)时,达到耐盐极限值;Na_2CO_3胁迫后,‘黑杞1号’和‘宁杞7号’幼苗的生长量、光合速率在0.1 mol·L~(-1)时达到最高值,分别在0.4 mol·L~(-1)和0.5 mol·L~(-1)达到耐盐极限值。所以,‘黑杞1号’耐盐能力强于‘宁杞7号’,且Na_2CO_3对枸杞幼苗影响显著大于NaCl。  相似文献

以加勒比松(Pinus caribaea)16个种源、湿地松(P.elliottii)4个种源2.5 a生营养袋苗木为材料,定期开展生长调查,于2016年7—8月、2017年2月开展叶绿素荧光参数的测定,分析加勒比松、湿地松针叶叶绿素荧光参数对树种、种源、不同测量时间的响应.结果表明,不同种源加勒比松/湿地松的株高、地径生长均存在显著差异(P<0.01);测量时间与树种对最大PSⅡ的光能转换效率(Fv/Fm)有显著影响(P<0.01),二者互作效应不显著,与7、8月相比,测量值均在第2年2月显著提高;两个树种的实际量子产量(ΦPSⅡ)、光化学淬灭(qP)与表观量子传递速率(ETR)对测量时间的响应模式相反;加勒比松与湿地松叶绿素荧光参数受种源影响不显著;相关性分析表明,加勒比松与湿地松的株高和地径生长与2月Fv/Fm、PSⅡ有效光化学效率(Fv′/Fm′)测量值呈一定的负相关关系;高光强抑制了湿地松、加勒比松的叶绿素荧光参数,但抑制效果与生长无明显相关关系;低温造成的胁迫主要抑制了加勒比松的光化学反应,并与其生长表现有一定的负相关关系.可考虑将2月份测量的叶绿素荧光参数作为加勒比松耐寒个体的筛选指标.  相似文献

From January 1999 to May 2001, we investigated seasonal variations in the photosynthetic capacity of Taiwan spruce (Picea morrisonicola Hay.) growing in the subalpine region of subtropical Taiwan (23 degrees 29' N, 120 degrees 53' E, 2600 m a.s.l.). Photosynthetic capacity (near light-saturated net photosynthetic rate, Pnsat, chlorophyll fluorescence (Fv/Fm) and soluble protein concentration of needles all increased from mid or late spring to early winter. Even when minimum air temperature of the measuring day dropped to near 0 degrees C, Pnsat remained at about 20% of the highest value observed in winter. There was a curvilinear relationship between Fv/Fm and the minimum or mean air temperature of the measuring day. The increase in Fv/Fm with temperature was slowed when the daily mean air temperature was above 7 degrees C, or the minimum air temperature was above 3 degrees C; however, when air temperatures dropped below these values, Fv/Fm varied sharply. Seasonal variations in Pnsat paralleled those in Fv/Fm and needle soluble protein concentration. In early or mid spring when air temperature and Fv/Fm increased, Pnsat and soluble protein concentration remained low. Multiple regression analysis showed that seasonal variations in Pnsat were affected by Fv/Fm, air temperature and needle soluble protein concentration, and the multiple regression equation could be used to estimate Pnsat in different seasons. We conclude that the decrease in photosynthetic capacity of Taiwan spruce in winter and its subsequent recovery in spring were mainly caused by photoinhibition and its reversal, and changes in needle soluble protein concentration. Another possible explanation for the delayed recovery of photosynthetic capacity in spring may be associated with the slow increase in needle soluble protein concentration.  相似文献

The wood analysis for different parameters was carried out in a clonal seed orchard of Dalbergia sissoo Roxb. established during 1997 at Hoshiarpur, Punjab, India. Twelve clones with higher index value were subjected to Euclidean Cluster Analysis based on wood and growth parameters to group into seven clusters. Cluster I and II contained four and three clones, respectively, and remaining clusters had just one clone each. Clone originated from Barielly, Uttar Pradesh of cluster VII was found to be the most divergent clone. Cluster II with three clones maintained greater inter-cluster distance with other clusters. The divergence analysis has confirmed that the clones planted in the clonal seed orchard are sufficiently divergent and seed harvested from the orchard would maintain high diversity.  相似文献

对优选的6个竹节树(Carallia brachiata)无性系叶片性状(叶片干质量、叶面积、比叶重)、叶绿素相对含量和叶绿素荧光参数进行测定,并作单因素方差分析和聚类分析.结果表明:竹节树不同无性系叶片的干质量和叶面积差异不显著,叶绿素相对含量具有显著的差异性,不同无性系具有不同的光能吸收和利用能力;不同的无性系其叶绿素荧光的部分参数(Fo、Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo、ФPSⅡ、ETR)差异显著;竹节树无性系C-15植株与其他无性系相比具有较高水平的实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)值,而非化学猝灭系数(qN)较低,同时具有较高的表观电子传递速率(ETR),表明竹节树无性系C-15有较高的光呼吸;相关分析表明,叶片生长较好的无性系其叶绿素相对含量较高,同时也具有较高的PSⅡ光化学效率;无性系C-15号具有较高的叶绿素相对含量及较强的光化学特性,可进行大力推广研发.  相似文献

以8个无性系桉树幼苗为试验材料,对其叶片形态、生理特征的差异性进行比较.结果表明:叶片形态特征、叶绿素含量和PSII电子传递最大潜力差异显著;PSII反应中心最大光能转换效率及实际光化学转换效率差异极显著.DH32-26、DH32-28幼苗叶片保水力和维持水分平衡能力中等,原生质耐脱水能力较好;DH33-27、GL-UG9叶片的保水力和维持水分平衡能力强,原生质忍耐脱水能力较差;DH184-1、GL-U4、GL-WC3幼苗叶片的保水力、维持水分平衡能力以及原生质耐脱水能力均为中等;DH201-2的保水力和维持水分平衡能力较差,原生质耐脱水能力中等.从叶片形态和生理特征方面综合评定DH184-1、GL-U4、GL-WC3为较优无性系.  相似文献

以马尾松(Pinus massoniana)和杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata)为试验材料,通过盆栽的方法,研究了重度酸雨处理、中度酸雨处理和酸雨对照处理对这两种针叶植物叶片叶绿素相对含量、气体交换参数以及叶绿素荧光特性等的影响.结果表明:在pH4.0时,酸雨胁迫对马尾松和杉木幼苗的地径生长有一定的促进;在不同酸雨处理下,马尾松幼苗的最大净光合速率从大到小依次是pH5.6>pH4.0>pH2.5;杉木幼苗的最大净光合速率从大到小依次是pH2.5>pH4.0>pH5.6,说明这2种植物幼苗的光合能力受到影响;Fv/Fm和Fv/Fo随着酸雨酸度的增加而减小,变化趋势是pH5.6>pH4.0>pH2.5,说明在pH 2.5的酸雨胁迫下,两种针叶植物幼苗叶片受到胁迫,叶绿素分子捕获激发能的效率和PSⅡ潜在活性有所降低.  相似文献

Pecan (Carya illinoiensis) and white oak (Quercus alba) produce multiple products and wildlife values, but their phenological responses to N fertilization have not been well characterized. We compared tree growth at planting and for six consecutive growing seasons during establishment (2003–2008, Test 1), and determined if phenology of budburst, leaf area index (LAI), quantum yield of photosystem II (Fv/Fm), radial growth, and total chlorophyll concentration (a, b) responded to poultry litter fertilization supplying 0, 50, and 100 kg ha?1 N (2010–2012, Test 2) in a mixed-species orchard on an upland site near Booneville, Arkansas. Species did not differ significantly in height in Test 1. Budburst was 9 days earlier for white oak than pecan in 2010. Budburst for both species could be predicted by accumulating chilling and forcing units throughout the dormant season. Maximum predicted radial growth was comparable for pecan (2.19 mm) and white oak (2.26 mm), and peaked 28 days earlier for white oak (3 June) than pecan (1 July). White oak LAI generally exceeded that of pecan during the growing season. Senescence began about 27 October regardless of species, and was better characterized by decreasing Fv/Fm or total chlorophyll concentration than LAI. Phenology was generally not responsive to N fertilization, perhaps because of adequate soil and foliar N. The study provides additional information on growth responses of these high-valued species to supplemental fertilization on an upland site.  相似文献

Shorea robusta Gaertn.f.(Sal)is one of the important timber-yielding plants in India,which dominates the vegetation of Terai landscape of Uttar Pradesh state in India forming various communities based on its associations.The present study deals with delineation,mapping and characterization of various communities of Sal(Shorea robusta)forests in Terai landscape of Uttar Pradesh,India ranging across over 16districts.Field survey and visual interpretation based forest vegetation type classification and mapping was carried out as part of the project entitled‘Biodiversity characterization at landscape level using remote sensing and GIS’.Indian Remote Sensing-P6(Resourcesat-1)Linear Imaging Self Scanner-III satellite data was used during the study.The total area covered by different Sal forests was found to be approximately2256.77 km2.Sal communities were identified and characterized based on their spectral properties,physiognomy and phytosociological characteristics.Following nine Sal communities were identified,delineated and mapped with reasonable accuracy viz.,Chandar,Damar,dry plains,moist plains,western alluvium,western alluvium plains,mixed moist deciduous,mixed dry deciduous and Siwalik.It is evident from the area estimates that mixed moist deciduous Sal is the most dominant community in the region covering around(1613.90 km2),other major communities were found as western alluvium plains Sal(362.44 km2),mixed dry deciduous Sal(362.44 km2)and dry plains Sal(107.71 km2).The Terai landscape of Uttar Pradesh faces tremendous anthropogenic pressure leading to deterioration of the forests.Community level information could be used monitoring the status as well as for micro level conservation and planning of the Sal forests in Terai Landscape of Uttar Pradesh.  相似文献

A study was conducted to determine the effects of electrostatic field (ESF) treatment on seed germination and seedling growth of Sorbus pohuashanesis. The experiments were arranged by uniform design computed by the Data Processing System (DPS), including three levels of seeds soaking time, four levels of ESF intensity and four levels of ESF treatment time, with 12 treatments. Ten seeds were used in each treatment with three replicates. Seed vigor, seed germinating ability, emergence rate of seedling, survival rate of seedling, and seedling height and diameter, as well as the change in activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), soluble protein contents, total chlorophyll contents, soluble total sugar contents in leaves of S. pohuashanensis seedlings were measured after ESF treatments. The experiment results show that ESF treatment could improve the water absorption ability of dry seeds of S. pohuashanensis, resulting in fast germination at room temperature under light conditions. Combined treatment of ESF with cold stratification could increase seed germination percentage significantly (to 42.20%), promote seedling height growth, affect leaf SOD activity, and could raise contents of total chlorophyll, soluble protein, and total soluble sugar in leaves. Seed soaking time had a significant effect on seed relative electroconductivity, seed germination under light, SOD activity, soluble protein content and total soluble sugar content of seedling leaves. ESF intensity exerted a moderate effect on these indexes. ESF treatment time only had significant effect on total chlorophyll contents, no evident effect on other indexes.  相似文献

为探讨不同基质不同容器对普陀樟Cinnamomum japonicumvar.Chenii苗木生长的影响,在苗木试验基地设置6个育苗处理,即选择圃地土、35%黄心土+35%泥炭+30%猪粪、1/3火烧土+1/3黄心土+1/3圃地土的3种配置基质分别与普通营养钵和控根容器对比处理对普陀樟2a生苗进行试验,1a后测定高度相对生长量、地径相对生长量、高径比、叶绿素、根系鲜重、地上部分鲜重、地上地下部分鲜重比、根系活力、可溶性糖含量等指标。结果表明:植物控根栽培的过程中,容器的选用和基质的不同与否是影响苗木生长指标的重要因素;选用35%黄心土+35%泥炭+30%猪粪有机肥和控根容器在普陀樟容器苗栽培中是最适宜的。  相似文献

以3个欧美杨(P.×euramericana)无性系为材料,利用Logistic方程对各个无性系的一年生扦插苗木的苗高、地径的年生长节律进行拟合。根据因素数列的几何形状发展态势的接近程度,将苗木的生长量与影响苗木生长的空气温度、空气相对湿度、降水量和日照时数组成一个灰色系统,进行面积关联度分析。结果表明:利用Logistic方程拟合效果显著,相关系数皆在0.92以上。并以此将无性系扦插苗的生长过程分为成活期、生长前期、速生期和生长后期4个时期,年生长量表现出明显的"慢快慢快慢"的节律,其中速生期内的苗高生长量占总生长量的比率平均为60.3%,地径生长量占总生长量的比率平均为63.7%。关联度分析表明空气温度对苗木的高生长影响最大,降水量影响最小;而日照时数对苗木的粗生长影响最大,降水量影响最小。通过对苗木年生长节律和影响苗木生长的主要环境因子进行分析,为加强苗木生产管理,提高苗木的质量和土地的生产力,提供了理论依据。  相似文献

Populations of cork oak (Quercus suber L.) were assessed for seasonal and inter-population variability in, and temperature responses of, the ratio between light-induced variable and maximum fluorescence of chlorophyll, Fv/Fm, considered a surrogate for the maximum photochemical efficiency of photosystem II (PSII). Seedlings from 10 populations throughout the distribution range of Q. suber in the Mediterranean basin were grown in a common garden in central Spain. The Fv/Fm ratio of dark-adapted leaves was measured at dawn every month for 2 years. Air temperature was recorded at a nearby climatic station. During the summer, when maximum air temperatures reached 40 degrees C, there were no significant differences in Fv/Fm among populations, but significant differences were seen during the winter. In colder months, Fv/Fm ranged in all populations between 0.5-0.6 and 0.2-0.3 in 2001 and 2002, respectively. The variance explained by the population effect was greatest during winter months, especially in 2002, reaching a peak value of 10% when minimum air temperature was below -10 degrees C. Populations originating from warmer sites showed the largest decline in Fv/Fm between the end of 2001 and the beginning of 2002. Thus, a negative linear relationship was established between mean annual temperature at the population source and population mean Fv/Fm recorded in the coldest month in 2002 and normalized by the Fv/Fm spring measurement.  相似文献
