四倍体刺槐扦插生根过程中氧化酶活性的变化   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1       下载免费PDF全文
四倍体刺槐(Robinia pseudoacacia)属难生根树种,为了解其生根过程中氧化酶活性的变化规律,用300,400和500 mg/L的吲哚丁酸(IBA)处理四倍体刺槐嫩枝插条,以清水浸泡为对照,测定扦插生根过程中体内吲哚乙酸氧化酶(IAAO)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性的变化。结果表明,各IBA处理和对照插穗IAAO和POD活性变化趋势相似,在四倍体刺槐生根过程中呈升-降-升-降的变化规律,而PPO酶则基本呈降-升-降-升的变化规律;不同处理间3种酶活性的平均值和各阶段酶活性差异均显著。说明在四倍体刺槐扦插生根过程中,不定根的发生和发展与3种酶活性有密切联系,不同浓度IBA处理对各酶活性影响显著,其中以500 mg/L IBA处理对四倍体刺槐扦插生根的促进效果更明显。  相似文献

When DL-tryptophan-2-C(14) was incubated with washed cells or cell-free preparations of Pseudomonas savastanoi, two radioactive metabolites were formed. One was identified as indoleacetamide and the second, indoleacetic acid. The amount of indoleacetamide in the reaction mixture increased rapidly during the early stages of incubation; it reached a peak after 15 minutes and declined steadily there-after. Indoleacetic acid, on the other hand, accumulated slowly throughout the incubation period. Cell-free preparations preferentially utilize the L-isomer of tryptophan for the synthesis of indoleacetamide and indoleacetic acid. The results of these experiments suggest, therefore, that P. savastanoi synthesizes indoleacetic acid by the following reactions: L-tryptophan--> indoleacetamide-->indoleacetic acid.  相似文献

Indoleacetic acid oxidase activity of apoperoxidase   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
The conventional activity of electrophoretically purified horseradish peroxidase toward guaiacol, pyrogallol, 2,6-dimethoxyphenol, and benzidine is abolished by removal of the heme prosthetic group with a mixture of cold acetone and hydrogen chloride. The apoenzyme, though devoid of peroxidase activity, retains its activity as an indoleacetic acid oxidase when it is supplied with 10(-5) mole of manganous ion and 2,4-dachlorophenol per liter. This oxidase activity is cyanide-sensitive; azide also inhibits under specific conditions of both pH and cofactor concentration. Partial restoration of the peroxidase activity by recombination of apoprotein with heme produces no effect on the oxidase activity, except that cofactors are no longer absolutely required. Therefore, it appears that the activity of peroxidase as an indoleacetic acid oxidase need not directly involve the heme prosthetic group, or that manganous ions and dichlorophenol can substitute for the heme group in the reaction between indoleacetic acid and oxidase.  相似文献

The inhibition of indoleacetic acid oxidase activity by chlorogenic acid is markedly variable. Aqueous extracts of acetone precipitates from etiolated pea epicotyls contain heat-stable substances which decrease the inhibition produced by chlorogenic acid and also have a small activating effect. Low concentrations of pcoumaric acid (1 micro/ml) can stimulate this action. The possible role of activators and inhibitors in the in vivo regulation of indoleacetic acid oxidase activity is discussed.  相似文献

Kinetin (6-furfurylaminopurine) is generally considered to be relatively immobile within plants. Kinetin labeled with (14)C was applied to the stumps of decapitated bean plants, with or without simultaneous application of indoleacetic acid. Significantly greater amounts of kinetin moved downwards in the stem in the presence of added indoleacetic acid than in its absence.  相似文献

[目的]研究音乐声频对番茄等6种蔬菜内吲哚乙酸(IAA)含量的影响。[方法]试验设置音乐处理组和正常对照组,对番茄等6种蔬菜栽培进行统一管理,定期对相关生长指标进行测定,并同时采集样品,利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定吲哚乙酸的含量。[结果]音乐声频处理对番茄等6种蔬菜内部IAA含量有显著的促进作用,声频处理后的6种蔬菜IAA含量都显著优于对照组。[结论]音乐声频能起到促进植物分泌IAA的作用。  相似文献

本文研究了烟草品种、不同形态的氮肥以及生长调节剂 (IAA ,丙二酸 )对烟草烟碱和钾含量的影响。研究结果表明 ,品种间烟碱和钾含量存在明显差异 ,其中烟碱含量以中烟 90和中烟 98较低 ,钾含量以中烟 90和RG11较高 ;不同形态的氮肥对烟碱和钾含量的影响不同 ,施用硝酸钾烟碱积累最低 ,施用硝铵有利于烟叶钾的吸收 ;IAA和丙二酸都可以降低烟碱的含量 ,尤其IAA效果最明显。IAA明显提高烟叶的含钾量 ,而丙二酸则有降低烟叶含钾量的趋势  相似文献

为了探讨内源激素与大葱抽薹的关系,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定了大葱抽薹植株与未抽薹植株生长过程中脱落酸(ABA)、生长素(IAA)、赤霉素(GA3)以及玉米素核苷(ZR)内源激素的含量。结果表明:较高水平的ABA、IAA、zR含量以及较低水平的GA3含量对大葱抽薹具有促进作用;4种内源激索含量越冬前低、越冬后高,有利于大葱抽薹。  相似文献

Exogenous plant growth regulators can substitute for pollination, fertilization, and subsequent embryo development in cotton. Isolated, unfertilized, immature ovules enlarge in the presence of kinetin, and both enlarge and produce fibers in the presence of indoleacetic acid or gibberellic acid or both. An extract of germinating cotton pollen qualitatively mimics the effect of exogenous hormones.  相似文献

以不结球白菜感病品种‘矮脚黄’为材料,采用ELISA和Real-time PCR技术研究了芜菁花叶病毒(TuMV)侵染后不结球白菜内源生长素(IAA)、赤霉素(GA3)、脱落酸(ABA)和茉莉酸(JA)的动态变化以及内源激素相关基因的表达差异。结果表明:TuMV侵染后,植株发病症状的严重程度与IAA含量呈正相关;光敏色素相关蛋白基因PAP1对IAA的合成起负调控作用。处理植株体内GA3含量及其代谢相关基因,即原表皮因子基因PDF1表达量均明显低于对照植株,而ABA含量则随着接种时间的延长不断积累,始终高于对照植株。且发病症状越严重的植株中,GA3含量越低,ABA含量越高。处理植株JA含量和JA诱导基因,即营养贮藏蛋白基因Vsp1表达量在接种后均出现2次上升,且植株病症越严重,JA含量越低。TuMV侵染后,植株中IAA/ABA和GA3/ABA的值则明显低于对照植株,表明TuMV的侵染破坏了内源激素的平衡,干扰了植物的正常生长发育。  相似文献

Evidence obtained by paper chromatography indicates that corn root curvatures caused by culture filtrates of Aspergillus niger are caused by the same compound which causes curvatures and malformations on the stems and petioles of bean plants. 应用ELISA测定了细叶百合鳞茎中的吲哚乙酸(IAA)、赤霉素(GA)、脱落酸(ABA)的含量。结果表明,不同年龄、不同部位鳞片中三种激素含量均有较大差异:随着年龄的增加,IAA的含量呈上升趋势,ABA含量呈下降趋势;外层鳞片和鳞片下层IAA含量最高,ABA含量最少,且具有较高的IAA/ABA和GA/ABA值。  相似文献

对沙棘品种(中俄杂交,中国无刺,向阳,楚伊,浑金)嫩枝扦插枝条用4种植物生长刺激素(吲哚丁酸,吲哚乙酸,α-奈乙酸,生根剂)配置成一定浓度溶液浸泡沙棘插条,筛选提高成活率的最佳试剂。试验结果表明:供试的4种刺激素中吲哚丁酸和生根剂处理的大果沙棘插条成活率较好,而供试的大果沙棘品种中浑金﹑向阳成活率较高较易扦插成活。  相似文献

Microorganisms from rumen converted L-tryptophan and indoleacetic acid to 3-methylindole in vitro. Oral doses of 3-methylindole caused interstitial pulmonary edema and emphysema in cattle and goats. Intravenous infusion of this metabolite also induced pulmonary disease in cattle. These results demonstrate than an end product of ruminal fermentation of tryptophan can induce acute pulmonary disease in cattle and goats.  相似文献
