以粤糖94/128、园林3号、园林6号、93/102、桂糖26号、粤糖00/236和云蔗93/94七个品种,与主栽品种新台糖22号进行对比试验,观测萌芽率、分蘖率、青叶数、株高、生长速、茎径、有效茎数、蔗茎产量、甘蔗蔗糖分和含糖量,并计算综合适应指数。结果表明:新台糖22号的综合适应性能最好,桂糖26号稍次之,其余依次是园林6号、粤糖94/128、粤糖00/236、云蔗93/94、园林3号,93/102的综合适应性能最差。桂糖26号、粤糖94/128、园林6号和园林3号在水肥条件适宜、技术措施配套的情况下,可在崇左蔗区适量推广种植,粤糖00/236、云蔗93/94和93/102不宜推广种植。  相似文献

几个甘蔗新品种砍收后品质变化初报   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
对11个甘蔗新品种及桂糖11号收获后的原料蔗进行品质分析,结果表明,在甘蔗砍收后,其品质即开始发生变化:重量平均每天减轻1%,甘蔗蔗糖分平均每天下降0.1%,重力纯度平均每天降低0.5%,甘蔗还原糖分平均每天提高0.07%,但各品种品质劣变程度有所不同。砍收后甘蔗蔗糖分和重力纯度下降、还原糖分上升较慢的品种有新台糖20号、桂糖17号、巴西45号和桂糖16号,变质速度比较快的品种有新台糖16号、新台糖24号和农林8号。  相似文献

一般甘蔗品种优良工艺性状认定为田间生长甘蔗高纯度、高糖分的品种,而忽视了与糖厂产糖率密切相关的性状即甘蔗品种砍收后蔗糖分转化程度;目前国内糖厂绝大部分原料蔗由千家万户生产供应,从砍运甘蔗到原料蔗入榨一般3~4天时间,不同品种蔗糖分转化明显不同,糖分转化快的品种砍收后3~4天蔗汁纯度、蔗糖分明显变低,还原糖含量明显变高。建议选育种工作重工艺性状测定时增加蔗转化率这一项,并作为选育种筛选性状之一。糖厂对这种植的品种进行蔗糖转化率测定,蔗糖转化率大于10%的品种应坚决淘汰。甘蔗品种砍收后蔗糖分转化及蔗…  相似文献

甘蔗砍收后堆放过程中,耐贮性与品种有直接关系。本研究以 5 个甘蔗品种(系)为供试材料,观测砍收后7d 内,其甘蔗蔗糖分、重力纯度、简纯度、还原糖分、纤维分、单茎重等指标变化情况。采用相关分析、因子分析法进行分析,对测定指标间相关性及 5 个甘蔗品种(系)品质变化进行评价。结果表明,随着堆放时间延长,甘蔗蔗糖分、重力纯度、简纯度均呈下降趋势,甘蔗纤维分、还原糖分和单茎重损失均呈上升趋势,重力纯度和简纯度指标间极显著正相关,还原糖分与简纯度指标间显著负相关;6 个指标可简化为 2 个因子,其达到所有指标 91.297%的信息量;利用因子得分对供试甘蔗品种(系)进行聚类分析,可分为 3 个类群。在 5 个品种(系)中,热甘 11-1559 耐贮性最好,ROC22 和热甘 14-291 次之,热甘 11-122 和热甘 12-60 最差。  相似文献

原料蔗的品质与糖厂经济效益紧密联系,了解甘蔗砍收后不同堆放时间甘蔗品质重要指标的变化规律,对于糖厂提高经济效益十分重要。本试验利用6个优良甘蔗品种(系),对不同堆放时间甘蔗品质的变化规律进行分析和总结。结果表明,在甘蔗收获后堆放过程中, 简纯度和重力纯度先小幅增加,后开始下降,随着堆放时间延长,两纯度下降加快,当重力纯度和简纯度达到相等时,即纯度比接近于1时,甘蔗糖分也处于最高值,当重力纯度超过简纯度,同时甘蔗糖分小幅下降;甘蔗纤维分和还原糖分随堆放时间的延长而上升;在参试材料中云蔗08-2060、云蔗07-2800、云蔗06-193、云蔗07-2178和云蔗08-1609属耐贮品种。  相似文献

以勐海蔗区主栽品种粤糖03-393、粤糖93-159、新台糖16号、德蔗03-83为研究对象,调查这些品种机械收获和人工收获对宿根甘蔗农艺性状、产量和糖分的影响。研究表明:品种粤糖03-393机械收获后其株高、茎径、有效茎、单茎重、产量等均高于人工收获,糖分含量比人工收获的低近0.4个百分点;与人工收获相比,粤糖03-393机械收获的株高、单茎重和产量比其它品种增加幅度大,有效茎和茎径的增加幅度也排在第二。因此,在调查的4个品种中,粤糖03-393比较适合机械化收获。  相似文献

通过以本地当家品种新台糖16号为对照进行品比试验,调查发芽率、分蘖率、生长量以及蔗茎产量、甘蔗蔗糖分、纤维分、简纯度等农艺性状和工艺性状。结果表明:新台糖20号、新台糖26号、桂糖94/116、粤糖93/159等4个甘蔗品种(品系)的新植表现良好,值得推广种植。粤糖94/128和桂引5号的工艺性状不理想,农艺性状表现优良。  相似文献

在2005年漳州蔗区举行的国家甘蔗品种新植区域试验中,参试的14个国家甘蔗品种在农艺性状方面表现为出苗率、分蘖力一般,植株高大,中茎.对蔗茎产量和蔗糖分进行综合分析,表现最好的甘蔗品种是闽糖96-1409、闽糖93-730、MEX105,这三个品种蔗茎产量高、蔗糖分好;表现较好的品种是桂糖96-154、粤糖94-128、HoCP91-556、HoCP92-648、Q170、LCP85-384和福农98-1103,这七个品种蔗茎产量、蔗糖分、公顷含糖量都比较好;其余品种在各个方面表现一般.  相似文献

根据本试验新植的调查分析表明:新台糖22号、新台糖25号和粤糖93-159甘蔗种苗脱毒后产量和糖分大幅提高,新台糖25号增产23.8%,增糖0.5%(绝对值);新台糖22号增产14.0%,增糖0.7%(绝对值);粤糖93-159增产8.5%,增糖0.5%(绝对值).产量和糖分增加不明显的是粤糖86-368增产14.1%,盈育91-59增产7.2%.粤糖82-882、粤糖83-88、粤糖00-236产量和糖分都无明显变化.  相似文献

为了解长江中下游麦区当前推广小麦品种抗穗发芽的特性,采用整穗发芽法、整粒发芽法和半粒发芽法鉴定了20个小麦品种的穗发芽抗性。结果表明,品种间穗发芽抗性存在显著差异,扬麦16、扬麦18、扬麦20、扬麦22、扬辐麦4号、宁麦16等13个品种穗发芽抗性较好,宁麦17、宁麦19、镇麦6号、镇麦8号、镇麦9号、扬麦13和扬麦14等6个品种穗发芽抗性中等,郑麦9023易穗发芽;20个品种的整穗发芽率和取穗当天整粒发芽率差异不显著,且两种方法的发芽率呈极显著正相关,说明整穗发芽法和整粒发芽法都可用于穗发芽抗性鉴定;整粒发芽法中取穗当天与取穗10d后籽粒发芽率较为一致,且极显著正相关,说明这一时段内都可进行抗穗发芽鉴定;取穗30d后所有红粒品种的发芽率都极显著提高,说明此时种子休眠开始解除。18个红粒小麦品种的半粒发芽率极显著高于整粒发芽率,说明种皮对穗发芽有较强的抑制作用。白粒品种郑麦9023收获30d后发芽率与收获当天穗上发芽率、籽粒发芽率,整粒法与半粒法发芽率差异均不显著,说明该品种几乎无休眠特性,且其种皮对穗发芽的抑制作用较小。  相似文献

本研究详细阐述了早熟、高产、高糖、抗逆性强的甘蔗品种粤糖06-233的选育过程,并就其特征特性、蔗茎产量、蔗糖分、抗性等性状表现进行综合分析。以粤糖94-128为母本、桂糖93-159为父本配制杂交组合,历经8代农艺性状、糖分和产量相关性状的选择,育成了早熟、高产高糖、抗逆性强的甘蔗新品种粤糖06-233。通过国家区试和生产试验结果表明,粤糖06-233蔗茎产量达119 932.56 kg/hm 2,含糖量达18 145.79 kg/hm 2,该品种对甘蔗黑穗病具有较强的抗性。同时,利用去壁低渗法对粤糖06-233进行染色体数目与核型分析,结果表明,该品种的染色体主要由中部(m)及近中部(sm)着丝点染色体组成,染色体数为2n=88,核型公式K(2n)=88=82m+6sm。  相似文献

Summary Minitubers of cultivars Agria and Liseta were harvested from the same plantlets on three dates. After each harvest, tubers were dried (1 day), cured (13 days) and cold stored at 2 °C in darkness and 80 % RH. Their performance was studied 65, 128, 191, 254, 317, 380, 443, 506 and 569 days after harvest. Minitubers (1–2 g) were planted in pots and grown for 8 weeks in a controlled environment. After 191 days of storage their growth was still extremely poor. In both cultivars, tallest plants and largest leaf areas per plant were observed in plants from tubers from the second and third harvests that had been stored for 317 days. Highest stem numbers, yields (total dry matter, tuber fresh weight) and harvest indices were achieved with 443 days storage with cv. Agria and 569 days storage with cv. Liseta. Tubers from the first harvest behaved slightly differently.  相似文献

The current promotion of larger areas of lucerne (Medicago sativa) production on the Loess Plateau in China prompted this study, which investigated lucerne harvesting practices by farmers and the scope for improved harvest yield and quality by optimizing harvest date, interval and height above ground. On-farm surveys were conducted to document the dominant harvesting practices used by farmers and their perceptions of barriers to adoption of alternative harvesting practices. In districts with less emphasis on livestock, less labour and inadequate facilities to store conserved lucerne, smaller areas of lucerne are grown and it is often harvested daily to meet demand from penned livestock. The consequence is that much of the lucerne is harvested either before or after flowering, resulting in suboptimal yield of biomass and crude protein. Field experiments conducted at low and high rainfall locations on the Loess Plateau over three seasons showed that delaying the start to harvest until after mid-June (the date of first flowering), while not affecting total biomass harvested for the season, does reduce leaf biomass harvested and hence crude protein concentration and yield. Lower crude protein is a consequence of a decline in both leaf percentage in harvested biomass and stem nitrogen concentration. Commencing harvests well before flowering with short (3 week) harvest intervals also penalized total and leaf biomass harvested. Raising cutting height from ground level (current farmer practice) to 50 mm (likely with the advent of mechanized harvesting) did not penalize harvested total or leaf biomass.  相似文献

Summary Trials were carried out in 1984, 1985 and 1986 in which the effect of four dates of defoliation (0, +10, +20, +30 days) and three intervals to harvest (0, +10, +20 days) on yield, tuber size, dry matter, reducing sugar, fry test colour and finish fried sensory quality were examined for two cultivars (Pentland Dell, Maris Piper) on two sites (medium silt, peaty loam). Dry matter content and yield of tubers were influenced by all factors in the trial. Later dates of defoliation gave the lowest reducing sugar levels, palest fry colour, highest yield and dry matter content. Increasing the interval from defoliation to harvest reduced dry matter and raised yield. Significant year effects were obtained for dry matter and reducing sugar content.  相似文献

Summary Total sugar, reducing sugar, glucose, fructose, and sucrose of scabbed (Streptomyces scabies) and scab-free harvested tubers of several potato cultivars were analysed in four portions (pell and tube flesh separtely, from basal and apical halves), and also in small whole growing tubers. The peel of scabby harvested tubes had higher reducing sugar (glucose and fructose) contents than that of corresponding scab-free tubers. The sugar contents in the flesh and in small growing tubers did not show significant difference beween the scabbed and scab-free state. Tubers of scab-susceptible cultivars had more scab and a higher reducing sugar content than those of resistant cultivars. The results indicate that the contents of reducing sugar (glucose and fructose) in tuber peel are positively correlated with scab severity.  相似文献
