在采用天然饲料养虫,塑料围栏式集虫、林地集虫及林间高虫口密度接毒增殖病毒的方法,解决了病毒批量生产的基础上,为适应云南大面积防治松毛虫的需要,进一步开展了DPWCPV剂型的研制。选用8种辅助剂进行文山松毛虫幼虫生活力试验及DPWCPV病毒毒力的影响试验。筛选出辅—1、辅—5、辅—6、辅—7等辅助剂作为DPWCPV病毒剂型研制的主要辅助原料;研制出DPWCPV—Ⅰ、DPWCPV—Ⅱ及DPWCPV—Ⅲ3种剂型。经对文山松毛虫幼虫毒力比较试验,选择出DPWCPV—Ⅱ剂型为林间大面积应用推广剂型。经大面积防治松毛虫试验,防治效果达851%,比普通水液制剂提高98%。通过剂型产品储藏效果测定及安全性检测表明剂型产品有效保存期为1年,不含对人畜有害的沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌及弧菌等致病菌,证明该剂型安全可靠。 相似文献

用DpCPV感染8种鳞翅目昆虫的试验结果表明,棉铃虫最敏感,感染率达97%。DpCPV对棉铃虫的毒力LC50为7.65×104CPB/ml,浓度与感染死亡率相关性及回归方程均达到显著性。用该虫生产的Ha-DpCPV的产量平均为8.125亿CPB/条,与用原寄主马尾松毛虫生产的平均为7.94亿CPB/条基本相等。Ha-DpoPV对马尾松毛虫的毒力LC50为1.5×104CPB/ml,而DpCPV对马尾松毛虫的毒力LC50为3.86×105CPB/ml,两者相比,毒力没有下降。 相似文献

DpCPV对8种鳞翅目昆虫感染试验结果表明,棉铃虫最敏感,感染率达97.0%。DpCPV对棉铃虫的毒力LC50=7.65×104CPB/ml,浓度与感染死亡率相关性及回归方程均达到显著性。HaDpCPV与原毒种DpCPV的形态特征相同;棉铃虫可用人工半合成饲料配方2在小塑料盒内单虫饲养,幼虫成活率达98%以上、羽化率达90%,平均蛹重0.4006g,平均产卵量797.7粒,卵孵化率达98.2%;HaDpCPV对第一代4~5龄马尾松毛虫的毒力较强,LC50=1.14×104CPB/ml,与原毒种相比,毒力没有下降。用棉铃虫来生产DpCPV,采用23~26℃、3龄虫、使用浓度105CPB/ml以上,是比较理想的组合。将病毒喷在人工饲料表面喂虫,可获得较高的病毒产量,平均每条虫可产8.13亿CPB,与用原宿主生产的产量相接近。用HaDpCPV防治第一、二代4~5龄马尾松毛虫,防治效果达60.2%~84.0%。 相似文献

The chemical composition of six lipophilic extractives from wheat straw by extraction with toluene-ethanol (2 : 1, v/v),
chloroform-methanol (2 : 1, v/v), methyl tert-butyl ether, hexane, petroleum ether, and dichloromethane, respectively, in a Soxhlet extractor, and one water-soluble lipophilic
extract has been examined. Five main lipid classes (free fatty/resin acids, sterols, waxes, steryl esters, triglycerides)
were identified and their individual components quantified by gas chromatography as their trimethylsilyl (TMS) esters (free
fatty/resin acids) and TMS ethers (sterols). The abundant saturated fatty acids were palmitic acid (C16:0), myristic acid
(C14:0), and pentadecanoic acid (C15:0). Palmitoleic acid (C16:1), linoleic acid (C18:2), and oleic acid (C18:1) were the
major unsaturated free fatty acids. Abietic acid was detected as the only single component in the resin acids. Of the sterols
identified, β-sitosterol was found to be the major compound together with minor amounts of cholesterol, ergosterol, stigmasterol, and stigmastanol.
Palmityl palmitate and oleyl palmitate were identified as the major components in waxes. The steryl esters analyzed were composed
of steryl laurate, steryl myristate, steryl palmitate, steryl heptadecanoate, and steryl oleate. Tripalmitin, dipalmitoyl-oleoylglycerol,
and triolein were the major components of the triglycerides.

杨树(PopulussimoniiCarr.)皮提取物经皂化、萃取、分离和精制,能够得到30%~36%的不饱和脂肪酸乙酯产品。该产品经气相色谱分析,共分离出22个色谱峰,鉴定出21个化合物,其中主要的不饱和脂肪酸乙酯成分为亚油酸乙酯,含量高达94.04%。已鉴定的组分占产品总量的99.19%,其中不饱和脂肪酸酯占95.94%,饱和脂肪酸酯占3.14%。药效试验证明,杨树皮不饱和脂肪酸乙酯产品能显著降低试验性高脂血症大鼠的血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)和低密度脂蛋白的胆固醇(LDL-C)水平(P<0.001),而对血清中高密度脂蛋白的胆固醇(HDL-C)含量有升高作用。 相似文献

采用气相色谱和质谱法对柬埔寨南部地区的南亚松松香和松节油的化学组成特征进行研究.采用水蒸气蒸馏法将南亚松松脂分成松节油和松香两个馏分后,分别对松香和松节油中所含成分进行定性和定量测定,松脂中的含油量为20.67%.在松香馏分中共检出9个化合物,其中海松酸型树脂酸占49.59%,枞酸型树脂酸占37.18%,二元酸占12.40%.主要的树脂酸为异海松酸、8(9)-异海松酸、枞酸和南亚松酸,分别占松香馏分的20.90%、21.14%、23.45%和12.40%.松节油馏分中检出16种化合物,其中单萜类化合物13种,倍半萜类化合物2种,二萜类化合物1种.单萜类化合物占松节油量的99.49%,其中间(廾孟)-4,8-二烯、小茴香烯和别罗勒烯,分别占松节油量的24.01%、29.21%和23.71%.研究发现该松香中枞酸型树脂酸量小于海松酸型树脂酸,同时在松香中还检出了2-甲基-5-异丙基-双环[3.1.0]-己-2-烯、间(廾孟)-4,8-二烯、α-水芹烯、小茴香烯、4-蒈烯、别罗勒烯、9,10-二氢环异长叶烯等7种化合物,而未发现α-蒎烯的存在. 相似文献

以索氏提取和超声波提取两种方法对尾叶桉U6桉叶油进行了提取,并利用GC—MS对其成分进行了分析。结·果表明:桉叶油中共检出8种脂肪酸成分,其中饱和脂肪酸6种,分别为十四酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、花生酸、二十四烷酸和二十八酸,多不饱和脂肪酸2种:亚油酸和α-亚麻酸;两种方法中索氏法的提取率(7.69%)明显高于超声波法(6.51%),而所得不饱和脂肪酸组成相同,索氏提取物中不饱和脂肪酸α-亚麻酸为18.93%,亚油酸为7.72%;超声波提取物中α-亚麻酸为30.31%,亚油酸为6.48%。 相似文献

行为试验发现侧柏饵木对双条杉天牛有很强的引诱作用。采用顶空吸附采样方法林间采集侧柏不同部位的挥发性成分,经热脱附吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱联用分析,发现侧柏释放的挥发性成分主要由脂肪族的绿叶成分和单萜烯组成。固相微萃取和水蒸汽蒸馏采集侧柏韧皮成分,分析发现其主要成分由单萜烯、倍半萜烯及其衍生物组成,两种采样方法的采样效果有一定的差异。触角电位研究表明,双条杉天牛触角对挥发性绿叶成分正戊醇、正己醇、2-乙基-1-己醇和1-辛烯-3-醇有很强的触角电位反应;对醛类化合物触角电位反应较弱;对单萜烯类化合物香桧烯、侧柏醇和(-)-柠檬烯有很强的触角电位反应。双条杉天牛对小蠹虫的信息素都有很强的触角电位反应,特别是对3-甲基-2-环己烯-1-醇及其酮类化合物。含6个碳或8个碳的醇类成分与马鞭草烯酮结合和侧柏挥发性的单萜烯类成分对双条杉天牛寻找寄主的行为可能有很大影响。 相似文献

Studies were carried out on the transesterification of the Chinese Spicehush (Lindera communis) seed (LCS) oil with methanol for the production of biodiesel. The methyl esters of LCS oil were compared with soybean esters to determine biodiesel fuel performance and properties. The fatty acids content in the seed kernel oil (LKO) and coat oil (LCO) were quantified by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry method (GC-MS). LKO contains 95.1% saturated acids (capric, lauric, myristic and palmitic) and 2.3% unsaturated acids (oleic). LCO contains 24.6% saturated acids (palmitic and stearic) and 73.6% unsaturated acids (oleic, linoleic and palmitoleic). The kinematic viscosity, cold filter plugging point, cloud point, flash point and cetane index were determined. The methyl esters of LKO had a higher kinematic viscosity and a lower cold filter plugging point value, so it has better per- formance in cold weather. The biodiesel of LCS oil has fuel properties within the limits prescribed by American (ASTM D 6751-02) standards, except for a slightly lower flash point of LKO biodiesel than that prescribed by these standards (130°C). Thus, LKO and LCO biodiesel have great potential to be used on a large scale as fuel for diesel engines. 相似文献
