Generalized two-dimensional (2D) correlation analysis of visible/near-infrared (NIR) spectra was performed to characterize the spectral intensity variations of chicken muscles induced by either storage time/temperature regime or shear force values. The results showed that intensities of two visible bands at 445 and 560 nm increase with the storage temperature under identical treatment, possibly indicating a color change due to frozen storage. The 2D NIR correlation spectra indicated that all NIR bands reduce their spectral intensities, probably due to the water loss and compositional alterations during the freeze-thaw process as well as the tenderization development in muscle storage. The heterospectra correlating the spectral bands in both visible and NIR regions exhibited a strong correlation and suggested the sequential change between color and other developments in muscles. In addition, shear value-induced NIR spectral intensity variations detected significant differences in spectral features between tender and tough muscles.  相似文献

该文测定了棉花盛蕾期至吐絮后期各时期冠层的高光谱反射率以及产量,并对棉花产量与冠层光谱植被指数进行相关分析。结果表明:棉花各生育期可见光波段、近红外波段及短波红外波段光谱反射率与产量间分别呈显著负相关、显著正相关与显著负相关。根据棉花冠层光谱波形特征,利用植被红边波段560 nm反射峰、670 nm吸收谷、近红外波段890 nm反射峰、980和1?210 nm两个弱水汽吸收谷、短波红外1?650和2 200 nm反射峰,设计归一化差值光谱指数,并与棉花产量进行相关分析,上述波段组合定义的归一化差值光谱指数与产量在各生育期均达显著或极显著相关。VARI_700抗大气植被指数在各生育期均达极显著相关。  相似文献

基于冬小麦返青期至乳熟期8次采样的地面光谱数据和收割时的产量数据,首先,利用光谱反射率与产量进行了统计分析,可见光波段的光谱反射率与产量在起身后期才达到稳定的显著负相关水平;近红外波段的光谱反射率与产量在所有生育期都表现出稳定的显著正相关;短波红外波段的光谱反射率与产量在进入灌浆期后才达到稳定的显著负相关水平.其次,根据冬小麦冠层光谱的波形特征,利用近红外波段890 nm反射峰、980 nm和1 200 nm两个弱水汽吸收谷、短波红外1 650 nm和2 200 nm反射峰,设计归一化差值光谱指数,并与冬小麦产量进行相关分析,结果表明:利用上述波段组合定义的归一化差值光谱指数与产量在各个生育期都达到了显著或极显著相关水平,而归一化差值植被指数(NDVI)与产量间的相关在营养生长阶段不显著.最后,以(890 nm,1200 nm)弱水汽吸收光谱指数为例,建立了各个生育期的产量预报模型,为实现冬小麦营养生长期长势监测与更早、更可靠的产量预报提供了依据.  相似文献

不同生育期冬小麦光谱特征对叶绿素和氮素的响应研究   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
研究测定了不同施氮水平条件下冬小麦冠层在七个典型生育期叶片叶绿素、地上部分全氮含量以及冠层光谱,分析了单波段反射率、可见光和近红外波段组合而成的归一化植被指数(NDVI)、比值植被指数(RVI)与相应时期叶片叶绿素和地上部分全氮含量的相关性。结果表明,施氮量增加,两个农学参量、冠层近红外波段反射率都随之增加,但当施氮量增加到300kg hm-(2一次性施入)时,上述各项指标均降低;整个生长期中孕穗期在近红外区域反射率最高,与可见光波段反射率相差最大;除分蘖期外,其它时期单波段510nm~1100nm反射率、NDVI、RVI与叶绿素和全氮含量显著相关,植被指数的相关性较单波段高,且从分蘖期到乳熟期,相关性逐渐增强;整体来讲,可见光中560nm、660nm和近红外760nm、1100nm和1200nm组合的NDVI在各生育期与两个农学指标的相关性较好,选择NDVI(560,760)可以准确拟合叶片叶绿素和地上部分全氮含量。  相似文献

[目的]通过光谱识别太湖流域农用地面源磷流失的土壤主控因子,为简化面源磷流失强度估算提供依据。[方法]通过分析梅梁湾流域耕地和园地中不同面源磷流失强度下的土壤光谱特征,确定影响面源磷流失强度的主要土壤理化性质。[结果]耕地面源磷流失强度的特征波段为650~670nm,1 475nm和1 680~1 695nm,土壤主控因子是有机质,二者之间呈正相关;园地面源磷流失强度的特征波段为685~690nm,710~720nm,1 110~1 115nm,1 150~1 155nm和2 170nm,主控因子是有机质、水分和Fe2+,分别和面源磷流失强度呈负相关、正相关和负相关;有机质对耕地的面源磷流失强度的影响更加显著:耕地面源磷流失强度与光谱指数间的相关系数在1 685nm处达到0.74,而园地条件下相关系数最高值在715nm处仅为0.48。[结论]耕地面源磷流失主控因子为有机质,园地的主控因子为有机质、水分和Fe2+。  相似文献

In order to investigate the visible-NIR spectral features of the leaves of a sugarcane variety(ROC 22), the spectral reflectance and the chlorophyll content were measured in the laboratory, and their correlations were analyzed.Prediction models were built eventually.Results showed that the negative correlations with r greater than 0.8 was found in 527-578 nm and 701-731 nm between spectral reflectance and chlorophyll content.And the red edge position(REP) was also found having high correlation with chlorophyll content, with the highest r of 0.8442.In order to explore the most sensitive bands for normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI), 48471 NDVI values were computed with different wavebands for each sample and their correlations with chlorophyll were also analyzed.The distribution maps of NDVI and its correlations in a two-spectral-dimension space both indicated that the red bands had significant influence than the NIR bands.The suggested sensitive red range was 710-735 nm, especially 720-725 nm; and the sensitive NIR range was from 780-850 nm, which had the higher robustness.The chlorophyll predication model with NDVI(725 and 840 nm) in tillering stage had determination coefficients of 0.7386, and was recommended for guiding the subsequent ridging fertilization.  相似文献

该研究的目的是建立可见/近红外光谱与梨果实坚实度之间的数学模型,评价可见/近红外光谱技术无损测量梨果实坚实度的应用价值.在可见/近红外光谱区域(350~1800nm),试验对比分析了不同测量部位、不同光谱预处理方法和不同校正建模算法的梨果实坚实度校正模型.结果表明:赤道部位吸光度一阶微分光谱的偏最小二乘回归所建梨果实坚实度校正模型的预测性能较优,其校正和预测相关系数分别为0.8779和0.8087,校正和预测均方误差分别为1.0804N和1.4455N.研究表明:可见/近红外光谱技术无损检测梨果实坚实度是可行的.  相似文献

对冬小麦条锈病胁迫不同严重度(0、1%、10%、20%、30%、45%、60%和80%)的单叶进行光谱测定,其光谱特征明显,随严重度增加,单叶光谱反射率在可见光550~740 nm处增加,差异显著;而近红外平台750~1340 nm反射率也呈上升趋势,差异不显著;中红外1350~1600 nm反射率上升,差异显著.反射率与严重度相关系数在376~1600 nm范围内基本成正相关,达到极显著相关的敏感波段区域为446~725 nm与1380~1600 nm.入选了493、666 nm和1430 nm与严重度的相关系数最高的单个波段,利用相关性最好的666 nm和相关性最弱的758 nm波段组合设计了光谱角度指数SAI(Spectral Angle Index),与严重度建立的模型相关系数较高.并利用连续统去除法对540~740 nm特征反射峰进行归一化定量分析,吸收深度(Depth)与吸收面积(Area)与严重度呈极显著相关,设计的吸收面积指数AAI(Absorption Area Index)与严重度相关系数最好,可较好地反演单叶严重度.结果表明,条锈病单叶光谱特性明显,利用其光谱反射率可以很好的估算单叶严重度,建立的模型具有很高的反演精度.结果对深入研究冬小麦条锈病害遥感监测机理提供了理论依据.  相似文献

Modification of an existing single kernel wheat characterization system allowed collection of visible and near-infrared (NIR) reflectance spectra (450–1,688 nm) at a rate of 1 kernel/4 sec. The spectral information was used to classify red and white wheats in an attempt to remove subjectivity from class determinations. Calibration, validation, and prediction results showed that calibrations using partial least squares regression and derived from the full wavelength profile correctly classed more kernels than either the visible region (450–700 nm) or the NIR region (700–1,688 nm). Most results showed >99% correct classification for single kernels when using the visible and NIR regions. Averaging of single kernel classifications resulted in 100% correct classification of bulk samples.  相似文献

A soil batch experiment was conducted to investigate both separate and compound effects of three types of surfactants: anionic dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid sodiumsalt (DBSS), cationic cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB), and nonionic nonyl phenol polyethyleneoxy ether (TX-100), as well as ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) on cadmium solubility, sorption kinetics, and sorption-desorption behavior in purple soil. The results indicated that both individual application of the three types of surfactants and surfactants combined with EDTA could stimulate Cd extraction from the soil with a general effectiveness ranking of EDTA/TX-100 〉 EDTA/DBSS 〉 EDTA/CTAB 〉 EDTA 〉 TX-100 〉 DBSS 〉 CTAB. Further study showed that the compound application of surfactants and EDTA had stronger (P 〈 0.05) effects on Cd solubility than those added individually. The application of surfactants and EDTA to purple soil (P 〈 0.05) decreased the proportion of Cd sorbed, while their effectiveness ranking was similar to that of enhanced solubilization. The sorption kinetics of Cd in purple soil was best described by the double-constant equation, while the Freundlich equation gave an excellent fit to the sorption isotherm curves. Therefore, surfactant-enhanced remediation of Cd contaminated soil is feasible and further research should be conducted.  相似文献

Rice samples were taken from a study of rice milling properties that affect quality. The spectra of milled and cooked samples were taken in the near‐infrared, mid‐infrared, and Raman region. These spectra, two regions at a time, were regressed by a two‐dimensional technique to develop contour maps that indicated the correlation of two spectral regions. These relationships demonstrate that it is possible to recognize the hydration effects caused by gelatinization (cooked samples vs. milled rice). Three water (O‐H stretch) spectral bands (960, 1445, 1,930 nm) in the near‐infrared (NIR) show marked differences between milled and cooked rice. The difference spectra indicated that there were additional phenomena occurring besides the addition of water. These differences are apparent in both C‐O‐H and N‐H bands, which indicate that water is interacting with both starch and protein. The two‐dimensional technique developed in this laboratory was used to get a better interpretation of what occurs during cooking. The Raman spectrum, which is relatively insensitive to water (O‐H stretch), revealed only changes in protein that could be associated with denaturization.  相似文献

【目的】通过分析果实不同生育期叶片光谱反射率对N、 P、 K的响应,探寻采用叶片光谱指数诊断N、 P、 K敏感时期,为新疆莎车‘叶尔羌’扁桃简便快捷的非破坏性营养诊断提供最佳时间窗。【方法】采用“3414”肥料效应试验,利用Unispec-SC光谱仪测定莎车‘叶尔羌’扁桃在不同N、 P、 K施肥水平下果实座果期、 膨大期、 硬核期、 成熟期叶片的光谱反射率。【结果】‘叶尔羌’扁桃果实不同生育期叶片光谱反射率波动取决于波长,在可见光波段变异最小。光谱反射率总体上呈现硬核期>座果期>膨大期>成熟期。在不同N、 P、 K施肥水平下,‘叶尔羌’扁桃果实不同生育期光谱指数(ND705)之间均存在显著差异(P<0.05)或者极显著差异(P<0.01)。叶尔羌扁桃果实座果期、 膨大期、 硬核期、 成熟期叶片氮素的敏感波段分别为815~894 nm,375~398 nm,608~616 nm,429~437 nm; 磷素的敏感波段为766~802 nm,1023~1063 nm,708~713 nm,1130 nm; 座果期、 膨大期、 成熟期叶片钾素的敏感波段分别为815~894 nm,345~368 nm,475~491 nm。【结论】果实成熟期与硬核期是N、 P、 K叶片光谱营养诊断的敏感时期。叶尔羌扁桃果实座果期、 膨大期、 硬核期、 成熟期叶片N素的敏感波段分别为815~894 nm,375~398 nm,608~616 nm,429~437 nm; P素的敏感波段为766~802 nm,1023~1063 nm,708~713 nm,1130 nm; 座果期、 膨大期、 成熟期叶片钾素的敏感波段分别为815~894 nm,345~368 nm,475~491 nm。  相似文献

阐明番茄叶霉病(Fulvia fulva)光谱特征并对其发病程度进行估测,可为番茄叶霉病大面积遥感监测提供依据。本研究通过分析番茄叶霉病不同发病程度下叶片光谱变化特征,筛选对发病程度识别的敏感波段。并利用去包络线法对光谱反射率进行处理,构建基于光谱特征吸收参量的发病程度估测模型。研究结果表明:随着叶霉病病害等级的加深,番茄叶片的原始光谱反射率、光谱敏感度、相对反射率均呈逐渐降低趋势;可见光波段(550~730 nm)和短波红外波段(1 860~2 260 nm)是识别番茄叶霉病发病程度的最佳波段;且随着病害等级的增加,吸收波段位置(λ)向短波方向移动,最大吸收深度(D_c)和吸收面积(A)均呈递增规律。利用光谱参数构建的番茄叶霉病病害等级预测的逐步回归模型R~2达0.81,且模型验证结果较好。研究结果对利用高光谱遥感技术定量估测番茄叶霉病发病程度以及监测、防治农作物病虫害均具有较高的实用价值。  相似文献

快速、无损地估算盐生植物叶片盐离子含量在植物生长监测、耐盐植物筛选和土壤盐渍化监测等方面有实用价值。该研究以新疆艾比湖保护区内盐生植物为研究对象,通过分析植物叶片盐离子(K~+、Na~+、Ca~(2+)、Mg~(2+))含量与冠层高光谱数据的光谱变换和二维植被指数(比值型植被指数(ratiovegetationindex,RVI)、差值型植被指数(difference vegetation index,DVI)、归一化型植被指数(normalized difference vegetation index,NDVI))的相关性选取特征波段,构建基于地理加权回归模型(geographically weighted regression,GWR)的叶片盐离子含量估算模型,并与BP神经网络模型(back propagation neural network)进行对比,研究基于GWR模型估算干旱区盐生植物叶片盐离子的可行性。结果表明,选取特征波段集中表现在红及短波红外波段:K~+含量在反射率倒数的对数选取的红光区域内波段使用GWR估算效果最佳;Na~+的特征波段在光谱变换下集中于短波红外区域,二维植被指数集中在近红外、短波近红外及黄、橙、红区域,各种波段选取下GWR对Na~+的含量估算均有较好效果,但反射率对数的一阶估算效果最好;Ca~(2+)含量在反射率平方根的一阶微分下选取的短波红外波段通过GWR模型估算效果最好;Mg~(2+)含量在DVI选取的位于红光区域特征波段估算效果最佳,但使用GWR模型对Mg~(2+)的估算精度不及BP模型。分析基于GWR盐离子模型估算模型发现,含量较高的离子估算效果更好,K~+、Na~+的模型精度优于Ca~(2+)、Mg~(2+)。在使用GWR模型估算植物叶片盐离子含量时,特征波段均指向红及短波红外波段,符合植被光谱机理的响应。  相似文献

利用高光谱估测干旱胁迫下接菌根菌大豆叶绿素含量   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
该研究旨在利用高光谱遥感动态监测干旱胁迫下接种菌根植物生长状况,为菌根技术在旱区农业中的推广提供一定的理论基础。以盆栽大豆为对象,在不同接种丛枝菌根时期采用高光谱遥感技术监测不同干旱胁迫下接菌和不接菌处理大豆叶片的叶绿素含量变化,对比分析了3个水分梯度下及同一水分梯度下接菌和不接菌处理的大豆地上部分干质量、叶绿素含量和叶片光谱在可见光和近红外区域的响应特征差异,建立了大豆叶绿素含量与多个光谱变量的估测模型。研究结果表明:接菌第45天和第64天,同一水分梯度下接菌大豆地上部分干质量优于不接菌处理,且其叶绿素含量也高于不接菌,这些差异在叶片光谱曲线特征中同样得以反映,接种菌根在一定程度上可以缓解干旱胁迫对植物生长的影响;基于多元线性逐步回归方法建立的一阶微分模型能较准确地估测干旱胁迫下接菌大豆的叶绿素含量,其模型决定系数和预测检验决定系数分别为0.90和0.84,具有较高的精度和良好的预测能力。  相似文献

冬小麦越冬中期冻害高光谱敏感指数研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
利用试验箱进行冬小麦冻害盆栽试验,观测受冻前后叶片光谱反射率、叶绿素含量并分析其变化规律;通过对高光谱数据进行倒数对数、一阶导数、二阶导数变换,与叶绿素含量进行相关分析,寻找表征冻害胁迫的特征值,获得识别和评价冻害差异程度的波段或指数。结果表明,(1)在可见光范围内叶绿素含量与原始光谱反射率呈负相关,在近红外范围内呈正相关,与倒数对数光谱的相关性则相反。一阶导数光谱大部波段相关性通过0.01水平的显著性检验,二阶导数光谱仅少部分波段通过。(2)相关性分析表明,冻害监测的敏感性波段为684.92nm处倒数对数光谱、578.37nm处一阶导数光谱、571.93nm处二阶导数光谱,这些波段与叶绿素的相关系数均通过0.01水平的显著性检验,且相关系数最大,其中以倒数对数光谱为自变量的估算模型最优。(3)叶绿素含量与高光谱特征变量的相关性分析表明,以由蓝边面积(SDb)和红边面积(SDr)计算的VI3(VI3=SDr/SDb)或VI3[VI5=(SDr—SDb)/(SDr+SDb)]为自变量的抛物线模型最优,其训练样本拟合与验证样本精度检验水平均最高,因此VI3、VI5为冬小麦冻害监测的敏感指数。研究结果揭示了冬小麦冻害后高光谱特征,可为促进高光谱技术在冬小麦长势监测和估产中的应用,提高冬小麦冻害遥感监测的准确性提供依据。  相似文献

Lysozyme (25% in D2O, corn oil, and their emulsions (10% w/w oil/D2O solution) were examined by Fourier transform Raman spectroscopy. Emulsions showed three layers, namely, top oil, middle cream, and bottom aqueous layers. Raman spectral analysis revealed hydrophobic interactions involving both protein and lipid components. Compared to lysozyme in D2O, the difference spectrum obtained after subtraction of oil from the cream layer spectrum showed reduced intensity of tryptophan bands at 760, 1013, 1340, and 1360 cm(-)(1), reduced intensity ratio of the tyrosine doublet at 850 and 830 cm(-)(1), and increased intensity of the C-H bending band at 1455 cm(-)(1). Compared to corn oil, the difference spectrum after subtraction of lysozyme from the cream layer spectrum indicated decreased intensity at 2855 cm(-)(1) (lipid CH(2) symmetric stretch) and 3011 cm(-)(1) (unsaturated fatty acid hydrocarbon chain =C-H stretch) and a higher intensity ratio of the C-H stretching band at 2900 cm(-)(1) to bands at 2885 and 2933 cm(-)(1). Spectra of the top and bottom layers resembled corn oil and lysozyme, respectively, except for changes in the D2O band. Raman spectroscopy can be used to detect structural changes in proteins, lipids, and D2O due to protein-lipid interactions.  相似文献

脂肪作为一种重要的品质参数,在大西洋鲑鱼片中的分布很不均匀。为寻找一种能替代脂肪化学检测的快速无损的方法,该研究应用可见/近红外高光谱成像测定大西洋鲑鱼片的脂肪含量分布。分别采用可见/短波近红外(400-1100 nm)和近红外(900-1700 nm)系统获取大西洋鲑鱼片样本的高光谱图像。提取样本图像的平均光谱并与其相应的脂肪含量化学值采用偏最小二乘回归(partial least squares regression,PLSR)和最小二乘支持向量机(least-squares support vector machines,LS-SVM)建立相关性模型。为降低高光谱图像的共线性和冗余度,基于竞争性自适应重加权算法(competitive adaptive reweighted sampling,CARS)分别在可见/短波近红外和近红外光谱区间提取16个(468,479,728,734,785,822,863,890,895,899,920,978,1005,1033,1040,1051 nm)和15个(975,995,1023,1047,1095,1124,1167,1210,1273,1316,1354,1368,1575,1632,1661 nm)特征波长,并分别建立PLSR和LS-SVM模型。特征波长模型的性能优于全波段模型,且近红外区间的特征波长PLSR模型为最优,预测决定系数(R2p)为0.92,预测均方根误差(root mean square error of prediction,RMSEP)为0.92%,剩余预测偏差(residual predictive deviation,RPD)为3.50。最后,将最优模型用于预测高光谱图像上所有像素点的脂肪含量以展示样本上脂肪的分布。此外,还基于该技术对大西洋鲑整鱼片实现了脂肪分布可视化。结果表明高光谱成像技术结合化学计量学方法在大西洋鲑鱼片脂肪的定量和分布可视化上有一定的研究和应用前景。  相似文献

利用便携式光谱辐射仪测定了温室番茄叶片的光谱反射率,研究了不同施氮水平下特定光谱指数与叶片氮含量、光合速率及产量的关系。结果表明,温室番茄叶片的光谱反射率在可见光波段随供氮水平的升高而降低,在近红外波段随供氮水平的升高而增加。随施氮水平的提高,绿峰的蓝移和红边的红移现象明显,而红谷反射率与光合速率之间的关系可用二次方程拟合,相关系数达0.805。番茄叶片氮含量的敏感光谱波段为580~695 nm,740~900 nm,由695 nm、770 nm两个波段构建的高光谱指数(RVI、NDVI)与叶片氮含量的相关性显著。而基于原始光谱数据对番茄产量的估测也可在温室中得到很好的运用,其中光谱指数RV(I710,680)、VARI700和产量的拟合方程最优。  相似文献
