对80头玉树牦牛的8项血液生理生化指标进行了测定。结果为:血红蛋白,86.41±13.07g/L;红细胞压积,0.46±0.034L/L;血清钾,6.25±1.23mmol/L;血清钠,141.7±8.2 mmol/L;血清总钙,2.30±0.52 mmol/L;血清游离钙,0.64±0.39 mmol/L;血清总蛋白,84.3±11.3 g/L,全血铁,28.95±4.37mmol/L。公牦牛与母牦牛组各项指标之间均无显著性差异;成年牦牛与牦牛犊之间除血清总蛋白以外,其余各项指标均无显著性差异。  相似文献

对引入青海省乐都县的小尾寒羊23项血液指标进行了测定。结果表明:血红蛋白含量为115.68 g/L,红细胞压积为0.35 L/L。血清总蛋白含量为73.38 g/L,白蛋白含量为38.71 g/L,球蛋白含量为34.67 g/L,白球比为1.12。血清蛋白质组分(%):A,52.91;α-G,10.04;β-G,11.12;γ-G,25.93。血清钠为133.49 mmol/L,氯为116.89 mmol/L,钾为5.54 mmol/L,全血钾为21.86 mmol/L,无机磷为1.21 mmol/L,总钙为2.45 mmol/L,结合钙为1.61 mmol/L,游离钙0.85 mmol/L,游离钙百分率为33.58。血清谷-丙转氨酶活性为37.63 U/L,谷-草转氨酶活性为143.80 U/L。硫酸锌浊度试验为4.67孔氏单位,麝香草酚浊度试验为1.22麦氏单位。  相似文献

本研究对上海地区9个牧场奶牛产后低钙血症和酮病的发病率进行了调查,结果表明:奶牛产后12 h内的低钙血症发病率平均为86.1%,血钙平均浓度为(1.82±0.02)mmol/L,产后3~7 d低钙血症发病率平均为35.2%,血钙平均浓度为(2.05±0.01)mmol/L,表明随着泌乳天数的增加,低钙血症有缓解趋势。奶牛产后12 h内酮病发病率平均为5.5%,血液β-羟丁酸(BHBA)平均浓度为(0.68±0.04)mmol/L,产后3~7 d酮病发病率平均为16.3%,血液BHBA平均浓度为(0.98±0.07)mmol/L,表明随着泌乳天数增加能量负平衡有加重趋势。奶牛产后12 h内高游离脂肪酸(NEFA)发生率平均为49.4%,血液NEFA平均浓度为(0.76±0.03)Meq/L,产后3~7 d高NEFA发生率平均为41.3%,血液NEFA平均浓度为(0.71±0.03)Meq/L,表明泌乳初期高NEFA发生率远高于酮病发病率,随着泌乳天数增加血液NEFA浓度有下降趋势。奶牛产后血液中钙的浓度与NEFA浓度呈极显著负相关(P0.01),血液中NEFA浓度与BHBA浓度呈极显著正相关(P0.01)。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加碘酸钙对牦牛瘤胃体外发酵的影响。以碘酸钙作为添加形式,以牦牛饲粮为底物进行体外瘤胃发酵,底物碘含量分别为0.1、0.3、0.5、0.7、0.9 mg/kg,发酵48h,测定发酵后的产气量、瘤胃发酵指标及消化酶活力。结果表明:当底物碘含量为0.3mg/kg,NH_3-N浓度、微生物蛋白质(MCP)含量、脂肪酶(LPS)活力、胰蛋白酶(TYS)活力、纤维素酶(CLS)活力达到最大值,分别为14.267 mg/100mL、4.619g/L、0.462U/mL、65.463U/mL、69.527U/mL,碘含量为0.3mg/kg时,乙酸(aceticacid)、丙酸(propionicacid)、总酸(TVFA)浓度达到最高值,分别为:56.142mmol/L、30.877mmol/L、87.460mmol/L,各组之间差异均不显著(P>0.05),乙酸与丙酸的比例达到最小值1.819,显著低于其它所有组乙酸与丙酸的比例(P<0.05);在底物碘含量为0.5mg/kg时,淀粉酶(AMS)活力与纤维素酶(CLS)活力达到最大值分别为1.832U/mL、69.527U/mL;在底物碘含量为0.7mg/kg时,总产气量与甲烷产量达到最大值分别为80.8mL、11.88mL。综合以上结果,在体外条件下,在底物碘含量为0.3~0.7mg/kg时,有利于瘤胃发酵和饲草料降解。  相似文献

Metabolic diseases of cows represent the leading internal pathology in Lithuania in terms of incidence and economic impact. This paper summarizes the mineral metabolic state of milk cows, and details the influence of feeding on serum levels of calcium, nonorganic phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, sodium, glucose, total protein, and urea quantity, and correlationd among them, in healthy dry or post-calving cows as well as in cows with osteomalacia and milk fever after calving. There was less pronounced hypocalcaemia and there were only minor changes in phosphorus, magnesium, potassium and sodium in the serum of healthy dry and post-calving cows that had silage and mineral-vitamin supplements, compared to cows that did not have supplements and silage. There was a fall in calcium and phosphorus (to 1.89 +/- 0.12 mmol/L and 0.71 +/- 0.06 mmol/L, respectively) in the blood of cows sick with milk fever after calving, while levels of magnesium and potassium were increased. The correlation between calcium and phosphorus was r = 0.6993, p < 0.001 in the serum of sick cows. There was a fall in calcium, phosphorus and magnesium (to 1.86 +/- 0.46 mmol/L, 0.75 +/- 0.37 mmol/L, and 0.60 +/- 0.19 mmol/L, respectively) and an increase in sodium level (to 158.90 +/- 19.30 mmol/L) in the blood of cows with osteomalacia in comparison with healthy cows.  相似文献

The effects of sodium bicarbonate (0.5 mEq/kg of body weight, 1.0 mEq/kg, 2.0 mEq/kg, and 4.0 mEq/kg) on ionized and total calcium concentrations were determined in clinically normal cats. Also, serum pH, whole blood pH, and serum albumin, serum total protein, and serum phosphorus concentrations were measured. Intravenous administration of sodium bicarbonate to awake cats decreased serum ionized calcium and serum total calcium concentrations. All dosages of sodium bicarbonate were associated with significant decreases of serum ionized calcium concentration. This effect lasted for greater than 180 minutes when cats were given 2.0 mEq/kg or 4.0 mEq/kg. When cats were given 4 mEq of sodium bicarbonate/kg, serum ionized calcium concentration was significantly decreased, compared with that when cats were given lower doses, but only at 10 minutes after infusion. After sodium bicarbonate infusion, serum total calcium concentration, measured by ion-specific electrode and colorimetry, was lower than baseline values at most of the times evaluated. Decreases in serum ionized calcium and serum total calcium concentrations can be attributed only in part to an increase in serum or whole blood pH and to a decrease in serum protein concentration. Serum total calcium concentrations measured by ion-specific electrode and by colorimetry were positively correlated, but the variability was high. Only 44% of the variability in serum ionized calcium concentration could be predicted when serum total calcium, albumin, total protein, phosphorus, and bicarbonate concentrations and pH were considered.  相似文献

Abstract: An 11‐year‐old male castrated Australian Shepherd was presented with a history of lethargy, panting, and weight loss for 1 month. Physical examination revealed a moderately enlarged spleen. Laboratory abnormalities included thrombocytopenia and marked hypercalcemia, with hyperglobulinemia, hypoalbuminemia, and a monoclonal spike in the β‐globulin region on serum protein electrophoresis. Serum total calcium concentration was markedly increased (16.5 mg/dL, reference interval 8.9–11.4 mg/dL) but ionized calcium concentration (1.39 mmol/L) was within the reference interval (1.25–1.45 mmol/L). Isosthenuria was noted, but the dog was not polyuric or polydipsic. Serum parathyroid hormone concentration was within reference limits and parathyroid hormone‐related peptide concentration was 0 pmol/L. Radiographic findings were largely unremarkable. Results of cytologic evaluation of a fine‐needle aspirate specimen from the spleen indicated plasma cell neoplasia. Based on the results of the electrophoresis, splenic aspirates, radiographs, and hypercalcemia, a diagnosis of splenic multiple myeloma was made. The marked hypercalcemia, normal ionized calcium and parathyroid hormone concentrations, and lack of osteolytic lesions indicated a presumptive increase in protein‐bound serum calcium, likely due to binding to molecules of the paraprotein (M protein). Protein binding of calcium in dogs with multiple myeloma should be considered as a potential mechanism of elevated total serum calcium concentration.  相似文献

Background

The traditional systemic heparinization used for anticoagulation in extracorporeal therapies may cause fatal complications in animals at risk of bleeding.

Hypothesis/Objectives

To develop and validate a protocol of regional citrate anticoagulation (RCA) for intermittent hemodialysis in dogs.

Animals

A total of 172 dogs treated with hemodialysis for acute kidney injury.

Methods

In vitro titration was performed, adding trisodium citrate and calcium chloride to heparinized canine blood. A tentative protocol was used first in 66 treatments with additional heparinization and subsequently in 518 heparin‐free treatments. Safety and adequacy of RCA were assessed based on clinical and laboratory monitoring, dialyzer pressure gradient, treatment completion, and visual scoring of the extracorporeal circuit.

Results

Addition of 1 mmol/L citrate to heparinized blood decreased the ionized calcium concentration by 0.23 mmol/L (95% confidence interval [CI], 0.16–0.30) and 1 mmol/L calcium increased it by 0.62 mmol/L (95% CI, 0.45–0.79). Heparin‐free treatments were initiated with infusion of trisodium citrate (102 mmol/L) at 2.55 mmol/L blood and calcium chloride (340 mmol/L) at 0.85 mmol/L. Citrate and calcium administrations were adjusted in 27 and 34% of the treatments, respectively. Overall, anticoagulation was satisfactory in 92% of the treatments, with expected azotemia reduction in 95% (urea) and 86% (creatinine), stable dialyzer pressure gradient in 82%, and clean extracorporeal circuits in 92% of the treatments. Eighteen treatments (3.5%) were discontinued prematurely, 9 because of clotting and 9 for reasons unrelated to the RCA procedure.

Conclusions and Clinical Importance

Regional citrate anticoagulation allows safe and efficient heparin‐free hemodialysis in dogs at risk of bleeding.  相似文献
