对一种污损生物纵条矶海葵进行了低极性成分及其油脂的降血脂活性研究。首次从纵条矶海葵的低极性部位中分离得到△4,5-(E),△8,9-(E)-鞘氨醇-正十六碳酰胺与胆甾醇两个化合物。对纵条矶海葵油的脂肪酸组成分析表明,该海葵油中富含高不饱和脂肪酸EPA与DHA,总相对含量达61.9%;降血脂活性实验表明,纵条矶海葵油高剂量组可明显降低实验大鼠血管内TC、TG、HDL-C含量,具有较好的降血脂活性。开展对纵条矶海葵油脂的加工工艺研究,将有望获得新的高不饱和脂肪酸来源,进而开发出新的具降血脂功能的海洋药品或保健食品。 相似文献

近年来一些研究人员从海藻中分离出多种具有抗氧化活性的物质,如海藻多糖、多酚、超氧化物歧化酶、不饱和脂肪酸、牛磺酸、维生素类等,并对它们的来源、在海藻中的含量、结构、活性及作用机理等方面进行了研究。地球上海洋资源丰富,海藻种类繁多,海藻中富含的抗氧化活性物质具有活性作用强、结构复杂、副作用低等优点,为海洋医药与生物制品的开发提供了良好的天然产物来源。本文综述了海藻中抗氧化活性物质的研究进展,并结合相关研究做出了分析和探讨,以期为海洋医药和生物制品的开发提供理论基础。 相似文献

抗菌肽的发现与研究已有几十年的历史,抗菌肽是一类生物体中普遍存在并具有广谱抗微生物活性的小分子多肽,被科学家誉为"天然抗生素"。海洋动物抗菌肽是鱼、虾、蟹、贝等海洋动物的非特异性免疫防御系统的重要组成部分,在海洋环境中对于防御外源病原菌的入侵起到重要作用。海洋抗菌肽的研发与应用,不仅具有重要的医学开发价值,也是减少抗生素污染、实现海水健康养殖的重要保障。本文主要以鱼类抗菌肽和甲壳类抗菌肽为例,从抗菌肽的来源与分类、结构特点以及生物学活性等方面,简要概述近年来海洋鱼类和甲壳类抗菌肽的一些研究进展及其开发利用前景。 相似文献

Access to marine feed ingredients is considered a limiting factor for the rapidly growing aquaculture industry. With increasing inclusion of vegetable feed ingredients in aquafeeds, new challenges have arisen. Substituting marine oils and meals with vegetable ingredients has decreased the level of persistent organic pollutants (POPs) in marine farmed fish such as Atlantic salmon. Consequently, this shift in feed ingredients has led to increased levels of polyaromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in aquafeeds. Several of the PAHs listed are on EFSAs and EPAs list of priority substances. Not only are the carcinogenic and genotoxic properties of PAHs of concern, but also their ability to interact with and disrupt metabolic pathways such as vitamin metabolism and signalling. The interactions, and the potential depletion of vitamin stores that follows, are of particular interest as marine ingredients are naturally rich in micronutrients such as vitamins A and D. This study has summarized the current knowledge on the effect of PAHs commonly found in vegetable feed ingredients on vitamin metabolism/signalling and their possible implications in fish. 相似文献

Japanese output of fishery products in 1993 amounted to 8.7 million metric tons valued at 2.5 trillion yen, and has gradually decreased for the last five years. Annual imported fishery products in that year amounted to 3.1 million metric tons (1.6 trillion yen). Prawn, tuna, salmon, mackerel and cod were the most prominent fishes imported mainly from the US, Taiwan and Republic of China. These accounted for 40% of total imports. A Japanese self-supplying rate for fishery products was about 64% in 1993. Under these severe conditions surrounding the fisheries of Japan, the Government operates several projects to develop increased utilization of initialized aquatic natural resources and to increase the value of marine products. These include better utilization for human consumption of initialized flying squid, headlight fish and low-quality spawned salmon; development of a large-scale extraction and purification technology for docosahexaenoic acid from marine products; and development of novel seafood by using high hydrostatic pressure technology. For the topics of by-products from aquatic resources, products from chitin and chitosan, fish oils, both for medical and food uses, liquid crystal, protamines from fish testicles for antibacterial for foods, growth hormones for fish farming, and several pharmaceutical compounds from marine organisms are introduced. 相似文献

Presence of coastal aquaculture activities in marine landscapes is growing with impacts on the wild fish that share these habitats. However, it is difficult to disentangle subsequent ecological interactions between these activities and marine fish communities. We evaluated the impact of both salmon and halibut farms on mackerel (Scomber scombrus) and whiting (Merlangius merlangus) sampled near sea cages using condition indices and fatty acid (FA) biomarkers. Results of the stomach content analysis indicated that mackerel and whiting consumed waste feed which was also reflected in their modified FA profiles. Both mackerel and whiting had elevated levels of FAs that are of vegetable oils origin. The use of vegetable oils as replacement for marine oils is a lot more common in salmon farming than halibut farming. Additionally, the overall effects of the two fish farms were more pronounced in whiting than in mackerel sampled near the sea cages. By allowing discrimination between sources of trophic interactions, this method could lead to more informed decisions in managing different farming activities. 相似文献
