疣粒野生稻抗白叶枯病新基因的初步鉴定   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以10个菲律宾白叶枯病菌小种和1个中国白叶枯病菌小种为供试菌系,以高感白叶枯病水稻品种IR24及携有不同抗白叶枯病基因的近等基因系IRBB1等16个材料作为参照,对粳稻品种8411/疣粒野生稻体细胞杂交获得的两个抗白叶枯病新种质SH5和SH76进行了白叶枯病抗谱鉴定。结果表明SH5和SH76在苗期的抗谱较广,并且与已知抗病基因的抗谱不同,但与IRBB5(xa5)和IRBB7(Xa7)相似。分别用xa5和Xa7的分子标记2F_1R和M5进行检测,确定SH5和SH76中不含有xa5和Xa7基因。初步推测SH5、SH76可能含有一个新的抗病基因或者一个连锁的基因簇群。  相似文献

白叶枯病是水稻生产上主要的细菌性病害之一,严重影响水稻的产量和品质。传统的化学防治和生物防治法收效甚微,利用抗病基因培育抗病品种是最经济、有效和环保的途径。截至目前,从栽培稻和野生稻中鉴定的抗白叶枯病基因有40个,其中32个已被定位,9个已被分离克隆。本文对这些抗白叶枯病基因的定位、克隆、基因特征和作用方式进行了介绍,重点对这些基因在生产上的应用进行了综述,并对水稻白叶枯病抗病育种做出了展望。  相似文献

 对美国南部和西部地区广泛种植和将要推广的水稻品种42个,孕穗期接种白叶枯病和细菌性条斑病病菌,以抗病品种IR26,感病品种金刚30和南京11作为对照品种进行抗性鉴定。白叶枯病Z173和GD1358两个菌株在所有42个品种上均能侵染发病,未发现高抗或免疫品种,对Z173表现抗病或中抗水平的品种约占85%以上,表现感病的只有1个。而用GD1358接种时,表现抗病或中抗水平的品种仅占总品种数的28%左右,多数抗Z173的品种对GD1358表现中抗或中感。对GD1358表现抗病的Gulfrose, Bellmont和IR36M4三个品种对Z173也表现抗病,具有较宽的抗谱。与白叶枯病菌相仿,两个细菌性条斑病菌菌株在所有美国稻品种上均能侵染形成典型病斑,未发现高抗和免疫品种。对强毒菌株BS93表现抗病和中抗的品种分别占总品种数的19.1%和38.1%;而对中等毒力菌株BS39表现抗病和中抗的品种分别占总品种数的52.4%和31.0%,其中22个抗病品种中, 只有8个品种抗强毒菌株BS93,其余的品种对BS93均表现中抗或中感。其中Lebonnet和LA2168甚至表现感病。比较同一品种对两种不同病害的抗性表现,可以看出一些对白叶枯病有较好抗性的品种,如Gulf rose,IR36M4等对细菌性条斑病也有很好抗性,对白叶枯病表现感病的品种如Lacassine、Jasmine等对细菌性条斑病菌也呈感病反应。在测定的42个品种中未发现对白叶枯病表现抗病,而对细菌性条斑病表现感病的品种,或对细菌性条斑病表现抗病,而对白叶枯病表现感病的品种。研究结果表明,美国水稻品种对白叶枯病的抗性和其对细菌性条斑病的抗性有一定的相关性。  相似文献

小麦种质P10078的成株期条锈病抗性特征及遗传规律   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为明确小麦抗病种质P10078的抗条锈病特征及抗病遗传规律,利用4个小麦条锈菌小种CYR32、CYR33、V26/CM42和Sull-7对P10078进行了苗期分小种鉴定,并分别在陕西杨凌人工接种病圃和甘肃天水自然诱发病圃连续多年对P10078与感病品种铭贤169及其杂交后代(F_1、F_2、F_(2∶3))进行成株期抗条锈病鉴定。结果发现,P10078苗期对CYR32、V26/CM42表现为感病(IT:7~8),对V26/CM42和Sull-7表现为抗病(IT:2),成株期对混合小种表现为高度抗病(IT:1,S:1%),表明P10078为包含全生育期抗病基因的成株期抗病品种;F_2抗感分离比为3∶1,F_(2∶3)抗感分离比为1∶2∶1,表明P10078成株期抗性由一对显性主效基因控制。P10078所含抗条锈基因为未知抗性基因。  相似文献

中国小麦主栽品种抗条锈性评价与基因分析   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
为给全国小麦条锈病大区流行的预测预报和综合防控提供数据支持,在陕西杨凌设置当前流行小种CYR32和CYR33的混合病圃,在甘肃天水设置自然发病圃,对74个主栽小麦品种进行连续两年成株期抗病性鉴定,同时对其进行苗期室内分小种(CYR32和CYR33)和田间自然发病状态下的鉴定;分别选用Yr5、Yr9、Yr10、Yr15、Yr17、Yr18和Yr26等7个已知抗条锈病基因的分子标记进行基因检测。抗病鉴定结果显示,参试的74个小麦主栽品种中,无全生育期抗病品种,4个成株期抗病品种,10个在杨凌成株期抗病的品种在天水自然小种圃中有不同程度的感病;分子检测结果显示,参试小麦品种中24个品种含Yr9,4个品种带有Yr17,5个品种带有Yr26,未发现含Yr5、Yr10、Yr15和Yr18的小麦品种。这一结果表明,当前我国大面积种植的小麦品种抗条锈病水平整体较低,且抗病基因较单一,存在小麦条锈病在条件适宜时大面积流行的风险,必须进一步加强病害预警预报。  相似文献

为明确甘肃省部分春小麦品种(系)苗期所含抗条锈基因,选用来自中国、印度等国家的24个具有不同毒性谱的条锈菌单孢菌系,分别接种于26个甘肃春小麦品种(系)及30个已知基因的载体品种上,进行苗期抗条锈病评价,并结合系谱分析推导苗期抗条锈基因.初步分析结果表明,银春8号等19个品种(系)含有Yr1及未知抗病基因,其余品种(系)含有未知抗病基因.成株期在甘肃陇南的田间抗条锈病评价结果显示,定西43可能具有成株抗病性,定E301、定9873、定鉴5、陇春26、陇春24、定西39、临麦30、宁9415具有慢条锈性.聚类分析与基因推导结果基本一致.  相似文献

利用功能标记鉴定普通野生稻中的白叶枯病抗性基因   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
 以9个菲律宾白叶枯病菌小种对供试的9份普通野生稻(Oryza rufipogon Griff.)及1份高感白叶枯病材料IR24进行抗性鉴定,发现IR24对所有的菌株都表现为高感, 6份野生稻材料对9个菌株表现全抗,占参试野生稻总数的67%。取自广西玉林的1份材料只感PXO280(P8),海南万宁的1份材料感PXO71(P4),广州高州的1份材料对PXO79、PXO99和PXO339感病,而这几份材料对其余菌株都表现为抗病,说明每份材料至少含有1个抗性基因。利用已克隆的白叶枯病抗性基因xa5、xa13、Xa21和Xa27的功能标记检测,结果表明9份供试普通野生稻中都不含抗性基因xa5、Xa21;5份为显性Xa13纯合体,4份为隐性抗病xa13杂合体;5份为抗病显性Xa27纯合体,3份为隐性xa27纯合体,1份材料中xa27和Xa27都不存在。  相似文献

为了给小麦抗病基因的合理布局和开展预见性抗病育种提供参考依据,采用已知抗条锈病基因的单基因系,在苗期和成株期分别接种我国当前条锈菌主要流行小种CYR32、CYR33和V26,同时结合甘肃天水田间的抗病鉴定,最终明确了这3个流行小种在单基因系上的毒性谱。结果发现这三个小种的毒性谱都很宽并且相互交叉,结合起来使得国际上目前创制的单基因系材料只有Yr5和Yr15在所有鉴定中都呈现高抗反应,YrExp2和YrTr1在成株期具有使用价值,这些抗病基因应在今后的抗条锈病育种中加大应用。  相似文献

白叶枯病和稻瘟病是我国水稻生产的主要病害,选育抗病品种是一种经济有效的防治手段。明确抗性基因在水稻品种资源中的分布,将有助于应用分子标记辅助选择培育抗性品种。本研究针对13个重要抗病基因,包括8个白叶枯病抗性基因(Xa1、Xa4、xa5、Xa7、xa13、Xa21、Xa23和Xa26)和5个稻瘟病抗性基因(Pib、Pi2、Pi9、Pi25和Pita),应用这些基因的基因标记或连锁标记共29个,检测103份杂交稻亲本,初步确定了其等位基因分布和利用情况,为水稻基础材料的筛选及应用提供参考。  相似文献

利用采自云南高原粳稻区病叶分离的17份水稻白叶枯病菌株,在30份水稻品种上接种进行致病型初步鉴定。研究表明可以将17个菌株分为7个致病型(Ⅰ~Ⅶ),其中Ⅴ型菌为云南高原粳稻区的优势菌群。初步构建了一套包含7个品种(黄玉、毫糯扬、TN1、珍珠矮、IR26、南粳33、金南风)的高原粳稻白叶枯病菌的鉴别品种,明确了7个致病型在这套鉴别品种上的反应型。早生爱国3号(Xa-3)、IR1545-339(xa-5)、IRBB21(Xa-21)、扎昌龙(Xa-22t,Xa-24t)对所接种菌均表现抗病,在云南高原粳稻育种中具有较好的利用前景。  相似文献

利用强迫饲毒、集团接种、非嗜性测验、抗生性测验的方法研究与分析了8个抗条纹叶枯病水稻品种对条纹病毒和介体灰飞虱的抗性,发现不同水稻抗性品种的抗性特征并不完全相同。IR36、Kasalath、窄叶青8号、道人桥、DV85既抗条纹病毒又抗介体灰飞虱,对条纹叶枯病所表现的抗性是条纹病毒和介体灰飞虱抗性共同作用的结果; 爱知97和Kenta Nakan抗条纹病毒,但不抗介体灰飞虱,对条纹叶枯病所表现的抗性是品种对条纹病毒的抗性;而IR24对条纹病毒和介体灰飞虱仅表现中等抗性。  相似文献

比较研究了采自菲律宾国际水稻研究所室内长期用水稻抗性品种Mudgo驯化的褐飞虱生物型2和从广西田间褐飞虱种群中分离获得的田间生物型2的致害性、在不同抗性品种上的生长发育和生殖等特性。结果表明室内和田间生物型2对Mudgo和IR26的致害能力相同,即两者均能成功地致害含[WTBX][STBX]Bph1[WTBZ][STBZ]基因的水稻品种,但田间生物型2对ASD7和IR36的致害性明显比室内生物型2强,说明两者在具有抗性[WTBX][STBX]bph2[WTBZ][STBZ]的水稻品种上的致害性有差异。取食不同抗性品种时,田间生物型2的若虫历期均比取食相同品种的室内生物型2短,两个生物型2在取食ASD7时的若虫历期最长、存活率最低、雌成虫体重最轻、产卵量和蜜露量最少、种群增长指数和营养指数最低。取食IR26的田间生物型2的若虫存活指数和种群增长指数均明显高于取食IR26的室内生物型2的指数,同时也显著高于取食Mudgo的生物型2。建议在进行褐飞虱致害性监测和水稻品种抗性评价时以选用IR26为宜。  相似文献

One hundred and thirty-eight rice accessions were screened for resistance to the small brown planthopper(SBPH)resistance to SBPH were detected,accounting for 18.1%of the total accessions,which included 2 highly resistant,9 resistant and 14 moderately resistant varieties.Compared with indica rice,japonica rice was more susceptible to SBPH.Antixenosis test,antibiosis test and correlation analysis were performed to elucidate the resistance mechanism.The resistant check Rathu Heenati(RHT),highly resistant varieties Mudgo and Kasalath,and resistant variety IR36 expressed strong antixenosis and antibiosis against SBPH,indicating the close relationship between resistance level and these two resistance mechanisms in the four rice varieties.Antibiosis was the dominant resistance pattern in the resistant varieties Daorenqiao and Yangmaogu due to their high antibiosis but low antixenosis.Dular,ASD7 and Milyang 23 had relatively strong antixenosis and antibiosis,indicating the two resistance mechanisms were significant in these three varieties.The resistant DV85 expressed relatively high level of antixenosis but low antibiosis,whereas Zhaiyeqing 8 and Guiyigu conferred only moderate antibiosis and antixenosis to SBPH,suggesting tolerance in these three varieties.Antibiosis and antixenosis governed the resistance to SBPH in the moderately resistant accession 9311.Antixenosis was the main resistance type in V20A.Tolerance was considered to be an important resistance mechanism in Minghui 63 and Yangjing 9538 due to their poor antibiosis and antixenosis resistance.The above accessions with strong antibiosis or antixenosis were the ideal materials for the resistance breeding.  相似文献

以南粳9108为试验材料,研究稀播条件下(18000苗/m2)不同措施对30、35 d秧龄秧苗素质的影响。结果表明:在18000苗/m2的播种密度下,多效唑浸种能够有效地促进根系生长,矮化秧苗高度,显著提高秧苗素质,对于培育不同秧龄的壮苗均有促进作用。多效唑浸种浓度在0.5 g/L左右最为适宜。  相似文献

水稻种质资源抗灰飞虱评价及抗性机制分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
通过改进的苗期集团筛选法,对138份水稻种质进行了抗灰飞虱鉴定与评价。筛选出对灰飞虱具有不同程度抗性的材料25份,占总鉴定材料的181%,其中高抗种质2份,抗性种质9份,中抗材料14份,粳稻品种明显比籼稻感虫。对部分材料进行的排驱性、抗生性试验及相关分析表明,Rathu Heenati(RHT)、Mudgo、Kasalath和IR36对灰飞虱具有强的排驱性和抗生性,其抗性水平与这两种抗虫机制密切相关;道人桥、羊毛谷的抗生性强,但排驱性弱,其主要抗虫机制表现为抗生性;Dular、ASD7和密阳23对灰飞虱具有较强的排驱性和抗生性,表明排驱性和抗生性是这3个品种的重要抗性类型;DV85具有较强的排驱性,但抗生性较弱,窄叶青8号和鬼衣谷具有中等水平的抗生性和排驱性,推测这3个材料具有较好的耐害特性。中抗材料9311的抗性水平由中等排驱性和抗生性控制,V20A的抗性主要表现为排驱性,明恢63和扬粳9538的排驱性和抗生性均较弱,暗示其抗性机制主要是耐害性。上述具有强抗生性或排驱性的材料是理想的抗灰飞虱资源。  相似文献

A population of rice brown planthopper(BPH) Nilaparvata lugens collected from a paddy field in Hangzhou was successively reared on susceptible rice Taichung Native 1(TN1) in a laboratory free from insecticides for more than 14 generations. The changes in susceptibility to insecticides and ecological fitness on different resistant rice varieties were monitored in each generation. The resistance ratio to imidacloprid sharply declined with the succession of rearing generations without insecticides from 359.94-fold at F1 to 6.50-fold at F14 compared with the susceptible strain, and the resistance ratio to chlorpyrifos was from 9.90-fold at F1 to 5.94-fold at F14. Nymphal duration and weights of newly hatched female adults were significantly affected by rice variety, generation and their interactions, but nymphal survival was significantly affected by the generation only. The ratio of brachypterous adults in males was affected by the generation and generation × variety interaction, whereas no difference was found in females. Nymphal duration extended with increasing generations, and the female nymphal duration was shorter in the susceptible variety TN1 than those in the resistant varieties IR26 and IR36. In addition, the female adult weight in TN1 was higher than those in IR26 and IR36. These results indicated that the resistance of field BPH population to insecticides was reversed after several generations of no-exposure to insecticides, and the ecological fitness in TN1 was higher than those in IR26 and IR36. These findings suggested the rational and reduced use of insecticides in combination with the manipulation of resistant rice varieties would be effective for BPH management.  相似文献

 从水稻基因组DNA中扩增出1 184 bp的Ospgip1基因片段。该片段包含930 bp的完整开放阅读框,终止密码子为TAA,无内含子。RT PCR结果表明,Ospgip1基因在水稻抗、感纹枯病品种中均能表达,但不同生育期、不同部位表达量有差异。实时PCR结果显示,抗病品种YSBR1和中感品种Jasmine 85中Ospgip1的表达量要明显高于感病品种Lemont;稻苗黄化处理后,无论是抗病品种还是感病品种的Ospgip1表达量均显著提高;纹枯病菌侵染使得抗病品种Ospgip1表达量大大增加,而对感病品种影响不大。  相似文献
