淹水土壤中氮素运移与转化试验及其数值模拟   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
在室内试验的基础上,建立了淹水土壤中NH4+—N和NO3-运移转化的耦合数学模型,并对表施于水层中的氮肥(碳铵:NH4HCO3)在饱和土中运移与转化过程进行了数值模拟。结果表明:该试验条件下NH4+—N的硝化作用主要发生于土壤表层1cm左右的范围内。  相似文献

本文讨论我国几种主要土壤胶体的NH4+吸附特征。土壤胶体对NH4+的吸附符合两种表面Langmuir方程。土壤胶体对NH4+的结合能力强弱顺序是:黄棕壤>黑土、(土娄)土>红壤>砖红壤,而NH4+的解吸率大小顺序与此相反。Langmuir吸附方程参数K1与土壤胶体的粘粒矿物组成有关,并与土壤胶体对NH4+的相对偏好性(A值)呈正相关。Langmuir参数(M1+M2)与土壤胶体的CEC呈正相关,去有机质(OM.)前后△K1与△OM.呈反相关。去有机质可增加土壤胶体对NH4+的偏好性。土壤胶体的NH4+吸附和解吸特征决定于其组成和表面性质,并受有机无机复合作用的影响。永久电荷吸附位对NH4+的偏好性较强,而可变电荷吸附位则较弱。  相似文献

Dynamics of fixed NH4+ in NH4+-treated soils incubated with glucose at 37±2 ℃ during the course of incubation and factors affecting it were studied. Results showed that content of fixed NH4+ in soil reached a minimum on day 7 after incubation and then increased gradually regardless of the amount of glucose added and the kind of soil tested. However, the amount of fixed NH4+ released from the soil at the given time varied with both the amount of glucose added and the kind of soil examined. In cases glucose was added at a rate of 10.0g C/kg soil, the amount of fixed NH4+ retained in soil after 7 days of incubation was almost identical to that found by Neubauer test. Addition of K+ depressed the release of fixed NH4+ significantly. Based on the results obtained a method for determining the content of available fixed NH4+ in soils was proposed and the amount of N as available fixed NH4+ in two soils measured by this method on an area profile-depth basis was presented.  相似文献

升高CO2浓度能够促进作物的光合作用,提高作物的生物量和产量,但关于CO2与NH+4/NO-3比及其交互作用对作物影响的研究较少,为探索番茄幼苗生长发育对CO2浓度升高的响应是否对NH+4/NO-3配比有较强的依赖关系,本试验在营养液栽培条件下,以番茄(Lycopersicun esculentum Mill)为试材,研究正常大气CO2浓度(360 μL/L)和倍增CO2浓度(720 μL/L)与不同NH+4/NO-3配比的交互作用对番茄幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:CO2浓度升高提高了低NH+4/NO-3比例处理中番茄叶片的光合速率和水分利用率,提高幅度随NH+4/NO-3比例的降低而增强,光合速率增强最大达55%。在同一CO2浓度处理下净光合速率与水分利用率均随NH+4/NO-3比例的增加而显著降低。这说明CO2浓度升高对番茄幼苗生长发育的促进作用随NH+4/NO-3比例的降低而提高,但并没有减弱全NH+4-N处理中番茄幼苗的受毒害作用。综上所述,CO2浓度升高能提高植物生产的节水能力和水分生产力;水培条件下,NO-3-N是最适合番茄幼苗生长发育的氮源,其它NH+4/NO-3比例对番茄幼苗的生长发育有一定的抑制作用,仅以NH+4-N作氮源则番茄幼苗很难生长。  相似文献

Some thermodynamic properties of NH4+ fixation by loess soil in plowing and clay layers are discussed. The results indicate that the four ion adsorption equations commonly used can describe the properties of NH4+ fixation in these soils under constant temperature. Among the four adsorption equations, the single-surface Langmuir equation is the best. When the concentration of NH4Cl solution is 10-1 mol below, the Freundlich equation can be used. The changes of apparent standard free energy (ΔG°), enthalpy (ΔH°) and entropy (ΔS°) illustrate that NH4+ fixation in soil is an endothermic adsorption and spontaneous reaction, and the process can be enhanced by a higher temperature and clay content in soil. The "proper value of NH4+ fixation by soil (K1 × qm) increased with increasing clay content and temperature. The heat of NH4+ fixation in soil (Qm) confirms the conclusions made in this paper.  相似文献

Plants show different growth responses to N sources supplied with either NH4+ or NO3-. The uptake of different N sources also affects the rhizosphere pH and therefore the bioavailability of soil phosphorus, particularly in alkaline soils. The plant growth, P uptake, and P availability in the rhizosphere of oat (Avena nuda L.) grown in hydroponics and in soil culture were investigated under supply with sole NH4+-N, sole NO3--N, or a combination. Sole NO3--fed oat plants accumulated more biomass than sole NH4+-fed ones. The highest biomass accumulation was observed when N was suppliedw ith both NH4+-N and NO3--N. Growth of the plant root increased with the proportion of NO3- in the cultural medium. Better root growth and higher root/shoot ratio were consistently observed in NO3--fed plants. However, root vigor was the highest when N was supplied with NO3-+NH4+. NH4+ supply reduced the rhizosphere pH but did not affect P uptake by plants grown in soils with CaHPO4 added as P source. No P deficiency was observed, and plant P concentrations were generally above 2 g kg-1. P uptake was increased when N was supplied partly or solely as NO3--N, similarly as biomass accumulation. The results suggested that oat was an NO3--preferring plant, and NO3--N was essential for plant growth and the maintenance of root absorption capacity. N supply with NH4+-N did not improve P nutrition, which was most likely due to the absence of P deficiency.  相似文献

宁夏引黄灌区稻田氮素浓度变化与迁移特征   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
过量施氮与不合理灌水是农田面源污染加剧的主要原因。为了寻求较优的水氮管理模式以促进农业生产和减少农田退水对黄河水体的污染, 在宁夏引黄灌区典型稻田中开展了不同水氮条件下稻田氮素迁移转化规律研究。结果表明: 不同水氮条件下稻田田面水NH4+-N 与NO3--N 浓度伴随施肥出现明显峰值, NO3--N 峰值出现时间较NH4+-N 晚, 且变化较平缓。3 次追肥时期和整个生育期田面水NH4+-N 平均浓度与施氮量和灌水量都呈显著相关, 田面水NO3--N 平均浓度与施氮量呈显著正相关, 与灌水量相关性不显著。稻田30 cm与60 cm 深度的直渗水NH4+-N 浓度受施肥影响较大, 与田面水NH4+-N 浓度变化规律相似, 90 cm 处直渗水NH4+-N 浓度峰值出现较为滞后, 且浓度较上层土体低, 120 cm 处直渗水NH4+-N 浓度大体呈现持续上升趋势,整个生育期直渗水NH4+-N 平均浓度与施氮量呈显著相关, 仅30 cm 处NH4+-N 平均浓度与灌水量呈负相关, 其他土层深度不显著。30 cm 与60 cm 直渗水NO3--N 浓度在首次灌水后急剧下降, 在施肥后有较小幅度上升, 90 cm 与120 cm 直渗水NO3--N 浓度下降缓慢, 仅30 cm 处NO3--N 平均浓度与施肥量显著正相关。总的结果表明减少施肥或灌水均可达到减少农田氮素淋失的目的。  相似文献

本文研究了不同形态氮肥施用后,氮素在作物根际的分布规律,及其与作物种类、土壤水分条件的关系.在淹水条件下的水稻根际土壤中,(NH4)2SO4和(NH2)2CO荨NH4+-N肥,其亏缺率随离根面距离增加呈指数相关的减小.而旱作条件下的玉米、大麦、黑麦草等作物根际NH4+-N肥料在离根面1-3毫米内存在相对累积,然后再出现亏缺梯度.试验证明,NH4+-N在旱作根际的相对累积,部分来源于根系分泌物.然而,NO3--N肥即使在淋失量较大的情况下,无论在淹水水稻还是旱作根际土壤中均未测出亏缺,仅存在累积.  相似文献

以黑色遮阳网覆盖模仿弱光环境, 使光照强度为自然光的20%左右, 以自然光照为对照, 采用精确控制水培溶液氮素营养, 研究NH4+-N/NO3--N 比例分别为0/100、25/75、50/50、75/25、100/0 对弱光下白菜氮代谢及硝酸还原酶和谷氨酰胺合成酶活性的影响。结果表明, 弱光下, 白菜的鲜重及叶片总氮量以NH4+-N/NO3--N 比为25/75 时最大, NH4+-N/NO3--N 比为100/0 时最低。随弱光处理的进行, 白菜叶片中硝酸还原酶活性及谷氨酰胺合成酶活性均呈下降趋势, 但NH4+-N/NO3--N 比为25/75 时, 可维持叶片内较高的硝酸还原酶活性及谷氨酰胺合成酶活性。试验表明, NH4+-N/NO3--N 比25/75 是白菜在弱光下生长的较适宜氮素形态配比。  相似文献

利用~(15)N、~(32)P示踪研究硅氮磷颗粒肥对水稻吸收利用NP影响结果表明,硅氮磷颗粒肥对促进水稻生长发育、增蘖、增穗有明显作用。插秧时施用,稻谷平均增产18.4%。水稻植株体内积累总N量比不施硅氮磷颗粒肥的高11.45%,全磷高12.1%。水稻植株对肥料N、P利用率分别提高7.7%和3.4%。  相似文献

为提高射流式吸肥器的吸肥性能,使其满足水肥一体化灌溉系统中的大吸肥量需求,该研究以大吸肥量和高吸肥效率为目标,对射流式吸肥器内部结构尺寸进行优化设计。选取表征吸肥器结构的4个参数即吸肥腔收缩角、吸肥腔直径、喉部直径比以及喉部收缩比作为结构优化参数,以吸肥量、进口流量比、吸肥浓度、吸肥效率作为评价吸肥器吸肥性能的4个指标,运用CFD数值模拟和试验相结合的方法,确定吸肥性能最优的结构组合参数,并利用3D打印技术制作最佳结构参数的吸肥器实体,对其在不同进口压力下的吸肥性能进行分析。结果表明:在相同进口压力下,吸肥性能评价指标随吸肥腔收缩角、吸肥腔直径和喉部直径比的增大呈先增大后减小的趋势,均存在吸肥性能峰值;而随喉部收缩比增大,吸肥量逐渐增加,进口流量比、吸肥效率、吸肥浓度值明显降低;根据模拟结果确定了吸肥器最佳结构参数组合为吸肥腔收缩角80°、吸肥腔直径22 mm、喉部直径比2.5、喉部收缩比0.2。在0.15~0.30 MPa压力范围内,吸肥器优化后相比优化前的吸肥量和吸肥效率分别增大76%~107%和22%~42%。优化后的射流式吸肥器吸肥性能得到显著提高,适用于大吸肥量需求的水肥灌溉系统。  相似文献

为提高肥料利用率,降低肥料对水田的污染,该研究结合侧深施肥技术与液肥优点,研制一种水田滑刀开沟-气力引射式液肥雾化侧深施肥装置。该装置采用滑刀式开沟器开沟,利用气力引射式雾化施肥器雾化和引射液肥,将液肥侧深施于水稻根区附近土壤。设计了气液同轴气力引射式雾化施肥器内腔结构,以喉嘴距、混合室(喉部)直径、气体压力为因素进行全因子土槽试验,分析各因素对排肥量(液肥质量流率)和耗气量(气体流量)的影响。结果表明,影响液肥质量流率的主次因素顺序为混合室(喉部)直径、气体压力、喉嘴距;影响气体流量的主次因素顺序为气体压力、喉嘴距、混合室(喉部)直径。采用EDEM离散元仿真软件进行仿真优化,利用加权评分法综合评判仿真试验结果,结果表明,在不同工作速度下,滑切角为32.5°、刃口角为45°时,滑刀式开沟器可获得较优的工作性能。开展土槽试验验证仿真结果,滑刀式开沟器入土深度为30 mm、前进速度为1.2 m/s时,牵引阻力实测值为8.5 N,仿真结果为6.9 N,相对误差为18%,土壤扰动面积仿真结果为 1965.6 cm2;入土深度为50 mm、前进速度为0.6 m/s时,牵引阻力实测值为14.4 N,仿真结果为12.2 N,相对误差为15%,土壤扰动面积仿真结果为2137.2 cm2。土槽性能试验结果表明,该装置在入土深度为30 mm,前进速度为1.2 m/s时,排肥量标准差为0.2427 g/s,与最大排肥量的相对误差为1.42%,施肥深度与入土深度的相对误差为4.4%;在入土深度为50 mm,前进速度为0.6 m/s时,排肥量标准差为0.4796 g/s,与最大排肥量的相对误差为2.13%,施肥深度与入土深度的相对误差为2.1%。研究结果可为水田液肥侧深施技术的应用提供参考。  相似文献

针对集约化养殖畜禽粪便无序排放产生的环境问题,采用连续2年的盆栽试验,以猪粪有机肥为研究对象,设计5个有机肥施用水平(0、6.7、13.3、26.7、40.0 g·kg~(-1)土),研究了猪粪有机肥施用对潮土有机碳、速效养分含量及土壤团聚体分布的影响,为畜禽粪便田间消纳和合理施用提供理论依据。研究结果表明,土壤中有机碳、碱解氮、速效磷和速效钾含量均随有机肥施用量的增加而呈现逐渐升高趋势,且第二年土壤中各指标增加更加明显,第二年施肥处理各速效养分含量分别比第一年高2.7%~54.0%、6.7%~34.6%、36.8%~159.5%、20.3%~35.7%;土壤有机碳含量与外源有机碳投入量之间存在着显著的线性关系,有机肥施用可以显著提高生菜产量,且具有明显的后效作用。2年试验中,土壤团聚体以0.053~0.25 mm和0.053 mm小团聚体所占比例较大,且随有机肥施用量增加呈现降低趋势,而0.25~0.5 mm和0.5 mm大团聚体含量却随有机肥施用量增加呈升高趋势,可见,施用有机肥可促进大团聚体的形成,在有机肥施加量为40.0 g·kg~(-1)土时,土壤中0.25 mm团聚体的含量最高,土壤团聚体平均重量直径(MWD)和几何平均直径(GWD)最大,土壤的团聚化作用最强,土壤结构最稳定。  相似文献

论述了FP2500A型有机肥翻抛机的整体配置、工作原理、技术特点以及关键部件结构设计与参数选定等,所述翻抛机主要由翻抛粉碎系统、作业驱动系统、行走系统、操控系统和机架等组成,其翻抛粉碎系统采用卧式双向对置、组合链动刮板抛送粉碎结构,行走系统采用电力四轮驱动自走式结构;生产试验结果表明该设备具有作业顺畅、运行可靠、效率高、自平衡性能高等特点,实际处理能力155m3/h,翻堆宽度2500mm,翻堆高度850mm,可翻抛的最大团块直径120mm;翻抛后料粒直径小于20mm。  相似文献

通过设施土壤长期定位,试验研究了不同施肥处理对土壤团聚体含量、分布及其稳定性的影响。结果表明,有机肥处理的设施土壤水稳性团聚体的优势粒级均为0.125~0.250mm,而未施用有机肥处理的设施土壤水稳性团聚体的优势粒级均为0.053~0.125mm。设施土壤中>0.25mm粒级水稳性团聚体含量明显低于<0.25mm粒级水稳性团聚体。在>0.125mm的粒级中,有机肥(AN0)及其有机无机肥配施(ANPK)处理土壤水稳性团聚体比重均高于无机肥(BNPK)及其不施用肥料(BN0)处理土壤。长期施用有机肥具有促进水稳性微团聚体向水稳性大团聚体形成的趋势。设施土壤团聚体稳定指数大小依次为:ANPK>AN0>BNPK>BN0。分形维数D、几何平均直径GMD、平均重量直径MWD均适用于该设施土壤水稳性团聚体评价。  相似文献

通过静水溶出率试验探讨粒径和包膜厚度对控释肥料初期溶出率、微分溶出率以及氮素累积溶出率的影响,筛选出适宜的粒径和包膜厚度的控释肥料,以此达到节省包膜材料用量、降低包膜控释肥生产成本的目的。试验结果表明,小粒径(2.5~3 mm)处理的包膜效果优于中粒径(3~4 mm)和大粒径(4~5 mm)处理的包膜效果。当包膜厚度在60~70 g/m2范围内时,中粒径处理的释放速度平缓,释放期长,控释效果优于小粒径和大粒径处理的控释效果;随着厚度的增大,初期、微分溶出率以及氮素累积溶出率都有显著减小的趋势。其中,包膜厚度对中粒径处理的影响最为显著,而对大粒径处理的影响相对较小。  相似文献

用重水(D_2O)和KC1作示踪剂,在间断灌水条件下,研究了D_2O和阴、阳离子在不同粒径土柱中的移动。结果表明,在同一粒径下,D_2O和C1~-在两种土壤中的分布相似。在<2mm团聚体的土柱中呈凸型分布,在2—5mm团聚体的土柱中呈自上而下逐渐减少的分布状态。团聚体粒径<2mm的草甸土,对C1-移动的影响表现为负吸附作用,火山性土则表现为吸附作用。粒径为2—5mm的火山性土和草甸土,对C1~-移动均表现为吸附作用。土壤大团聚体显著地降低了对K~+的吸附作用,很大程度上支配着土壤阳离子代换量。土壤大团聚体可以抑制施肥盐阴,阳离子的淋溶,有利于提高对肥料的利用。  相似文献

采用L9(34)正交试验方法,研究尿素、过磷酸钙和氯化钾不同配比施肥对西藏1年生核桃苗高、地径、干重等形态指标的影响。使用田口方法对氮、磷、钾3个因素及水平进行优化分析,得到最佳的施肥方案,以试验A1B2C2处理效果最佳,即每平方米施入7.5 g的氮肥,30 g的磷肥,15 g的钾肥时,苗高24.9 cm,地径为5.3 mm,总干重为4.1 g,地上干重为3.42 g,地下干重为0.68 g,这时苗木高度适中,地径最粗,干物质量大,根系发达,苗木质量最好。  相似文献

Elution of silicon (Si) from three types of slag fertilizers was tested in a paddy field. They were made from granulated blast furnace slag, dephosphorization slag and decarburization slag, respectively. Each fertilizer, embedded in epoxy resin to expose the cross section, was analyzed to get initial two-dimensional distribution images of Si, calcium (Ca), oxygen (O), magnesium (Mg), aluminum (Al), manganese (Mn) and iron (Fe) by electron probe micro-analyzer (EPMA). These resin specimens were set in a paddy field for 75 d. Then the second two-dimensional distribution images of Si, Ca, O, Mg, Al, Mn and Fe at the same site were analyzed again by EPMA. A comparison of the two-dimensional distribution images before and after setting in paddy field elucidated the following results: (1) Si eluted clearly from dephosphorization slag and decarburization slag; (2) Si, Ca, Mg and Al distributed homogeneously in granulated blast furnace slag. X-ray diffraction (XRD) clarified that granulated blast furnace slag was amorphous. The content of plant-available Si in each slag fertilizer was evaluated by the cation exchange resin extraction method. It was the highest in dephosphorization slag fertilizer. This result corresponded to Si elution from dephosphorization slag observed by EPMA. The content of plant-available Si was low in granulated blast furnace slag but high in air-cooled blast furnace slag. Although the content of plant-available Si in decarburization slag was low, the efficacy of Si elution was the highest in decarburization slag. From X-ray diffraction analyses, calcium silicate or larnite (Ca2SiO4) was considered to be the causative substance for efficient Si elution from decarburization slag and dephosphorization slag. Because of the high content of plant-available Si, dephosphorization slag and air-cooled blast furnace slag are recommended as silicate fertilizers in paddy fields.  相似文献
