The red imported fire ant, Solenopsis invicta, is a problematic invasive species in China since at least 2003. Over the past 15 years, a numerous studies were published on the impacts of this species on flora, fauna, and ecosystem function in natural and agricultural systems. We reviewed the literature on S. invicta invasion biology and impacts on biodiversity in South China. Both monogyne and polygyne colonies of S. invicta were introduced to China and polygyne colony is the dominant type. The range expansion rate of S. invicta may reach 26.5–48.1 km yr–1 in China. S. invicta forage activities occur year-round, peaking in the summer and fall in South China and show a preference for insects and plant seeds. We describe the ecological impacts of S. invicta on various habitats in South China, including arthropod community structure disruption and decreases in diversity and abundance of native ant species. S. invicta can replace the role of native ants in mutualisms between ants and honeydew-producing Hemiptera, which results in loss of important food resources for native ants and natural enemies of hemipterans. Further research is required to assess the complex ecosystem-level impacts of S. invicta in introduced areas.  相似文献

截至2019年,我国大陆发现红火蚁Solenopsis invictaBuren发生危害已经15年了。在有关部门/机构的支持下,围绕着种群控制理论和技术,华南农业大学红火蚁研究中心坚持开展红火蚁相关基础研究和防控应用工作。本文系统总结了我国大陆红火蚁入侵、传播和扩张的时空规律,阐明了红火蚁暴发灾变的生物学基础和规律以及入侵对农业生态系统的影响,明确了其入侵优势和生态学效应,阐释了红火蚁的化学防治理论基础;介绍了监测技术体系、检疫除害技术体系和应急防控、根除与治理技术体系的创建,以及推广应用。研究成果可为我国红火蚁的防治提供重要科技支撑与保障。  相似文献

以含0.05%氟虫腈为有效成分与多种天然物质配制饵剂,撒于红火蚁(SolenopsisinvatBuren)蚁巢上,药剂中的引诱剂吸引红火蚁取食,将饵剂带入巢内,并通过红火蚁在巢内交哺喂食行为将药剂传递给其它各品级个体,引起全巢红火蚁中毒死亡.结果表明,0.05%氟虫腈杀蚁饵剂对红火蚁具有良好的控制效果,药后15d开始进入防效高峰期,25~30d防效达到最佳.0.05%氟虫腈杀蚁饵剂药后30d对工蚁的防治效果达93.39%~100.00%;灭巢效果达95.84%~100.00%;药后50d,蚁群级别降低率达83.33%~100.00%,显著优于对照药剂.  相似文献

Is it possible that Giant Panda (Ailuropoda melanoleuca) post-thawed sperm fertilization is improved with pentoxifylline (PF), platelet activated factor (PAF) and prostaglandin F 2-alpha (PGF)? In our study Giant Panda post-thawed sperm was incubated in Ham’s F-10 medium with different concentration of PF, PAF and PGF under 37°C. The effects of PF, PAF and PGF on Giant Panda post-thawed sperm fertility were evaluated through sperm motility, survival time, sperm membrane integrity, acrosome state and heterospecific egg penetration. The results were that PF, PAF and PGF all can affect Giant Panda post-thawed sperm in vitro fertilizing capability. In the experiment: 1 mg·mL?1 PF was most suitable for improving Giant Panda post-thawed sperm in vitro fertilizing capability. In the 1 mg·mL?1 PF group, sperm survival time was (15.33±4.73) h, the heterospecific egg penetration was 51.44% after incubating for 4 hours, the heterospecific egg penetration was 7.49% after incubating for 6 hours. The results of the 1 mg·mL?1 PF group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.01). The results were also higher than those of the other treatment groups; Treated Giant Panda post-thawed sperm with 50 ng·mL?1 PAF had a better effect than 100 ng·mL?1 PAF, but the sperm fertilizing capability was damaged when incubation time exceeded 2 hours; 50 ng·mL?1 PGF had no significant effect on Giant Panda postthawed sperm, but when the PGF treated concentration was increased, sperm in vitro fertilizing capability decreased because of the damaged motility and declined acrosomal reaction rate. The conclusions suggest that it is possible to improve post-thawed Giant Panda sperm fertility with 1 mg·mL?1 PF.  相似文献

Streptococcus equi ssp. zooepidemicus(SEZ) is a pathogen associated with a wild range of animal species. Frequent outbreaks have occurred in recent years in pigs, horses, goats and dogs which is liable to infect humans. There is a lack of efficient vaccines against this disease and the occurrence of antibiotic resistance may render drug therapies ineffective. In this study, gene deletion mutant(ΔSEZ) in pathogenicity islands SeseCisland_4 was constructed. The mutant ΔSEZ had a 52-fold decrease in 50% lethal dose(LD_(50)) and had less capacity to adhere epithelial cells. Importantly, immunization of mice with attenuated vaccine ΔSEZ at the dose of 10~2 colony-forming units(CFU) mL~(–1) elicited a significant humoral antibody response, with an antibody titer of 1:12 800. Therefore, 10~2 CFU mL~(–1) might be used as the appropriate immune dose for the attenuated vaccine ΔSEZ, which provided mice with efficient protection against virulent SEZ. In addition, the hyperimmune sera against 10~2 CFU m L–1 attenuated vaccine ΔSEZ could confer significant protection against virulent SEZ infection in the passive immunization experiment and exhibited efficient bactericidal activity in the whole blood assay. Meanwhile, no viable bacteria was detected in blood when mice were immunized with ΔSEZ at the dose of 10~2 CFU mL~(–1) via hypodermic injection. Thereafter, the mutant ΔSEZ at the dose of 10~2 CFU mL~(–1) could confer significant protection in mice and had less negative effects on host, which could be an effective attenuated vaccine candidate for the prevention of SEZ.  相似文献

利用气质联用仪(GC-NCI-MS)对台州地区表层土壤和灰尘样品中PBDEs的含量进行检测,并分析了PBDE同系物的分布模式,比较了不同功能区域PBDEs的污染水平、分布特征及来源分析。结果显示:PBDEs在土壤和灰尘中的含量分别为227~8447 ng·g-1(均值2090 ng·g-1)和313~29 787 ng·g-1(均值8723 ng·g-1);不同功能区域土壤和灰尘样品中均显示BDE-209是最主要的同系物,且土壤中BDE-209所占的比例高于灰尘;随着与污染源的距离增加,PBDEs总含量呈逐渐下降趋势。土壤和灰尘中特定BDE含量之间无显著相关,土壤TOC与所有PBDE同系物之间极显著相关(P<0.01),表明土壤TOC对PBDEs污染物在土壤中的分布、迁移转化等有重要的影响。主成分分析和聚类分析进一步表明,十溴工业品可能是当地PBDEs污染的主要来源之一。  相似文献

通过回顾美国红火蚁化学防治的历史,介绍了最初的七氯、狄氏剂等有机氯的喷施到十氯酮和灭蚁灵的饵剂研制,再到到高效、低毒、安全的氟蚁腙、阿维菌素、多杀菌素、氟虫腈等饵剂的研制与注册登记,这些药剂的试验和创新,为红火蚁防治药剂更新和技术水平的提高做出了积极的贡献,为世界各国红火蚁防治提供了可借鉴的方法和案例。同时吸取红火蚁防治发展过程中的经验和教训,为我国红火蚁发生危害的控制提供切实可行的措施和技术指导。  相似文献

Milk quality in bulk tank milk(BTM)is measured by flow cytometry technology as total bacterial count(TBC)and somatic cell count(SCC).To investigate SCC problems,culture or PCR can be used to identify mastitis causing bacteria,e.g.,Mastit 4,a commercially available qPCR test.TBC in BTM can be investigated further using culture-based methods such as standard plate count,laboratory pasteurization count,coliform count,and spore counts.To our knowledge,no qPCR addressing the bacteria involved in TBC has been commercially introduced.The aim of this study is to evaluate a recently introduced 3-h qPCR test,TBC 4.The TBC 4 qPCR detects four target groups,Pseudomonas,Streptococci,Enterobacteriacea/Enterococcus,and Bacillus/Clostridia.These target groups relate to problems on the farm such as cooling,mastitis,environment,and silage.We will continue with new research to compare the TBC 4 qPCR test with traditional culture.For this study,BTM samples from different TBC intervals were selected based on Bacto Count results found at routine payment investigation at Eurofins laboratory(Vejen,Denmark).These samples were analyzed using TBC 4 qPCR assay within 24 h.In total,346 BTM samples were divided into six different intervals of colony forming units(CFU).For all four targets in each of the different intervals of CFU,the percent of positive samples,the average C_t-value,the percent of positive samples with C_t30 and C_t25 were calculated.For Pseudomonas,Streptococci,and Enterobacteriacea/Enterococcus,the number of positive samples with lower C_t-values(high bacteria content)correlated with the CFU mL~(–1).We found Enterobacteriacea/Enterococcus,Pseudomonas,and Streptococci in high number of bacteria(C_t25)in 25,19 and 56%of samples with CFU mL~(–1) between 50 001–100 000 and 53,44,and 39%in samples with CFU mL~(–1)100 000.The TBC 4 qPCR test showed to be a strong and fast tool for farmers,advisors and service technicians to address problems with high TBC and ensuring the delivery of good quality milk to the dairy.  相似文献

The isolates of Phytophthora infestans on tomato in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China, were determined for the sensitivities to metalaxyl, cymoxanil and dimethomorph to give the basic information for integrating disease management. Sensitivities were tested by measuring the radial growth on agar medium amended with fungicide, compared with the floating-leaf-disk method. 239 isolates were collected from eight tomato growing areas during 2000-2006. The testing results indicated that the frequencies of sensitive, intermediate, and resistant isolates to metalaxyl were 42.26, 35.98, and 23.53%, respectively. Variations in sensitivities amongst isolates from different areas or different years were very high for metalaxyl. All isolates from Tianlin and Wuxuan were sensitive to metalaxyl, but the metalaxyl-resistant isolates predominated in Tianyang, with the frequency of 51.35%. The EC50 values of certain isolates from Tianyang were higher than 500 μg·mL^-1 and their resistance levels were over 100 000 folds. Cymoxanil has been used for nearly 10 years in Guangxi, and dimethomorph has been used for 5-6 years. However, there was no decrease in sensitivity of P. infestans populations and the sensitivities of the pathogen were nearly normally distributed. Hence, their mean ECs0 value [cymoxanil (0.1647 ±0.0255) μg·mL^-1, dimethomorph (0.0970 ± 0.0052) μg·mL^-1 could be used as the baseline sensitivities for monitoring the field resistance development. The comparison with the floating-leaf-disk method indicates that both the techniques provided equivalent results. These studies suggested that metalaxyl can be continuously applied in Tianlin, Wuxuan, and Nanning due to the resistant isolates that have not been found, while for those areas with resistant isolate, the use of metalaxyl should be reduced or alternated, and cymoxanil or dimethomorph was recommended for controlling late blight disease of tomato.  相似文献

灌巢对红火蚁的防效评价及对蚂蚁群落的影响   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
利用触杀性杀虫剂灌巢防治红火蚁的试验表明,灌巢后4周,利用有效蚁丘调查法、诱集法和陷捕法评价的防治效果分瘪为100%、100%和61.54%,说明灌巢可在短期内迅速减少红火蚁的蚁丘数、降低活动工蚁数量,防治效果非常明显。试验结果还表明,在第一次灌巢13周后,以有效蚁丘调查法和诱集法获得的防效分别为100%、79.22%,说明在秋末冬初用药剂灌巢防治红火蚁的效果可维持至少3个月。试验中不同取样方法得出防效变化趋势与有效蚁丘的变化基本一致,诱集法比较适合灌巢等防治红火蚁的田间药效评价和发生监测,陷阱法仅适合蚂蚁生态学的研究。此外,还调查了灌巢后红火蚁入侵绿化地内常见蚂蚁种类及其组成。为我国红火蚁的化学防治效果的评价方法提供了科学依据。  相似文献

In this article, the selection of tebufenozide to beet armyworm (Spodoptera exigua Htibner) was studied by the treatments to alternative generations' 3rd-instar larvae with LC50 dose and to continuous generations' larvae with LC10 dose; the effects of tebufenozide on the biological characteristics of current and subsequent generations were examined by the treatments to 3rd-instar larvae and egg pods in different concentrations. After treatments with LC50 dose till F11, the toxicity of tebufenozide to beet armyworm had no significant change, whereas the pupation rate, pupal weight, and fecundity were reduced markedly. After treatments with LC10 dose till Fl9, the beet armyworm only developed 3.52-fold resistance, and the main biological characteristics were nearly accordant in each generation. The livability was reduced 72 h later after treatments to 3rd-instar larvae, respectively in 2.5-40 μg mL^-1, and larval duration, pupation rate, and pupal weight changed considerably with the increase in concentrations. The fecundity, larval livability, larval weight and pupal weight of subsequent generations were reduced as the dose increased over 10 μg mL^-1. The hatching rate of egg pods did not differ with that of the controls obviously after treatment in 10-300 μg mL^-1. But the larval livability, larval weight and pupal weight were reduced when eggs were exposed to 50 μg mL^-1 dose or more. The results indicated that tebufenozide had low resistance risk to the current and subsequent generations of beet armyworm even if tebufenozide had significant effects on the biological characteristics of this insect.  相似文献

测定了杠柳新甙A对鳞翅目昆虫粘虫、小菜蛾、菜青虫、小地老虎,同翅目昆虫麦二叉蚜和双翅目昆虫家蝇的胃毒和触杀活性。结果表明,杠柳新甙A对粘虫、小菜蛾、菜青虫、家蝇有强烈的胃毒活性,LC50分别为3.799 mg.mL-12、.090 mg.mL-1、4.189 mg.mL-1、1.546 mg.mL-1。对小菜蛾、家蝇、麦二叉蚜有触杀活性,LC50分别为4.495 mg.mL-13、.069 mg.mL-1、2.080 mg.mL-1。对小地老虎没有胃毒和触杀活性。  相似文献

从烟田烟青虫(Helicoverpa assulta)自然感病虫体上新分离鉴定一株球孢白僵菌Bb062,将其与已有的不同来源地和寄主的10株白僵菌(Beauveria spp.)一起,分别测定其对烟青虫3龄幼虫致病力以及烟青虫3龄幼虫感染高毒力白僵菌后体内保护酶活性的变化。结果表明,在供试的11个白僵菌菌株中,Bb062对烟青虫3龄幼虫毒力最高,10 d累计校正死亡率达91.07%,LT50(致死中时)为4.67 d,且与其他菌株差异显著。以孢子1.0×106、1.0×107和1.0×108个·m L-1悬浮液处理时,烟青虫3龄幼虫累计死亡率随菌液浓度的提高和接菌后时间的延长而增大,LC50(致死中浓度)为孢子1.82×107个·m L-1。烟青虫3龄幼虫感染球孢白僵菌后72 h,其体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均表现出先急剧升高,再急剧下降的变化过程。在所测试的菌株中,Bb062菌株对烟青虫毒力最高,且能够显著抑制其体内保护酶活性,因此,该菌株具有作为烟青虫生防菌的应用潜力。  相似文献

从火腿肠种类、诱饵放置距离、诱集时间3方面,对比研究12种火腿肠饵料对红火蚁的引诱效果。结果表明,猪肉以及脂类物质含量较高的蘑菇风味香肠、孜然风味香肠、特级火腿肠和盐水方腿香肠对红火蚁诱集效果最好,鸡肉火腿肠、玉米热狗肠、椰果烤香肠、原味烤香肠和香辣烤香肠对红火蚁工蚁的引诱效果次之,鱼肉肠、芝士鳕鱼肠和原味鳕鱼肠对红火蚁诱集效果相对较差。在试验设置距离范围内,距蚁巢20 cm和30 cm处各种火腿肠饵料的引诱效果最强,之后随着距离的增大引诱效果呈现下降趋势。蘑菇风味香肠、孜然风味香肠、特级火腿肠和盐水方腿香肠对红火蚁的持续诱集时间短于鱼肉肠、芝士鳕鱼肠和原味鳕鱼肠等,但最大召集红火蚁量高于后者,且能较快达到最大召集量。综上,猪肉以及脂类物质较多且肉香味浓郁的蘑菇风味香肠、孜然风味香肠、特级火腿肠和盐水方腿香肠对红火蚁引诱效果最好,诱集范围广,召集速度快,可优先选作红火蚁疫情调查与监测的诱饵。  相似文献

在室内测定了氟虫胺、多杀菌素、茚虫葳、噻虫嗪4种药剂不同有效成分含量的毒饵对红火蚁工蚁的毒力。结果表明:经过4种杀虫剂的21个处理后,红火蚁在7 d内除0.005%茚虫葳、0.4%氟虫胺、0.1%氟虫胺、0.01%氟虫胺、0.0075%噻虫嗪外,其他16个处理的校正死亡率均达100%。3 d后测得4种药剂的毒力效果强弱依次为:茚虫葳>多杀菌素>噻虫嗪>氟虫胺。  相似文献

【目的】氟喹诺酮类药物(FQs)在畜牧业中广泛用于预防和治疗细菌性疾病,不合理使用导致在动物性食品中残留,严重危害消费者健康,其检测受到世界各国重视。制备抗多种FQs单克隆抗体(mAbs),建立间接竞争ELISA(icELISA)检测方法,为动物性食品中FQs多残留检测奠定基础。【方法】环丙沙星(CPFX)羧基上引入氨基丁酸后为半抗原(CPFX-A),质谱鉴定;分别用碳二亚胺法(DDC)和混合酸干法将半抗原与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)和卵清蛋白(OVA)偶联合成免疫原(CPFX-A-BSA)和包被原(CPFX-A-OVA),紫外和红外光谱鉴定是否偶联成功;CPFX-A-BSA 免疫Balb/c小鼠,间接ELISA和icELISA方法测定多抗血清效价和敏感性,选取抗血清效价高和敏感性好的鼠用于细胞融合;NS0细胞和脾细胞按1﹕5比例在PEG-1500作用下融合,筛选抗FQs杂交瘤细胞株,并进行效价、亚型、敏感性和交叉反应率鉴定;体内诱生腹水法制备mAb,液体石蜡作为诱导剂,每只鼠注射108个杂交瘤细胞;选敏感性和广谱特异性好的腹水mAb,建立icELISA标准曲线,对icELISA检测方法优化,在鸡肉中添加10种FQs进行测定,将测定结果与HPLC法比较,用SPSS 17.0软件进行显著差异性分析。【结果】半抗原改造和人工抗原合成成功;3只鼠血清效价均达到1﹕1.28×104以上,2号鼠血清效价最高(1﹕2.56×104),且IC50值最低(12.92 ng·mL-1),选择2号鼠作为细胞融合用鼠;4次亚克隆筛选并鉴定后获得3株敏感广谱特异的杂交瘤细胞,分别命名为2H5、3D11、4F4,细胞上清效价分别为1﹕1 600、1﹕1 600和1﹕800,腹水效价分别为1﹕1.6×106、1﹕8.2×105和1﹕8.2×105;icELISA方法的包被原浓度为1 μg·mL-1,5%猪阴性血清4℃包被过夜,单抗1﹕40 000稀释,山羊抗鼠酶标二抗(GaMIgG-HRP) 1﹕8 000稀释;反应温度均为37℃,标准品与单抗同时加入反应15 min,洗板后加二抗反应25 min;显色10 min,2H5细胞株腹水敏感性和广谱特异性最好,2H5的线性回归方程为y=-28.022x+56.219,R2=0.9 782,对10种FQs的IC50值分别为环丙沙星(CPFX)1.67 ng·mL-1、诺氟沙星(NOR)1.82 ng·mL-1、培氟沙星(PEF)1.97 ng·mL-1、恩诺沙星(ENR)1.54 ng·mL-1、单诺沙星(DAN)2.79 ng·mL-1、洛美沙星(LOM)3.38 ng·mL-1、氧氟沙星(OFL)5.50 ng·mL-1、麻保沙星(MAR)4.40 ng·mL-1、沙拉沙星(SAR)11.76 ng·mL-1、二氟沙星(DIF)13.60 ng·mL-1,与10种FQs的交叉反应率为12.3%-108.4%,与非FQs交叉反应率均低于0.01%,对10种FQs的检测限(LODs)为0.09 ng·mL-1-0.64 ng·mL-1。icELISA法鸡肉中10种FQs的回收率为80.5%-91.8%,HPLC法的回收率为85.1%-95.7%,二者变异系数均低于10.0%;两种检测方法差异不显著(P>0.05)。【结论】该试验获得了高效价、敏感、广谱特异性的mAbs,建立的icELISA方法可用于同时检测鸡肉中10种FQs。  相似文献

Thirteen volatile compounds were identified from Flemingia macrophylla plants. Eight major components significantly attracted the tea green leafhoppers, Empoasca flavescens F. Based on their relative abundances, following synthetic blends were made for field experiments: 1) eight-component-attractant blend included Z-3-hexen-1-ol, Z-3-hexenyl acetate, Z-ocimene, Me SA, Z-3-hexenyl butyrate, dodecane, hexadecane and nonanal at 10, 10, 1, 11, 2, 6, 2 and 4 mg mL~(-1) in n-hexane, respectively; 2) four-component-attractant blend #1 contained hexadecane, Z-3-hexenyl acetate, Z-3-hexen-1-ol and nonanal at 2, 10, 10 and 4 mg mL~(-1) in n-hexane, respectively; 3) four-component-attractant blend #2 contained hexadecane, Z-3-hexenyl acetate, Z-3-hexen-1-ol and Me SA at 2, 10, 10 and 11 mg mL~(-1) in n-hexane, respectively. Thymol and 1-methoxy-4-methyl-2-(1-methylethyl)-benzene, identified from Lavandula angustifolia aeration samples, significantly repelled the leafhopper as strong repellents when tested alone or in combination at 10 mg mL~(-1). For field bioassays, each attractant lure was attached to a bud green sticky board hung from a bamboo stick at above tea plant level for catching the leafhoppers, whereas the repellent dispenser was tied to a tea branch inside tea clump for pushing the leafhoppers away from tea clumps. The results showed that the eight-component-attractant blend caught similar numbers of the leafhopper as did the four-component-attractant blend #1 at about 53–79 leafhoppers/trap/day, which were significantly higher than those on the hexane-control bud green sticky boards. Average leafhopper catches from un-baited sticky boards were about 51–73 leafhoppers/trap/day when pushed by the repellents placed inside tea plants, with the two-component-repellent blend being more effective than their single components. When the two-component-repellent blend was further tested with the three attractant blends in a push-pull fashion, average trap catches ranged from 62 to 92 leafhoppers/trap/day. Control efficacy on the leafhoppers within the push-pull zones increased progressively from day 1(43%) to day 5(73%). This push-pull approach might have a great potential as a green control strategy for combating the tea green leafhoppers.  相似文献

The entomopathogenic nematode, Steinernema carpocapsae, was evaluated for control of the potato tuber moth, Phthorimaea operculella, under laboratory conditions. We evaluated different concentrations of S. carpocapsae for control of 2 nd, 3 rd, and 4 th instar P. operculella. The median lethal concentration(LC50) of S. carpocapsae infective juveniles(IJs) to 2 nd, 3 rd and 4 th instar larvae of P. operculella was 200, 363, 181 IJs mL–1, respectively. With the extension of treatment time, the cumulative mortality increased for 2 nd, 3 rd, and 4 th instar larvae and pupae of P. operculella. Fourth instars were the most susceptible for all observation periods. Therefore, our results suggest that S. carpocapsae could be an effective biological control agent for P. operculella.  相似文献

研究了荔枝园、荒草地和绿化带3种红火蚁Solenopsis invicta入侵生境中火腿肠、沙丁鱼、黄粉虫和蜂蜜4种诱饵及其组合对蚂蚁的引诱作用.结果表明,火腿肠、火腿肠 蜂蜜、沙丁鱼 蜂蜜这3种诱饵不仅能诱到较多的蚂蚁种类,也能诱到较多的蚂蚁数量;红火蚁对火腿肠的趋性最强,而火腿肠诱集其他蚂蚁的数量最少;通过对3种生境中不同诱饵诱集其他蚂蚁数量占所诱蚂蚁总数的百分比的分析发现,蜂蜜和加蜂蜜的诱饵诱集其他蚂蚁的数量最多;综合多方面的因素,在红火蚁发生区进行蚂蚁群落调查,火腿肠 蜂蜜和沙丁鱼 蜂蜜是最好的诱饵选择.  相似文献

Aeromonas hydrophila isolates from clinical cases (n=43) were tested against 8 antimicrobial agents and typed by outer membrane protein (OMP) pattern by using sodium dodecyl sulfate gel electrophoresis. All isolates were resistant to ampicillin (MICs, ≥16 μg mL-1) and sulfamonomethoxine (MICs≥64 μg mLl), but susceptible to norfloxacin (MICs,≤0.5 μg mL-1). There was a high incidence of resistance to erythromycin (90.70%) and tylosin (93.02%), while a low incidences of resistance to ciprofloxacin (2.33%), enrofloxacin (2.33%) and florfenicol (4.65%). Six different outer membrane protein patterns were found among 34 isolates by analyzing proteins in the range of 22 to 50 kDa, other than 9 isolates with their respective profiles. The strains with the similar OMP profiles had similar resistances. Compared with the other strains from the same OMP patterns, NB-1, A.Pun and MR-1 had lacked the proteins in the range of 30 to 45 kDa and their resistance to florfenicol substantially increased. It is speculated that the outer membrane protein changes might correlate with decreased susceptibility to florfenicol in the three strains. Some strains which showed completely identical OMP types had a little difference in their resistance to fluoroquinolones, indicating that there might be other factors that were involved in the antimicrobial resistance of A. hydrophila.  相似文献
