以雅安某地自然发病的奶牛为病理模型,以青霉素G钾粉针、苄星青霉素为对照,观察九鼎九号粉针对奶牛乳房炎的疗效。结果表明:九鼎九号对奶牛乳房炎的总有效率为90.0%(27/30),治愈率为66.7%(20/30);青霉素G钾的总有效率为75.2%(15/20),治愈率为50.0%(10/20);苄星青霉素总有效率为65.0%(13/20),治愈率为45.0%(9/20)。  相似文献

广州市华美良种奶牛场针对产后发热采用热毒平注射液与以往协定方药青链霉素或庆大霉素另加安乃近注射液进行治疗观察。结果:采用热毒平注射液治疗奶牛产后热(非严重产道细菌感染)35例,一次给药有效率为100%,治愈率为94.2%,治愈病例的平均药费为8元;协定方药治疗46头,通常需给药2~6次,总有效率为78.2%,治愈率65.2%,治愈病例平均每头药费36元。试验表明,热毒平注射液与协定方药在治疗奶牛产后热中,二者有效率(100%/78.2%)、治愈率(94.2%/65.2%)及治疗费用(8元/36元)方面,差异均极显著(P<0.01),热毒平注射液治疗奶牛产后热疗效确切。  相似文献

乳炎必治注射液系纯中草药制剂。经临床大面积推广应用表明,乳炎必治试用于奶牛、奶山羊、猪、兔等家畜的乳房炎和产后疾病。共收治母猪73400头,其中治愈68300头,治愈率为93.10%;好转3300头,总有效率为97.55%。治疗母兔27600只,治愈25500只,治愈率为92.40%;好转1300只,有效率为97.10%;奶牛1200头,治愈1080头,治愈率为90.00%,好转94头,有效率为97.83%;奶山羊680只,治愈540只,治愈率为79.41%,好转11只,有效率为95.59%。同时对无名高热、产后综合症及仔畜黄、白痢亦有较好的效果。  相似文献

以试管2倍稀释法测定20%氟苯尼考可溶性粉和10%氟苯尼考预混剂对鸡大肠杆菌078的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),然后对实验性鸡大肠杆菌病病鸡进行治疗试验,内服5天、每天2次。结果表明,20%氟苯尼考可溶性粉和10%氟苯尼考预混剂MIC均为16mg/L,以氟苯尼考可溶性粉1.0g/L、0.5g/L、0.25g/L给鸡饮水后,对大肠杆菌病的治愈率分别为93.3%、83.3%和70.0%,药物对照组治愈率为80.0%。感染对照组的死亡率高达60.0%。  相似文献

以隆昌猪场自然发病的各种无名高热的猪为病理模型,以10%磺胺问甲氧嘧啶钠注射液和2.5%恩诺沙星注射液为对照,观察“世纪板品”注射液对猪无名高热的治疗效果。试验结果表明,“世纪板品”注射液治疗猪的无名高热总有效率为98.09%、痊愈率为96.18%,痊愈率与磺胺间甲氧嘧啶钠注射液组相比差异显著(P〈0.05);有效率和痊愈率与恩诺沙星注射液以及空白对照组相比差异板显著(P〈0.01)。  相似文献

对自然感染猪喘气病的猪群,用麻杏石甘注射液分别按高(0.20mL/kg体重)、中(0.1mL/kg体重)、低(0.05mL/kg体重)3个剂量肌内注射治疗,同时设立麻杏石甘散对照组。试验结果表明:用药3d后。麻杏石甘注射液高、中剂量组的总有效率分别为90.0%,90.0%,效果优于对照药物麻杏石甘散(63.3%)。  相似文献

以重庆某猪场自然感染暴发喘气病病猪为对象,用泰乐松注射液、硫酸卡那霉素注射液、青+链进行对比治疗。结果:泰乐松组的高、中、低剂量治疗猪喘气病总有效率分别为100%、100%、95%,在第3天和第6天的治愈率分别为95%、86.67%、68.33%和98.33%、95%、80%;与硫酸卡那霉素组的总有效率80%和第3天、第6天的治愈率33.33%、51.67%比较,差异显著(P<0.05);与青+链试验组的总有效率36.67%和第3天、第6天的治疗愈率11.67%、15%相比较差异极显著(P<0.01)。试验表明,泰乐松注射液治疗猪喘气病疗效确实。  相似文献

调查、分析了二十几年来阿左旗绵羊披针叶黄华中毒病的流行情况及典型病例.涉及7个群1141只羊,其中绵羊762只。发生中毒的绵羊196只.中毒率25.72%.死亡85只,死亡率43.37%.治疗23只,治愈21只,治愈率91.30%。披针叶黄华常规营养成分含量(%):干物质89.70、粗灰分8.20、粗脂肪3.10、粗纤维16.50、粗蛋白14.60、钙2.13、磷0.09、无氮浸出物47.30;营养元素含量(mg/kg):铜8.380、锌10.400、铁443、锰50.700、钴0.300、硒0.189;总生物碱含量1.89%.其中含有14种化合物.12种化合物已鉴定出分子结构,2种待定。生物碱中起主导作用.造成动物中毒的主要是臭豆碱、黄华碱和金雀花碱三种。用小白鼠和山羊分别进行毒性试验,以不同剂量的总生物碱给小白鼠灌服,300mg/kg体重的2—3.5min内急性死亡.剂量为200mg/kg体重的7d出现死亡,其它在14d左右出现明显的中毒症状.剖栓尸体,脏器均有不同程度的病变;每天以5g/kg体重剂量的毒草干草粉饲喂山羊.30d后出现体重下降、食欲不振等中毒症状,剖栓尸体,除心脏无肉眼可见的病变外.其它脏器均有不同程度的病理变化。  相似文献

附红细胞体病是由附红细胞体寄生于家畜血液中的红细胞表面或血浆中而引起的一种寄生虫病。以贫血、黄疽、高热为特征,给养猪业造成较大的经济损失。作者自2001年5月~2003年4月.对邓州市29个乡镇办46户养猪场(户)来诊病猪进行诊断和调查统计,总调查数为10699头。根据临床症状、病理变化及实验室诊断,确诊为附红细胞体病的有2937头,占27.5%;死亡522头,死亡率为18.8%。总调查猪中:体重30kg以下小猪5756头,感染该病1791头(31.1%);30~60kg中猪2007头,感染该病558头(27.8%);60kg以上大猪2016头,感染该病403头(20%);成年母猪920头,感染该病185头(20.1%),死亡率分别为26%、10.2%、5%、5%。作者采取了中西医结合的防制办法。取得了满意的效果。  相似文献

The exhibition swine at agricultural fairs provides a critical human–swine interface that allows for the bidirectional transmission of influenza A virus (IAV). Previous IAV surveillance at the end of fairs has resulted in frequent detection of IAV‐infected swine; little is known, however, about the frequency with which swine arrive at fairs already infected with IAV. We investigated the IAV prevalence among exhibition swine entering fairs to better understand the epidemiology of IAV in this unique human–swine interface. In 2014, snout wipes were collected from 3547 swine during the first day of nine agricultural exhibitions in Indiana and Ohio. Samples were screened for IAV using rRT‐PCR and positive samples were inoculated into cultured cells for virus isolation. The overall IAV prevalence detected among swine arriving at exhibitions was 5.3% (188/3547) via rRT‐PCR and 1.5% (53/3547) via virus isolation, with IAV being detected and recovered from swine at 5 of the 9 exhibitions. Within the fairs with IAV‐positive swine, the individual exhibition IAV prevalence ranged from 0.2% (1/523) to 34.4% (144/419) using rRT‐PCR and 0.2% (1/523) to 10.3% (43/419) with virus isolation. Single IAV subtypes were detected at three of the fairs but subtype diversity was detected among the pigs at two fairs as both H1N1 and H3N2 were recovered from incoming swine. At two of the exhibitions, a temporal relationship was observed between the order of the individual swine in sampling and the associated IAV rRT‐PCR results, indicating the fomite transmission of IAV through common contact surfaces may occur. With the knowledge that a small proportion of swine arrive at fairs shedding IAV, resources should be directed towards preventive strategies focused on limiting transmission during fairs to protect swine and humans during exhibitions.  相似文献

于2009年5月以双穗雀稗(Paspalum distichum L.)为供试材料、河砂为基质开展其为期30d的静态水培试验,研究在25%、50%、75%、100%共4种猪场养殖污水浓度下,双穗雀稗的生长状况及对污水的净化效果,选择适宜的猪场养殖污水浓度以提高双穗雀稗的净化效率和生产效率。结果表明,污水浓度增加对双穗雀稗的株高影响不显著,但对生物量具有显著影响(P<0.05),高浓度污水对根长的生长具有明显阻碍作用;与不栽种植株的静置组相比,双穗雀稗水培对污水中的总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)具有较好的去除效果,TN的去除率为98.75%-99.31%,TP的去除率为96.54%-99.79%。100%污水时,TN、TP的去除量最大,分别为507 mg·L-1和32mg·L-1;而对COD和NH4+-N的去除效果并不显著。  相似文献

The potential of the chitin synthesis inhibitor diflubenzuron (DFB) to alter the development of the parasitic nematodes (Ascaris suum and Haemonchus contortus was investigated. DFB given orally (10 mg kg-1 per day for 30 days) to sheep inoculated with H. contortus infective larvae did not prevent the establishment of adults or affect fecal egg output. However, there was a significant (greater than 90%) decrease in the number of infective larvae recovered from fecal cultures derived from lambs harboring H. contortus adults that were treated with DFB. DFB did not affect egg hatching. Oral administration (10 mg kg-1 per day for 20 days) of DFB to swine harboring adult A. suum adults had no effect on the adult worm burden or on egg morphology, but eggs removed from worms obtained from DFB-treated swine contained less chitin than eggs removed from untreated control swine. DFB also inhibited chitin synthesis in vitro in the isolated reproductive tract of A. suum adults. These results indicate that DFB at high doses can inhibit the subsequent development of H. contortus larvae in the feces. Since H. contortus larvae lack chitin, DFB may act on these larvae by a mechanism independent of a direct effect on chitin synthesis.  相似文献

The objectives of this study were the identification of the different contamination sources of Yersinia enterocolitica, as well as the determination of the prevalence and the distribution of the different genotypes in swine herds. The owners of 20 farms, located in the Richelieu-Yamaska region, agreed to participate in the study. Each farm was visited a minimum of 5 times between May and October 1997, and, at each visit, 20 environmental and 10 fecal samples were collected. Yersinia enterocolitica isolates were identified, serotyped, and submitted to a genetic characterization by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis. The correlation coefficient (0.61) between prevalence in environment and in feces was significant (P = 0.004). Among the 153 positive samples, 93.5% belonged to serotype 0:3. The comparison of PFGE profiles revealed that all environmental Y. enterocolitica isolates had a profile identical to that of isolates recovered in feces from the corresponding farms. Also, when the genetic profiles of isolates recovered from feces collected at the first visit were compared with the profiles of isolates obtained from the subsequent visits, the same profile was observed on every farm. We concluded that environment does not represent the main source of contamination of swine by Y. enterocolitica and that, in most instances, the same strain persists in a barn from one production lot to another.  相似文献

We tested the hypothesis that lymphocytes from swine with susceptibility to malignant hyperthermia (MH) had increased sensitivity to the membrane-perturbing effects of halothane that increase cytoplasmic calcium. Cytoplasmic concentration of ionized calcium in lymphocytes isolated from blood was determined in the presence and absence of halothane for 10 Pietrain x Poland China swine that were susceptible to MH and 20 Yorkshire swine that were resistant to MH. Calcium was determined by dual-emission spectrofluorometry and by measuring the ratio of free to calcium-bound form of the fluorescent calcium dye Indo-1. Mean values for calcium concentrations in lymphocytes from MH-susceptible (MHS) swine were 80% less than control values (40.5 +/- 38.8 and 185.3 +/- 91.6 nmol/L; P less than 0.01). Untreated lymphocytes from MHS swine accumulated calcium at half the rate observed for controls. Exposure to 1 mmol/L halothane resulted in a 3-fold increase of free calcium concentration to 127.9 +/- 81.3 nmol/L in the lymphocytes of MHS swine, but had no significant effect on lymphocytes from control swine (225.0 +/- 91.4; P less than 0.01). Exposure to 2 mmol/L halothane resulted in a 6-fold increase of free calcium concentration to 255.9 +/- 91.4 nmol/L in lymphocytes from MHS swine and a 63% increase in lymphocytes from controls (303.8 +/- 116). The rate of halothane-induced increase in cytosolic calcium was 13 times greater in lymphocytes from MHS swine, compared with controls. These data indicated that the molecular defect that results in halothane-hypersensitivity and is characteristic of muscle of MHS swine also occurs in lymphocytes from MHS swine.  相似文献

Ten swine from each of five herds believed to be affected with mycoplasmal pneumonia of swine and ten swine from each of five herds believed to be mycoplasmal pneumonia-free were selected for postmortem study. Lungs from the 100 swine were examined; grossly and microscopically for lesions typical of mycoplasmal pneumonia of swine and culturally and by an indirect immunofluorescent procedure for the presence of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae. Nineteen of the lungs had both gross and microscopic lesions typical of mycoplasmal pneumonia of swine and 13 (68%) of these were infected, i.e. were culturally and/or indirect immunofluorescent positive. Absence of gross lesions did not prove freedom from mycoplasmal pneumonia, 14 of 73 (19%) grossly normal lungs were found to be infected with M. hyopneumoniae. Comparison of the indirect immunofluorescent and cultural examination, as methods of diagnosing mycoplasma pneumonia, revealed that neither procedure alone was reliable in the case of negative results. Ten lungs were indirect immunofluorescent negative and culturally positive and seven were culturally negative and indirect immunofluorescent positive (11 lungs were positive by both procedures). It was concluded that a definitive diagnosis of mycoplasmal pneumonia of swine requires that M. hyopneumoniae be visualized in indirect immunofluorescent stained lung sections or that it be recovered culturally.  相似文献

The effects of GHRP-2 (also named KP102), a new growth hormone-releasing peptide, on the release of growth hormone (GH) and growth performance were examined in swine. The single intravenous (i. v.) injection of GHRP-2 at doses of 2, 10, 30 and 100 microg/kg body weight (BW) to cross-bred castrated male swine stimulated GH release in a dose-dependent manner, with a return to the baseline by 120 min. The peak GH concentrations and GH areas under the response curves (GH AUCs) for 180 min after the injections of GHRP-2 were higher (P < 0.05) than those after the injection of saline. The GH responses to repeated i.v. injections of GHRP-2 (30 microg/kg BW) at 2-h intervals for 6 h were decreased after each injection. The chronic subcutaneous (s.c.) administration of GHRP-2 (30 microg/kg BW) once daily for 30 days consistently stimulated GH release. The GH AUCs for 300 min after the injections on d 1, 10 and 30 of treatment in GHRP-2-treated swine were higher than those in saline-treated swine. However, chronic administration of GHRP-2 caused a partial attenuation of GH response between d 1 and 10 of treatment. The chronic s.c. administration of GHRP-2 also increased average daily gain for the entire treatment period by 22.35% (P < 0.05) and feed efficiency (feed/gain) by 20.64% (P < 0.01) over the saline control values, but did not significantly affect daily feed intake. These results indicate that GHRP-2 stimulates GH release and enhancing growth performance in swine.  相似文献

针对猪场废水中氮磷含量高的问题,探讨了沸石吸附交换法去除氨氮和总磷的效果及可行性。试验结果表明,当沸石粒径为1~2mm,投加量为12g/L,反应时间为20min时,含氨氮66.6mg/L,总磷7.8mg/L的某猪场废水处理工程的排水经深度处理后,出水中氨氮和总磷的含量可以达到《农田灌溉水质标准》(GB5084-92)和《生活杂用水水质标准》(CJ/T48-1999)的要求。沸石作为猪场废水深度脱氮除磷的吸附交换剂是可行的。  相似文献

A pathologic and bacteriologic study on otitis media in swine was performed on 237 swine, ranging in age from 1 day to 1 year. These 237 swine from eight selected farms were slaughtered due to unfavorable prognosis associated with clinical signs of illness. One hundred sixty-three (68.8%) of the 237 swine were found to be affected with otitis, though only a few swine showed clinical signs characteristic of the disease. One hundred fifty-one (63.7%), 53 (22.4%), and 39 (16.5%) had lesions in the middle, external, and internal ear, respectively. Of the 151 cases with otitis media, bilateral and unilateral infection accounted for 114 (75.5%) and 37 (24.5%), respectively. Only 5/53 swine with otitis externa and 6/39 swine with otitis interna failed to show otitis media. All swine with infection in the tympanic cavity had inflammatory lesions in the auditory tube. Examination of the swine grouped by age revealed that, regardless of age, incidence of otitis media was 50-70%. In swine younger than 1 month old, otitis media tended to center on the auditory tube, where a mild infiltration of neutrophils into the mucous membrane was frequent. Thereafter, otitis media increased in degree and extent with age. Forty (26.5%) of the 151 swine affected with otitis media were accompanied by a substantial amount of inflammatory exudate in the tympanic cavity and bulla. Purulent exudate was found in 20/40 (50%) swine. Severe otitis media prevailed in swine between 1 and 4 months of age, showing inspissation of a suppurative exudate in the tympanic cavity and lysis of the underlying osseous wall of the tympanic bulla with subsequent fibrosis.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

A serological survey was conducted on 4,080 swine sera collected for the years 1985-90. The swine sera positive to A/New Jersey/8/76 (swine type H1N1) strain were observed in annual (10-20%) and monthly (20-40%) incidences during the observation period except for occasional months. Antibodies to recent human H1N1 viruses in swine were recognized in relation to the human H1N1 influenza epidemics. Antibody responses of swine to human H3N2 strains appeared irrespective of human epidemics with the virus in the years 1985-87. However, in 1988 almost no antibodies to three human H3N2 isolates of 1983-88 were observed for this year except a few months though the human epidemic occurred in the area. Although in 1989-90 many swine had antibodies to the three strains in the percentage of 3 to 35, no antibody to the latest isolate, A/Hokkaido/20/89 (H3N2), was found for almost all the months of both years. These findings differed markedly from the possible relationship between the prevalence of H3N2 virus-antibodies in swine and the human influenza epidemics, which were described previously in many reports including our studies.  相似文献
