分析温度变化对氢在活性炭上等量吸附热的影响,从而为构建活性炭低温吸附储氢系统提供技术支持.选用比表面积为2074 m2.g-1的椰壳型SAC-02活性炭,在低温区间77.15~113.15 K,压力范围0~8 MPa;较高温区间253.15~293.15 K,压力范围0~11 MPa,用Setaram PCT Pro E&E测试氢在活性炭上的吸附等温线,并由Ozawa对吸附相作过热液体的假设确定绝对吸附等温线.根据绝对吸附平衡数据,在不同温度区间进行等量吸附线标绘,确定等量吸附热,并由亨利定律常数确定极限吸附热.结果表明:氢在SAC-02活性炭上低温区间、较高温区间和整个温度区间内的等量吸附热平均值分别为4.80,6.44,5.62 kJ.mol-1,极限吸附热平均值分别为6.89,8.38,7.64 kJ.mol-1,必须选用活性炭吸附储氢温度区域吸附数据的等量吸附线标绘,才能确定用于分析吸附过程热效应的等量吸附热.  相似文献

Sulfur isotope data on hydrogen sulfide, native sulfur, and sulfates from acid hot-spring areas at Yellowstone National Park suggest that hydrogen sulfide oxidizes to sulfur abiologically, whereas sulfur undergoes biological oxidation to sulfuric acid. An exception occurs at Mammoth Hot Springs where hydrogen sulfide apparently undergoes biochemical oxidation to sulfur.  相似文献

The ratio of deuterium to hydrogen on Venus has been accepted as proof of a wetter, more Earth-like past on that planet. However, the present-day water abundance and the nonthermal hydrogen escape flux on Venus imply that hydrogen is in a steady state and that a hydrogen source, most likely cometary infall, is present. An alternative interpretation of the D/H ratio is offered, in which the measured value is consistent with a steady-state evolution over the age of the solar system. No past water excess is required to explain the isotopic data.  相似文献

Hydrogen peroxide, dialuric acid, or 6-hydroxydopamine inhibited the uptake of dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin into rat brain synaptosomal preparations. The addition of catalase protected all systems, but catalase was only partially protective for 6-hydroxydopamine acting upon catecholamine uptake. The data show that 6-hydroxydopamine generates hydrogen peroxide and that hydrogen peroxide can damage the biogenic amine uptake systems. Part of the damage caused by the 6-hydroxydopamine that accumulates in the catecholamine nerve terminals in vivo may be attributed to the hydrogen peroxide.  相似文献

Micro-infrared spectroscopic measurements on single crystals of MgSiO(3) perovskite document two pleochroic hydroxyl absorbance peaks at 3483 and 3423 centimeter(-1). These measurements were obtained with the use of a synchrotron infrared source for spectroscopy. These data are consistent with a trace hydrogen content of 700 +/- 170 hydrogen atoms per 10(6) silicon atoms in the nominally anhydrous MgSiO(3) perovskite. When integrated over the volume of the lower mantle, this concentration is comparable to 12 percent of the mass of hydrogen in the Earth's hydrosphere.  相似文献

An objective grating spectrometer on Mariner 10 has measured air-glow in the wavelength range 200 to 1700 angstroms. The data reveal the presence of significant concentrations of hydrogen, helium, carbon, and oxygen atoms in the upper atmosphere of Venus. A preliminary analysis of the hydrogen data indicates an exospheric temperature of 400 degrees K. There is evidence for intense air-glow emission at wavelengths longward of 1350 angstroms; the nature of this emission is unclear, but the radiation is spatially extensive and detectable on both day and night sides of the planet.  相似文献

红脂大小蠹是一种外来蛀干类害虫,它可以通过自然传播和人为传播途径进行远距离扩散。目前最为有效的防治手段就是及时进行监测和预警,但是由于缺乏快速追踪和溯源的手段,使得防治工作变得困难。  目的  基于氢稳定同位素溯源技术,建立可用于追踪中国地区红脂大小蠹的溯源模型。  方法  从全球降水氢同位素数据库中下载中国地区的栅格数据,利用ArcGIS 10.4.1构建中国大陆地区降水氢同位素区划图(坐标系统为Beijing 1954)。在5个样地累计诱捕红脂大小蠹成虫153头,利用稳定同位素质谱仪和元素分析仪测定样品的氢稳定同位素比值(δ2H)。利用R软件构建红脂大小蠹与降水δ2H值的标准曲线方程。  结果  通过中国大陆地区降水氢同位素区划图得出:在东部季风区,降水δ2H值呈现出区域性变化,并大致表现为从东南向西北递减的梯度变化。5个样地的红脂大小蠹的δ2H值之间具有显著性差异。红脂大小蠹与降水的δ2H值呈正相关关系,并基于试验数据建立线性回归方程式:y = 3.166x + 86.050,经t检验、F检验、R2检验以及残差检验证明模型的显著性和匹配度都很高。  结论  红脂大小蠹的δ2H值与其生境中的降水δ2H值呈现出高度相关的线性关系,且降水δ2H值在红脂大小蠹分布区具有可用于判别的规律。因此,基于本试验的数学模型可以实现中国地区红脂大小蠹的溯源追踪。   相似文献

Sound velocities in fluid and crystalline hydrogen were measured under pressure to 24 gigapascals by Brillouin spectroscopy in the diamond anvil cell. The results provide constraints on the intermolecular interactions of dense hydrogen and are used to construct an intermolecular potential consistent with all available data. Fluid perturbation theory calculations with the potential indicate that sound velocities in hydrogen at conditions of the molecular layer of the Jovian planets are lower than previously believed. Jovian models consistent with the present results remain discrepant with recent free oscillation spectra of the planet by 15 percent. The effect of changing interior temperatures, the metallic phase transition depth, and the fraction of high atomic number material on Jovian oscillation frequencies is also investigated with the Brillouin equation of state. The present data place strong constraints on sound velocities in the Jovian molecular layer and provide an improved basis for interpreting possible Jovian oscillations.  相似文献

A microprobe of protons with an energy of 17 million electron volts is used to quantitatively image three-dimensional hydrogen distributions at a lateral resolution better than 1 micrometer with high sensitivity. Hydrogen images of a <110>-textured undoped polycrystalline diamond film show that most of the hydrogen is located at grain boundaries. The average amount of hydrogen atoms along the grain boundaries is (8.1 +/- 1.5) x 10(14) per square centimeter, corresponding to about a third of a monolayer. The hydrogen content within the grain is below the experimental sensitivity of 1.4 x 10(16) atoms per cubic centimeter (0.08 atomic parts per million). The data prove a low hydrogen content within chemical vapor deposition-grown diamond and the importance of hydrogen at grain boundaries, for example, with respect to electronic properties of polycrystalline diamond.  相似文献

A combination of measurements of carbon-13 and the hydrogen sulfide content in Black Sea waters with available data on the total carbon dioxide in these waters indicates that the contribution of organic sulfur to the hydrogen sulfide lies between 3 and 5 percent and increases with depth. Likely causes for the increase are increasing productivity or upward movement of the anoxic zone during the facts last 2000 year.  相似文献

Using the Gamma-Ray Spectrometer on the Mars Odyssey, we have identified two regions near the poles that are enriched in hydrogen. The data indicate the presence of a subsurface layer enriched in hydrogen overlain by a hydrogen-poor layer. The thickness of the upper layer decreases with decreasing distance to the pole, ranging from a column density of about 150 grams per square centimeter at -42 degrees latitude to about 40 grams per square centimeter at -77 degrees. The hydrogen-rich regions correlate with regions of predicted ice stability. We suggest that the host of the hydrogen in the subsurface layer is ice, which constitutes 35 +/- 15% of the layer by weight.  相似文献

Based on a study of high-energy epithermal (HEE) neutrons in data from the Lunar Exploration Neutron Detector (LEND) on NASA's Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO), the background from HEE neutrons is larger than initially estimated. Claims by Mitrofanov et al. (Reports, 22 October 2010, p. 483) of enhanced hydrogen abundance in sunlit portions of the lunar south pole and quantitative hydrogen concentration values in south pole permanently shaded regions are therefore insufficiently supported.  相似文献

The existence of an internal hydrogen bond in a compound representative of a syn diol epoxide (a possible intermediate in chemical carcinogenesis by certain polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) has been demonstrated by x-ray crystallographic and nuclear magnetic resonance studies. This internal hydrogen bond was found in 3,4-epoxy-2-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1-naphthol and was shown to persist in dioxane-water solutions containing up to 80 mole percent water. In this structure, the 1-hydroxy and 2-methyl groups are shown to occupy axial positions. In the anti diol epoxide, which has no internal hydrogen bond, analogous groups are equatorial. Crystals of the compound were unstable in the x-ray beam while the data were being collected (even at low temperatures), presumably as a result of decomposition.  相似文献

The crystal structure and equation of state of solid hydrogen have been determined directly to 26.5 gigapascals at room temperature by new synchrotron x-ray diffraction techniques. Solid hydrogen remains in the hexagonal close-packed structure under these pressure-temperature conditions and exhibits increasing structural anisotropy with pressure. The pressure-volume curve determined from the x-ray data represents the most accurate experimental measurement of the equation of state to date in this pressure range. The results remove the discrepancy between earlier indirect determinations and provide a new experimental constraint on the molecular-to-atomic transition predicted at higher pressures.  相似文献

We present three-dimensional, high-resolution hydrodynamical simulations of the interaction between the hot ionized intracluster medium and the cold interstellar medium of spiral galaxies. Ram pressure and turbulent/viscous stripping remove 100% of the atomic hydrogen content of luminous galaxies like the Milky Way within 100 million years. These mechanisms naturally account for the morphology of S0 galaxies and the rapid truncation of star formation implied by spectroscopic observations, as well as a host of observational data on the neutral hydrogen (HI) morphology of galaxies in clusters.  相似文献

Trophosome tissue of the hydrothermal vent tube worm, Riftia pachyptila (Vestimentifera), contains high activities of several enzymes associated with chemoautotrophic existence. Enzymes catalyzing synthesis of adenosine triphosphate using energy contained in sulfur compounds such as hydrogen sulfide, and two diagnostic enzymes of the Calvin-Benson cycle of carbon dioxide fixation, ribulosebisphosphate carboxylase and ribulose 5-phosphate kinase, are present at high levels in trophosome, but are absent in muscle. These data are consistent with an autotrophic mode of nutrition for this worm, which lives in hydrogen sulfide-rich waters and lacks a mouth and digestive system.  相似文献

Iron-peroxide intermediates are central in the reaction cycle of many iron-containing biomolecules. We trapped iron(III)-(hydro)peroxo species in crystals of superoxide reductase (SOR), a nonheme mononuclear iron enzyme that scavenges superoxide radicals. X-ray diffraction data at 1.95 angstrom resolution and Raman spectra recorded in crystallo revealed iron-(hydro)peroxo intermediates with the (hydro)peroxo group bound end-on. The dynamic SOR active site promotes the formation of transient hydrogen bond networks, which presumably assist the cleavage of the iron-oxygen bond in order to release the reaction product, hydrogen peroxide.  相似文献

Colloidal platinum was prepared and precipitated directly onto photosynthetic thylakoid membranes from aqueous solution and entrapped on fiberglass filter paper. This composition of matter was capable of sustained simultaneous photoevolution of hydrogen and oxygen when irradiated at any wavelength in the chlorophyll absorption spectrum. Experimental data support the interpretation that part of the platinum metal catalyst is precipitated adjacent to the photosystem I reduction site of photosynthesis and that electron transfer occurs across the interface between photosystem I and the catalyst. Photoactivity of the material was dependent on the nature of the ionic species from which the platinum was precipitated. All photoactive samples were prepared from the hexachloroplatinate(IV) ion, whereas samples prepared by precipitation of the tetraammineplatinum(II) ion showed no hydrogen evolution activity and only transient oxygen activity. This system is among the simplest known for photosynthetically splitting water into molecular hydrogen and oxygen.  相似文献

以酸性气田集输管网中16MnR 和20 号钢为研究对象,开展应力诱导型氢致开裂分形试验,以验证相关理论模型的正确性。试验制备了两种管线钢的双悬臂梁试件,并将其浸入不同H2S 体积摩尔浓度的腐蚀溶液环境中,通过断口数据取样分析及计算,验证了管线钢氢致开裂的断口形貌具有分形特征,以及应力强度因子与分形维数具有对数正比趋势的关系,同时验证了氢致开裂判据模型、氢致开裂分形扩展速率模型、氢致开裂分形物理机制模型的正确性,可为在役管道氢环境下的裂纹扩展速率的预测提供参考依据。  相似文献
