Quoting price is an important technology in the process of logistic company. The degree of the price has direct effect on the enterprise's profit, and whose correctness influences whether an enterprise can hold its client. In the operation of ship, due to the phenomenon of empty container, it is difficult to decide the quoted price to use the traditional quoting method based on the cost, because if the price is too high, the client can't accept it, but if the price is too low, it can't ensure an enterprise's profit. In this article, we will apply the economy meaning of shadow profit in the corresponding theory to resolve the problem of quoting price in the phenomenon of empty containers in operation of ship. The profit model and correspond opposite model are built, the theory and meaning of shadow benefit are discussed, and some classified formulae and quoting guide lines based on shadow profit are proposed. An example will be used to prove that the quoting theory based on shadow profit can validly direct the quoting price of logistic company for the added goods in the phenomenon of empty container. 相似文献

Coal fired chain grate boiler is retrofitted to coal bed methane boiler. The flow, combustion and NOx emission characteristics of low concentrations methane in the boiler furnace are studied by the numerical simulation and experiments. The results show that the axial velocity reaches the maximum at 0.5 m from the nozzle and declines sharply in the range of -0.4~0.4 m on the width direction. With the heat load increases, the position of highest temperature moves to the rear of furnace and the simulation and experimental results agree well. At the front of the furnace, the obvious bimodal distribution of temperature at low heat load along the width direction is found, but it is a single peak distribution at 100% heat load. At the rear of the furnace, the temperature shows bimodal distribution at all kinds of heat loads. Gas temperature at boiler furnace outlet increases linearly with the increasing of heat load but the experimental results are slightly lower than the simulated results. The NOx is mainly produced in the middle and rear of furnace with high temperature, and the position of NOx peak lags far behind that of temperature peak. With the excess air coefficient increases, the highest furnace temperature and NOx generation increases and then decreases. 相似文献

针对夏季高温对奶牛的不利影响,本文对适合应用于牛舍的喷淋降温系统的控制部分进行了研究。根据奶牛的生理特性,该控制系统以温湿指数(THI）为主控参数,结合时间控制参数等,编制的定时控制喷淋降温模式,能使奶牛生活环境得到更为合理的控制,能更加有效的减轻奶牛热应激。本文对该控制系统软硬件设计的主要内容进行了阐述。该控制系统主要采用单片机技术来完成对喷淋降温设备的控制,其研究主要包括单片机控制单元和动力驱动单元的设计。单片机控制单元以AT89S52单片机为核心,通过设计的外围电路及编写的功能程序实现对动力驱动单元的控制;动力驱动单元通过线路的设计布置,实现喷淋模式中降温设备的交替运行功能,从而对喷淋降温设备进行直接控制。 相似文献

Several SNP (single nucleotide polymorphism) genotyping methods have been developed in the past most of which require sophisticated instrumentation and large initial investments. We describe here a high-throughput SSCP (single strand conformation polymorphism) system on our HEGS (high efficiency genome scanning) platform, which is simple, accurate, cost effective and requires neither restriction digestion of the amplification products nor elaborate post-PCR processing detection. Several parameters critical to SSCP analysis were optimized viz., gel matrix and concentration, gel running temperature, buffer composition, running conditions and PCR primer design so as to identify SNPs in amplicons ranging from 100 to 750 bp in size. A simple post-PCR processing system was developed using fluorescent dye for quick and easy detection of SNP polymorphism. HEGS-SSCP was also found to be useful in uncovering simple sequence repeat differences between different genotypes that differ by one or few di/tri nucleotide repeats. The practical utility of this system is illustrated with two successful efforts towards construction of high resolution linkage maps of a lesion mimic locus on chromosome 7 and a major quantitative trait locus conditioning field blast resistance on chromosome 4 in rice. 相似文献

为了明确低碳城市南昌道路植物景观的现状和影响道路植物景观的重要因子,为南昌及中国其他低碳城市道路植物景观规划与设计提供依据。采用描述因子法,选择若干对道路植物景观效果贡献较大的指标,建立了整体指标评价体系。采用景观综合评价指数法模型,通过评价因子的权值确定和指标的量化,对南昌城市主干道路植物景观进行了分析评价。结果表明,南昌市道路植物景观整体建设水平较好,57.14%的道路植物景观评价结果在Ⅱ级以上,III级占35.71%,但也有7.14%的道路在Ⅳ级以下。在所评价的8个因子中,得分最高的是植物景观与硬质景观的和谐性,其次是植物景观与整体环境的协调性,植物生活型结构得分排第3位,这说明南昌城市在整体建设过程中,比较重视植物与道路和周边硬质景观环境的协调与统一,多数路段“乔-灌-草”搭配较为合理;物种多样性和植物观赏特性得分低。南昌城市道路植物景观仍然存在单位空间绿量较低、植物种类应用欠丰富,以及地域特色不太突出等问题。针对评价结果,提出了南昌城市道路低碳植物景观和地域特色植物景观营建的建议与措施。 相似文献

A cold model (its ratio is 1:12.5) of a 50 MW tangentially pulverized coal-fired boiler was built and the mixture characteristic between a simulating gas (hot air) and a main airflow (cold air) were gotten at different ejecting methods and quantities of the simulating gas through measuring the temperature pattern distributing in the furnace of the model. The simulating gas spouted from front and rear walls resulted a more even mixture characteristic, and the tangentially ejected simulating gas is more suitable for the tangentially pulverized coal-fired boiler, and the tangentially ejected OFA is also of advantage to it. The effect of quantities and locations of the simulating gas on the mixture characteristic was also discussed. 相似文献

In order to meet the demand of large scale boiler design and operating optimization, this paper establishes the dynamic mathematic model for domestic 600MW subcritical pressure boiler. MMS software is adopted in the whole process from modeling to simulation. This software make process simple and quick. This model is based on modulariza- tion and the comprehensive physical and chemical process in boiler is considered. Simulation result shows that the re- sponses of this model under different disturbance are coincident to mechanics analysis. An adaptive inverse control method for feed water and superheated steam temperature of supercritical pressure boiler is investigated. Through the analysis of the boiler system ,s dynamic characteristics, the input vector structure of inverse dynamics model of feed water and superheated steam temperature is constructed. The adaptive inverse control system is realized through on-line identification of inverse dynamic model with recursive least squares support vector machine. In the control process, the demand for feed water and spray water flow to the outlet steam temperature and micro-superheated steam temperature is considered to realize the integrated control of feed water and superheated steam temperature. Simulation results show that this control system has good control performance and adaptability and can void the repeated oscillation phenomena of control variables which appear in present two section control system. 相似文献

为探讨全球气候变暖情况下,水稻高产稳产栽培技术及耐热新品种选育,以13个杂交水稻品种为材料,在田间自然条件下,研究了抽穗期高温对水稻产量的影响及其品种差异。结果表明,抽穗期温度升高会显著降低水稻产量,该时期平均温度每升高1℃会造成水稻减产15.3%。不同水稻品种对抽穗期高温的响应表现出显著的差异,父本丰新占所配组合对抽穗期高温的耐热能力较差,表现为结实率较低(40.5%～59.3%),而父本GR560所配组合对抽穗期高温有一定的耐热能力,结实率较高(64.9%～75.6%)。水稻抽穗期高温胁迫问题的解决,应侧重于培育生育期与当地栽培环境相适宜的新品种或通过种植制度调整和栽培技术创新,使其避开抽穗期高温。 相似文献
