[目的]为进一步研究核心群奶牛超数排卵技术影响因素。[方法]试验使用3个FSH剂量和4 个公牛精液对27头青年奶牛进行超数排卵。对供体牛胚胎生产情况和受体胚胎移植妊娠率进行统计。[结果]结果显示供体2次超排获得7.8枚平均可用胚胎显著高于1次超排获得的5.7枚平均可用胚胎(P<0.05);260,280 mg FSH超排供体获得6.0和7.7 枚平均可用胚胎显著高于300 mg FSH超排供体获得的4.6枚平均可用胚胎(P<0.05);供体使用4个公牛精液人工授精后获得的平均可用胚胎数和平均未受精卵数差异不显著(P>0.05);移植前接种疫苗的受体胚胎移植妊娠率显著降低(P<0.05)。[结论]核心群奶牛超排适宜FSH剂量为260-280 mg,使用高受精力公牛精液和对超排反应好的供体重复超排能够提高超排效率,受体移植前避免疫苗接种能够提高胚胎移植妊娠率。  相似文献

对试验牛采用不同的超数排卵方法,结果显示,FSH+PG法所获得的A级胚胎高于PMSG+PG+ANTI-PMSG和PMSG+PG法(P>0.05);而且前者残留的卵泡数也明显低于后两者(P<0.01)。试验中,超排方法采用了低剂量FSH(4mg,5d10次)也能获得较好的超排效果。在超短期重复超排次数和重复超排间隔对受体牛超排效果的影响,是连续重复超排次数控制在3次以内,第4次超排处理效果显著降低,不适宜对供体超排。对不同超排处理的间隔时间进行比较,间隔时间适当延长为46~60d后,平均可用胚胎数显著提高,而回收胚胎总数没有显著差异。  相似文献

选择100头红安格斯母牛使用2种超数排卵处理方案,有效超排供体母牛77头。对受体牛采用3种方案进行同期发情处理。结果表明:育成母牛和经产母牛平均回收胚胎数分别为8.45、9.23枚(P>0.05),平均回收可用胚胎数分别为6.33、7.02枚(P>0.05);2种超排方案均取得较好的效果,超排方案1和方案2分别回收胚胎数为10.10、7.63枚,回收可用胚胎数为6.62、6.51枚。受体同期发情处理一次PG法、二次PG法及CIDR+PG法,同期发情率分别为71.19%、74.44%和77.63%(P>0.05),发情受体利用率分别为66.67%、64.93%及69.49%(P>0.05),胚胎移植妊娠率分别为50.00%、55.17%和56.10%(P>0.05),与自然发情受体利用率及胚胎移植妊娠率无显著性差异。  相似文献

为探讨胚胎移植受体母牛的选择效果,分别对共计686头西门塔尔牛与黄牛杂交母牛、本地黄牛母牛和荷斯坦母牛受体进行冷冻胚胎移植试验。结果表明,移植妊娠率分别为48.57%、49.53%和53.65%,彼此差异不显著(P0.05);对其中大于16月龄育成牛、3~7岁成母牛及大于7岁成母牛作为受体的移植效果进行分析,大于16月龄育成牛移植效果最好,高于7岁以上成母牛移植妊娠率(P0.05),但与3~7岁成母牛移植妊娠率差异不显著(P0.05)。  相似文献

试验研究影响受体牛移植冷冻胚胎效果的主要因素,目的是解决胚胎移植产业化中容易出现的技术问题,以提高牛胚胎移植妊娠率。在季节、饲养管理、同期发情处理和胚胎移植技术以及环境条件等基本相同的情况下,结果表明:西门塔尔杂交牛的移植利用率和移植妊娠率高于黄牛杂交牛和黑白花奶牛,但各组间无显著性差异(P>0.05);2~6周岁的受体牛移植利用率和移植妊娠率高于7周岁以上和2周岁以下的受体牛,但各组间无显著性差异(P>0.05);经产1~3胎受体牛移植利用率显著高于4胎以上的受体牛(P<0.05),而移植妊娠率则无显著性差异(P>0.05);体况上等与中等的受体牛移植利用率和移植妊娠率无显著性差异(P>0.05);同期发情处理时卵巢处于黄体期的移植利用率显著高于卵泡期,差异极显著(P<0.01);左侧卵巢有黄体的子宫角胚胎移植妊娠率显著高于右侧(P<0.05);胚龄对胚胎移植妊娠率高低依次为早期囊胚、桑椹胚和囊胚,但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。  相似文献

试验旨在探讨激素剂量、超排间隔及重复超排次数对和牛重复超排效果的影响,为建立稳定、高效的和牛供体重复超排方案提供依据。本试验共选取63头15~18月龄的和牛供体母牛进行超排处理,其中17头和牛供体随机分成2组,分别以200、200、200 mg的FSH注射总剂量和200、220、240 mg的FSH注射总剂量进行3次重复超排,每次超排间隔30 d,研究激素剂量对和牛重复超排的影响;24头和牛供体随机分成3组,每组分别以60、45、30 d的超排间隔,每次200 mg的FSH注射总剂量进行3次重复超排,研究超排间隔对和牛重复超排的影响;22头和牛供体采用每次200 mg的FSH注射总剂量进行连续7次重复超排,每次超排间隔30 d,研究重复超排次数对和牛重复超排的影响。结果显示,采用FSH注射总剂量为200、220、240 mg获得的头均胚胎总数和头均可用胚胎数显著高于每次均为200 mg的FSH注射总剂量(P<0.05);与超排间隔60 d组相比,超排间隔45 d组获得的头均可用胚胎数显著降低(P<0.05),而超排间隔30 d组获得的头均可用胚胎数也降低,但差异不显著(P>0.05);重复超排在6次以内,获得的头均可用胚胎数无显著差异(P>0.05)。结果表明,注射FSH总剂量为200、220、240 mg连续超排3次的超排效果优于注射FSH总剂量为200、200、200 mg组;超排间隔越长,越有利于母牛生殖道的恢复,获得的可用胚胎数越多,但超排间隔30 d,也可获得良好的超排效果;高强度重复超排以30 d为超排间隔,超排5~6次为宜。  相似文献

在发情周期第10天,对59头婆莫云(BMY)供体牛进行4 d递减剂量的FSH-P超数排卵试验,结果表明:①在超排前3 d(发情周期第7天)卵巢有卵泡(直径≥5 mm)+黄体的牛超排头均可用胚数3.71枚,比只有黄体的牛高2.11枚,差异显著(P<0.05)。②第1次重复超排头均可用胚高达5.57枚,分别比第2、3、4次重复超排高(P>0.05)2.15、3.29、3.15枚,比随机选择供体的超排1组头均可用胚多4.57枚,差异显著(P<0.05)。试验结果提示,超排处理前3 d(周期第7天)复选供体牛时,没有必要淘汰那些卵巢上有黄体但也有卵泡的供体牛;选出超排效果好的母牛进行重复超排是提高超排效果的有效措施。  相似文献

为研究和牛杂交牛短期内重复超排效果,自2011年6月至2011年8月对100头和牛杂交牛连续进行了3次重复超排。结果发现,3次超排获得回收胚平均数分别为11.65±8.96、13.28±7.69、13.24±8.39枚;可用胚平均数分别为7.52±7.16、8.51±6.94和8.92±6.59枚。试验结果表明,对和牛杂交牛进行间隔为33 d的连续3次超排,能够获得较好的超排效果,且个体差异是影响超排效果的主要因素;育成牛超排有效率稍高于经产牛(P>0.05),但可用胚平均数显著低于经产牛(P<0.05)。  相似文献

为提高胚胎移植妊娠率,对影响移植妊娠率的受体品种、年龄、胎次、体况、黄体位置等因素进行试验。结果表明:初选合格率平均为49.50%,西+本牛初检合格率显著高于其他4个品种(本地牛,安×本牛,利×本牛,荷×本牛)(P0.05);发情率平均为88.17%,安+本牛高于其他4个品种,但各品种间差异不显著(P0.05);移植利用率平均为68.38%,妊娠率平均为46.8%,西+本牛移植利用率和移植妊娠率高于其他4个品种,但各品种间差异不显著(P0.05)。6~9周岁受体牛初选合格率显著低于2.5~6周岁和2.5周岁以下受体牛(P0.05),2.5~6周岁的受体牛在发情率、移植利用率和移植妊娠率高于6周岁的受体牛和2.5周岁以下的受体牛,但各组间差异不显著(P0.05)。5胎以上受体牛初选合格率显著低于0胎(育成牛)、1~4胎受体牛(P0.05);发情率、移植利用率和移植妊娠率1~4胎受体牛高于0胎(育成牛)和5胎以上受体牛,但各组间差异不显著(P0.05)。上等膘情受体牛发情率显著低于中上和中下等膘情受体牛(P0.05);移植利用率和妊娠率上等膘情受体牛最高,但与中上及中下膘情受体牛差异不显著(P0.05)。卵巢左、右有黄体侧移植妊娠率分别为48.48%、45.85%,两组间无显著性差异(P0.05)。  相似文献

为了探究在不同月份采用不同超数排卵(以下简称超排)和胚胎移植处理对关中奶山羊规模化胚胎移植效果的影响,试验将248只高产供体关中奶山羊母羊分别于8,9,10月份分3批进行超排处理,每批又分为试验1组和试验2组,试验1组采用“前列腺素(PG)+孕酮栓(CIDR)+促卵泡素(FSH)+促黄体素释放激素A3(LHRH-A3)”的方式进行超排处理,试验2组在试验1组基础上添加孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)进行超排处理,供试母羊排卵后采用公羊自然配种,收集供体母羊胚胎并筛选有效胚胎进胚胎移植,试验期间测定平均黄体数、平均冲胚数、平均有效胚胎数、超排率;将1 770只受体关中奶山羊母羊分别于8,9,10月份分3批进行胚胎移植,每批又分为试验A组和试验B组,试验A组采用腹腔镜胚胎移植手术进行胎移植,试验B组采用常规胚胎移植手术进行胚胎移植,胚胎移植后进行妊娠诊断,母羊产羔后记录产羔数,试验期间测定手术时间、手术效率、妊娠率、产羔率。结果表明:试验2组的平均黄体数、平均冲胚数和平均有效胚胎数均极显著高于试验1组(P<0.01),超排率高于试验1组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);8,9,10...  相似文献

In order to rapid propagation of purebred Wagyu, the experiment were conducted to study the effects of high intensity superovulation, embryo sex identification and different breeds recipient cattle on calving, gestation period and calf birth weight. Wagyu were superovulated repeatedly for nine times with a 30 days interval. The results indicated that the average number of total embryos collected at the second time was 22.78, which was significantly higher than those of the fifth to ninth times (P< 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the other groups (P> 0.05).There was no significant difference between the number of transferable embryos in the first to third times (P> 0.05). The available embryos number of the second times superovulation were significantly higher than those of the fourth to ninth times (P< 0.05),and were remarkably significantly higher than those of the seventh and ninth times (P< 0.01). There were no observably differences of pregnant rate and calving rate between sex identified embryos, and regular embryos respectively (P> 0.05).The female calf percentage of sexed embryos was 95.56%. The calving rate of the Simmental-catalo receptors were higher than those of Wagyu-catalo and Holstein receptors (P> 0.05). The gestation period of Wagyu-catalo were remarkably significantly greater than those of Simmental-catalo and Holstein receptors (P< 0.01), however, there was no significant difference between Simmental-catalo and Holstein receptors (P> 0.05). The birth weight of female calves calved by Simmental-catalo receptors were higher than those of Wagyu-catalo (P< 0.05), which was extremely significantly higher than those of Holstein receptor (P< 0.01). The male calf birth weight was no significant difference in the three breeds receptors (P> 0.05). There were obvious differences between male and female calves in gestation and birth weight with in the same recipient breed.  相似文献

山、绵羊重复超排和重复手术收集胚胎后生殖系统等易发生粘连,影响供体重复利用率和胚胎移植效率。本研究以波尔山羊作为供体,应用不同的防粘连方案进行供体重复超排采卵后预防粘连效果的比较,以筛选有效的预防粘连方法。采用32%右旋糖酐+肝素(试验组1)和医用几丁糖(试验组2)作为两个试验组,生理盐水冲洗法作为对照组。波尔山羊供体母羊连续超排4次,并重复手术采卵,用不同的防粘连剂进行术后处理比较。结果表明,试验组2使用几丁糖防粘连处理后,供体母羊第4次手术收集胚胎后粘连率只有37.5%,而试验组1和对照组粘连率为100%。使用防粘连剂对于供体母羊的超排效果及可用母羊的胚胎回收率无影响,但是显著提高了供体母羊的超排利用率。应用医用几丁糖防粘连的方法可以有效减少供体母羊的术后粘连率及有效提高供体母羊重复利用率。  相似文献

为达到快速扩繁纯种和牛的目的,试验从供体牛高强度超数排卵、胚胎性别鉴定及不同品种受体牛移植对产犊、妊娠期和犊牛初生重的影响进行研究。结果表明,纯种和牛连续超排9次,每次间隔30 d,第2次头均回收胚数22.78枚,显著高于第5~9次结果(P< 0.05),其余各组之间无显著差异(P> 0.05);第1~3次头均可用胚数分别为8.67、13.78、8.56枚,组间无显著差异(P> 0.05),第2次头均可用胚数显著高于第4~9次头均可用胚数(P< 0.05),极显著高于第7、9次头均可用胚数(P< 0.01)。性别鉴定胚胎和常规胚胎移植妊娠率和产犊率差异均不显著(P> 0.05),性别鉴定胚胎的母犊率为95.56%。西门塔尔杂交牛受体产犊率高于和牛杂交牛、荷斯坦奶牛受体,但差异不显著(P> 0.05)。和牛杂交牛受体妊娠期极显著高于西门塔尔杂交牛和荷斯坦奶牛受体(P< 0.01),西门塔尔杂交牛和荷斯坦奶牛之间差异不显著(P> 0.05);西门塔尔杂交牛受体所产和牛母犊初生重显著高于和牛杂交牛受体(P< 0.05),极显著高于荷斯坦奶牛受体(P< 0.01),3个品种受体牛产和牛公犊初生重之间差异不显著(P> 0.05);同一品种受体牛其产公、母犊牛的妊娠期及初生重均相近。  相似文献

On the Slusovice co-operative farm, embryo transfer has been practised since 1984 as a method of controlled reproduction of the heifer and cow herd. The effect of superovulation, embryo recovery and administration of 500 micrograms Oestrophan Spofa upon the donors' conception rate and upon their resuming a new reproduction cycle was studied on this farm. The effect of superovulation, induced by FSH-P (Folicotropin, Spofa), was evaluated in 162 cows, out of which 121 (74.69%) got in calf after three inseminations. Fifty-nine (48.76%) of the pregnant cows got in calf after the first insemination, 38 (31.40%) after the second insemination, and 24 (19.83%) after the third insemination. Having been subjected to embryo collection and luteolysis, the donors conceived within 67.6 days, on an average, and the animals superovulated within 60 days post partum conceived within 59.11 days. The average SP of the superovulated animals was about 148 days but in the donors from which the embryos had been recovered within 60 postpartal days the SP did not exceed 110 days. Hence the earlier postpartal superovulation of cycling cows speeds up the resumption of reproduction in the donors and increases the numbers of recovered embryos. Repeated superovulation had no influence on the fertility of the cows but adequately prolonged the service period.  相似文献

本试验选择北京奶牛中心良种场36头9~12月龄的犊牛进行超排采卵,研究了不同超排方案以及重复超排对犊牛超排的效果。结果表明,超排方案以埋植CIDR的同时,第5天、第6天注射FSH,第7天手术采卵获得的可用卵母细胞数最多。两次重复超排对犊牛平均卵泡数和平均卵母细胞数没有显著影响,但三次超排后的平均卵泡数和平均卵母细胞数显著低于一次和二次超排。  相似文献

2005年3月至7月,在广西地区选择25头娟姗母牛作为供体,用不同厂家、不同剂量的促排卵激素进行超排和重复超排,观察了超排及重复超排效果.结果25头供体共采卵46头次,排卵数502枚,回收到278枚胚胎,采卵率为55.4%,获得207枚可用胚胎,平均4.5枚/头次,可用胚率为74.5%;与此同时在2005年4月至2006年1月,开展了娟姗牛冷冻胚胎的移植工作,对185头本地黄母牛和杂交母牛进行了同期发情处理,结果共有166头发情,其中113头可移植,同期发情率为89.7%,可移植率为61.1%.113头可移植牛移植2个月后,经妊娠检查共有47头怀孕,移植妊娠率为41.6%.  相似文献

This experiment was conducted to study the effects of measurement time of CIDR,different models of feeding and management,repeat superovulation and oestrus time on superovulation in sheep.The results showed that the average number of available embryos of the 10 days was significantly higher than those of the 13 days (P<0.05).In addition,there were extremely significantly differences on the rate of available embryos between the 10 and 13 days of CIDR (P<0.01).The average number of available embryos and available embryos rate of drylot feeding group were extremely significantly higher than those of pasture feeding group (P<0.01).The optimal result of repeated superovulation was two times,and there were no significant differences between the second and the third times (P>0.05),but there were significantly differences compared to other forth times (P<0.05).The quality of embryos in the group of 24 h after superovulation was the best.In conclusion,the measurement time of CIDR,the pattern of different feeding and management and repeat superovulation had significantly effects on sheep superovulation,and the best quality embryos of sheep was in 24 h oestrus after superovulation.  相似文献

The incidence and cause of premature corpora lutea failure and the response to luteinizing hormone treatment was investigated in superovulated dairy goats. Does were treated with 1000 IU pregnant mare serum gonadotropin intramuscularly, followed by either luteinizing hormone (treated group) or saline (control group). Serum progesterone concentrations were used to monitor corpus luteum function. The dose of pregnant mare serum gonadotropin used induced superovulation in a majority of the does, but the responses varied depending on the time of year. Premature regression of the corpora lutea occurred in 4 of 18 does after pregnant mare serum gonadotropin treatment, but there was no difference in the incidence of corpora lutea failure between treated and control groups. Decreases in serum progesterone concentrations were evident by day 3 after ovulation in does that experienced corpora lutea failure indicating this to be the critical time for premature regression of the corpora lutea in superovulated does.  相似文献
