塑膜暖棚对繁殖母兔生产性能的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本文研究了冬季塑膜暖棚饲养繁殖母兔对其生产性能的影响,试验用9 ̄10月龄新西兰繁殖母兔50只和公兔6只,均分为二组即试验组和对照组。试验组用塑膜暖棚饲养,对照组在普通兔舒饲养。试验表明:试验验和对照组相比,受胎率差异不显著(P〉0.05);窝产仔数,总产仔数,初生窝重差异显著(P〈0.05),40日龄断乳窝重,仔兔成活率,经济效益受异极显著(P〈0.01)。  相似文献

在3岁新疆美利奴羊群中分出70只母羊,再随机分为两组,每组35只。其中,一组在预产前30d时给每只母羊肌注亚硒酸钠VE2ml,另一组作对照。两组饲养管理条件相同。试验结果表明,处理组羔羊平均初生窝重、30日龄羔羊平均窝重和窝平均日增重分别比对照组高085kg、215kg和47g,差异显著(P<005)。  相似文献

青霉素菌丝蛋白含有406%的粗蛋白,与豆饼蛋白含量相似。用其按5%和8%等比例替代肉仔鸡日粮中的豆饼试验表明,不但未出现毒性反应,而且分别比对照组成活率提高380%和435%,差异显著(P<0.05);增重提高786%和933%,差异显著(P<0.05);料肉比下降588%和361%,差异不显著(P>0.05);每100只入舍仔鸡利润提高4647%和5184%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。  相似文献

本试验应用恩拉霉素、金霉素、杆菌肽锌三种抗生素药物添加剂,对1200只AA肉鸡进行生产性能和经济效益对比,试验分三组。恩拉霉素组(10ppm)、金霉素(100ppm)、杆菌肽锌(75ppm),每组设4个重复组。采食恩拉霉素组饲养的鸡只,日增重比金霉素高056%(P>005),比杆菌肽锌组高617%(P<005)。饲料转化率分别比金霉素组低143%(P>005),比杆菌肽锌组低72%(P<005),屠宰测定表明三组之间差异不显著(P>005)。经济效益分析表明,恩拉霉素组分别比金霉素组高375%,比杆菌肽锌组高316%。试验结果表明,恩拉霉素可以显著改善肉鸡的生产性能,提高经济效益  相似文献

粗毛型长毛兔公兔,在适温季节,精子密度达2亿/ml,有效精子数1-2亿/ml,精液品质显著高于德系兔与法系兔;高温应激后,虽然其生精机能受到影响,但与德系兔比较,则表现出明显的抗热性能,如精液品质下降慢,无精期短,平均不育时间(44天)比德系兔(61天)短17天(P<0.05)。粗毛型母兔的繁殖性能显著高于德系母兔,除断乳成活率略高于德系兔外,其中产仔数、泌乳力、断乳窝重分别比德系兔高26.86%、20.04%、21。76%(P<0.01);产活仔数、初生窝重各比德系兔高33.33%和19.85%(P<0.05);表明了粗毛型长毛兔母兔的良好繁殖性能.  相似文献

用SMT检验法对南京钟山奶牛场140头成母牛进行隐性乳腺炎检测。选择阳性母牛40头作为供试牛,共分成4组,每组均10头,进行为期1周试验,然后用t检验对各组试验前后进行比较。结果表明:Ⅰ组(试验组),即饲喂几丁聚糖15g/头日,差异极显著(P<001);Ⅱ组(乳头药浴),差异不显著(P>005);Ⅲ组(肌注左旋咪唑),差异显著(P<005);Ⅳ组(空白),差异不显著(P>005)。  相似文献

利用长白山黑蚂蚁作为免疫刺激剂,对60 只断乳仔兔的免疫学指标进行了监测。外周血酸性α 醋酸萘酯酶阴性率及免疫器官重量测定,试验组与对照组比较( P< 005 , P<001) ;巨噬细胞吞噬功能测定,试验组与对照组比较( P< 005) ;血清溶血素及溶血空斑法测定体外抗体形成细胞,试验组与对照组比较( P< 005) 。上述结果表明,蚂蚁具有较强的提高仔兔免疫功能的作用。  相似文献

试验选用第二胎基础母猪30头,按产期和体重相近原则随机等量分为3组,每组10头。对照组母猪哺乳期喂基础饲料,试验1组用10%的烤烟青贮饲料代替精料,试验2组与试验1组营养水平基本相同,烤烟青贮饲料喂量为20%。试验结果表明:各组仔猪20日龄窝重、35日龄窝重及哺乳期仔猪成活率等均无显著差异(P>005);母猪泌乳失重各组差异不显著(P>005)。以试验1组饲料报酬较高,断奶窝重较大,表明在哺乳期母猪饲料中添加10%的烤烟青贮饲料是可行的。  相似文献

本研究统计分析了苏钟猪纯系及其杂交系母猪窝产活仔数与初生仔猪整齐度间的相关性,结果表明,随着母猪窝产活仔数的增加,仔猪初生重的平均数逐渐降低,标准差逐渐升高,整齐度不断降低。纯系苏钟猪窝产活仔数与标准差存在正相关,差异达到显著水平 (P<0.05);与平均数存在负相关,差异达到极显著水平(P<0.01);杂交系苏钟猪窝产活仔数与标准差存在正相关,差异达到极显著水平(P<0.01);与平均数存在负相关,差异也达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。同时,不同产仔区间母猪窝产活仔数对仔猪初生重的标准差和平均数也存在较显著的影响,母猪窝产活仔数与初生仔猪的整齐度间存在一个较优的经济区间。  相似文献

测定杜长大三元杂交体系和斯格配套系各杂交组合的繁殖性能,计算出繁殖性状的杂种优势率;选用5个与繁殖性状紧密连锁的微卫星标记对测定个体进行基因型检测,利用混合效应线性模型计算出繁殖性状各位点的基因效应。结果表明:斯格祖代猪与父母代猪产仔数、产活仔数、断奶仔数、断奶窝重的差异均达到极显著水平(P<0.01),父母代猪与祖代猪的初生窝重差异显著(P<0.05),斯格父母代猪的产仔数、产活仔数、断奶仔数和断奶窝重与长大母猪的差异均达到极显著水平(P<0.01),斯格父母代猪与长大母猪的初生窝重差异显著(P<0.05),初生重、断奶重杂优率低,其余各性状的杂种优势率处于较高水平。显性效应在初生窝重、断奶窝重的杂种优势中起着很重要作用,加性效应是初生重和断奶重杂种优势的主要遗传学基础,产仔数、产活仔数、断奶仔数的杂种优势的产生存在上位效应。  相似文献

以美系(A系)和德系(G系)獭兔为基础育种群体,进行正、反交及其子代杂交。其中选择美系(A系)和德系(G系)獭兔公兔各20只,母兔各200只左右;进行正、反杂交试验,并以其杂种后代美德獭兔(AG系)和德美獭兔(GA系)继续进行杂交试验;并以公兔组建家系,对所有杂交组合的繁殖性能和后代体重生长性能进行系统测定,优化杂交组合,选择优良家系。美系与德系獭兔正反杂交组合的繁殖性能均大于德系獭兔亲本(P<0.01),在亲本中,美系獭兔繁殖性能显著优于德系獭兔(P<0.01);在所有杂交组合中,以德美獭兔♂×美德獭兔♀组合的平均产仔数(8.18只)、初生窝重(436.41 g)、断乳活仔数(7.6只)为最高,杂交优势率亦最高。美系獭兔♂×德系獭兔♀杂交组合家系间的产仔数、断乳活仔数、断乳成活率等繁殖性状总体上差异不显著(P>0.05),部分家系间初生窝重有显著差异。德系獭兔♂×美系獭兔♀杂交组合家系间仅少数家系间初生窝重有显著差异(P<0.05);德美獭兔♂×美德獭兔♀家系间的产仔数、初生窝重、断乳活仔数、断乳成活率等繁殖性状均无显著差异(P>0.05)。以德美獭兔(GA)♂×美德獭兔(AG)♀为最佳杂交组合。  相似文献

The objective of this study was to evaluate correlated response in placental efficiency to selection for components of litter size. Fourteen generations of selection had resulted in a difference between lines of three fully formed piglets at birth. Gilts from a line selected for an index of components of litter size (S, n = 33) and a randomly selected control (C, n = 27) were observed at farrowing. At delivery, the umbilical cord of each piglet was double tagged with identically numbered mouse ear tags to allow the piglet's weight to be matched to the corresponding placental weight. Litter size, placental weight, birth weight, and placental vascularity were recorded. Litter size was higher (12.0 +/- 0.7 vs 7.9 +/- 0.7) in S than in C (P < 0.001). Line differences in placental vascularity were not significant with or without adjustment for litter size (P = 0.45 and 0.39, respectively). Correlated response to selection for components of litter size resulted in a reduced birth weight (S 82.6% of C, P < 0.001) and a reduced placental weight (S 90.9% of C, P = 0.11). After adjusting for litter size, line differences in neither placental weight nor birth weight were significant (P = 0.40 and 0.07, respectively), which indicates that the reduction in birth weight was, for the most part, due to the increase in litter size. The result of the difference in the magnitude of the change for both weights was that placental efficiency, measured as the ratio of birth weight:placental weight was 0.43 higher in C (P = 0.05). Adjustment for litter size increased the difference in placental efficiency to 0.52 (P = 0.02). Since a significant difference in litter size favoring the selected line was observed, we hypothesize that this physiological response was achieved through mechanisms other than improved placental efficiency.  相似文献

为研究妊娠后期营养水平对初产母猪体况、繁殖性能及血液生化指标的影响,本试验选用背膘厚及体重相近的初产杂交母猪36头,按体况和配种时间随机分为3组(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组),每组6个重复,每个重复2头母猪,饲喂营养水平依次为维持需要的1.5、2.0和2.5倍的日粮,母猪妊娠81 d时开始试验至母猪分娩结束,试验期33 d。结果显示,分娩时Ⅰ组母猪背膘厚显著低于Ⅲ组(P<0.05),断奶时各组背膘厚度差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅰ组母猪泌乳期背膘损失显著低于Ⅲ组(P<0.05);Ⅲ组母猪分娩后体重、分娩前体重均显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),各组母猪妊娠81 d体重及泌乳期失重等差异均不显著(P>0.05)。试验组间窝产仔数、窝产活仔数、断奶个体重及母猪断奶-发情间隔均无显著差异(P>0.05);Ⅲ组仔猪初生均重、断奶窝重、泌乳期窝增重均显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。随营养水平升高,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组雌激素水平显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05);各组催乳素和孕酮水平差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅰ组甘油三酯水平显著低于Ⅱ、Ⅲ组(P<0.05);各组尿素氮和葡萄糖含量随营养水平的升高逐渐增大,且差异显著(P<0.05);Ⅲ组胰岛素含量显著高于I组(P<0.05);各组总蛋白含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。结果提示,母猪妊娠后期饲喂营养水平为2.0倍维持需要的日粮时可使后备母猪分娩时体况达到标准水平,而饲喂营养水平为2.5倍维持需要的日粮可使母猪产仔性能得到提高。  相似文献

Blood estrone sulfate (E1S), estrone (E1), estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P4) in newborn piglets were measured to clarify the relationships among birth and placental weight, vitality of offspring and litter size. First, the association between vital status (normal, weak and stillborn) from 165 newborn piglets of 18 litters and steroid concentrations; second, steroid concentrations from 152 newborn normal piglets and litter size; and third, steroid content in fetal placenta from 50 newborn normal piglets of six litters and litter size, were investigated. In the normal group, the birth and placental weight were significantly higher than those in the other groups. Blood E1S levels in the stillborn group were significantly lower, whereas E1, E2 and P4 were significantly higher compared to the normal group. Blood and placental E1S levels in the small litter group were significantly higher than those in the other groups. However, there was no significant difference among the three litter size groups in the levels of steroid hormones in maternal blood. These results indicate that vitality of newborn piglets is related to E1S concentration of neonate, to birth weight and placental weight. However, steroid hormone concentrations of newborn piglets were greatly affected by the number of littermates.  相似文献

 试验以78头经产大白母猪为试验材料,采用深部输精技术,以探明深部输精对母猪繁殖性能的影响。试验分三个处理组:第Ⅰ组采用常规输精方法,输精次数3次;第Ⅱ组采用深部输精方法,输精次数3次;第Ⅲ组采用深部输精方法,输精次数为2次。试验结果:常规输精组(第Ⅰ组)和深部输精组(第Ⅱ组)比较,窝均产仔数、窝均产活仔数和窝平均产健仔数分别为11.39头、11.84头、10.52头,和12.40头、11.07头、10.43头,窝均产仔数深度输精高于常规输精,经分析二者达到显著水平(P<0.05),而窝均产活仔数和窝均产健仔数差异不显著(P>0.05);健仔率比较,常规输精组为91.54%,深部输精组为84.84%,二者差异达到显著水平(P<0.05);深度输精三次(第Ⅱ组)和深度输精两次(第Ⅲ组)相比母猪繁殖性状指标间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。试验结果表明:深部输精可以提高母猪的窝均产仔数,但不能提高窝均产活仔数和健仔数,同时深部输精降低健仔率。  相似文献

Genetic differences in performance of dams were estimated by linear contrasts using means of two selected lines of mice and reciprocal F1's, F2's and backcrosses. The lines were selected for increased 6-wk body weight (W) or increased litter size (L). Genetic differences estimated were direct average (gD), direct heterosis (hD), maternal average (gM), progeny average (gP), and progeny heterosis (hP). For dam weight and feed consumption from 12 to 21 d postpartum (pp), gD was the largest genetic difference and favored line W. For litter size, litter weight at birth, litter efficiency (litter weight gain/dam feed consumption) from birth to 12 d pp and within litter mortality from 1 to 21 d pp, gD favored L and, except for hD in litter efficiency, was the most important genetic difference for these traits. Direct heterosis was the only significant difference for litter weight at 21 d pp, litter efficiency from 12 to 21 d pp and within litter mortality at parturition. The gM were larger in W than in L for dam weight and feed consumption, and for litter size and weight at birth, but they were usually of smaller magnitude than gD. The gP were significant only in litter traits measured before 12 d pp and favored W. For no trait measured was hP of consequence. Line differences in dam and litter weight accounted for genetic differences in dam feed consumption. Genetic differences in litter size at birth were not due to line differences in dam weight. The lower mortality within litters nursed by crossbred dams was responsible for hD on litter weight and litter efficiency. Within but not among lines, higher mortality rates were associated with larger litters.  相似文献

为了研究胎次对杜洛克、长白和大白母猪繁殖性能的影响,根据江苏省某国家级生猪核心育种场2009-2011年出生的繁殖母猪资料,分别选取128头杜洛克、681头长白和610头大白母猪共7280窝生产数据,统计分析不同胎次母猪的总产仔数、产活仔数、断奶仔猪数、初生窝重及校正21日龄窝重。此外,依据胎次将母猪分为3个繁殖阶段(1~2胎、3~6胎及7~8胎)来探究品种差异对母猪繁殖性能的影响。结果表明:胎次对母猪繁殖性能有显著影响(P<0.05),母猪1~4胎的总产仔数、产活仔数、断奶仔猪数及初生窝重随胎次呈增加趋势,第4胎达到高峰,且显著高于其他胎次(P<0.05);3~6胎繁殖性能较好,7胎之后出现迅速下降趋势;除在第4胎略有下降外,其他胎次的校正21日龄窝重随胎次递增。品种对母猪繁殖性能的影响显著(P<0.05),长白和大白母猪的繁殖性能均极显著高于杜洛克母猪(P<0.01);长白母猪的产活仔数和校正21日龄窝重显著高于大白母猪(P<0.05),2个品种其他繁殖性能无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,杜洛克、长白和大白母猪的最佳繁殖胎次为3~6胎,长白猪的繁殖性能总体上优于大白猪,就本试验所在的育种场而言,长白猪可能更适合作为二元母猪生产中的母本。  相似文献

本研究旨在明确影响肉兔断奶后窝生长性状和料肉比的重要因素。利用一般线性模型分析了来自5个不同肉兔品种(新西兰白兔,加利福尼亚兔,比利时兔,青紫蓝兔和福建黄兔)的909只173窝肉兔断奶后窝生长和料肉比性状。结果表明,品种和断奶数对断奶窝重(5周龄窝重),窝增重,窝上市体重(10周龄窝重),个体平均上市体重,窝采食量和料肉比的影响极显著(P<0.01)。出生月份对窝采食量影响极显著(P<0.01),对断奶窝重和窝上市体重的影响显著(P<0.05)。比利时兔的断奶窝重、窝增重、窝上市体重、窝采食量和平均上市体重显著高于其他品种,而福建黄兔的上述5项指标显著低于其他品种(P<0.05)。断奶数与断奶窝重、窝采食量、窝增重、窝上市体重和料肉比的回归系数为正且显著。品种、断奶数和出生月份是影响肉兔断奶后窝性状和料肉比的重要因素。本研究的结果为将比利时兔作为杂交的终端父本提供重要依据。  相似文献
