目的:研究破壁灵芝孢子铁皮石斛粉对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:将小鼠随机分为低、中、高剂量组及阴性对照组,分别灌胃给予破壁灵芝孢子铁皮石斛粉0.17 g/(kg BW)、0.33 g/(kg BW)、1.00 g/(kg BW)。4周后进行小鼠迟发型变态反应试验、脾淋巴细胞转化试验、血清溶血素测定、脾淋巴细胞抗体生成试验、碳廓清试验、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞试验、NK(natural killer)细胞活性测定等。结果:破壁灵芝孢子铁皮石斛粉可增强小鼠迟发型变态反应,提高血清溶血素半数溶血值及碳廓清吞噬指数。结论:破壁灵芝孢子铁皮石斛粉可显著增强细胞免疫功能及单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能,具有良好的免疫调节作用。  相似文献

为了研究灵芝破壁孢子粉对小鼠运动恢复功能的影响,选择120只SPF级健康雄性小鼠作为研究对象划分成对照组、小剂量组和大剂量组,通过无负重游泳进行训练,在小剂量组中添加约0.1 g灵芝破壁孢子粉,在大剂量组中添加约0.4 g灵芝破壁孢子粉。研究灵芝破壁孢子粉对小鼠免疫器官脏器指数、迟发型变态反应、血清溶血素水平、NK细胞活性的影响、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞能力的影响。结果表明,服用灵芝破壁孢子粉后,小鼠免疫器官脏器指数和NK细胞活性无显著变化,可延缓迟发型变态反应,血清溶血素水平、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞能力以及碳廓清能力提高。发现灵芝破壁孢子粉在整体上有助于改善小鼠免疫力指标,而且有利于小鼠身体运动功能的恢复。  相似文献

本文主要介绍了灵芝(Ganoderma Lucidum)孢子粉经坡壁后对小鼠免疫功能影响的试验。二硝基氯苯诱导小鼠迟发怀超敏反应(DTH)和血清溶血素测定试验表明,破壁灵芝孢子粉333.3~100mg/Kg可增强DNFB,引起小鼠迟发性超敏反应和增强小鼠血清溶血素反应的作用,但相同剂量下碳廊清试验中,破壁灵芝孢子粉增强小鼠单核巨噬细胞的吞噬功能不显著。  相似文献

通过设3个浓度的原木灵芝破壁孢子粉药物组和阴性对照组,分别进行ConA诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化试验,绵羊红细胞诱导小鼠DTH试验,小鼠血清溶血素测定,抗体生成细胞检测,小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞试验,小鼠碳廓清试验,NK细胞活性测定试验和脏器指数测定。结果表明,与阴性对照组比较,低、中、高3个剂量原木灵芝破壁孢子粉均能提高小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增殖能力,差异均有显著性;高剂量组能提高小鼠左后足跖部24h与0h厚度差,差异有显著性;中剂量、高剂量组均能提高小鼠溶血空斑数,差异有显著性。说明原木灵芝破壁孢子粉具有较强的免疫调节作用。  相似文献

研究黄背木耳对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。通过小鼠迟发型变态反应、ConA诱导小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化试验、血清溶血素抗体生成试验、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞试验、小鼠碳粒廓清试验等方法,测定黄背木耳对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。黄背木耳能显著有效的增强正常Balb/c小鼠迟发型变态反应免疫、淋巴细胞转化能力和NK细胞活性。黄背木耳能够从细胞免疫功能方面达到增强正常小鼠免疫系统功能的作用。  相似文献

通过比较不同的破壁技术对灵芝孢子破壁率及有效成分溶出的影响,以期建立灵芝孢子的高效破壁工艺,并考察破壁灵芝孢子粉对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明,采用超微粉碎破壁法,破壁时间30 min,破壁率达到96.97%,总三萜和总多糖的溶出量分别为34.16 mg/g和33.88 mg/g,比对照分别提高了160.2%和390.0%。此外,与未破壁灵芝孢子粉比较,破壁灵芝孢子粉的免疫活性显著增强,显著减轻小鼠脾脏的损伤,延缓迟发型变态反应,增加单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能和血清溶血素的含量。  相似文献

为综合评价蛹虫草(Cordyceps militaris)子实体超细粉对小鼠的免疫增强和抗氧化作用,采用二硝基氟苯诱导小鼠迟发型变态反应(耳肿胀法)实验、小鼠碳廓清实验、血清溶血素(血凝法)实验分别检测细胞免疫功能、单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能和体液免疫功能,同时测定了小鼠体重、免疫器官重量、血清及肝脏中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶、肝脏中白介素-6、丙二醛等指标。结果表明:食用剂量为1.0g/kg BW的蛹虫草超细粉后小鼠耳片重量差值、血清抗体积数、肝脏匀浆(10%)中白介素-6含量显著升高,而小鼠体重、吞噬指数、胸腺/体重、脾脏/体重和肝脏/体重的比值均与对照无显著差异。小鼠肝脏匀浆中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶含量显著升高,丙二醛含量显著降低,血清中超氧化物歧化酶含量显著升高。  相似文献

目的:研究灵芝提取物及复合制剂改善睡眠和免疫调节的作用;方法:小鼠给予灵芝提取物及复合制剂30d后,通过直接睡眠试验、延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间、戊巴比妥钠阈下催眠剂量试验和缩短巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期试验评价改善睡眠作用;通过DNFB诱导的小鼠迟发性变态反应(DTH)和碳廓清试验观察免疫调节的作用;结果:与对照组相比,灵芝提取物及复合制剂能显著延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间、缩短巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)和增加入睡动物发生率;灵芝提取物能显著增强小鼠迟发性变态反应、碳廓清能力和免疫脏器指数(P〈0.05);复合制剂能显著增强小鼠迟发性变态反应(P〈0.05),对小鼠碳廓清能力和免疫脏器指数无显著影响。结论:灵芝提取物及复合制剂对小鼠睡眠和免疫功能有一定的改善作用。  相似文献

金耳Tremella aurantialba,又名金黄银耳,是一种著名的食药用真菌,采用深层发酵技术,制成金耳多糖营养饮液,既保留了菌液固有的色泽和香味,又能调节动物免疫功能。本文报道了该饮品依据保健食品功能学评价程序和检验方法,在细胞免疫和体液免疫中各选择一个项目,进行试验的结果。经口给予小鼠不同剂量的该饮液20天后,能明显提高小白鼠巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的能力,高、中、低剂量组均呈现明显的剂量效应关系。与蒸馏水组对照有显著性差异。二硝基氟苯诱导小鼠迟发性变态反应(DTH)和血清溶血素测定试验表明,对小鼠半数溶血值及迟发性变态反应有明显的剂量效应关系。饮品的有效成分分析显示多糖含量较高,因而能呈现较好的免疫促进作用。毒性试验任何毒副作用,是一种口感新颖、色泽明亮的保健饮品。  相似文献

AIM: To investigate the effect of Ganoderma lucidum spores powder on the expression of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) and apoptosis of nerve cells in rats with epilepsy established by pentetrazole. METHODS: The sub-eclampsia dosage of pentetrazole (PTZ) was used to make epilepsy model. Ganoderma lucidum spores powder group was given from stomach. The enduring time and latent period were recorded. The immune reactivity of IGF-1, NF-κB/P65 and apoptosis of nerve cells were measured with immunohistochemical staining and TUNEL method. RESULTS: In high power sight (×400), there were much more apoptosis cells in hippocampus and brain cortex of model group (18.80±2.13, 16.87±2.00) than those in control group (0.97±0.52, 0.58±0.25). The expressions of IGF-1, NF-κB in model group were higher than those in control group. Compared with model group, the latent period of Ganoderma lucidum spores powder group at the 17th, 21th, 25th days were longer (P<0.05, P<0.05, P<0.01, respectively).There were less apoptosis cells in hippocampus and brain cortex of Ganoderma lucidum spores powder group (12.30±2.46, 10.48±1.33) than those in model group. The expression of NF-κB/P65 in Ganoderma lucidum spores powder group was lower than that in model group, but the immune reactivity of IGF-1 increased more distinctly in Ganoderma lucidum spores powder group than that in model group. CONCLUSION: IGF-1, NF-κB and apoptosis of nerve cells may have play a role in occurrence and development of PTZ-induced epilepsy. Ganoderma lucidum spores powder can suppress expression of NF-κB strongly, and facilitate the immune reactivity of IGF-1, which may be one of the mechanisms by which Ganoderma lucidum spores powder restrains the apoptosis of nerve cells caused by epilepsy to prevent the damages of nerve cells.  相似文献

AIM: To investigate the effects of Ganoderma lucidum spores on superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),total antioxidative capacity(T-AOC), cytochrome C, heat-shock protein 70 (HSP70), mitochondrial Ca2+ and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) in the brain tissues of epilepsy rats.METHODS: The rat chronic epilepsy model was by intraperitoneal injection of pentetrazole(PTZ) at a subconvulsant dose (32 mg/kg).Flame atomic absorption method was used to detect the content of mitochondrial Ca2+,and spectrophotometer colorimetry was used to measure SOD activity,MDA content,T-AOC and cytochrome C levels in rat brain tissues. HSP70 and BDNF were determined by immunohistochemical method.RESULTS: The contents of mitochondrial Ca2+ and cytochrome C were higher, and the content of intracytoplasmic cytochrome C in the rat brain tissues was obviously lower in Ganoderma lucidum spores group than that in epileptic model group. Compared to epileptic model group, the activity of SOD and T-AOC in cytoplasm of the rat brain tissues decreased while MDA increased, and the numbers of BDNF-positive cells in cerebral cortex and hippocampus were significantly increased in Ganoderma lucidum spores group. The positive neuron population of HSP70 in hippocampus, basal nucleus and cortex was significantly higher in Ganoderma lucidum spores group than that in epilepsy model group.CONCLUSION: Ganoderma lucidum spores attenuate the impairment of neuronal mitochondria induced by seizure, and accelerate the expression of BDNF, resulting in restoring the energy metabolism in mitochondrion, thus alleviating the impairment and apoptosis of the brain tissues.  相似文献

AIM: To investigate the effects of uric acid sodium salt (UANa) as adjuvant on humoral and cellular immune response in BALB/c mice. METHODS: BALB/c mice were immunized with trichosanthin (TCS) as antigen together with UANa suspension as adjuvant. The antibody titers of IgG were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Dendritic cells (DC) were induced in vitro, the phenotypes of DC were analyzed by flow cytometry and the effect of UANa on DC maturity was evaluated. A delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) model was used to analyze the effect of UANa on cellular immune responses in vivo. The in vitro proliferation of lymphocytes was determined by ConA stimulation. RESULTS: Freunds adjuvant greatly enhanced the antibody response of mice to TCS, while UANa adjuvant failed to promote the antibody response but significantly reduced the antibody response as compared to TCS only. No effect of UANa on the expression of CD11c and CD83 in DC was observed by flow cytometry analysis. However, UANa significantly enhanced the expression of MHC II molecule. In the DTH model, UANa enhanced the degree of allergen-induced ear swelling and promoted the ability of lymphocyte proliferation in vitro. CONCLUSION: UANa suspension as adjuvant significantly enhances the cellular immune response but inhibits the humoral immune response to a certain degree, suggesting that UANa has potential application in the vaccine research.  相似文献

对机械法破壁前后灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)孢子粉中粗脂肪、粗多糖、三萜、微量元素铬以及氧化程度(酸值、过氧化值和羰基值)的变化进行了比较.结果表明,破壁处理有利于灵芝孢子粉中三萜、粗多糖、粗脂肪等成分的溶出,增加了人体对上述物质吸收和利用的可能性,但破壁后微量元素铬的含量及代表油脂酸败程度的过氧化值和羰基值亦明显升高.  相似文献

从灵芝子实体用热水提取分离的灵芝多糖(GLP)对Lewis肺癌和结肠癌具有相当高的抑制生长活性,并能增强正常小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬作用和荷瘤小鼠NK细胞活性,从而提高机体免疫功能.灵芝多糖口服给药剂量每天每公斤C57BL/6小鼠2000mg.足趾接种和腑皮下接种对Lewis肺癌的抑制率分别为53.54%~59.13 %和36.43%~42.76%;对结肠癌的抑制率分别为42.47%~49.14%和29.43%~32.09%.  相似文献
