设计了一款将农产品微环境监测领域所用到的温度、湿度、氧气及二氧化碳气体浓度传感器集成到一起的多功能一体化传感器系统,并且可以通过Si4463无线模块将测得的数据发送给远端服务器,为后续的环境参数预警、保鲜期预测等提供原始的数据信息,利用液晶显示屏实时显示测量结果。该多功能一体化传感器系统解决了传统传感器测量类型单一,且测量数据不能远程传输的问题。经实际测试,该系统运行稳定,为农产品的仓储、物流等环节环境参数的监测提供了极大的便利。  相似文献

The basic principle and the composition of optic fiber F- Pstrain measurement system are introduced, and it is practically utilized in the strain measurement of Dafoshi Yangtze River Bridge. The results show that, the acquired data from F- Pstrain measurement system can effectively describe the strain variation upon the temperature change, the measurement system is working sound and effectively.  相似文献

Engine test-bed experiments are the main means of engine performance test, whose necessary developing trend is to apply measurement and monitoring system based on the computer. This paper introduces alteration for engine test-bed experiment system. By adopting data acquisition system, using web and ftp technique, computer-controlling and remote monitoring in real-time are realized. And the details of singlechip are mainly discussed based on data acquisition system, testing-software, web and ftp technique. The improved system realizes automation of engine test-bed experiment and data processing. It can save time and manpower, increase the productivity and improve the working condition. Especially the interface of system software developed by Delphi under Windows is simple, clear and easily dealt. Industrial Personal Computer(IPC) system generally works in long duration,and so a stable software is essential for an IPC system.Linux has a good deal advantages,such as,stability in use,open source code and free of charge, therefore an IPC measurement and control system has developed based on Linux. Multi-task scheduling is the critical part in system software.A simple method to realize multi-task scheduling in IPC measurement and control system based on Linux alarm clock mechanism is presented. Linux alarm clock mechanism is implemented by the cooperation of software timers and system call that is used to install and handle alarm clock.First, Linux process timers,soft interrupt signals, relevant system call are introduced,as well as applications of Linux alarm clock mechanism in multi-task scheduling. And then an example of the application in the IPC measurement and control system is given. The system has passed longtime run test,accomplished expected functions and shown well stability, so that practicability of the scheduling method has been authenticated.  相似文献

在农业小气候观测中,不仅有观测位置的要求,还有观测层次的要求。目前的农业小气候观测系统大部分采用集中控制系统,现场线缆安装工程量大、成本高、维护检修困难;在根据现场观测需求增加新的监测气象要素时往往需要修改软硬件设计;而且过多的线缆、过大的体积影响农事活动。本文设计了一种分布式农业小气候智能观测系统,体积小,安装维护方便;组网方式灵活,可任意扩展观测位置或层次。文章从该系统的设计背景、设计方法、设计方案与原理等方面进行了叙述。  相似文献

It is still a major problem for research on online monitor dielectric dissipation factor of high voltage equipment insulation. In the field, new methods are paid attention by researchers especially. At present, there are no methods achieving the satisfactory measurement results. Based on the voltage and current at their respective zero crossed points, this paper proposes the integral measurement method which can be used to measure the dielectric dissipation factor of high voltage capacitive apparatus. The formula for dielectric dissipation factor angle computation is deduced by theoretical analysis and the computation results are achieved by digital simulation. Meanwhile, this paper explains the effect to measurements by system frequency, content of harmonic and zero-drift and draws the relevant error curves. It also proposes the measures to reduce the integral measurement method presented in this paper,which can convert measurement of small signal into that of big signal and accurately measure dielectric loss of capacitive apparatus. It also possesses great anti jamming ability under strong electromagnetic interference environment. The online measurement system can detect the dielectric dissipation factor of high voltage equipment by the integral measurement method.  相似文献

In the deep sea, direct measurement of pipeline cathodic protection status is very difficult. We explored a non contact method by measuring the potential distribution of the environment field around the undersea pipelines to detect the rotted points on the coating surface. It included two aspects: developing a new type of the solid state Ag / AgCl reference electrode for the deep sea; useing the virtual instruments to design the environment field measurement system. The non contact measurement system was applied in the ocean of Qingdao city, P.R.China as experiments. The experimental results show that the non contact measurement system within four meter distance to the undersea pipelines, can accurately detect rotted points.  相似文献

Because of systemic error in measurement and trajectory track, precision of trajectory parameter is not high and it results in false alarms in the traditional systems. The intelligent decision-making system of rocket safe controlling is built by using object-oriented method. First, the authors analyze and design rocket safety controlling architecture. Then, we study about knowledge expressing and knowledge database by object-oriented technique for the rocket safety controlling. At last, inference procession of the system is discussed. 以重庆市铜梁县新城核心区小学建设项目3#楼(体育馆)工程为背景,对其大跨度预应力次梁楼盖竖向振动模态进行模拟分析,并与实测结果相比较,评价其控制竖向振动舒适度的效果。根据建模思路精确建立的该大跨楼盖有限元模型,其模态分析结果与模态实测结果接近,相对误差约为5%;模拟分析及工程实测结果表明,该大跨楼盖前三阶振型均以竖向振动为主,结构自振基频满足我国现行相关规范的要求,竖向振动舒适度符合标准;与无底板的大跨次梁楼盖相比,增加底板后,其增幅最小的一阶频率增长了19.9%,表明增加底板可有效地控制大跨度预应力次梁楼盖的竖向振动。  相似文献

A method of solving the problem of shoe leather lumen measurement in shoe CAD/CAM by industrial CT technology is introduced,X ray industrial CT technology is studied. The paper gives a rational scheme of system dispose. This scheme can be not only meet the need of shoe leather lumen measurement, but also achieve ordinary measurement. An uncomplicated and practicable movement control system are proposed also. This scheme achieves high precision of movement position without expensive direct current servo-control. A new simple method measurement is developed and accurate control of position in movement of detector data insert is achieved. There are some weaknesses for traditional microscope measurement, including small scope field, complex operation and subjective errors. To avoid these issues, a measurement system combining video and microscope is made. With the magnification of microscope and video, the accuracy of grating micrometer and the real-time notification of chamfer location, this system achieves high precise measurement. By displaying with two monitors, the computer can collect and display other measurement data while the chamfer is measured, which makes full use of the display resolution and enhances the efficiency of instruments. 为实现对无土栽培营养液中影响作物生长的各重要因子的精准测量与控制,笔者研制了一种基于阿里云的温室无土栽培营养液信息监测系统。该系统主要包括采集模块、控制模块、云平台和应用终端4个部分。首先利用传感器实时测量营养液的电导率、酸碱度、液温、液位和含氧量等影响因子信息,然后进行数据整合处理,并通过无线通信模块传送至控制模块及阿里云平台进行数据保存,最后通过Web端实时监控营养液各信息变化。研究结果表明,该系统能够实时准确监测营养液的信息,合理反馈供给作物所需营养液信息,达到功能设计要求,而且系统成本低,具有一定的实用价值。  相似文献

Deformation measurement and analysis play an important role in geotechnical model tests. Using the concept of quadrilateral isoperimetric element, the strain filed was achieved from the calculation method based on displacement modes, and the verification results show that this measurement technique has a reliable precision. The soil deformation in model test of square shallow foundation was measured by using this technique, and the results show that the measurement system based on digital image correlation method can realize the whole process quantitative measurement of soil displacement field and shear strain filed. This deformation measurement technique provides a tool for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of soil micromechanics characteristics.  相似文献

The kinematical principle and mechanical characteristic of the cell membrane stress modulator are analyzed, which is a key equipment of the external cell bringing up experimental system. A designing project of the experimental system is put forward based on position measurement and controlling modulating region. It validates that the design can improve the mechanical characteristic of the device.
