The pre-planting seed tuber treatments of chlorine dioxide (ClO2), thiophanate-methyl (TPM), and a combination treatment of ClO2, followed by TPM, were evaluated for control of stem canker and black scurf (Rhizoctonia solani), and storage rots; black scurf, common scab (Streptomyces scabies), dry rot (Fusarium spp.) and silver scurf (Helminthosporium solani) on potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) cv. Kennebec. Field experiments were conducted in two consecutive years, 1999 and 2000, at the Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada Research Farm in Harrington, Prince Edward Island (PEI), Canada. The combination treatment of ClO2 (200 μg g−1) and TPM (50 g active ingredient100 kg−1 of tubers) significantly (P=0.05) reduced stem canker and black scurf on progeny tubers at harvest and after storage. The low incidence of scab and dry rot in untreated controls hindered the evaluation of the efficacy of the combination treatment and also showed that conditions were not favourable for disease development during this period at Harrington. The combination treatment was not effective on silver scurf in storage. A comparison among control, ClO2, TPM, and the combination treatment indicates that pre-planting ClO2 treatment may have killed the majority of the black scurf sclerotia on the tuber surface and that the combination of TPM fungicide treatment following ClO2 treatment gave protection to progeny tuber by suppressing the growth of the R. solani. A higher marketable yield was observed in the combination treatment as compared with the untreated control. Phytotoxicity was not observed in tubers treated with the combination treatment.  相似文献

Comparative evaluation of sunflower aqueous extracts and commercially available synthetic herbicides was carried out in field trials. Crude aqueous extract was tested in 80 and 100% concentrations in plots where wheat was grown with Rumex dentatus in a 1:1 mix. In comparison with the synthetic herbicides (Buctril-Super® and Chwastox®) the aqueous extract failed to kill 100% of selected weeds, but the highest tested extract concentration completely overcame weed crop competition by reducing the weed biomass and increasing wheat yield significantly. The trial confirmed the herbicidal potential of sunflower allelochemicals against broad leaf weeds.  相似文献

采用气相色谱-质谱联用建立了一种检测绿茶中草甘膦及其代谢物氨甲基膦酸残留量的测定方法。绿茶样品用水提取,经二氯甲烷液液分配和阳离子交换/反相吸附复合固相萃取柱净化,与三氟乙酸酐和七氟丁醇进行衍生化反应后,由气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行检测。该方法草甘膦定量限为0.05 mg·kg-1,在2~100 ng·mL-1浓度范围内呈现良好线性(R2=0.999 3),氨甲基膦酸的定量限为0.02 mg·kg-1,在1~100 ng·mL-1浓度范围内呈现良好线性(R2=0.999 2)。绿茶样品草甘膦添加浓度为0.25 mg·kg-1和0.50 mg·kg-1时,其平均回收率分别为90.8%和93.2%,相对标准偏差分别为4.93%和6.74%,氨甲基膦酸添加浓度为0.10 mg·kg-1和0.20 mg·kg-1时,其平均回收率分别为85.8%和95.4%,相对标准偏差分别为10.5%和5.16%。该方法净化效果好,杂质干扰小,回收率高,可满足绿茶中草甘膦及其代谢物氨甲基膦酸的残留检测要求。  相似文献

Field experiments were conducted during two cropping seasons at two sites in Botswana to determine the efficacy of combining glyphosate and tillage in controlling C. dactylon. Treatments consisted of no-tillage, single and double ploughing during winter and spring plus the application of glyphosate at 0, 1.08, and 2.16 kg ha−1 3–4 weeks after the last ploughing. Visual assessment indicated higher levels of grass control from combining glyphosate and tillage than when these elements were applied separately. However, biomass data indicated that either double ploughing or glyphosate application controlled C. dactylon. A single ploughing followed by glyphosate at 2.16 kg ha−1 after a regrowth of C. dactylon may provide an effective and affordable control method to small-scale farmers.  相似文献

对比评价了草甘膦、草铵膦、复配剂型草甘膦-乙草胺及草甘膦-助剂对茶园主要恶性杂草的防治效果,并对试验小区土壤中各除草剂的残留水平进行了评估。试验结果表明,与草甘膦相比,草铵膦起效快,在施药第7天杂草覆盖度降低到9.15%,施药14βd后对野老鹳、续断菊、小飞蓬等杂草的防治效果在95%以上,草胺磷在茶园土壤中降解较快,30βd的消解率达到94%,残留水平较低(第58天残留量为0.01βmg·kg-1),可能是替代草甘膦除草剂的较优选择;乙草胺作为封闭型除草剂,能够抑制禾本科杂草出苗,且在土壤中消散较快(21βd后的消解率为97%),可用于防治禾本科等杂草。  相似文献

为了研究草甘膦在茶树中的转运和代谢,通过向幼龄茶树和成年茶树定量喷施不同剂量的草甘膦(幼龄:0.9 g·m-2;成年:1.5、4.5 g·m-2和15 g·m-2),并在喷施后的1、4、7、15 d和40 d取样,测定茶树各部位草甘膦及其主要代谢物氨甲基膦酸的含量,以探究草甘膦及其主要代谢物在茶树中的分布规律。结果表明,茶树根部喷施草甘膦后,茶树中的草甘膦含量由高至低依次为根、叶和茎;而氨甲基膦酸主要积累于茶树根部,幼龄茶树茎和叶中也可检测到氨甲基膦酸(0~0.33 mg·kg-1),成年茶树茎和叶未检测到氨甲基膦酸。施药40 d后,幼龄茶树在0.9 g·m-2施药剂量下,根、茎和叶中未检测到草甘膦和氨甲基膦酸;成年茶树在1.5~15 g·m-2施药剂量下,根中仍检测到草甘膦和氨甲基膦酸残留,分别为2.26~26.73 mg·kg-1和0.21~2.59 mg·kg-1,茎和叶中草甘膦残留量较低,为0~0.29 mg·kg-1。通过田间模拟试验,初步探明了草甘膦被茶树内吸后在不同部位的转运、代谢和富集规律,可为茶园草甘膦的科学管控及风险评价提供参考。  相似文献

为明确甲磺草胺在蔗田的应用前景,采用温室盆栽法土壤处理对其杀草谱、除草活性及其对甘蔗的安全性进行了测定。结果表明:甲磺草胺对蔗田常见的禾本科、莎草科杂草和阔叶杂草有较好活性,当处理剂量为有效成分70 g/hm2时,对光头稗(Echinochloacolonum)、牛筋草(Eleusineindica)、马唐(Digitariasanguinalis)、香附子(Cyperusrotundus)、绿苋(Amaranthusviridis)和龙葵(Solanumnigrum)的鲜重抑制率均高于90%,对筒轴茅(Rottboellia cochinchinensis)、铜锤草(Oxalis corymbosa)和鹅绒藤(Cynanchum chinense)的鲜重抑制率高于80%;甲磺草胺对光头稗、牛筋草、马唐和香附子等4种主要蔗田杂草的除草活性均显著高于敌草隆;甲磺草胺在甘蔗品种‘新台糖22号’与光头稗、牛筋草、马唐和香附子之间的选择性系数依次为2.04、2.67、2.95和2.25,均明显高于对照药剂敌草隆的1.74、1.68、1.80和1.24;在甘蔗品种‘桂糖46号’与杂草间的选择性系数与‘新台糖22号’相近。研究结果表明甲磺草胺对蔗田多种主要杂草防效较好,且对广西种植面积最大的两种甘蔗品种安全,因此可以作为蔗田苗前除草剂的备选药剂。  相似文献

In August 1992, we treated cattail-dominated wetlands in four 23-km2 blocks with aerially-applied glyphosate herbicide (5.3 1 ha−1). Four other blocks of wetlands were left untreated (reference). We assessed the effects of cattail (Typha spp.) reduction on roosting blackbird (Icterinae) numbers and sunflower damage within the blocks. Blackbird numbers did not differ between posttreatment years (P = 0.453) or between treated and reference wetlands (P = 0.469), averaging 6227 ± 4185 (SE) birds per block. Sunflower damage within blocks was similar between posttreatment years (P = 0.250) and did not vary (P = 0.460) between treatments ( ). However, positive linear relationships were detected between blackbird numbers (y) and hectares of live cattails (x) [(y = 442.2 x)] (P = 0.006) and between blackbird numbers (x) and kilograms of sunflower lost per hectare per year (y) [(y = 0.003 x)] (P = 0.0001). Cattail reduction appears to discourage roosting blackbirds and, thus, may reduce sunflower damage in adjacent fields.  相似文献

为自主研发抗除草剂的甘蓝型油菜,从细菌(Isotericola variabilis)中克隆I.variabilis-EPSPS*基因,使油菜产生草甘膦抗性。通过农杆菌介导法将I.variabilis-EPSPS*转入甘蓝型油菜自交系育127,获得转I.variabilis-EPSPS*基因单株E1。草甘膦耐受性结果表明,转I.variabilis-EPSPS*基因T1代在不同浓度草甘膦的培养基中能够正常生长,而非转基因对照生长严重受阻。I.variabilis-EPSPS*成功整合于油菜基因组并可稳定遗传,草甘膦处理后表达量增加,而且在草甘膦浓度改变时仍保持稳定表达。在温室用41%草甘膦异丙胺盐商品制剂(农达)600倍稀释液(1/3田间生产推荐中剂量)处理转I.variabilis-EPSPS*基因E1的T1植株,体内莽草酸累计量远低于非转基因对照。通过对角果长、每角果粒数和千粒重等农艺性状考察发现,转基因植株和对照相比无显著性差异。田间喷施农达400倍液(1/2田间生产推荐中剂量),发现转基因E1T1植株正常生长而对照全部死亡。鉴于I.variabilis-EPSPS*基因在转基因油菜中能够稳定遗传并赋予了油菜草甘膦除草剂抗性,认为该抗草甘膦转基因油菜是一份新种质。  相似文献

为揭示江苏“水稻-小龙虾”综合种养稻田杂草群落结构和农户杂草防控措施现状,对灌南、盐都、盱眙、高邮、广陵、溧阳、常熟等7个地方12个稻虾综合种养基地开展田间调查和农户访谈。结果表明,在120块稻虾田内共记录到25种杂草;稻虾轮作田禾本科杂草和千金子的优势度显著高于稻虾共生田。稻虾轮作稻田杂草以稗属杂草、杂草稻、千金子、李氏禾、异型莎草、水苋菜属杂草、鸭舌草为主;稻虾共生稻田杂草以杂草稻、稗属杂草、千金子、异型莎草为主。除有机栽培模式外,稻虾轮作稻田控草方式为“土壤处理+茎叶处理+人工拔除”,稻田杂草防控总用药和人工成本平均1 863.75元/hm2。稻虾共生稻田控草技术主要为“水层控草+龙虾控草+人工拔除”,部分稻田使用丙草胺、苄嘧磺隆等土壤处理除草剂,稻田杂草防控总成本平均907.50元/hm2。  相似文献

Field experiments and bioassay tests were carried out to evaluate the relative response of the crops, tossa jute (Corchorus olitorius L.) and okra [Abelmoschus esculentus (L.) Moench], and their associated weeds to pre-emergence application of pendimethalin at 0.33, 0.66, 0.99, 1.32 kg ai ha−1 and a pendimethalin+atrazine tank mixture at 1.32+2.05 kg ai ha−1. Bioassay tests were carried out using herbicide solutions of corresponding concentrations and herbicide-treated soil. Field application of pendimethalin at 0.66 kg ai ha−1 and the herbicide mixture in both crops effectively controlled most seedling weeds including Rottboellia cochinchinensis. Euphorbia heterophylla and Calopogonium mucunoides, which persisted from 2 weeks after treatment (WAT) were not controlled. Herbicide application during crop establishment markedly inhibited the growth of both seedling weeds and crops. The mixture caused the highest weed and crop injury. Pendimethalin at 0.33 kg ai ha−1 had minimal effect on these crops. Weed growth, weed tolerance of herbicide treatment and crop seedling injury were higher in tossa jute than that in okra, under the conditions of this study. The use of low pendimethalin doses in an integrated weed management system will ensure effective control of seedling weeds, and prevent crop injury and residue accumulation in edible plant produce.  相似文献

A field study was conducted in 2001 and 2002 at Blackville, SC, to compare the effectiveness of soil-applied herbicide programmes followed by glyphosate with sequential glyphosate applications in 19- and 97-cm row soybean. Treatments included pre-emergence applications of flumetsulam, chlorimuron plus sulfentrazone, metribuzin, or flumioxazin all applied with S-metolachlor with a subsequent application of glyphosate applied 5 wk after soybean planting (WAP). Additional treatments included sequential applications of glyphosate at 3 and 5 WAP and a non-treated control. Weed control was comparable in wide and narrow rows, and soil-applied herbicides were similar to sequential glyphosate applications in either row width. Amaranthus palmeri S. Wats., Digitaria sanguinalis (L.) Scop., and Cyperus rotundus L. control with all herbicides was 98–100%. All herbicide programmes provided at least 92% Ipomoea hederacea var. integriuscula Gray and I. lacunosa L. control. S-metolachlor plus flumetsulam followed by glyphosate provided 99% Senna obtusifolia (L.) Irwin and Barneby control, which was superior to the 88% and 90% obtained with chlorimuron plus sulfentrazone and metribuzin programmes, respectively. Flumioxazin and sulfentrazone caused up to 12% soybean injury. In 2001, soybean yields and gross profit margins were similar for soil-applied programmes followed by glyphosate and sequential glyphosate applications in wide and narrow rows. Conversely, soybean yields and profit margins in 2002 averaged across soil-applied programs were 380 kg/ha and $50/ha superior to sequential glyphosate applications in wide rows, but were similar in narrow rows. This research indicates a highly efficacious soil-applied herbicide program followed by glyphosate provides similar weed control to sequential glyphosate applications in wide- and narrow-row soybean; however, a soil-applied herbicide programme followed by glyphosate may improve yields and returns of wide-row soybean over sequential glyphosate applications alone.  相似文献

A field study was conducted in 2001 and 2002 at Blackville, SC, to evaluate broadleaved weed control and economics of conventional and glyphosate-containing herbicide programmes in glyphosate-resistant soybean planted in 97-cm-wide rows. Treatments included chlorimuron plus sulfentrazone or chlorimuron plus metribuzin applied pre-emergence followed by post-emergence applications of lactofen or glyphosate 4 wk after soybean emergence (WAE). Other treatments were glyphosate applied 4 WAE, sequential applications of low dose glyphosate applied 2 and 4 WAE, and a non-treated control. Pre-emergence herbicides followed by glyphosate, controlled Ipomoea lacunosa L. 8 WAE. I. hederacea var. integriuscula Gray control with pre-emergence herbicides followed by glyphosate was 100% with similar control from chlorimuron plus sulfentrazone followed by lactofen, whereas control following the single glyphosate application was 84%. Amaranthus palmeri S. Wats. control 9 WAE was 100% following single or sequential glyphosate applications, while control ranged from 76% to 96% with pre-emergence herbicides followed by lactofen. However, early season weed interference when a single application of glyphosate was delayed until 4 WAE reduced soybean yields an average of 389 kg/ha compared to pre-emergence herbicides followed by glyphosate. Based on mean contrasts, pre-emergence herbicides followed by glyphosate had greater gross profit margins than a single glyphosate application alone, but were similar to sequential glyphosate applications. Gross profit margins from pre-emergence herbicides followed by lactofen were not different from glyphosate alone.  相似文献

【目的】使用草甘膦抗性基因替代潮霉素抗性基因,构建核不育繁殖系的转化载体,赋予繁殖系对除草剂草甘膦的抗性,规避现行政策对转基因作物中使用抗生素标记基因的限制。【方法】利用同源重组的方法,构建含草甘膦抗性基因Epsps#、花粉致死基因ZmAA1、核不育恢复基因OsEat1和红色荧光基因DsRed2的水稻eat1核不育基因繁殖系载体pC3300-Epsps-AA-Eat-Red;采用农杆菌介导法转化水稻。【结果】通过转化籼稻品系9K19-5获得普通核不育繁殖系Eat9K的转化植株318个。表型鉴定表明,单拷贝转化体Eat9K-3的花粉有可育和不育2种类型,种子有具有和不具有荧光信号2种类型,具有荧光信号的种子在发芽期能耐受浓度至少为1 g/L的草甘膦。建立的四引物检测法能够区分野生型Eat1基因和核不育eat1基因。【结论】证明载体pC3300-Epsps-AA-Eat-Red有效,创制了具有除草剂抗性的普通核不育繁殖系新种质,建立了区分野生型Eat1基因和核不育eat1基因的四引物检测法。  相似文献

为探究枯草芽孢杆菌与化学杀菌剂协同防治橡胶树根病的可行性,为橡胶树根病的可持续防治提供依据。采用抑菌圈法和平板菌落计数法分别测定7种杀菌剂和枯草芽孢杆菌Czk1菌株对橡胶树红根病菌、褐根病菌的毒力以及杀菌剂与Czk1菌的生物相容性,并用Horsfall法确定复配方案。结果表明:"根康"对橡胶树红根病菌和褐根病菌的EC50分别为0.6253、0.0522 μg/mL,EC50均最低且与Czk1菌有很好的生物相容性。"根康"(EC50=0.6253 μg/mL)与Czk1(EC50=6.46×10 7 CFU/mL)混配,体积比V(Czk1)∶V("根康")=7∶3时,对红根病菌的增效比率值IR值为1.60;"根康"(EC50=0.0522 μg/mL)与生防菌Czk1(EC50=2.33×10 8 CFU/mL)混配,体积比V(Czk1)∶V("根康")=7∶3时,对褐根病菌IR值为1.51。研究表明,"根康"可与Czk1联用协同防治橡胶树根病,菌药复配剂的防效明显优于单剂"根康"和单剂生防菌Czk1的防效,且混配剂中"根康"使用量只有单剂的1/3,大幅降低了化学药剂的使用量。  相似文献

Field studies were conducted at two sesame-growing regions of Texas in 2004 and 2005 to determine weed control and sesame response to four dinitroaniline herbicides and their method of incorporation. Ethalfluralin, pendimethalin (formulated as Prowl EC), and trifluralin were applied at the X, 1X, and 2X of the suggested label dose for Gossypium hirsutum L. Pendimethalin (formulated as Prowl H2O) was applied at the X, 1X, and 1X rate. Two methods of incorporation included rolling cultivator mixing wheels and spring tooth harrow. With rolling cultivator mixing wheels, all herbicides controlled Amaranthus tuberculatus (Moq.) J.D. Sauer at least 74% regardless of dose. The X dose of ethalfluralin and pendimethalin (formulated as Prowl EC), or the X and 1X dose of pendimethalin (formulated as Prowl H2O) controlled Brachiaria platyphylla (Griseb.) Nash no better than 73% while all other doses of the herbicides controlled B. platyphylla at least 80%. The use of mixing wheels to incorporate the herbicides resulted in better sesame stands and less stunting than the use of the spring tooth harrow; however, sesame stands were reduced as herbicide rate increased when using mixing wheels. Ethalfluralin at the 1X dose, pendimethalin (formulated as Prowl H2O) at the X dose, and trifluralin at the X dose produced the highest sesame yield while ethalfluralin at the 2X dose produced the lowest yield.  相似文献

A mixture of 1,3-dicloropropene 60.5% w/w and chloropicrin 33.3% w/w (Telone C35 EC) may be registered in Italy for soil drip fumigation. Five experiments on greenhouse tomatoes in Northern, Central and Southern Italy compared the effectiveness of this mixture in comparison with methyl bromide to find the optimum application rate in soils infested by Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. lycopersici, F. oxysporum f.sp. radicis lycopersici, Sclerotium rolfsii, Meloidogyne javanica and M. incognita. Its efficacy against F. oxysporum f.sp. radicis lycopersici and M. incognita was confirmed when applied to soils at 100, 200, 300 and 400 l ha−1 (132.4, 268.4, 402.6 and 536.8 kg ha−1) under gas-tight films with 15–45 mm of application water (900–1200 mg Telone C35 EC l−1). In sandy soils, with slight F. radicis lycopersici infections and with heavy nematode (M. incognita) attacks, the mixture, drip applied at 900 mg l−1 during late summer (fumigation: late summer; transplant: late-summer/autumn; last harvest: early spring), performed well up to 132.4 kg ha−1 (100 l ha−1). In sandy loam soils with slight F. radicis lycopersici infections and severe infections of F. lycopersici and galling nematodes (M. javanica), 268.4 kg ha−1 (200 l ha−1) of the mixture applied at 900 mg l−1 as a drip provided yields similar to those of methyl bromide treated plots both in spring and summer cycles. In sandy loam soils, the diseases (F. lycopersici, F. radicis lycopersici) were controlled at rates 268.4 kg ha−1 (containing 90 kg ha−1 of chloropicrin), but the mixture was ineffective against Sclerotium rolfsii occasionally observed in sandy loam soils. In both sandy and sandy loam soils, no significant relationships were found between the rates of mixture applied (132.4, 268.4, 402.6 and 536.8 kg ha−1) and the degree of nematode infestation.  相似文献

以含有水稻白叶枯病抗性基因Xa21Xa23的材料为供体,以课题组选育不含Xa21Xa23基因的材料为受体,通过杂交、复交等方法,并采用分子标记辅助选择(molecular marker-assisted selection,MAS)世代选择,将含有Xa21Xa23基因的材料、含与不含Xa21Xa23基因的姊妹系接种7种广泛使用的白叶枯病菌种生理小种,分析了这些材料白叶枯病的抗性。研究表明含有抗性基因Xa21的水稻材料抗性累计(HR、R、MR)所占比例依次为菌株HNA1-4、PXO86(84.62%)>YN24(82.14%)>GD1358(73.08)>PXO99(67.86%)>GDA2(63.33%)>FuJ(6.67%),表明含Xa21基因材料对菌株FuJ所诱发的白叶枯病基本无抗病能力,但对于其他菌株,仍有36.67%~15.38%的材料易感病;含Xa23基因的材料在所有诱发菌株中抗性累计(HR、R、MR)均在76%以上,仍有23.02%~15.52%的材料对7种诱发菌株没有抗性。通过对菌斑长度变异系数大小的分析,表明含有Xa21Xa23基因的材料对不同菌株抗病能力或对同一菌株的抗病能力不同材料有较大的变化。通过对诱发白叶枯病菌株间菌斑长度的相关性分析,表明含有Xa21的材料菌株GDA2或HNA1-4与对应的其他6菌株之间达到了显著或极显著正相关,含有Xa23基因的材料菌株YN24、GD1358、PXO86与对应的其他6种菌株间呈极显著正相关,含此2类基因材料抗性鉴定选取对应菌系可以提高选育效率。通过对姊妹系的分析表明,Xa21Xa23基因的白叶枯病抗性与选育材料的背景有关。相关性分析表明,Xa21基因的材料抗性与亲本材料呈极显著正相关(R=0.5725**),Xa23基因材料抗性与亲本材料呈显著正相关(R=0.2212*)。  相似文献

为分析苯醚甲环唑和噻呋酰胺在香蕉上的残留消解行为和膳食摄入风险,于2016年在云南进行了规范残留试验,研究了全蕉、蕉肉和土壤中的消解过程并进行了长期膳食暴露风险评估。结果表明:苯醚甲环唑标准曲线线性方程为y=1.45×10 7x+4.14×10 4,R 2=0.9962;噻呋酰胺标准曲线线性方程为y=2.99×10 6x+1.43×10 4,R 2=0.9954。在0.04~ 1 mg/kg添加水平下,苯醚甲环唑的平均回收率为75%~110%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.9%~6.2%;噻呋酰胺的平均回收率为76%~114%,RSD为3.0%~9.5%。苯醚甲环唑与噻呋酰胺在土壤、全蕉、蕉肉中的最低检测浓度(LOQ)均为0.04 mg/kg,最小检出量(LOD)均为5 pg。苯醚甲环唑和噻呋酰胺的消解基本符合一级动力学方程,苯醚甲环唑在全蕉和土壤中的半衰期分别为16、20 d,噻呋酰胺在全蕉和土壤中的半衰期分别为20、27 d。风险评估研究表明,香蕉中残留苯醚甲环唑长期膳食摄入风险可以接受,而噻呋酰胺长期膳食摄入则具有一定的风险。  相似文献

Greenhouse and field experiments were conducted to evaluate the efficacy of various combinations of imazethapyr (0, 23, 46, and 70 g ai/ha) with glyphosate (0, 210, 420, 630, and 840 g ae/ha) on Setaria faberi, Amaranthus rudis, Abutilon theophrasti, and Ipomoea hederacea control. Additivity was the most frequently observed interaction and no synergistic interaction occurred throughout this study. The combination of imazethapyr with glyphosate at 210 g/ha caused an antagonistic response on Setaria faberi. Glyphosate at 420 g/ha with or without imazethapyr provided at least 95% control of Setaria faberi. The interaction between glyphosate and imazethapyr was additive on Amaranthus rudis control. Eight of the twenty-one herbicide combinations were antagonistic on Abutilon theophrasti control. Antagonistic interactions occurred when 46 or 70 g/ha of imazethapyr was added to 420 or 630 g/ha of glyphosate; while no antagonistic interactions were noted when glyphosate rate was 840 g/ha. The interactions on Ipomoea hederacea control were additive when the glyphosate rate was at least 420 g/ha. Glyphosate at 210 g/ha plus imazethapyr at 46 or 70 g/ha caused antagonistic interactions on Ipomoea hederacea control. Weed control tended to be more variable when the glyphosate rate was 210 g/ha and the imazethapyr rate was 46 or 70 g/ha. In general, the addition of imazethapyr to low rates of glyphosate improved control of Amaranthus rudis and Ipomoea hederacea and did not improve control of Setaria faberi and Abutilon theophrasti.  相似文献
