丽蚜小蜂寄生对Q型烟粉虱生长发育的影响   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
为明确丽蚜小蜂寄生对Q型烟粉虱的影响,通过室内饲养观察不同龄期Q型烟粉虱被丽蚜小蜂寄生后的生长发育,并比较了被寄生后烟粉虱若虫的个体大小及死亡率。结果表明,2龄、3龄和4龄烟粉虱若虫被寄生后均能继续发育,2龄若虫蜕皮进入3龄和3龄若虫蜕皮进入4龄的时间与对照间无显著差异,而被寄生若虫的4龄期显著延长。对于同一龄期的烟粉虱若虫,丽蚜小蜂偏向于选择较大的个体寄生,2龄和3龄被寄生若虫发育后期个体比未被寄生个体大,但4龄时被寄生的个体在发育后期略小于未被寄生个体,显示丽蚜小蜂对不同龄期若虫的生长发育影响不同。2龄若虫死亡率为61.64%,显著高于3龄和4龄若虫;4龄若虫褐蛹率最高,为48.84%。表明无论寄生哪一发育阶段的烟粉虱若虫,丽蚜小蜂的寄生均为容性寄生,田间应用丽蚜小蜂防治Q型烟粉虱时在其若虫3~4龄时释放更适宜。  相似文献

为了阐明丽蚜小蜂Encarsia formosa对Q型烟粉虱的寄生特性及寄主植物携带病毒对其寄生的影响,采用微虫笼饲养法研究了寄生Q型烟粉虱的丽蚜小蜂生物学特性。结果显示,丽蚜小蜂寄生Q型烟粉虱3龄若虫时,其生长发育显著优于寄生Q型烟粉虱2龄若虫。丽蚜小蜂在感染黄化曲叶病毒(TYLCV)番茄和健康番茄上寄生Q型烟粉虱(分别为VW和NVW)3龄若虫时,其生长发育特性发生了明显变化。丽蚜小蜂以VW若虫为寄主时的寿命为10.25 d,显著长于寄生NVW的丽蚜小蜂寿命(5.90 d);对VW和NVW后代3龄若虫的寄生率分别为23.81%和17.62%,致死率分别为38.95%和26.52%,差异均显著;而丽蚜小蜂的羽化率和发育历期不存在显著差异。说明丽蚜小蜂寄生Q型烟粉虱3龄若虫时更适宜其生长发育,寄主植物番茄携带TYLCV显著提高丽蚜小蜂对烟粉虱的寄生效果。  相似文献

Three viruses collected in southern Yemen in 1990, infecting watermelon, tobacco and tomato were shown to be transmitted by the whiteflyBemisia tabaci and to have particle morphologies typical of geminiviruses. Colonies ofB. tabaci collected from different locations and from different hosts were used in virus transmission tests with the same host range of plants. Colonies established from both watermelon and cotton in the Yemen were identified as the squash silverleaf-inducing B biotype. The culture host of the colony did not influence virus acquisition and transmission efficiencies to and from other hosts. The tobacco and tomato geminiviruses had a similar host range, but differed in their severity in some hosts. Both these viruses differed from the watermelon geminivirus in host range and symptoms.Datura stramonium, an alternative host for all three viruses, could be co-infected by the watermelon and tobacco viruses.B. tabaci was able to acquire both viruses from the co-infectedD. stramonium and infect seedlings of either original host plant species with their respective viruses orD. stramonium with both. The viruses were identified as watermelon chlorotic stunt virus, tobacco leaf curl virus and tomato yellow leaf curl virus and were distinguished by cross hybridisation.  相似文献

为明确以雪莲果Smallanthus sonchifolius为寄主植物繁育的浅黄恩蚜小蜂Encarsia sophia的生防潜能,测定雪莲果繁育的浅黄恩蚜小蜂个体大小以及其对烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci MED隐种和温室白粉虱Trialeurodes vaporariorum的致死能力,并解析其寄生2种粉虱若虫后的子代发育情况。结果表明,雪莲果繁育的浅黄恩蚜小蜂雌雄蜂体长、头宽及后足胫节长度均显著高于番茄繁育的浅黄恩蚜小蜂。雪莲果繁育的浅黄恩蚜小蜂对烟粉虱和温室白粉虱的平均致死数量分别为24.7头和25.0头,显著高于番茄繁育的21.4头和21.0头。相对于番茄,雪莲果繁育的浅黄恩蚜小蜂寄生烟粉虱和温室白粉虱若虫后其子代发育时间更短,平均分别为13.2 d和12.5 d;而且子代羽化率也显著高于番茄繁育的子代羽化率,分别为84.1%和86.9%。表明与番茄相比,雪莲果为寄主植物繁育的浅黄恩蚜小蜂对烟粉虱和温室白粉虱具有更强的生防潜能。  相似文献

为明确L-阿拉伯糖对B型和Q型烟粉虱毒性及其取食行为的影响,调查了饲喂含有L-阿拉伯糖人工饲料后烟粉虱的死亡率,利用刺吸电位技术(EPG)记录其取食行为,并观察了饲喂后其在人工饲料膜上的刺孔数量及直径。结果表明,B型和Q型烟粉虱的校正死亡率均随L-阿拉伯糖浓度及饲喂时间的增加而升高;在3种浓度下,B型烟粉虱校正死亡率均显著高于Q型烟粉虱;在5%、10%浓度下,Q型烟粉虱校正死亡率分别在第5天和第3天达100%,B型烟粉虱分别在第3天和第2天达到100%;5%L-阿拉伯糖对B型烟粉虱取食行为影响比Q型大;在5%浓度下,B型和Q型烟粉虱在膜上的刺孔数量总体少于对照组。研究表明,L-阿拉伯糖对烟粉虱具有杀虫活性,且对B型和Q型烟粉虱的毒性效果不同。  相似文献

为探究不同体色生物型烟蚜Myzus persicae取食行为的差异,明确其在烟田的分布特征,利用刺探电位图谱(EPG)技术测定了红色型、绿色型和褐色型3种体色生物型烟蚜在烟草上的取食行为。结果表明:红色型烟蚜刺探取食之前对烟草寄主所花费的识别时间最短,为2.20 min,极显著短于褐色型烟蚜的10.09 min。绿色型烟蚜在刺探过程中pd波平均持续时间为7.45 s,显著长于红色型烟蚜的6.85 s,极显著长于褐色型烟蚜的3.95 s,但3种体色生物型烟蚜的pd波次数无显著差异。首次刺吸至第1次出现E2波所需时间,绿色型和褐色型烟蚜均约为红色型烟蚜的2倍。韧皮部取食阶段,3种体色生物型烟蚜分泌唾液(E1波)的时间无显著差异;红色型烟蚜被动吸食汁液(E2波)时间为112.28 min,显著长于绿色型烟蚜的70.02 min和褐色型烟蚜的75.15 min。褐色型烟蚜在木质部主动摄取汁液(G波)的时间最短为8.58 min,与另外2种体色生物型烟蚜差异显著。表明3种体色生物型烟蚜各自具有不同的取食策略,但总体而言红色型烟蚜对烟草的适应性最强。  相似文献

Frankliniella schultzei Trybon (Thysanoptera: Thripidae) is an important pest of tomato plants. The need for more healthful foods is stimulating the development of techniques to increase plant resistance to phytophagous insects. The objective of this research was to evaluate the effect of calcium silicate and an organic mineral fertilizer, alone or in combination, on the resistance of tomato plants to F. schultzei. The treatments consisted of: control (T1), calcium silicate (T2), organic mineral fertilizer (T3), and calcium silicate with organic mineral fertilizer (T4). The mortality of nymphs of this thrips and the number of lesions on tomato leaves were evaluated after three, six, nine and 12 applications of these products. The number of F. schultzei individuals and of lesions on tomato leaves was lower in treatments T2 and T4 than in T1 and T3, showing a possible increase in tomato resistance to this pest. The increase in the number of applications of calcium silicate and the organic mineral fertilizer increased the mortality of nymphs and reduced the damage by this insect on tomato leaves, mainly after nine applications.  相似文献

The yellow leaf curl disease of tomato is caused by a complex of virus species, two of which, tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV)-Sar and TYLCV-Is, are involved in epidemics of southern Spain. Plants of Mercurialis ambigua and Solanum luteum showing abnormal upward leaf curling and leaf distortion collected in the vicinity of tomato crops were found to be naturally infected with TYLCV-Is and TYLCV-Sar, respectively. These weed species, as well as Datura stramonium and S. nigrum, which had also been found to be naturally infected by TYLCVs in the same region in previous studies, were tested for susceptibility to TYLCV-Sar or TYLCV-Is by Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated and by Bemisia tabaci inoculation. Results indicated that both TYLCV-Sar and TYLCV-Is were able to infect D. stramonium and M. ambigua, whereas only TYLCV-Sar infected S. nigrum and S. luteum. Implications for the epidemiology of TYLCV are discussed. This is the first report of M.ambigua and S. luteum as hosts of TYLCV.  相似文献

The effects of photoperiod on nymphal development, growth and adult size in Podisus nigrispinus (Dallas) (Heteroptera: Pentatomidae) were studied. Predators were collected in cotton fields in Patos (7°S, 37°W), Paraíba State, Brazil. A randomized block experimental design was used, with treatments consisting of photoperiods of 10L:14D, 11L:13D, 12L:12D, 13L:11D, 14L:10D, 15L:9D and 16L:8D (LD, in h), at a constant temperature of 28 ± 1°C and relative air humidity of 70 ± 10%. Treatments were distributed in four replications, with each experimental unit composed of 40 nymphs. The development period for each instar of P. nigrispinus varied according to the photoperiod exposure. Regardless of the photophase (PhP), the 5th instar nymphs exhibited the longest development period, except for the 15-h PhP, in which the development period of 2nd instar nymphs (4.13 days) was as long as that of the 5th instar nymphs (4.23 days). In the 1st, 3rd and 5th instars of P. nigrispinus, the development period was inversely proportional to the increase in light period in which the nymphs developed, for the PhP intervals of 10–14 h, 12–14 h, and 12–15 h, respectively. Predators exposed to a 14-h PhP developed a wider pronotum than those exposed to extreme PhP’s (of 10 h, 11 h and 16 h). Conditions from 14 h to 15 h of light resulted in higher daily growth rates in P. nigrispinus than those obtained with the other PhP’s tested. P. nigrispinus females exhibited faster daily growth rates than did males.  相似文献

为明确山东寿光地区Q型烟粉虱对番茄褪绿病毒(Tomato chlorosis virus,To CV)感病流行的影响及其传毒特性,于2014年调查了该地区设施番茄上烟粉虱种群动态与To CV发病情况,利用特异引物对烟粉虱体内To CV进行了RT-PCR检测;并在室内测定了带毒Q型烟粉虱取食时间和种群数量对To CV感病株率的影响。结果表明,在番茄发病植株上采集的烟粉虱种群体内可检测到To CV;春茬番茄To CV发病株率随烟粉虱种群数量增加而逐渐升高,4—6月是To CV发生高峰期,6月22日发病株率达100%;秋茬番茄烟粉虱种群数量从10月下旬明显下降,而To CV发病株率升高,11月12日发病株率达100%;室内试验表明,To CV感病株率随着带毒Q型烟粉虱数量与取食时间的增加而明显升高。研究表明,Q型烟粉虱能有效传播To CV,且其种群数量对To CV发病株率存在显著影响,可通过防控烟粉虱以控制To CV的危害。  相似文献

The biotype status of samples of the whiteflyBemisia tabaci (Gennadius) (Hemiptera: Aleyrodidae) collected from several field and greenhouse sites in Israel during 1999–2000 was determined by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) for general esterases, and by RAPD-PCR using primers of arbitrary sequence. Results of this survey provide the first published evidence for the occurrence of theB. tabaci Q biotype, alongside the more widely distributed B biotype. Based on the collected samples, it appears that both the B and Q biotypes are present in Israel, and that field populations consist of a mixture of the two biotypes. A possible link betweenB. tabaci biotypes and insecticide resistance is discussed. The spatial dispersal patterns ofTomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV) disease vectored by the B and Q biotypes of the whiteflyBemisia tabaci in tomato glasshouses were compared. Tomato plants were arranged in glasshouses and TYLCV-infected plants were placed in the center of each plot. Adult whiteflies of each biotype were released onto TYLCV-infected plants and the insects were then freely dispersed in the glasshouses under high or moderate temperature conditions. The abundance and spatial distribution of dispersed whiteflies did not differ between the B and Q biotypes in tomato glasshouses. The disease incidence and dispersion of TYLCV as a result of short-distance movement of the whiteflies were also similar between the two biotypes, although on several investigation dates there was a tendency for the disease incidence caused by the B biotype to be slightly greater than that caused by the Q biotype. The Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius) biotype B transmitted host range of Tomato chlorosis virus (ToCV), genus Crinivirus, Family Closteroviridae, and Cucumber vein yellowing virus (CVYV), genus Ipomovirus, Family Potyviridae, was studied. New experimental hosts were identified for each of these viruses. Seventeen species in eight plant families were assessed as potential hosts for ToCV. Infection in asymptomatic Anthriscus cereifolium (chervil) test plants by ToCV was confirmed by using a Real-Time PCR assay designed for ToCV. The presence of readily transmissible, infectious ToCV virions in A. cereifolium was confirmed by re-isolation of the virus via whitefly-transmission from A. cereifolium to Lycopersicon esculentum and A. cereifolium. This is the first report of the experimental transmission of ToCV by B. tabaci to a species within the Umbelliferae. All other hosts assessed for the presence of ToCV were found to be uninfected. Ten species in five families were assessed as potential hosts for CVYV. The CVYV host range identified included some important crops and common weeds, such as L. esculentum, Nicotiana tabacum, A. cereifolium, Datura stramonium, Nicotiana benthamiana, Nicotiana clevlandii and Cucumis sativus. Symptoms were present on D. stramonium, N. benthamiana and C. sativus control plants. The presence of infectious whitefly transmitted CVYV virions was confirmed solely for D. stramonium and N. tabacum, following re-isolation of the virus via B. tabaci transmission from all infected species to C. sativus. This is the␣first report of experimental CVYV transmission by B. tabaci to non-cucurbitaceous crop and weed hosts belonging to the Solanaceae or Umbelliferae.  相似文献

Diaeretiella rapae (M’Intosh.) is an endoparasite of the turnip aphid,Lipaphis erysimi (Kalt.) with a wide geographical distribution. The four Pesticides Nogos 50 EC at 600 ml per acre, Dimecron 50 WSC, Monofos 40 WSC and Tamaron 600 SL at 500 ml per acre, used in practice for the control of this pest, were tested for their side-effects onD. rapae. The parasitoid was reared on pottedBrassica napus plants infested with aphid under laboratory conditions (22±2°C, 60–70% rel. hum., 16 h light and 8 h dark). In one test, adult female parasitoids were exposed to fresh pesticide residues on glass plates and in another test, the pupae within aphid mummies were directly sprayed. The results revealed that Dimecron 50 WSC, Nogos 50 EC and Monofos 40 WSC were harmful causing 100% mortalitv toD. rapae followed by Tamaron 600 SL (97% moderately harmful) after 24 hours of application, compared to no mortality in control, where only water was sprayed. Directly spraying of pupae with Dimecron 50 WSC and Nogos 50 EC reduced adult parasitoid emergence to 9 and 7%, respectively, Monofos 40 WSC and Tamaron 600 SL to 3% compared to 78% emergence for the control within one week of treatment. The results showed that none of the tested pesticides was safe toD. rapae and according to the International Organization for Biological Control (IOBC) further testing under semi-field and field conditions is recommended.  相似文献

Recent collections ofBemisia tabaci (Gennadius) (Homoptera: Aleyrodidae) from California desert regions represent a mixture of biotypes. One biotype was identical to a culture originally obtained in 1981 and since maintained in the laboratory. The other and most prevalent biotype could not be distinguished morphologically but could be distinguished by esterase isozyme banding patterns. The banding patterns of the biotypes were not affected by culturing the whiteflies on different plant species. Different developmental stages, and adults of both sexes, had the same isozyme patterns.  相似文献

为明确红颈常室茧蜂Peristenus spretus Chen et van Achterberg定位寄主绿盲蝽Apolygus lucorum(Meyer-Dür)时利用的挥发性信息物质来源,利用Y型昆虫嗅觉仪测定了红颈常室茧蜂雌雄成虫对绿盲蝽3龄若虫及其为害寄主植物棉株以及雌性红颈常室茧蜂成虫、绿盲蝽成虫对苗期和花期的棉花、蓖麻的选择行为。结果表明,与干净空气(空白对照)相比,雌性红颈常室茧蜂对绿盲蝽3龄若虫、健康棉株的选择行为无显著差异,绿盲蝽3龄若虫为害的棉株对雌性红颈常室茧蜂具有显著的吸引作用,但在为害后去虫和未去虫处理间无显著差异;雄性红颈常室茧蜂对各处理均无明显的选择行为。与健康或为害后去虫的苗期棉花相比,雌性绿盲蝽成虫显著趋向花期蓖麻;而雌性红颈常室茧蜂只趋向于为害后的花期蓖麻。雌性红颈常室茧蜂对为害后去虫的花期棉花和花期蓖麻的选择行为显著高于相应的苗期植株。这表明雌性红颈常室茧蜂主要利用绿盲蝽若虫为害后寄主植物释放的挥发性信息物质来定位寄主绿盲蝽,且其对花期寄主植物的选择行为与绿盲蝽成虫具有一致性。  相似文献

At least 20 genetic biotypes, with varying degrees of biological characterization, are currently recognized within theBemisia tabaci (Hemiptera: Aleyrodidae) species complex. Their identification relies on a set of different molecular techniques. However, none of the available markers is completely adequate, due to technical difficulties or lack of reproducibility. We therefore developed a method for rapid biotyping ofB. tabaci populations. The five biotypes (B, Q, M, S and T) reported until now in the Mediterranean Basin have been tested by PCR amplification of the cytochrome oxidase I mitochondrial gene followed by restriction with the enzymeTru9I. The digestion patterns produced by this enzyme were able to identify the five biotypes clearly. Digestion with another enzyme,TaqI, discriminated only between biotypes B and Q. 为明确转Bt基因玉米对草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda的抗性,采用室内玉米离体组织生测法测定取食转Cry1Ab-ma基因抗虫玉米CM8101心叶、花丝和籽粒后草地贪夜蛾1龄和2龄幼虫存活数量、存活幼虫的体重、蛹重、化蛹和羽化等参数,分析转Cry1Ab-ma基因抗虫玉米CM8101三种组织对草地贪夜蛾1龄和2龄幼虫的抗性。结果显示,转Cry1Ab-ma基因玉米CM8101心叶可完全杀死草地贪夜蛾1龄幼虫,2龄幼虫有存活,存活率为10.0%,但不能化蛹与羽化;花丝可杀死大部分草地贪夜蛾1龄幼虫,存活率为3.3%,并阻断其生活史,但对2龄幼虫杀伤力弱,存活率为73.3%,存活幼虫化蛹率和羽化率分别为20.0%和13.3%;籽粒可完全杀死草地贪夜蛾1龄幼虫,2龄幼虫有存活,存活率为13.3%,有少量可化蛹,化蛹率为3.3%、有少量羽化,羽化率为3.3%。表明转Cry1Ab-ma基因玉米CM8101在短期内对草地贪夜蛾1龄和2龄幼虫有良好的控制作用。  相似文献

为评价释放前经历饥饿对浅黄恩蚜小蜂Encarsia sophia(GiraultDodd)寄生取食粉虱能力的影响,以3龄Q隐种烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci Q和温室白粉虱Trialeurodes vaporariorum若虫为寄主,在2种粉虱单独或同时存在的情况下,比较释放前经适度饥饿、初羽化未饥饿和初羽化喂饲蜂蜜水3种处理的浅黄恩蚜小蜂对2种粉虱寄主的寄生和取食选择情况。结果表明,在2种粉虱单独存在时,经适度饥饿6 h的浅黄恩蚜小蜂寄生的烟粉虱和温室白粉虱显著多于其它处理,而且能取食更多的温室白粉虱,经适度饥饿的寄生蜂在24 h内通过寄生和取食杀死烟粉虱和温室白粉虱的总量分别为12.5头和12.9头。在2种粉虱同时存在时,适度饥饿寄生蜂取食2种粉虱的总量明显高于其它处理,但不同处理间无显著差异,适度饥饿寄生蜂通过寄生和取食杀死2种粉虱的数量最多为11.5头,显著高于未饥饿处理的6.5头。表明释放前经历适度饥饿可以明显提高浅黄恩蚜小蜂寄生和取食粉虱若虫的能力。  相似文献
