本文研究了黄藤,短叶省藤,单叶省藤及其同一藤种不同家系之间在组织继代培养过程中增殖和成苗特性及其变化规律;观察比较繁殖体的各继代增殖速度及增殖芽苗的形态特征和生长情况;揭示继代繁殖3个发育过程,即驯化适应期,适应繁殖期和衰老期,讨论了繁殖体在一代培养过程中愈伤恢复,迅速增殖和增殖衰老的阶段性变化特性。  相似文献

【目的】分析星油藤Plukenetia volubilis嫩茎叶的营养成分,为其作为新型木本蔬菜开发利用提供参考依据。【方法】以中国科学院西双版纳热带植物园星油藤基地种植的星油藤嫩茎叶为供试材料,采用恒温干燥法测定其水分含量,使用Kjeltec 8400全自动定氮仪、S433D全自动氨基酸分析仪和Optima 8000等离子体发射光谱仪等对星油藤嫩茎叶的粗蛋白、膳食纤维、可溶性糖、灰分、游离氨基酸以及矿质元素等营养成分的含量进行测定,并与一些常见蔬菜进行比较。【结果】星油藤嫩茎叶的营养成分多样且丰富,粗蛋白质、膳食纤维、可溶性糖和灰分分别占样品干质量的30.75%、42.55%、8.42%和8.57%,其中,粗蛋白质和膳食纤维的含量明显高于菠菜、花椰菜、卷心菜芽和辣木茎叶等蔬菜。在星油藤嫩茎叶中共检测出了16种游离氨基酸,其中有6种必需氨基酸,总氨基酸和必需氨基酸的含量分别达到28.64和7.62 g/kg,均高于菠菜和芝麻芽。此外,星油藤嫩茎叶还含有丰富的矿质元素,其中K含量最高,达到12.35 g/kg,而Na含量较低,具有高钾低钠的营养特性。星油藤嫩茎叶的钙含量为8.33 g/kg,明显高于菠菜、花椰菜和卷心菜芽等。【结论】星油藤嫩茎叶营养丰富,具有高蛋白、高膳食纤维、高钾、高钙和低钠的营养特性,可作为一种新型茎叶类木本蔬菜资源进行开发利用。  相似文献

以欧美杂交杨110品种的单芽茎段为繁殖材料,经过初代培养、继代增殖培养、生根壮苗培养、移栽驯化四个环节的组培快繁。各阶段的培养基配方经对比试验确定初代培养阶段和继代增殖培养阶段以“1/2MS(大量元素 铁盐 有机成份) 1/10微量元素 BA0.3mg/L IBA0.1mg/L”最佳;生根壮苗阶段的培养基采用“1/2MS IBA0.1mg/L”最佳;移栽驯化比较容易,采用常规方法即可。  相似文献

研究了种植在次生常绿阔叶林下的版纳省藤Calamus nambariensis var.xishuangbannaensis、盈江省藤C.nambariensis var.yingjianggensis、多穗白藤C.bonianus和小省藤C.gracilis幼苗叶片的光合特性、叶绿体色素含量、比叶面积(ASLA)、形态解剖特征以及幼苗生物量。结果表明:版纳省藤、盈江省藤和多穗白藤的最大净光合速率(Pmax)显著地大于小省藤的,并且光饱和点(DLSP)与最大净光合速率表现出相同的变化特点;多穗白藤和盈江省藤的光补偿点及暗呼吸速率显著大于版纳省藤和小省藤的(p0.05),并以小省藤的最低;单位面积最大净光合速率高的种,其叶片相对较厚、气孔密度较大、叶片单位面积的叶绿素含量及类胡萝卜素含量也相对较高,但比叶面积则较小;单位面积叶片光合速率与单位面积叶绿素含量成正相关,并随比叶面积的增大而减小;多穗白藤、盈江省藤和版纳省藤对弱光的适应能力较强,生长较快,适宜在次生常绿阔叶林下进行人工种植。  相似文献

对不同林地土壤及其香榧种子矿物元素分析表明:(1)香榧林地土壤中共检测出21种矿物元素,其中作为大量元素的N、P、K较为丰富,但比例失调;有毒重金属元素Cd和Hg没有检出,As、Cr、Cu的变异系数较大,Zn、Pb的变异系数较小;香榧林地土壤其它矿物元素中,se没有检出,Si、Ni等元素变异系数较大,而Fe、B、Mn、Sn、Sr等含量丰富,且变异系数较小。(2)香榧种子中检测出19种矿物元素,其中主要营养元素N、P、K、Ca、Mg含量丰富,且样品间变异系数均在16%以下;重金属元素Cu、Zn、Hg的含量在安全范围以内。Pb、Cr未检出,仅个别样品As超标;其它元素中的Sn、Al、Mn、Sr及Cu、Zn含量极丰富或丰富,样品间变异系数小;而Na、Ni、Fe、B、Se的含量的变异系数在70.32%(Ni)-147.69%(Fe);(3)多数矿物元素在土壤与种子之间没有相关性;土壤有效P、K含量在一定范围内与种子P、K含量似有一定相关性;大量施肥特别是有机肥与化肥混施有提高土壤中Cd、Pb、Na含量的趋势。  相似文献

地短叶省藤、黄藤和单叶省藤组培苗根的诱导进行了研究,结果表明:NAA含量高低对丛芽苗的生根与否及根系生长起决定生作用。蔗糖浓度不影响芽苗的生根与否,但影响出根快慢、出根条数和根系的生长。NAA也在单苗根的诱导中直主导作用但再附加一定量的IBA有利于攻苗生根培养基的优化组合为:NAA1.0mg/L+IBA2.0mg/L+大量元素0.33ms+蔗糖20.0g/L。在优化后的生根培养基上诱导一次60d,  相似文献

本文依据华南和西南11个省(区)有棕榈藤天然分布的区域确定区划范围,选择与棕榈藤生态、生物学特性和生长规律密切相关的6个气象指标共60个气象台站的气候资料,应用聚类分析方法进行气候预分区。在此基础上,根据棕榈藤综合成果和生产初中经验,以黄藤、白藤、单叶省藤和异株藤等具有发展潜力的藤种及其适生条件作为主要区划依据,进行栽培区区划,将我国宜藤区划分为四个栽培区,即最适栽培区、适宜栽培区、次适宜栽培区和  相似文献

1990年至今对浙江建德青冈常绿阔叶林生态系统的养分循环进行了研究。报道了死地被层现存量,死地被层(包括L、F、H三亚层)和土壤(包括A、E、B三层)中C和8种养分元素的分布,以及植物对养分元素的累积特征。结果表明:死地被层现存量为14.141t/hm2,其中H>F>L.死地被物中9种元素含量和贮量大小依次为C>N>Ca>Mn>K>Mg>P>Zn>Cu,而土壤中为C>N(K)>K(N)>Mg>Mn>Ca>P>Zn>Cu。与其它地区相比,本区土壤中Mn和N的含量较高而P和Ca较低.不同元素具有不同的层次分布和季节变化特征。自表层至深层,C、N、Ca、Mn的含量呈下降趋势;而K、Mg的含量均在表层较低,并在深层有较高的含量;而P、Cu和Zn则以H与A层的含量为最高.植物对元素的累积特征因元素和层次(种类)而异。各元素中以Ca的富集系数最高,N次之,Cu和Zn最低;一般而言,藤本、草本和下木层植物对元素的累积程度比乔木层和亚乔木层要高。  相似文献

对5a生5种密度巨桉林木器官主要养分元素(N、P、K、Ca、Mg)的含量、林分的养分元素积累量、林分养分元素年净积累量进行了研究.结果表明不同器官的养分元素含量各异,各器官中大量元素以K、Ca的含量最高,其次为N、Mg,最低的为P;单株木养分元素的积累量随林分密度的增大而减少;不同养分元素在单株木的积累量的规律不受密度的影响,依次为Ca>K>N>Mg>P;5种密度林分养分元素积累总量分别为415.1789,463.8882,477.6992,488.7749,475.2666kg·hm-2·a-1;造林密度宜控制在1665株·hm-2~1860株·hm-2才有利于维持巨桉林分的地力和获得较高的林分生产力.  相似文献

Micropropagation has the potential to provide very high multiplication rates of selected tree genotypes, with resulting short-term silvicultural gains. Aseptic cultures have been established from seeds, seedlings, shoots, flowers and lignotubers. Callus cultures have been established from a wide range of tissue sources for at least 30 species of Eucalyptus. Plant regeneration from callus was successful for 12 of these species. Micropropagation through axillary proliferation, or adventitious shoot proliferation on nodal explants, or both, has been successful. An agar-based medium of Murashige and Skoog with a low auxin/cytokinin ratio is most commonly used for shoot multiplication. Vitrification and shoot senescence remain problems. Gibberellic acid was added in some media to stimulate shoot elongation. Various media are used for in vitro root initiation. Suspension and protoplast cultures have been achieved and plants have been regenerated from protoplasts. In vitro techniques are presently being applied to Eucalyptus to achieve genetic transformations.  相似文献

In this paper we focus on the functional role of trees for livestock as fodder in silvopastoral systems, available for (dairy) cows within or around pastures. Farmers often report that cows browse from trees, however, little is known about the nutritional value of different tree species. Therefore, the objective of this study was to assess the effect of soil type and season on the nutritional potential of leaves from Fraxinus excelsior, Alnus glutinosa and Salix viminalis. Leaf samples were collected at 10 sites in the Netherlands on clay and on sandy soils in June, July and September and were analysed for digestibility, crude protein, macro and micro element concentrations. We conclude that the nutritional value of tree leaves differs between the studied tree species. Regarding the seasonal variation, we found a main effect of sampling period on the crude protein, calcium, phosphorus, copper and selenium concentration of leaves. No main effect of soil type was found on the nutritional value of leaves. Significant interactions were found for species × sampling period (digestibility, calcium, sulphur) and species × soil (digestibility, calcium). For the zinc and selenium concentration in tree leaves, a significant species × soil × sampling period interaction was found. We conclude that trees can play a role for supplying protein, and macro and micro elements to livestock, but that it depends on which tree species is used.  相似文献

Khaya anthotheca is a hardwood species from Africa and recently introduced to Brazil. This species yields high-quality wood for diverse applications, but little has been done toward an effective propagation method for large-scale production in nurseries. We evaluated the effects of different concentrations of macro and micronutrients(i.e., 100, 50 and 25% of the concentration of a referenced solution) combined with indole-3-butyric acid(IBA) at 0 and 2 g L~(-1) on the survival rate of mini-stumps and the survival and adventitious rooting of K. anthotheca mini-cuttings. The mini-stumps were grown from a source of seeds imported from Ghana, West Africa. The ministumps survived at a high rate(97%). Consistently high shoot yields were obtained from the mini-stumps(average of 1.8 per mini-stump). High survival percentage of minicuttings and adventitious rooting were observed when solutions with 100 and 50% of the nutrients concentration were combined with 2 g L~(-1) IBA. Histological sections analyzed through optical microscopy indicated the tissues from mini-cutting stems were juvenile, which might have stimulated adventitious rooting. These results have important implications for further work aimed at establishing propagation strategies for K. anthotheca, which are of prime importance for assisting breeding programs of this species.  相似文献

试验选用库尔勒香梨矮化中间砧S系、F系中的品种嫩茎尖作为试验材料进行了离体增殖研究,结果表明,不同种类的基本培养基及不同浓度配比的植物生长调节剂对试管苗增殖的效果不同。M S培养基较A S、B5培养基更有利于矮化砧S系、F系茎的增殖,中等浓度的细胞分裂素(BA)与较低浓度的生长素(IBA)、赤霉素(GA3)配合使用效果更理想。综合茎质量、茎数量等指标认为:M S BA 1.0 m g/L IBA 0.05 m g/L GA31.0 m g/L是矮化砧S系、F系试管苗茎增殖的最佳培养基。  相似文献

分析了海南80种植物(青梅,坡垒,黄杞,荷木,海南蒲桃,琼南柿,油丹,琼楠,陆均松,海南油杉,橡胶,木麻黄等)叶片15个元素的含量,探讨这些元素在不同植物生活型的变化及元素间的相互关系。结果表明:植物叶片的元素含量在种间和元素间的变化范围都较大,植被类型和植物生活型对叶片元素含量有显著影响。海南大多数植被的N/P比率较小,属于N含量制约的植被类型。元素比值和元素相关分析结果说明植物体内必需的营养元素具有一定的比例组成和协调关系。  相似文献
