2007年项目区农户总消费支出中,京津风沙源治理工程项目区农户,在生活消费方面比退耕还林工程项目区农户少支出1080.54元,医疗消费方面多支出241.89元,教育消费方面多支出1412.02元,总计多支出717.20元。2008年,京津风沙源治理工程项目区农户,在生活消费方面比退耕还林工程项目区农户少支出1249.88元,医疗消费方面多支出374.14元,教育消费方面多支出1469.13元,总计多支出1079.31元。结果表明,京津风沙源治理工程项目区农民生活水平高于退耕还林工程项目区的农民。  相似文献

对桤木人工林细根、土壤养分含量的季节变化及其两者之间的关系进行了研究.结果表明:(1)桤木细根中大量元素N、Ca、K、Mg、P含量冬季高,春季最低;微量元素Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu、Pb、Ni、Cd含量冬季最低,春夏季较高.(2)土壤各层中大量元素N、Ca、K、Mg、P含量冬季最低,夏季最高;微量元素Mn、Zn含量在冬季最低,秋季最高;Fe、Ni、Pb、Cu、Cd含量在冬季最高,春秋较低.(3)细根和土壤中大量元素含量在冬季存在负相关关系,微量元素Fe、Ni、Cd含量在一年四季均存在显著负相关关系,Mn、Cu含量在春季、夏季和秋季存在负相关关系,Zn、Pb含量在春季、夏季和秋季存在正相关关系.  相似文献

In natural ecosystems, nutrition available for plants shows great spatial heterogeneity. Much is known about plant root responses to the spatial heterogeneity of nutrition, but little is known about carbon usage in roots in nutrition-deficient patches and its effect on root longevity. In this study, split-room boxes were used for culture of Cercis chinensis seedlings, and the small rooms were supplied with different nutrition levels. The number of the first-order roots in the rooms with nutrition supply was significantly higher than that in the rooms with deficient nutrition. Specific root length (SRL) of the first-order roots in the rooms with deficient nutrition reached its peak at day 64 after nutrition treatment. There was no significant SRL differences between the two order roots during the experiment. Biomass of the first-order roots in the rooms without nutrition supply was significantly less than that of the first-order roots in the rooms with nutrition supply from day 64 to 96. The total biomass of the lateral roots in the rooms without nu-trition supply decreased from day 64 to 96. The activities of the enzymes in roots in the rooms without nutrition supply increased and the activities of alkaline invertases in roots in the two sides of split box did not change significantly. The activities of the enzymes in roots in the rooms without nutrition supply increased gradually. These results suggest that nutrition spatial heterogeneity induced the changes in root traits and plants actively controlled carbon usage in roots in nutrition-deficient patches by regulating the activities of invertases and sucrose synthases, resulting in the reduction in carbon usage in the roots in nutrition-deficient patches.  相似文献

Summary The alkaline delignification of spruce and beech wood is accomplished in three phases. The first phase results in a decrease of yield down to 83...80%, the second one in a decrease from 83...80% to 64...61% and the third one in a yeld drop from 64...61% to 50...46%. The amount of polysaccharides removed in the first phase was 22%, in the second phase 5...6% and in the third phase 10% of the total polysaccharides in the original wood. The amount of lignin removed in the first phase of delignification was 9...11% in the second phase 53...54% and in the third phase 28% of the total lignin in the original wood. The polysaccharides extracted in the second and third phase amounted to 70...78% of the polysaccharides removed in the first delignification phase. For an entire characterization of the delignification reaction not only the course of lignin removal is of importance but also the course of the polysaccharide extraction. The results show that for a two-stage alkali-oxygen-cooking technology the optimum yield after initial partial alkaline delignification lies in the range of 64...61%.  相似文献

通过对南京市区交通流量大的区域和相时清洁区(江苏省林科院)不同植物叶片重金属元素(Pb、Cd、Cu)含量的分析,研究了大气污染指数,初步探讨了植物重金属含量与城市大气污染之间的关系.研究表明.植物叶片中重金属Pb、Cd和Cu的累积量与大气中Pb、Cd和Cu的相对含量呈显著正相关;所调查绿化树种叶片的重金属含量因重金属种类、采样区和树种的不同具有明显差异,悬铃木叶片累积Pb的能力最强,而杨树叶片对Cd和Cu的累积能力最强.市区大气重金属质量状况为:交通枢纽区中央门、南京化工厂和沪宁高速属于重污染,生活区新庄属于中轻度污染,远郊林科院属于无污染区.  相似文献

Beech trees occur in significantly lower latitudes in continental East Asia than in Europe and North America. They are common deciduous trees in the deciduous forests of the temperate zone in Europe, the eastern part of North America and Japan. In continental East Asia, however, they are absent in the deciduous forests of the temperate zone, but occur in the forests of mountains in the moist subtropical zone, south of 34° Northern Latitude. The lower limits of their distribution in these mountains show a significantly different pattern from the usual distribution pattern of plants and vegetation: it declines as the latitude decreases. The altitudinal belts of beech species lie higher in the northern than in the southern parts of their distribution areas in China. Based on an analysis of the climate and the phenology of these deciduous trees, we show that the prevailing monsoon conditions are the main factor affecting the distribution of the Chinese beech species.  相似文献

香榧细小卷蛾Lepteucosma torreyaeWu et Chen是危害香榧的主要害虫之一,在浙江省绍兴市1 a发生2代,以老熟幼虫在枯枝落叶中做茧越冬,翌年2月中旬化蛹,3月上旬成虫羽化并产卵,3月下旬第1代幼虫孵化,5月中旬化蛹,5月下旬成虫羽化,6月上旬产卵,6月中旬第2代幼虫孵化,11月上旬开始越冬。在第2代幼虫期,使用1.8%阿维菌素乳油、5%抑太保乳油、2%阿维苏云制剂、35%吡虫啉乳油及20%杀灭菊酯乳油等5种药剂10个浓度进行喷雾防治试验,施药9 d后,防治效果均达到100%。  相似文献

模拟三峡库区消落带土壤淹水变化特征,设置常规生长水分条件(CK)、轻度干旱水分胁迫(T1)、土壤水饱和(T2)以及水淹(T3)4个处理组,研究池杉当年实生幼苗根系的苹果酸、莽草酸含量以及生物量变化(均以干质量计).结果表明:T1、T2和T3这3组池杉幼苗主根的苹果酸、莽草酸含量以及生物量均未与CK组达到显著性差异;T2和T3组侧根苹果酸平均含量分别显著高出CK组1.7和2.2倍,总根苹果酸平均含量显著高于CK组0.8和1.5倍;T1组的侧根、总根苹果酸平均含量与CK组均未达到显著差异;与侧根苹果酸的变化类似,T2和T3组侧根莽草酸平均含量分别高出CK组0.4和1.1倍,这与Tl组低于CK组0.5倍形成鲜明对比;T2和T3组总根莽草酸平均含量虽也分别高出CK组,但并未与之达到显著差异的程度,与T1组总根莽草酸含量显著低于CK组0.3倍形成鲜明对比;T2和T3组主根、侧根和总根生物量分别均未与CK组达到显著差异,但T1组的侧根、总根生物量却显著高于CK组.相关性分析表明:池杉总根苹果酸与莽草酸含量表现出极显著的正相关(P<0.01);总根莽草酸含量与总根生物量之间则表现出显著的负相关性(P<0.05).  相似文献

Transverse swelling and its anisotropy in hinoki (Chamaecyparis obtusa) in several kinds of organic liquids and in water were investigated by means the replica method. There was more cross-sectional swelling of cell walls and cell wall thickness in earlywood than in latewood. Marked swelling toward cell lumens was observed in wood swollen in liquids that had higher swelling potentials than water. This suggests that the swelling of cell walls in these liquids is much greater than the external swelling. Feret's diameters of the cell lumens were reduced by swelling in all the observed cases except in the tangential direction of earlywood, suggesting that cell walls swell to a much less extent in width than in thickness. Deformation of cell shapes caused by the tensile force from the latewood were observed in the earlywood and in the transitional region from earlywood to latewood. When swollen in water, transverse swelling anisotropy caused only by the swelling in cell wall thickness were calculated to be 1.2 for the whole region over an annual ring and 1.4 for the earlywood. These values could not account for the external swelling anisotropy of 2.1. Considering obvious deformations of cell shapes in the earlywood and in the transitional region, we conclude that the interaction between earlywood and latewood is one of the prime factors contributing to the transverse swelling anisotropy of coniferous wood.Part of this report was presented at the 48th Annual Meeting of the Japan Wood Research Society, Nagoya, April 1998  相似文献

根据34个样地的调查资料,分析了该地区森林植物群落物种多样性的特征:群落内各层物种丰富度指数的大小为草本层>灌木层>乔木层;多样性指数的大小为乔木层<灌木层和草本层。灌木层与草本层的多样性指数随林分郁闭度变化而变化,在林分郁闭度为25%的侧柏黄栌混交林中,灌木层的多样性指数和丰富度指数小于草本层;在郁闭度53%的杂木林中,灌木层和草本层的多样性指数接近;在郁闭度53%以上的各个群落内,草本层的多样性指数和丰富度指数基本上都大于灌木层。人工林中的物种多样性变化多样,明显低于天然林,林分层次单一,更新不良,缺乏灌木层和地被植物,生态系统很不稳定。  相似文献

研究施有机肥、复合肥、无机肥对绿竹笋营养成分及笋期叶片N、P、K含量的影响。结果表明 :3种肥料处理对绿竹笋N、P、K含量、粗蛋白质、粗纤维、蛋白质水解氨基酸含量有明显的促进作用 ,竹笋N和蛋白质含量以无机肥处理最高 ,P含量、氨基酸总量、必需氨基酸总量以复合肥处理最高 ,K含量、粗纤维、半需氨基酸总量以有机肥处理最高 ,但还原糖、总可溶性糖、蔗糖、淀粉含量不施肥处理明显高于施肥处理。 3种肥料处理对绿竹叶片N、P、K含量的影响在不同发笋时期表现出一定的差异性 ,发笋初期N、P、K含量施肥处理明显高于不施肥处理 ,以无机肥处理最高 ;盛期叶片N、P含量以有机肥处理最高 ,K含量以无机肥处理最高 ;末期N含量以有机肥处理最高 ,P含量以不施肥处理最高 ,K含量以无机肥处理最高 ,表现出不同肥料施肥效应的差异性。  相似文献

Carbon (C), nitrogen (N), and phosphorous (P) levels and their stoichiometry in plant components (leaves, branch trunks, roots) of trees in a karst forest and non-karst forest are compared. The results show that the C contents, C:N and C:P ratios of dominant species in the karst forest were lower than those in the non-karst forest, but the N and P and the N:P ratio were higher;C:N:P ratios in plant organs of trees in the karst forest were in the order of trunks>roots>branches>leaves. However, C:N:P ratio in the non-karst forest trees were trunks>branches>roots>leaves. Moreover, ratio of C:N:P in trunks was highest and lowest in leaves in both forests. In non-karst forest trees, N:P was in the order of leaves> roots>branches>trunks. There were no significant differences in the ratio of N:P in different plant components of trees in the karst forest. However, in karst and non-karst forest trees, the ratio of N:P in leaves was highest;positive correlations between N and P contents, and N and N:P ratios were observed in both karst and non-karst forests (p<0.001). Negative correlations between P and N:P ratios (p<0.05) were observed in karst forest trees, while positive correlations were observed in non-karst forest trees.  相似文献

格氏栲(Castanopsis kawakamii)树种的幼苗为适应生长环境的变化,在长期演化过程中在生物量和养分分配等方面渐渐地形成了一些适应生存环境竞争的特征。为了使格氏栲天然林保持群落物种的多样性和促进格氏栲天然林种群的更新与繁殖,对格氏栲林窗内外土壤理化性质进行了试验研究,结果表明:在表层土壤中,林窗的土壤容重高于林内;在下层土壤中,林窗的容重低于林内。在同土壤层次,林窗与林内相比,土壤毛管孔隙度和总孔隙度的数值林窗都要高,而土壤非毛管孔隙度、非毛管孔隙度同毛管孔隙度比值、土壤通气度则低。说明在土壤保水性方面,林窗要好于林内;在通气性与透水性方面,林内要好于林窗。  相似文献

Abstract

Seasonal behavior of vascular cambium and development of secondary xylem were studied in the 2-3-years-old branches of Azadirachta indica A. Juss. (Meliaceae) growing in moist deciduous (MDF), dry deciduous (DDF) and scrub land (SF) forests of Gujarat State. Development of xylem began with the sprouting of new leaves in January in both MDF and DDF. Xylem production culminated in July in MDF whereas it reached peak in April and July in DDF. Cambial cells ceased to divide with the maturation of leaves in November and October in MDF and DDF, respectively. Mature xylem and phloem derivatives surrounded the cambium in December in MDF and November in DDF. Radial growth in the branches of trees growing in SF was found continuous throughout the year with peak cambial activity in April, July and November. In all the three forests, maximal radial growth was encountered in July when the rains were heavy. Cambial activity and xylem development showed significant correlation with the phenology of the trees in MDF and DDF whereas cambium was found active throughout the year and no correlation was found between the cambial activity and phenology in SF.  相似文献

毛白杨为扦插难生根树种,而芽变毛白杨较易生根。芽变毛白杨插条内POD活性比毛白杨低,在生根过程中与另一亲缘种大官杨相比,POD活性变化趋势相反;IAAO活性与毛白杨变化趋势相反,与大官杨变化趋势基本相同。在不定根出现时期,芽变毛白杨插条内的POD和IAAO活性均为最高。芽变毛白杨组培苗生根过程中POD和IAAO活性变化趋势与田间苗类似。  相似文献

We used chlorophyll fluorescence techniques to investigate responses of Photosystem II (PSII) quantum yield to light availability in the short term (quantum flux density integrated over the measurement day, Qd) and in the long term (Qd averaged over the season, Qs) in a mixed deciduous forest comprising shade-tolerant and water-stress-sensitive Tilia cordata Mill. in the lower canopy and shade-intolerant and water-stress-resistant Populus tremula L. in the upper canopy. In both species, intrinsic efficiency of PSII in the dark-adapted state (Fv/Fm) was lower during the day than during the night, and the difference in Fv/Fm between day and night increased with increasing Qs. Although the capacity for photosynthetic electron transport increased with increasing Qs in both species, maximum quantum efficiency of PSII in the light-adapted state (alpha) decreased with increasing Qs. At a common Qs, alpha was lower in T. cordata than in P. tremula primarily because of a higher fraction of closed PSII centers, and to a smaller extent because of limited, non-radiative, excitation energy dissipation in the pigment bed in T. cordata. Across both species, photochemical quenching (qP), which measures the openness of PSII centers, varied more than fivefold, but the efficiency of excitation energy capture by open PSII centers (Fv'/Fm'), which is an estimate of non-radiative excitation energy dissipation in PSII antennae, varied by only 50%. Chlorophyll turnover rates increased with increasing irradiance, especially in T. cordata, possibly because of increased photodestruction. Diurnal measurements of PSII quantum yields (PhiPSII) indicated that, under similar environmental conditions, PhiPSII was always lower in the afternoon than in the morning, and the fraction of daily integrated photosynthetic electron transport lost because of diurnal declines in PhiPSII (Delta) increased with increasing Qd. At a common Qd, mean daily PSII center reduction state, the fraction of light in excess (1 - fractions of light used in photochemistry and dissipated as heat) and Delta were higher in T. cordata than in P. tremula. This was attributed to greater stomatal closure during the day, which led to a greater reduction in the requirement for assimilative electron flow in T. cordata. Across both species, Delta scaled negatively with the fraction of light utilized photochemically, demonstrating the leading role of PSII center openness in maintaining high PSII efficiency. Because photosynthesis (A) at current ambient carbon dioxide concentration is limited by CO2 availability in high light and mainly by photosynthetic electron transport rates in low light, overall daily down-regulation of PhiPSII primarily influences A in low light. Given that foliar water stress scales positively with Qs in both species, we conclude that the inverse patterns of variation in water and light availabilities in the canopy result in a greater decline in A than is predicted by decreases in stomatal conductance alone.  相似文献

对落叶松人工纯林不同发育阶段幼龄林、中龄林、近熟林、成熟林及二代幼龄林土壤腐殖物质组分变化及其对酸度的影响进行研究,以次生林和一代幼龄林为对照,比较不同发育阶段落叶松人工林与天然次生林、一代幼龄林与二代幼龄林土壤有机质含量、腐殖物质组分特征的差异.结果表明:落叶松人工林从幼龄林到近熟林根际与非根际土壤有机质含量、胡敏酸含碳量、胡敏素含碳量随林龄的增大而增大;近熟林到成熟林根际与非根际土壤有机质含量、富啡酸含碳量和胡敏素含碳量随着林龄的增大而降低;土壤腐殖化程度(土壤中胡敏酸占全C的百分比)和土壤腐殖质中胡敏酸含碳量与富啡酸含碳量比值(HA/FA)为次生林大于幼龄林和近熟林;二代幼龄林与一代幼龄林相比,根际土壤有机质含量、富啡酸含碳量和胡敏素含碳量分别降低4.53%、35.8%和1.98%,非根际土壤有机质含量、胡敏酸含碳量、富啡酸含碳量和胡敏素含碳量分别提高46.44%、43.69%、47.45%和49.5%;土壤腐殖物质组分与酸度的相关关系随着年龄的变化而变化,并且不同发育阶段根际土壤腐殖物质组分与根际土壤活性酸(pH值)、交换性酸、水解性酸相关性密切.  相似文献

通过对盆栽桃树果实贮存水运转动态的数学模拟发现,果实的贮存水汇入蒸腾流的最大量只占全天茎流总量的1.4%左右。白天,贮存水从果实汇入蒸腾流;晚上,由树干流入果实。晴天贮存水的变化明显大于阴天,其变化规律与水势的变化相一致,而水势的变化又主要是由太阳辐射的变化引起的。  相似文献
