The methods of equivalent linearization of different energy dissipation devices are different in analyzing passive energy dissipation structure including different type of energy dissipation device by using of mode-superposition response spectrum method based on equivalent linearization, which results in the differences in computing accuracy and cost in dynamic analysis. For structures separately installed different energy dissipation devices, authors utilize relatively uncoupled mode-superposition method and complex mode-superposition method for contrast analysis, and probe into the suitability of the two methods in the dynamic analysis of passive energy dissipation structure. Numerical results show that complex mode-superposition method could be better for structure with viscous dampers in order to guarantee accuracy, and relatively uncoupled mode-superposition method is recommended for structure with viscoelastic, metallic or frictional ones.  相似文献

罕遇地震下石化钢结构减震的关键影响因素   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
在强烈地震作用下,炼油厂的石化钢结构可能发生破坏,导致较大的经济损失,并易引发严重的次生灾害。为降低石化钢结构的地震风险,结合石化钢结构的特点,以某大型炼油厂重整装置反应器为例,建立有限元分析模型,设置黏滞阻尼器进行罕遇地震下的减震设计,并分析了阻尼器的设置位置、数量和阻尼参数等影响因素。研究结果表明,黏滞阻尼器所在楼层的层间剪力和层间位移角显著减小,布置在结构底部的减震效果优于布置在中、上部;随着阻尼器数量的增加,层间剪力和层间位移角都会随之减小,但减少幅度逐渐降低;阻尼系数对石化钢结构减震效果的影响大于阻尼指数,减震设计中宜优先调整阻尼系数以获得较好的抗震性能。  相似文献

The basic structure of Variable Curvature Friction Pendulum Isolation Bearing (VCFP) is introduced. Based on the principle of mechanical equilibrium, theoretical analysis on two types of VCFP which are Variable Frequency Pendulum Isolation Bearing (VFPI) and Conical Friction Pendulum Bearing (CFPI) are conducted. The stiffness of each VCFP is derived, and the recovery characteristics were discussed and the computing formula of maximum residual displacement was deduced as well. Moreover, with the use of ABAQUS software, the models with solid element of each VCFP are built, and the hysteresis property under low cyclic loading and recovery characteristic are simulated. The comparative analysis of VCFP and Friction Pendulum Bearing (FPB) are also conducted. The results show that: 1) the numerical simulation results are identical to the theoretical analysis; 2) according to its plump hysteresis loops, the hysteresis property of VCFP is favorable, further more, its effective viscous damping ratio and coefficient of energy dissipation are higher than FPB, which indicates its greater ability in energy dissipation; 3) the stiffness of the VCFP is determined by curvature radius, that is, sliding surface function. And its stiffness decreases with the increase of bearing displacement through rational design. And then its isolation period increases as the displacement increases and the low frequency resonance problem of isolated structures can be well solved; 4) compared with FPB, the softening mechanism of stiffness can make the shear force transferred to superstructure decrease; 5) the maximum stress of bearing appears when the bearing reaches its designed displacement, and in general it may situate in the edge of ball joint surface of slider or bearing plate 6) the maximum residual displacement of VCFP depends on both friction coefficient and the parameters of sliding surface function, therefore, parametric design based on analysis or simulation is necessary so as to control the maximum value in an acceptable range in engineering.  相似文献

A dynamic model of transmission system for a marine gear is established considering time-varying mesh stiffness, mesh damping and tooth composite error. The solution efficiency is improved by taking contact line length change of gear pair instead of instantaneous gear mesh stiffness change and making mesh damping and tooth surface equivalent to viscous damping. Multi-objective dynamic optimization design is put into practice to improve the marine gear transmission system using vibration acceleration and mass as target function. The results show that the optimization method can effectively reduce the vibration level and mass of marine gear.  相似文献

为了确定强震作用下斜拉桥合理的横向抗震约束体系,以可克达拉大桥为工程背景,采用非线性时程分析法,分析了4种横向约束体系即横向滑动体系、全限位体系、位移相关型减震体系和速度相关型减震体系对强震区大跨度桥梁地震响应的影响,重点对钢阻尼器的屈服荷载和黏滞阻尼器的位置及相关参数进行优化分析,并与其他体系的地震响应进行了对比。结果表明:在强震作用下,对于大跨度桥梁横向滑动体系和全限位体系均不是理想的抗震体系;而在墩梁、塔梁之间设置减隔震装置可以有效减少横桥向的墩梁、塔梁的相对位移及地震剪力和弯矩;然而,从桥梁正常使用的角度来看,塔梁之间布设横向钢阻尼器装置优于黏滞阻尼器装置。  相似文献

The mountain hazards like snow avalanches, landslides, rock falls, debris flows and so on all have strong power of destruction which seriously threaten human’s lives and belongings. Therefore, it is necessary to study more the development of these disasters in order to prevent them. Setting up obstacles is the primary measure to control the movement and deposition process of mountain hazards. For the study of the influence of this measure on the development of disasters, the numerical simulation calculation aiming at the flow and deposition process of the granulars flowing past different built obstacles was made by the theory of SH granular flow and the method of finite volume discretization based on Roe's Scheme. Futhermore, the influence of different settings of obstacles on the granular flow is discussed. The numerical results show that the settings of obstacles have a great effect on the process of granular flow. That is, the effective precaution against the disasters is no other than setting up the obstacles correctly. As the numerical simulation calculation can optimize the setting of obstacle, it provides a reasonable and economic reference scheme of disaster prevention and planning of mountain area.  相似文献

Based on the discussion of the simulation for the cable prestress, the rigidity theory was used to identify the geometrical dimensions of semi-rigid structures in zero state. When the structural geometry in initial state is given, the geometrical dimension in zero state is determined by the initial prestress distribution. The contribution-matrix method is firstly applied to get the initial lack of fit. However, the influencing factor of initial lack of fit on the displacement of control point is linear superposition, that is, the structural response is linear, and it is irreconcilable with the geometry nonlinear of semi-rigid structure. In order to reduce the error of nonlinear structural response, the influencing factor in the contribution-matrix method is revised, and modified contribution-matrix method is put forward. Programs by ANSYS parameter design language APDL are worked out for the form-finding analysis of beam-string structure of a practical project. The numerical results show that the modified contribution-matrix method reduces the errors of the assumption of structural linear response. And it can be applied to the form-finding of semi-rigid structures with small stiffness.  相似文献

This paper proposes a new method of structure control that to set damping braces in a top - bear arch bridge. Lumped damping can be introduced to structures to reduce seismic response. The FEM analysis of Nimu bridge which is braced with viscoelastic dampers had done. The results show that the viscoelastic damping braces can remarkably decrease displacement within the arc plane, which is an efficient structure control method.  相似文献

For a reinforce concrete frame structures which is not satisfied the standard for seismic appraiser of building, viscidity dampers are used to retrofit the structure. Four reinforce schemes are selected in which six same viscidity dampers are located at different position of the structure. Compared seismic performance of the retrofited structure with unretrofited one, an optimum scheme where viscidity dampers should better set is obtained. Then the number and technical parameter of viscidity dampers are adjusted, and seismic performance of the structure are calculated. The results are compared and a more economic scheme is obtained because the cost is lowest and the displacement of the structure under earthquakes is satisfied the standard for seismic appraiser of building. Several rules and advices are gotten about how to use the viscidity dampers to retrofit reinforce concrete frame structures. The conclusion about viscidity dampers are useful for similar actual engineering.  相似文献

采用有机溶剂为载体对毛葱油进行超声波辅助萃取。在单因素和响应面优化设计试验的基础上,确定了最佳提取工艺条件:以二氯甲烷为萃取剂,料液比1:3,超声功率209W,超声时间37 min,超声温度31℃,在此条件下,毛葱油得率可达4.45g/kg。得到的毛葱油为棕色黏稠液体。  相似文献

For non-ideal interpolation results of complex implicit nonlinear functions between non-normal distribution response and standard normal distribution inputs using stochastic response surface method, radial basis functions was used to replace Hermite polynomials so as to solve complex implicit nonlinear function interpolation problem for its excellent performance on scattered data interpolation. A few nonlinear analytical functions and uncertainty problems of the load carrying capacity of single circular concrete filled steel tubule (CFST) arch were used as examples to test and verify the precision of proposed method in non-normal distribution response interpolation and its engineering applicability. The results show that stochastic response surface method based on radial basis functions performs well in fitting highly nonlinear input implicit functions, and can achieve high precision on multi-parameters CFST arch load carrying capacity uncertainty problems. Meanwhile, the method has less sample points compared to the Hermite polynomials method.  相似文献

在Y形偏心支撑高强钢框架结构抗震性振动台试验的基础上,建立了试验试件的有限元模型,并验证了分析的正确性。设计了一个9层的Y形偏心支撑高强钢框架结构,以耗能梁段长度、耗能梁段腹板高厚比、高跨比为参数,对9层结构进行了非线性动力时程分析,研究了以上参数对结构抗震性能的影响。研究结果表明,改变耗能梁段长度、高跨比对结构层间侧移、耗能梁段性能、框架柱弯矩、耗能能力均有不同程度的影响,对框架柱轴力、基底剪力无显著影响;改变耗能梁段腹板高厚比对结构耗能能力有影响,对结构层间侧移、耗能梁段性能、框架柱受力、基底剪力无显著影响,并给出了相关设计建议。  相似文献

建立增速齿轮箱动力学分析有限元模型,利用Lanczos法求得齿轮系统的振动模态;以齿轮副时变啮合刚度激励、齿面综合误差激励和轮齿啮合冲击激励为内部作用激励,采用直接积分法求得箱体表面节点的动态响应。选取箱体上12个主要结构参数作为动力学性能优化的设计变量,齿轮箱体积为状态变量,以齿轮箱表面振动加速度的均方根值最小为动力学性能优化的目标函数,利用零阶与一阶优化算法求得最优设计变量。结果表明:优化前后箱体均不产生共振,且满足静力学条件;优化后目标函数减小37.5%,箱体各计算点的振动响应均有较大幅度的减小,最大减小量为54%。  相似文献

A new analysis method for machining surface profile error is presented in this paper.The linear regression and nonlinear regression are first applied respectively,and then the Weierstrass Mandebrot fractal function is used to obtain the fractal parameters of machining profiles.A minimal parameter set which depicts the machining surface geometric precision is set up,and the surface profile can be reconstructed using these parameters,and an analysis method for part performance and its tolerance structure is proposed.Examples are provided to illustrate the method is feasible and effective.  相似文献

Some ideas of uniform design in the test design are introduced into Simulated Annealing Arithmetic and a new method of design based on uniform design is discussed. The global optimal solutions of nonlinear multi-peak function can be found by this method. A series of uniformly distributed points are generated by the principle of the uniform design in variable design space. These points are regarded as a series of start points of the optimization model. The Simulated Annealing Arithmetic is chosen to compute and a series of local minimum values can be gained. Before compared with each other, the best value of all local minimum values can be found out, the value is thought as the global minimum in some degree. According to the method, a program is compiled and an example of design is implemented. The result of the example testifies that the method is feasible.  相似文献

This paper introduces the efficient computer aided design method to optimize the section of steel-concrete continuous composite beams by combining FEM for structure analysis with optimization arithmetic and an efficient shearing force link model of steel-concrete composite beams.The authors established a finite element analysis model,optimization parameter model,optimization mathematics model of steel-concrete continuous composite beams and programs analysis file and optimization control file by using the ANSYS parameter design language. To investigate the mechanical behavior of reinforced concrete structure subjected to fire, the incremental thermo elastic plastic creep constitutive equations of steel and concrete in consideration of temperature and creep deformation were obtained based on different yield rules and the elastic plastic theories. The nonlinear analysis for reinforced concrete simply supported slab was carried out with consideration the variation of the mechanical properties of steel and concrete with temperature. The effectiveness and applicability of the constitutive equations were verified with the test results from relevant literature. The nonlinear analysis was employed for one bay one storey reinforced concrete frame under fire and the variation of displacement at partial nodes was analysed. It was found that the reinforced concrete structure at a high temperature would have a significant deformation. And the displacement change curves of beam column joints of reinforced concrete frame were not monotonous trend and there were inflexion points. The vertical displacement values of beam column joints were less than those at midspan of cross beam.  相似文献

In order to better understand the seismic performance of the hybrid structure, numerical analysis and shaking table model testing were conducted on a real tall building constructed in Beijing. The nonlinear analytic model of the structure was established with the aid of PERFORM-3D program, and the elastoplastic time-history analysis was performed. From displacement responses and energy dissipation of the entire structure, and deformations and plastic hinge forming condition of components, the response features under different earthquake levels were obtained. Based on the predetermined allowable limits of performance indices, the seismic performance of the structure was evaluated. In the mean time, the numerical analysis results were compared with test results. Both of test results and numerical analysis results indicate that the hybrid structure has good seismic performance.  相似文献

针对行人下肢的碰撞保护,建立了某车型的有限元碰撞模型并进行了试验验证。为改善行人保护性能,提出了添加吸能泡沫及副保险杠的改进方案。以吸能泡沫厚度、主副保险杠垂向距离、副保险杠壁厚这3个结构参数为设计变量,构造了优化的拉丁超立方试验,结合最小二乘法建立胫骨加速度、膝关节弯曲角度及剪切位移3个伤害指标的响应面模型,运用多目标遗传算法进行优化求解。对比结果表明,优化后的结构有效地降低了行人腿部受到的伤害,满足了安全法规要求。  相似文献
