为探讨n-6/n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)比值为10或20对断奶仔猪生长性能及LPS诱导的肠道形态的影响,试验选用24头28 d断奶、平均体重(6.8±0.55)kg的荣昌小公猪,采用2×2因子试验设计,日粮类型(n-6/n-3PUFA比值为10和20)和免疫应激(注射LPS和生理盐水),试验期21 d。第21天,每日粮处理组一半的仔猪腹膜注射大肠杆菌脂多糖(LPS)或生理盐水,3 h后屠宰仔猪采集肠道样品。结果表明:在试验的0~7 d和0~21 d,采食n-6/n-3 PUFA比值为10日粮的仔猪饲料转化效率显著高于采食n-6/n-3 PUFA比值为20日粮的仔猪(P<0.05);注射LPS显著降低了断奶仔猪空肠绒毛高度与隐窝深度的比率(P=0.01),但两种n-6/n-3 PUFA比值的日粮对LPS诱导的仔猪肠道形态损害没有缓解作用。  相似文献

试验选用60头日龄相近(23±1)临床检查健康的“杜×长×大”三元杂交断奶仔猪,按体重和性别随机分成3组,每组20头,分别饲喂基础日粮、基础日粮+3000 mg/kg 氧化锌、基础日粮+500 mg/kg 蛋氨酸锌。在断奶后0、21、42、70 d,每组随机选取10头仔猪,前腔静脉采血,测定部分血清生化指标。结果表明,在断奶后0~42 d,添加高锌日粮组仔猪的体重和日增重显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)高于对照组仔猪,而在断奶后42~70 d,对照组仔猪日增重显著高于添加高锌日粮组仔猪(P<0.05);在断奶后42~70 d,添加高锌日粮组仔猪血清AST和ALT水平显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)高于对照组仔猪,而血清TP、ALB水平显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)低于对照组仔猪;在断奶后21~70 d,添加高锌日粮组仔猪血清ALP水平极显著高于对照组仔猪(P<0.01)。因此,断奶仔猪早期饲喂高锌日粮能显著缓解仔猪断奶应激,而长期饲喂高锌日粮对断奶仔猪有毒副作用。  相似文献

试验旨在探究饲粮中n-6/n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)比值对肉鹅生长性能、屠宰性能、血清脂质指标、肠道组织形态和胸肌脂肪酸组成的影响。选取120只体重为(1.0±0.1) kg的32日龄肉鹅(三花鹅),随机分成3组,每组5个重复,每个重复8只。Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组饲粮中n-6/n-3 PUFA比值分别为1∶1、6∶1、12∶1。试验期60 d。结果表明:1)饲粮中n-6/n-3 PUFA比值对肉鹅的生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05)。2)Ⅱ组的腹脂率显著低于其他2组(P<0.05)。3)Ⅱ组的血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量显著低于其他2组(P<0.05)。4)Ⅱ组的十二指肠绒毛高度显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),Ⅱ组的回肠隐窝深度显著低于其他2组(P<0.05),Ⅱ组的回肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度显著高于其他2组(P<0.05)。5)Ⅱ组的胸肌辛酸、γ-亚麻酸、α-亚麻酸、二十碳六烯酸和n-3 PUFA含量显著高于其他2组(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中n-6/n-3比值为6∶1时,肉鹅的腹脂率、血清LDL-C含量和回肠隐窝深度最低,十二指...  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮n-6/n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)比值对冬毛期北极狐生长性能、肝脏脂肪酸组成及肝脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白(L-FABP)和脂肪酸转运蛋白(FATP)基因表达的影响。试验选取48只157日龄、平均体重为(5 658±47)g的健康雄性北极狐,随机分成4组,每组12个重复,每个重复1只。Ⅰ组饲粮中添加12.00%鱼油和2.00%豆油,n-6/n-3 PUFA比值为3.00;Ⅱ组饲粮中添加9.38%玉米油和4.62%豆油,n-6/n-3 PUFA比值为18.03;Ⅲ组饲粮中添加12.00%玉米油和2.00%豆油,n-6/n-3 PUFA比值为40.83;Ⅳ组饲粮中添加1.50%鱼油和12.50%玉米油,n-6/n-3 PUFA比值为136.36。各组饲粮除油脂组成和配比不同外,其他原料一致。预试期7 d,正试期40 d。结果表明:1)饲粮n-6/n-3 PUFA比值对冬毛期北极狐的平均日增重(ADG)、平均日采食量(ADFI)和料重比(F/G)有极显著影响(P0.01)。Ⅰ和Ⅳ组的ADG极显著高于Ⅱ和Ⅲ组(P0.01),Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅳ组的ADFI极显著高于Ⅲ组(P0.01),Ⅳ组的F/G极显著低于Ⅱ和Ⅲ组(P0.01)。2)饲粮n-6/n-3 PUFA比值对冬毛期北极狐肝脏单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)、PUFA、n-3 PUFA和n-6 PUFA的含量有显著或极显著影响(P0.05或P0.01),对肝脏饱和脂肪酸(SFA)含量无显著影响(P0.05)。Ⅰ和Ⅳ组肝脏n-3 PUFA含量极显著高于Ⅱ和Ⅲ组(P0.01),Ⅱ和Ⅲ组肝脏n-6 PUFA含量极显著高于Ⅰ和Ⅳ组(P0.01)。3)饲粮n-6/n-3 PUFA比值对冬毛期北极狐肝脏L-FABP mRNA相对表达量无显著影响(P0.05),但极显著影响肝脏FATP mRNA相对表达量(P0.01)。Ⅰ和Ⅳ组肝脏FATP mRNA相对表达量极显著高于Ⅱ和Ⅲ组(P0.01)。由此可见,饲粮添加1.50%鱼油与12.50%玉米油的混合油脂,即饲粮n-6/n-3 PUFA比值为136.36时,上调了肝脏中FATP基因的表达,增加了肝脏长链脂肪酸的转运及利用效率,促进了冬毛期北极狐的生长。  相似文献

母猪日粮中的鱼油对乳中脂肪酸和仔猪生长性能的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
通过2个试验研究在母猪妊娠后期(103d)和哺乳期日粮中添加不同水平的鱼油对乳中脂肪酸和仔猪生长性能的影响。试验1和试验2分别选择20头妊娠后期(103d)健康长×大杂交经产母猪,随机分成2组,每组10头母猪,单栏饲养,仔猪21d断奶。试验1,在玉米-豆粕型基础日粮中分别添加0或5%的鱼油。其结果显示:与对照组相比,添加5%鱼油①极显著的提高了乳中n-3PUFA的含量(P<0.001),极显著的降低了乳中n-6PUFA的含量(P<0.001);②显著提高了仔猪的育成率(P<0.05),有提高仔猪21日龄ADG的趋势(P<0.10)。试验2,在基础日粮中分别添加7%猪油或7%鱼油。其结果显示:与添加7%的猪油相比,添加7%的鱼油①极显著的提高了乳中n-3PUFA的含量(P<0.001),极显著的降低了乳中n-6PUFA的含量(P<0.001);②显著降低初生重≤1200g较小仔猪的比例(P<0.05),显著提高初生重≤1500g仔猪的育成率(P<0.05),尤其是提高了初生重≤900g弱仔的育成率31%;③显著提高了仔猪21日龄ADG(P<0.05),对仔猪21日龄均重有提高的趋势(P<0.10)。试验1和试验2中,仔猪平均增重与乳中n-3PUFA的含量呈显著的正相关(P<0.05),与n-6PUFA的含量呈显著的负相关(P<0.05)。以上结果表明,在妊娠后期和哺乳期母猪日粮中添加不同水平的鱼油提高了乳中DHA、EPA和n-3PUFA的含量,有利于提高仔猪的育成率和生长性能。  相似文献

将135只26周龄海兰褐商品蛋鸡随机分为3个处理,分别饲以3种日粮:n-3多不饱和脂肪酸日粮(PUFA)、n-6PUFA日粮和普通日粮研究PUFA类型对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋黄脂肪酸富集的影响。试验结果表明:n-3PUFA日粮使产蛋率和饲料效率显著(P<0.05)降低;n-6PUFA日粮组死亡率与其他组相比极显著(P<0.01)上升。两种PUFA日粮使蛋黄n-3PUFA及n-6PUFA含量显著(P<0.05)改变。结果表明:PUFA日粮能显著改变蛋黄PUFA的组成,可生产出n-3PUFA含量达到585mg/枚和n-6PUFA含量达到1595mg/枚的鸡蛋;但试验发现日粮中添加过多的亚麻籽和葵籽对蛋鸡生产性能有不良的影响(P<0.05)。  相似文献

文章旨在研究日粮添加不同水平的纳米银对断奶仔猪生长性能、肠道形态及微生物菌群的影响。本研究共进行3个试验,试验1收集8头断奶后7 d仔猪的回肠内容物,在体外37℃条件下分别添加0、20、40和80μg/kg纳米银,孵育4 h。结果显示,随着纳米银添加水平的升高,回肠内容物大肠杆菌和乳酸杆菌的含量显著线性降低(P<0.05),但对乳酸杆菌比例无显著影响(P>0.05)。试验2分为3个组,每组10头21 d断奶的仔猪,日粮中分别添加0、20和40 mg/kg纳米银,结果发现随着纳米银添加水平的升高,断奶后2周仔猪的日增重表现为显著线性升高(P<0.05),同时回肠大肠杆菌含量有显著线性降低的趋势(P=0.07),显著降低了细菌总量和奇异菌属含量(P<0.05)。20 mg/kg纳米银组产气荚膜杆菌与梭菌比例最低(P<0.05)。试验3分为3组,每组选择10头21 d断奶仔猪,日粮中分别添加0、20和40 mg/kg纳米银,结果发现,日粮纳米银添加水平对仔猪断奶后前两周绒毛形态无显著影响(P>0.05),而隐窝深度有降低趋势(P=0.08)。20 mg/kg纳米银组仔猪在断奶前两周表现为最高(P<0.05),之后随着纳米银添加水平的升高在3~4周显著降低(P<0.05),料比显著升高(P<0.05)。日粮添加低剂量的纳米银可以改善断奶仔猪的采食量和日增重,适宜添加水平为20~40 mg/kg。  相似文献

试验研究了日粮中添加凝结芽孢杆菌对仔猪血浆抗氧化指标和肠黏膜生长的影响。选取30头体重相近的21日龄健康断奶仔猪随机分为3组(对照组、试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组),每组10个重复,每个重复1头猪。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组在基础日粮的基础上分别添加2.0×10~6、2.0×10~7 CFU/g的凝结芽孢杆菌。正试期21 d,试验结束时前腔静脉采血后屠宰取样。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ和Ⅱ组断奶仔猪血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、空肠和回肠绒毛高度与隐窝深度的比值、回肠总蛋白(TP)含量及RNA与DNA的比值均显著提高(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组仔猪血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组空肠TP含量及TP/DNA显著提高(P<0.05)。在本试验条件下,日粮中添加凝结芽孢杆菌可以提高断奶仔猪的抗氧化能力,促进仔猪肠道黏膜细胞的增殖与更新,从而改善了肠道黏膜形态结构。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮n-6/n-3多不饱和脂肪酸配比对育成期雄性蓝狐生长性能、营养物质消化率及氮代谢的影响。试验选取48只102日龄、平均体重为(2 370±24)g的健康雄性蓝狐,随机分成4组,每组12个重复,每个重复1只蓝狐。各组饲粮除油脂组成不同外,其他原料均一致。Ⅰ组饲粮中添加鱼油和豆油,n-6/n-3为3.00;Ⅱ组饲粮中添加鱼油和玉米油,n-6/n-3为6.03;Ⅲ组饲粮中添加鱼油和玉米油,n-6/n-3为9.01;Ⅳ组饲粮中添加玉米油和豆油,n-6/n-3为18.04。试验预试期7 d,试验期46 d。结果表明:1)Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组125日龄体重显著高于Ⅱ组(P0.05),Ⅰ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组102~125日龄平均日增重均极显著高于Ⅱ组(P0.01),Ⅰ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组102~125日龄料重比均显著低于Ⅱ组(P0.05)。饲粮n-6/n-3 PUFA配比对126~147日龄生长性能无显著影响(P0.05)。2)Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组干物质采食量显著高于Ⅱ组(P0.05),Ⅰ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组干物质消化率显著高于Ⅱ组(P0.05),Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组粗蛋白质消化率极显著高于Ⅱ组(P0.01),Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组总能消化率显著高于Ⅱ组(P0.05),Ⅲ组粗脂肪消化率显著高于Ⅱ组(P0.05)。饲粮n-6/n-3 PUFA配比对碳水化合物消化率无显著影响(P0.05)。3)Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组氮采食量极显著高于Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组(P0.01),Ⅳ组粪氮含量显著低于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P0.05)。饲粮n-6/n-3 PUFA配比对尿氮含量、氮沉积、净蛋白质利用率和蛋白质生物学价值无显著影响(P0.05)。综上所述,当饲粮n-6/n-3 PUFA配比为9.01或18.04时,蓝狐可获得较优的生长性能,但从饲料成本和贮存稳定性考虑,玉米油与豆油混合组更佳。  相似文献

在断奶仔猪日粮中添加三甲胺盐酸盐,探讨氯化胆碱中三甲胺超标对断奶仔猪采食量的影响。试验分为两组,对照日粮和试验日粮的氯化胆碱中三甲胺含量分别为220 mg/kg和22 g/kg,同时进行组内比较和组间比较2个试验。组间比较试验采用断奶后5~9 d的杜×(大.长)三元杂交仔猪90头,随机分为对照组及试验组,每组5个重复,每重复9头猪,每栏一个料槽,饲喂对照日粮或试验日粮,试验期8 d。试验结果表明,试验组平均日采食量明显低于对照组(291 g/头vs 382 g/头),其中第0~3天的日采食量差异显著(213 g/头vs 313 g/头,P<0.05)。组内比较试验采用断奶后4~13 d的杜×(大.长)三元杂交仔猪24头,随机分为6组,每组4头猪,每栏设两个料槽,同时饲喂对照日粮和试验日粮,试验期10 d。试验结果表明,仔猪对高三甲胺日粮的采食量明显低于对照日粮,在试验第5~10天和整个试验期日采食量均存在显著差异(202 g/头vs 305 g/头;179 g/头vs 287 g/头,P<0.05)。说明氯化胆碱中三甲胺严重超标对仔猪的采食量会产生不良影响。  相似文献

(1) This investigation studied the effects of dietary saturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) from the n-3 and n-6 series on insulin action and glucose uptake in broiler chickens. (2) One-day-old male chicks were fed on a commercial starter diet for 3 weeks, randomly divided into three groups (n = 6) and fed ad libitum on isonitrogenous experimental diets of equal energy density for a further 6 weeks. The diets contained 20.8 g/100 g protein and 80 g/kg of either edible tallow, fish oil or sunflower oil, giving diets high in saturated fatty acids, n-S PUFAs or n-6 PUFAs, respectively. (3) Jugular catheterisation was performed under general anaesthesia during week 4 of the dietary treatments and the birds given 7 d post-surgery to recover. To estimate insulin action, a bolus glucose infusion (1 g/kg) was given to each chicken and sequential blood samples taken over a one-hour period. To estimate the disappearance rate of glucose from the plasma and its incorporation into tissues, 2-deoxy-D-3H glucose (2DG-3H glucose) was infused into each chicken (50 microCi) 2 d later. (4) Although there were no significant differences in glucose clearance rate following the glucose infusion, the maximal insulin release in response to the glucose infusion was higher in the tallow group than in either the n-3 or n-6 PUFA dietary groups. There were no significant differences in the clearance rate of 2DG-3H glucose. Labelled glucose incorporation into the breast muscle was greater in birds given fish oil than in birds given tallow and significantly greater than in birds given sunflower oil. (5) The data suggest that the type of dietary fat can influence glucose metabolism and that this change in glucose utilisation may alter the energy metabolism of the broiler.  相似文献

本文旨在探讨饲粮 n-6/n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)比例对扬州鹅肌肉脂肪酸组成的影响。试验选取 160只健康、体重接近的 21日龄扬州鹅,随机分成 4组,分别饲喂 n-6/n-3PUFA比例为 12∶1、9∶1、6∶1及 3∶1的饲粮,于 70日龄时取胸肌和腿肌,进行脂肪酸组成的测定。结果表明:1)在胸肌中,亚油酸的含量 9∶1组显著高于 3∶1组(P<0.05),而与其他各组之间无显著差异(P>0.05);α-亚麻酸的含量 3∶1组显著高于 6∶1和 9∶1组(P<0.05),极显著高于12∶1组(P<0.01)。2)在腿肌中,亚油酸的含量 12∶1和 6∶1组均显著高于 3∶1组(P<0.05),而与9∶1组无显著差异(P>0.05);α-亚麻酸的含量 3∶1组显著高于 6∶1组(P<0.05),极显著高于12∶1和 9∶1组(P<0.01)。综上所述,鹅肌肉中 n-6/n-3PUFA比例随饲粮中该比例的下降而下降,并以 3∶1组最低,但除 12∶1组的腿肌 n-6/n-3PUFA比例较高外,其他各组比例均在世界卫生组织推荐的适于人体健康的(6∶1)~(10∶1)的比例范围内。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究不同比例n-6/n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)对扬州鹅生产性能和屠宰性能的影响。选取160只3周龄扬州鹅,随机分成4组,每组4个重复,每个重复10只。分别饲喂n-6/n-3PUFA的比例为3:1、6:1、9:1、12:1玉米-豆粕型日粮,在42、56、70日龄进行样品采集。结果显示:不同比例n-6/n-3PUFA对生长期扬州鹅日增重和饲料转化率无显著影响,对生长期扬州鹅全净膛率、半净膛率和屠宰率无显著影响;对产肉性能胸肌率和腿肌率有显著影响n-6/n-3PUFA比例为9:1的屠宰率比较稳定,产肉性能最好。试验结果表明,不同比例多不饱和脂肪酸对扬州鹅生产性能、全净膛率,半净膛率和屠宰率没有影响,n-6/n-3PUFA比例为9:1时可获得较佳的胸肌率和腿肌率。  相似文献

Mast cells are important players in the pathogenesis of atopic diseases. These cells release immediate-phase and late-phase mediators of inflammation. Fatty acids are incorporated in cellular membranes and therefore seem to influence mediator production and release. A study was conducted to assess the effects of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA, 20:5n-3) and arachidonic acid (AA, 20:4n-6) on mast cell mediators in a canine mastocytoma cell line (C2). Cells were cultured in a basic medium (Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium/HAM's F12 1 : 1, DEH), DEH supplemented with 14.0 microm EPA (DEH-EPA) or 14 microm AA (DEH-AA). The DEH-AA cultured cells had increased spontaneous and mastoparan-stimulated PGE2 production and histamine release. Furthermore, the tryptase activity was increased. The DEH-EPA cultured cells rendered elevated levels of PGE2 and histamine release compared with DEH only after stimulation. These levels were significantly lower in comparison to DEH-AA. The increased PGE2 production of C2 cultured in DEH-AA is the consequence of the AA enrichment, because AA is the precursor of PGE2. However, the different effects by AA and EPA on mast cell mediators possibly reflect the higher susceptibility of long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) to undergo lipid peroxidation, because it is known that altered cellular redox state influences mediator production and release.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To determine the effect of dietary n-6 to n-3 fatty acid ratios and alpha-tocopheryl acetate concentration on immune functions andT cell subpopulations in healthy dogs. ANIMALS: Thirty-two 7- to 10-year old female Beagles. PROCEDURE: For 17 weeks, dogs were fed food that contained low (1.4:1) or high (40:1) ratios of n-6 to n-3 fatty acids in combination with 3 concentrations of all rac-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (low, 17 mg/kg of food; medium, 101 mg/kg; high, 447 mg/kg). Dogs were inoculated twice with a keyhole limpet hemocyanin suspension at 13 and 15 weeks. RESULTS: After 12 weeks, dogs consuming low concentrations of alpha-tocopheryl acetate had lower percentages of CD8+ T cells, compared with dogs consuming medium or high alpha-tocopheryl acetate concentrations. Also, dogs consuming low alpha-tocopheryl acetate concentrations had higher CD4+ to CD8+ T cell ratios. On day 4 of week 15, the percentage of CD8+ T cells was highest in dogs fed medium concentrations of alpha-tocopheryl acetate, compared with other dogs; however, the CD4+ to CD8+ T cell ratio was higher only in dogs fed low concentrations of alpha-tocopheryl acetate with high concentrations of n-3 fatty acids. Dogs consuming low concentrations of n-3 fatty acids with medium concentrations of alpha-tocopheryl acetate had the largest delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) skin test response. CONCLUSIONS AND CLINICAL RELEVANCE: An optimum amount of dietary alpha-tocopheryl acetate concentration, regardless of the dietary n-6 to n-3 fatty acid ratio, stimulates the CD8+ T cell population. Effects of an optimum amount of dietary alpha-tocopheryl acetate concentration on the DTH response are blunted by dietary n-3 fatty acids.  相似文献

用2个试验来评估母猪饲料中追加脂肪酸对母猪子宫脂肪酸构成的影响。在试验1中,组1为对照组(基础日粮),组2为亚麻组(基础日粮添加3.75%的亚麻),组3为保护性脂肪酸组(PFA)含有n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)。当母猪170日龄时,对其进行配种使其怀孕。在妊娠40~43d将组1的7头、组2的5头和组3的8头妊娠母猪屠宰。结果表明,相比对照组,组2有增加胎儿二十碳五烯酸(EPA:C20:5n-3)的趋势(P=0.055);组3中胎儿的二十二碳六烯酸(DHA:C22:6n-3)含量显著增加;组2和组3中胎儿的绒毛尿囊膜中的DHA含量有显著增加趋势;在组2中的母猪子宫内膜中,EPA和二十二碳五烯酸(DPA)含量和对照组差异显著(P0.001;P0.05),组3的DHA含量也显著增加(P0.001)。总体来看,亚麻组(组2)和保护脂肪酸组(组3)都选择性地使得母猪子宫内膜和绒毛尿囊膜中的EPA和DHA含量有所增加。在试验2中,将含有PFA(1.5%)的170日龄的母猪日粮作为试验组(n=13/每组)日粮,对照组日粮为玉米-豆粕型。30d后采集其血液样本,当母猪205日龄时对其进行人工配种。妊娠11~19d采集其胎儿和母体子宫样本。血液样本数据显示,PFA日粮组的血浆中EPA和DHA含量都有所增加,且试验组的子宫内膜的EPA含量和对照组差异显著(P0.005);另外试验组胚胎外其他组织的EPA和DHA含量也成倍增加;PFA日粮组的19d胎儿的DHA含量较对照组也有所增加(P0.05)。  相似文献

Résumé— Les effets d'alimentations supplémentées avec des ratios croissants decides gras polyinsaturés n — 6/n — 3 sur la synthèse de leucotriènes B dans la peau du chien et les neutrophiles sont présentés. Trente chien Beagles ont reçu pendant 2 mois avec une alimentation ayant un ratio n —6/n —3 de 28:1. Des aliments expérimentaux contenant des ratios de 5:1, 10:1, 25:1, 50:1 et 100:1 (six chiens par groupe) ont été administrés ensuite pendant 12 semaines. A la fin des deux mois d'alimentation témoin et au bout de 6 et 12 semaines d'alimentation expérimentale, les concentrations de LTB4 et LTB5 dans la peau et les neutrophiles ont été déterminées. Les neutrophiles de chiens ayant mangé des aliments de ratio 5:1 et 10:1 ont synthétisé 30–33 pourcent moins de LTB4 (P <0,05) et 370–500 pourcent plus de LTB5 (P <0,05) à 6 et 12 semaines, mais le relargage d'anions superoxide était inchangé. Se cuantificaron los niveles de leucotrienos B4 y B5 en la piel y en los neutrófilos al final de los dos meses de dieta control y a las 6 y 12 semanas de la dieta-tratamiento. Experimental diets, containing n-6 to n-3 ratios of 5:1, 10:1, 25:1, 50:1 and 100:1 (six dogs/group), were fed for 12 weeks. At the end of the 2 month control diet period, and again at 6 and 12 weeks of treatment feeding, leukotriene B4 and leukotriene B5 were quantitated in skin and neutrophils. Neutrophils from dogs fed the 5:1 and 10:1 diets synthesized 30–33 per cent less leukotriene B4 (P < 0.05) and 370–500 per cent greater leukotriene B5 (P < 0.05) at 6 and 12 weeks, but had no change in the release of superoxide anions during respiratory burst. In two experiments, each with 32 cross-bred ([Merino x Border Leicester] x Poll Dorset) wether lambs (26 to 33 kg weight range), animals were randomly assigned to one of four treatments. A mixture of lucerne chaff:oaten chaff was used as a basal diet, offered in different ratios. Animals were allowed to consume on a free-access basis in Exp. 1 or 90% of ad libitum intake in Exp. 2 in order to provide a low- (6.5 MJ ME/d) and medium- (9.5 MJ ME/d) quality basal diet, respectively. Isoenergetic amounts of lipid supplements, fish meal (80 g DM), canola meal (84 g DM), and soy meal (75 g DM) were tested in Exp. 1. In Exp. 2, fish meal (9% DM), unprotected rapeseed (7% DM), and protected canola seed (6% DM) were fed as supplements. At the end of 53-d (Exp. 1) or 46-d (Exp. 2) experimental periods, lambs were slaughtered at a commercial abattoir and at 24 h postmortem longissimus thoracis (LT) muscle was collected for the analysis of fatty acid (FA) composition of structural phospholipid and storage triglyceride fractions. Fish meal diet increased LT muscle long-chain n-3 FA content by 27% (P < 0.02) in Exp. 1 and 30% (P < 0.001) in Exp. 2 compared with lambs fed the basal diet, but fish meal decreased (P < 0.01) the n-6 FA content only in Exp. 1. Soy meal and protected canola seed diets increased (P < 0.01) LT muscle n-6 FA content but did not affect long-chain n-3 FA content. Longissimus thoracis muscle long-chain n-3 FA were mainly deposited in structural phospholipid, rather than in storage triglyceride. In both Exp. 1 and Exp. 2, the ratio of n-6:n-3 FA in LT muscle was lowest (P < 0.01) in lambs fed fish meal supplement compared with all other treatments. Protected canola seed diet increased the ratio of n-6:n-3 FA (P < 0.01) and PUFA:saturated fatty acid (P < 0.03) content from those animals fed the basal, fish meal, and unprotected rapeseed diets in Exp. 2. This was due to an increase in muscle n-6 FA content, mainly linoleic acid, of both phospholipid (P < 0.001) and triglyceride (P < 0.01) fractions and not to an increase in muscle n-3 FA content. The results indicate that by feeding fish meal supplement, the essential n-3 FA can be increased while lowering the ratio of n-6:n-3 content in lamb meat to an extent that could affect nutritional value, attractiveness, and the economic value of meat.  相似文献
