本试验为探讨蛋重和蛋形指数对和田黑鸡种蛋孵化效果的影响,将440枚和田黑鸡种蛋根据蛋形指数和蛋重分布范围各分成4个组,在相同条件下进行孵化,并分析蛋形指数、蛋重与种蛋孵化率、雏鸡初生重的关系。结果表明,按蛋形比较,第2组(0.72~0.76)的种蛋受精率分别比第1(小于0.72)、3(0.77~0.81),和4组(大于0.82)高5.20%、0.18%和2.14%,入孵蛋孵化率分别比第1、3和4组高8.73%、2.53%和6.96%,受精蛋孵化率分别比第1、3和4组高4.05%、2.42%和5.14%;但统计分析结果表明,各组间这3个指标差异均不显著(P0.05);50~60g范围的种蛋平均受精率、入孵蛋孵化率和受精蛋孵化率分别达到了97.64%、92.94%、95.19%,分别比第1组高3.32%、6.58%和3.62%,比第4组高3.52%、10.59%和7.69%;但统计分析结果表明,各组间差异均不显著(P0.05)。种蛋蛋重与雏鸡初生重呈强正相关关系(R_2=0.993),其相关性达到了极显著水平(P0.01)。因此,在和田黑鸡种蛋选择过程中对适宜的蛋重和蛋形指数范围可以适当的放宽。  相似文献

仙湖肉鸭A系种蛋重与蛋形指数对孵化效果的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
将仙湖肉鸭A系种蛋按蛋重分为7组、按蛋形指数大小分为6组,在相同条件下孵化,结果表明,蛋重不仅对孵化率、死胚率影响较大,而且对受精率亦有影响。当蛋重在95~99g(D组)时,孵化效果最好,种蛋受精率96.18%,受精蛋孵化率高达83.86%,入孵蛋孵化率达80.66%。当蛋重大于110g时,种蛋受精率下降至89.74%,受精蛋孵化率下降至71.43%,入孵蛋孵化率下降至64.10%;当蛋重小于85g时,受精蛋孵化率、入孵蛋孵化率分别下降至73.02%和71.88%。蛋形指数对孵化率、死胚率影响也较大,当蛋形指数为0.66~0.74时,受精蛋孵化率达80%以上,入孵蛋孵化率达76%以上,死胚率小于15%,孵化效果较好,且与其它各组差异显著。  相似文献

14只 2岁非洲黑鸵鸟 (4公 10母 )按公母比例 1∶ 2~ 3分成 4个繁殖组合 ,对产蛋、受精、孵化情况进行观察分析。结果显示 ,每只母鸵鸟年平均产蛋量为 5 5 .2枚 ,最高为 73枚 ,最低为 39枚。 4个组合鸟群之间种蛋的受精率存在显著的差异 (P<0 .0 1) , 组的受精率最高 ,为 5 9.6 % ; 组的受精率最低 ,仅 8.9%。各组的受精蛋孵化率差异不显著 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,平均受精蛋孵化率达到 92 .6 %。受精率较低的原因为公鸟年龄小 ,没有完全达到性成熟  相似文献

为研究AA+肉种鸡种蛋在长期存蛋的情况下,利用短时孵化操作规程看其对孵化成绩的影响。本研究选取36周龄父母代AA种鸡种蛋7560枚(45串),为同一批次种蛋,每组2520枚(15串)种蛋,分为3组。储存时间分别为第Ⅰ组3~4d;第Ⅱ组12~14d(进行短时孵化操作);第Ⅲ组12~14d,其他储存条件相同。孵化后对其捡雏时间、受精率、死胎率、毛蛋率、残死率、受精蛋孵化率、受精蛋A雏率、受精蛋健雏率(包括AB雏)等孵化指标进行两两分析,结果显示:(1)第Ⅰ、Ⅲ组比较可以看出,第Ⅲ在保存时间上的处理结果明显差于第Ⅰ组,即存放时间为12~14d种蛋的孵化结果明显差于存放时间3~4d的种蛋,具体表现为存放时间长的种蛋,捡雏时间长4h、死胎率升高1.9%、毛蛋率略高、残死率一致、受精蛋孵化率低3.7%、受精蛋A雏率低4.3%、受精率蛋健雏率低2.3%;(2)第Ⅱ、Ⅲ组比较可以看出,第Ⅱ组检雏时间短1h、死胎率低于第Ⅲ组1.9%、毛蛋率略低、残死率略高、受精蛋孵化率高于第Ⅲ组3%、受精蛋A雏率高于第Ⅲ组2.8%、受精率蛋健雏率高于第Ⅲ组2.4%;(3)第Ⅰ、Ⅱ组比较可以看出,第Ⅱ组捡雏时间长3h、受精蛋孵化率低于第Ⅰ组0.7%、受精蛋A雏率低于第Ⅰ组1.5%、受精率蛋健雏率高于第Ⅰ组0.1%、毛蛋率略低于第Ⅰ组,残死率略高于第Ⅰ组、死胎率一致。研究结果表明,对储存时间超过10d以上的种蛋进行短时孵化操作,可有效的保持种蛋的孵化成绩,对孵化场技术管理具有实际的指导作用。  相似文献

选健康良种罗曼褐鸡种蛋共计 7 000个,随机分为 2组,分别放在同一型号的孵化机上进行孵化。Ⅰ组在孵化过程中,不加水孵化;Ⅱ组通过加水盘的方式控制湿度作为对照,其它条件均同。结果Ⅰ组受精蛋孵化率为 56.8%,Ⅱ组受精蛋孵化率为 86.85%,Ⅰ组孵化率比Ⅱ组孵化率低 30.05个百分点,差异极显著(P<0.01)(见表1)。 湿度对孵化效果的影响@王小芬$湖北省黄冈市农业学校!黄冈 436102  相似文献

为筛选出效果较好的B系列鸡精液稀释液,以稀释后冷藏保存不同时长精子活力、受精率与孵化率为检测指标进行研究,结果表明:1)稀释冷藏30 min后,EL、EH组的精子活力显著优于B1组(P<0.05);冷藏24 h后,EH、EL组的精子活力显著高于P组(P<0.05);B1组和P组在各时间点均无显著性差异;2)稀释后立即输精,EL组的受精率比B1组高4.9%,但受精蛋孵化率降低5.5%,最终B1组入孵蛋孵化率比EL组高0.7%;稀释冷藏10 h后输精,EL组受精率比B1组高7%,但受精蛋孵化率比B1组低11%。B1组入孵蛋孵化率比EL组高5%,但比原精组低3%;3)稀释湘黄鸡精液冷藏运输70 km后输精,6个家系平均受精率为83.7%,受精蛋孵化率为89.8%,入孵蛋孵化率为75.2%;4)稀释液实际应用方面:B1、B2液输精效果较好,但B2液成本较低,孵化结果优于B1液与鸡场自配稀释液。综上所述,单纯降低B系列稀释液中TES含量(B1液)不利于精子生存,而等比例降低各组分,将渗透压调整为280 mOsm/kg(B2液)时,孵化效果较好。  相似文献

通过测量四川本地青脚白皮鸡种蛋蛋形指数,研究蛋形指数对种蛋孵化率和受精率的影响。将种蛋按照蛋形指数大小分为5组,第1组(0.709以下)、第2组(0.710~0.739)、第3组(0.740~0.769)、第4组(0.770~0.799)、第5组(0.800以上)。结果表明,第1~5组受精蛋孵化率分别为70.00%、83.33%、90.82%、88.44%、73.91%。第3组孵化率明显高于其他4组,与第1、5组比较,差异极显著(P0.01),与第2、4组比较,差异显著(P0.05)。第2、4组孵化率高于第1、5组,差异显著(P0.05)。结果表明,蛋形指数在0.710~0.799范围内的鸡种蛋孵化效果最佳。  相似文献

我县某乡兽医站对分批入孵的星杂288种蛋采用恒温式孵化。孵化温度为37.8℃,相对湿度为50~60%,通风和翻蛋等条件均按常规的标准掌握。于1989年1~2月已顺利孵出3批雏鸡,其受精蛋平均孵化率为90.13%,但第4批受精蛋孵化率陡然下降到71.40%。且健雏率低。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究不同水平蛋重与蛋形指数对籽鹅种蛋孵化效果的影响,进而总结出种蛋筛选的最佳方案,为籽鹅个体、家系种蛋的选留及籽鹅的繁衍、孵化、生产提供科学参考。选取二年籽鹅种蛋2 469枚,蛋重为94.8~154.4 g,平均蛋重(123.3±9.5)g;蛋形指数为1.24~1.63,平均蛋形指数1.45±0.05。采用2因素4水平试验设计,将所有种蛋按蛋重与蛋形指数分成16个孵化组(蛋重与蛋形指数分别分为4个水平),测量每枚种蛋蛋重与蛋形指数,并在蛋壳上做好编号,在相同孵化条件、同一孵化设备中进行两次孵化试验。结果表明,①蛋重<118.0 g组种蛋受精率最高,>131.9 g组次之;>131.9 g组种蛋受精蛋孵化率最高,125.0~131.9 g组次之,且受精蛋孵化率随着蛋重增大升高;125.0~131.9 g组种蛋孵化健雏率最高,>131.9 g组次之;>131.9 g组种蛋孵出鹅雏出生重最大。②蛋形指数在1.47~1.51组种蛋受精率及种蛋孵化健雏率最高,>1.51组次之;1.47~1.51组种蛋受精蛋孵化率最高,1.42~1.46组次之。分析以上结果可得出:籽鹅种蛋蛋重对种蛋受精率、受精蛋孵化率、健雏率、鹅雏出生重有显著影响(P<0.05),以籽鹅蛋重在125.0~154.4 g为宜;蛋形指数对种蛋受精率、受精蛋孵化率、健雏率亦有显著影响(P<0.05),对种蛋孵出鹅雏出生重无影响(P>0.05),以蛋形指数在1.47~1.51为宜。籽鹅种蛋蛋重与蛋形指数对受精率、受精蛋孵化率、健雏率、鹅雏出生重的影响均存在交互作用。其中,蛋形指数对种蛋孵化健雏率的影响较蛋重强,其作为单一因素对鹅雏出生重无影响。以上结果表明,以蛋重或蛋形指数任一因素作为种蛋筛选的依据都不科学,应综合考虑以达到种蛋优选的目的。  相似文献

This paper was aimed to study the impact of hatching egg weights and egg shape indexs on hatching of Zi goose,and then sum up the best scheme for hatching eggs screening,so as to provide scientific reference for the selection and retention of Zi goose individuals and family hatching eggs,as well as the breeding and incubation production.2469 hatching eggs of Zi geese of the second year were chosen with the weight range of 94.8 to 154.4 g and an average weight of (123.3±9.5) g;the egg shape index range was 1.24~1.63 and the average index was 1.45±0.05.Using 2 factors 4 levels test design,the weight and the shape index of eggs were divided into four levels and all the eggs were separated into 16 hatching groups.The weight and the shape index were measured and labeled on eggshells.Two hatching experiments were conducted in the same instrument and the hatching conditions were same.The results showed that:① Egg fertility rate was the highest in egg weight <118.0 g group,followed by >131.9 g group;Hatchability of fertilized eggs was the highest in >131.9 g group,followed by 125.0~131.9 g group,and the hatchability of fertilized eggs increased along with the increase of egg weight;The highest healthy chick rate of breeding egg hatching lay in 125.0~131.9 g group,followed by >131.9 g group;The highest breeding egg hatching gosling birth weight lay in >131.9 group.② When egg shape index was between 1.47 to 1.51,the egg fertility rate and healthy chick rate were the highest,followed by >1.51 group;In the group 1.47 to 1.51,hatchability of fertilized eggs was the highest,followed by 1.42 to 1.46 group.In conclusion,hatching egg weight of Zi goose had significant impact on egg fertility rate,hatchability of fertilized eggs,healthy chick rate and gosling birth weight (P<0.05),and the egg weight of Zi goose between 125.0~154.4 g was advisable;on the other hand,egg shape index also had significant impact on egg fertility rate,hatchability of fertilized eggs and healthy chick rate (P<0.05),but had no impact on gosling birth weight (P>0.05),and the egg shape index between 1.47 to 1.51 was appropriate.Egg fertility rate,hatchability of fertilized eggs,healthy chick rate and gosling birth weight were affected by interaction of egg weight and shape index.Compared with the weight of eggs,the egg shape index had greater influence on healthy geese rate.The egg shape index had no direct impact on birth weight of young geese,but it could be influenced by the interaction between the egg shape index and the weight.Thus it was not very scientific to take either the weight or the index as the only basis for choosing qualified hatching eggs.  相似文献

本试验用三组交配试验测定了朝鲜龙城系鹌鹑的适宜初配年龄。结果表明成年公鹑与青年母鹑交配,青年母鹑在57~63日龄时,受精率达88.89%,受精蛋孵化率为91.67%,健雏率达98.70%。成年母鹑与青年公鹑交配,青年公鹑在57~63日龄时,受精率可达88.20%,受精蛋孵化率达93.69%.健雏率达92.31%。青年公鹑与青年母鹑交配,在64~70日龄时,受精率为87.03%,受精蛋孵化率为89.85%,健雏率为97.38%。提示朝鲜龙城系鹌鹑64日龄就可作种用。  相似文献

(1) A study was conducted to determine the effects of the length of the storage period on the hatchability of artificially incubated Greater Rhea eggs. Hatchability was evaluated in eggs gathered daily from a captive population and in eggs collected less frequently from a semi-captive population. (2) Eggs form both sites were either immediately incubated after being collected or were stored for 1 to 9 d prior to incubation. (3) The maximum number of days for which an egg could be stored without depressing hatchability (with respect to non-stored eggs) was longer in the eggs collected daily. (4) Eggs collected daily and stored for 4d or more showed total hatchability (28%) and fertile hatchability (43%) which was approximately 30% lower than non-stored eggs or eggs stored for 3 d or less. In the semi-captive population, the total and fertile hatchability of non-stored eggs and of eggs stored for one day were 40% greater than of eggs stored for 2 to 9 d (20 and 34%, respectively). (5) The period for which Greater Rhea eggs could be stored without depressing hatchability varied depending on the frequency of egg collection: non-daily egg collection reduces the possible period of storage.  相似文献

该试验选用鸡的人工授精种蛋940枚及自然交配种蛋960枚,做了鸡的人工授精与自然资本种蛋孵化试验,结果表明:鸡人工授精后6d内种蛋受精率平均为94.5%,7d后,受经极显著降低;人工授精后的种蛋受经及入孵种蛋孵化率均极显著高于自然交配组,两两者的受精种蛋孵化率无明显差异;另外,在试验过程中,还研究了种蛋贮存时间与化结果的关系,发现种蛋贮存期越短,孵化效果越好,贮存期最长不应超过7d。  相似文献

以父母代肉种鸡为材料,以血浆极低密度脂蛋白(very low density lipoprotein,VLDL)质量浓度为选择指标建立肉鸡高脂系和低脂系,个体测定一世代高、低脂系母鸡产蛋性能、种蛋受精率、孵化率、二世代6周龄体质量,观察血浆VLDL质量浓度选择效应。结果显示,一世代低脂系比高脂系早开产6.7d,低脂系40周龄和54周龄产蛋量显著高于高脂系零世代,一世代低脂系种蛋受精率、受精蛋孵化率、入孵蛋孵化率均优于高脂系;二世代高、低脂系6周龄体质量差异不显著。结果表明,对血浆VLDL质量浓度的低向选择使种鸡产蛋性能、种蛋受精率、孵化率产生了有益的间接反应,但对早期体质量没有影响。  相似文献

为了探讨不同精子获能时间,精卵孵育时间,精子密度以及颗粒细胞对小鼠卵母细胞体外受精的影响,从而达到对卵母细胞体外受精体系优化的目的。比较了精子获能时间分别为40 min、60 min、80 min试验组的受精卵卵裂率。结果表明,带颗粒细胞卵母细胞(COCs)在三个试验组中卵裂率无显著差异,不带颗粒细胞卵母细胞(NO)在精子获能时间为60 min时卵裂率最高;比较了精卵孵育时间分别为2 h、4 h、6 h、8 h试验组的受精卵卵裂率,结果显示COCs精卵孵育时间2 h试验组的效果最好,NO孵育时间为6 h试验组的效果最好;比较了精子密度分别为3×105/mL,3×106/mL,3×107/mL试验组受精卵卵裂率,结果显示COCs和NO均为3×106/mL试验组卵裂效果最好;比较COCs和NO的受精卵卵裂率,结果显示COCs与NO之间存在显著差异(P<0.05),裸卵卵裂效果显著优于颗粒细胞卵裂效果。试验结果表明,在卵母细胞体外受精过程中,精子获能时间60 min,精子密度为3×106/mL,精卵孵育6 h,培养24 h后卵裂率最高。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to estimate the genetic parameters and inbreeding effect on the fertility, embryo mortality and hatchability traits in the Zatorska goose covered by the animal genetic resources conservation program. The material for this study contains information about results of hatching of 18 863 eggs from 721 dams and 168 sires, laid between 1998–2015. Genetic parameters were estimated based on the threshold animal model by the use of Restricted Maximum Likelihood and Gibbs sampling. The percentage of fertilized eggs ranged yearly between 37–80%. The percentage of embryo mortality was very low, ranging between 4.63–23.73%. The percentage of the hatched goslings from the total number of analyzed eggs was on average 33.18%, and 53.72% from fertilized eggs. On average based on both methods, the heritability estimates of the fertility, embryo mortality and hatchability reached 0.36, 0.07, 0.24 for males and 0.44, 0.11, 0.32 for females. The genetic trend had increasing tendency for fertility and hatchability and was stable for embryo mortality for both sexes. The obtained result shows that the Zatorska goose can be still maintained in the reserves of the local gene pool according to current rules and use in the local market as a breed with good reproductive potential.  相似文献

种蛋经机器清洗消毒处理后,与未处理的对照组相比较,入孵蛋孵化率提高了2.68个百分点,受精蛋孵化率提高了1.42个百分点,健雏率提高了0.7个百分点,经统计检验,两者差异极显著(P<0.01)。对照组死胚蛋中大肠杆菌检出率9.09%、沙门氏菌检出率54.55%,处理组大肠杆菌或沙门氏菌检出率均为零。种蛋清洗消毒后能显著提高孵化效果及雏鸡质量。  相似文献

为评价不同品种鸡种蛋在高海拔地区的孵化性能,选取4个品种蛋鸡的种蛋在海拔3 780 m的环境条件下开展孵化试验,观察并比较高海拔环境下各品种鸡种蛋的孵化效果。结果表明,拉萨白鸡种蛋的受精率、入孵蛋孵化率、受精蛋孵化率、健雏率都是最高的,分别为94.32%、76.70%、81.33%、94.41%;北京藏鸡种蛋的受精率最低,为74.00%;北京油鸡种蛋的入孵蛋孵化率、受精蛋孵化率、健雏率都是最低的,分别为0.84%、1.00%、50.00%。  相似文献
