目的研究人参皂苷Rb3(G-Rb3)对实验性心肌缺血的保护作用,并与西洋参茎叶20S-原人参二醇皂苷(PQDS)进行比较。方法昆明种小鼠皮下注射异丙肾上腺素后放入盛有钠石灰的250ml广口瓶内,加盖密封后记录小鼠存活时间;Wistar大鼠舌下静脉注射垂体后叶素后观察心电图变化程度。结果 G-Rb320、40mg/kg及PQDS 50mg/kg对皮下注射异丙肾上腺素缩短小鼠在常压缺氧状态下的存活时间均具有明显对抗作用;G-Rb3 14、28mg/kg及PQDS 35mg/kg均可明显减轻垂体后叶素诱发的大鼠急性心肌缺血心电图(ST段抬高及T波高耸)变化程度。结论 G-Rb3对实验性心肌缺血具有明显保护作用,其作用强度与维拉帕米相当。  相似文献

本文报告了人参Rb组皂甙的抗实验性心肌缺血作用,并与人参茎叶总皂甙进行了对比。结果表明,人参Rb组皂甙按50、100mg/kg每天灌胃给药1次,连续5天,能明显延长小鼠常压缺氧状态下的存活时间,增强皮下注射异丙肾上腺素小鼠的耐缺氧能力,亦能明显改善舌下静脉注射脑垂体后叶素所致大鼠急性心肌缺血性心电图改变。提示人参Rb组皂甙对实验性心肌缺血有一定保护作用,共作用效果优于等剂量的人参茎叶总皂甙。  相似文献

目的研究人参加工品"鲜人参膏"(Fresh Ginseng Paste,FGP)对实验性小鼠运动疲劳的缓解作用。方法本实验共设2批,每批小鼠均连续灌胃给药剂量(0.2、0.4、0.8g/kg)的FGP,对照组给予等量的生理盐水,动物自由摄食和饮食。连续给药14天后,进行小鼠负重游泳实验,通过观察小鼠在14天内体重变化,并通过负重游泳时间,检测运动后血清尿素氮、血乳酸、肝糖原等含量变化情况。结果实验表明,14天内体重变化无显著差异;而且,高、中剂量组小鼠负重游泳时间显著延长,各给药组血乳酸、血清尿素氮含量明显降低,各给药组肝糖原含量明显升高。结论:FGP具有缓解运动性疲劳的作用。  相似文献

通过制备去甲肾上腺素致糖尿病小鼠模型及四氧嘧啶致高血糖小鼠模型,给正常小鼠、去甲肾上腺素致高血糖小鼠及四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠连续灌胃安吉白茶多糖14 d后,取血测定血糖水平,以探讨安吉白茶多糖对正常小鼠、去甲肾上腺素致高血糖小鼠及四氧嘧啶致高血糖小鼠血糖水平及糖耐量(GT)的影响。结果显示,灌胃2周后,安吉白茶多糖对正常小鼠血糖水平影响较小,低、中、高剂量组与正常对照组相比均无显著意义(P>0.05);安吉白茶多糖能明显降低去甲肾上腺素所致糖尿病小鼠的血糖水平,低、中、高剂量组的血糖值与肾上腺素模型组比较,差异极显著(P<0.01)。且高剂量组降血糖效果优于低剂量组;安吉白茶多糖明显降低四氧嘧啶所致高血糖小鼠的血糖水平,三剂量组的血糖值与四氧嘧啶模型组比较,差异极显著(P<0.01)。三剂量均能降低实验性高血糖小鼠血糖,且随剂量增大,降血糖作用增强,以高剂量降糖作用最强。安吉白茶多糖在缓解糖尿病小鼠糖耐量降低方面作用显著,达到了药物组的治疗水平,但并不影响正常小鼠的血糖和糖耐量。  相似文献

目的:研究人参米对小鼠的抗疲劳和抗氧化活性。方法:除对照组外,小鼠饲喂以人参米为主要成分的饲料,6周后测定小鼠体重变化、负重游泳力竭时间、肝糖原、血乳酸、血清尿素氮(BUN)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:人参米对小鼠体重增长无显著影响,但能延长小鼠负重游泳时间,增强小鼠血清SOD活性,提高肝糖原含量,降低血清MDA、BUN及血乳酸含量。结论:人参米具有抗疲劳和抗氧化作用。  相似文献

通过异丙肾上腺素及垂体后叶素诱发急性心肌缺血模型,观察人参果皂苷(GFS)对实验性心肌缺血的保护作用。结果表明,GFS30、60mg/kg对皮下注射异丙肾上腺素缩短小鼠的常压缺氧状态下的存活时间均具有明显对抗作用,20、40mg/kg均可明显减轻静脉注射垂体后叶素诱发的大鼠急性心肌缺血心电图(ST段抬高及T波高耸)变化程序,表明GFS对实验性心肌缺血具有明显的保护作用。  相似文献

以相同鲜叶加工而成的红茶及其发花红砖茶为原料,在应用链脲佐菌素腹腔注射并成功建立高血糖模型小鼠方法的基础上,将90只KM雄性小鼠按每组10只,随机分为正常组、模型组、红茶及发花红砖茶高、中、低剂量组和盐酸二甲双胍片组,连续灌喂28天,探讨了红茶及其发花红砖茶对高血糖模型小鼠的降血糖作用。结果表明,与正常组相比,模型组小鼠体重、饮水、饮食、血糖水平均有极显著差异(P<0.01),且血糖水平达到高血糖标准,说明造模成功;与模型组相比,红茶及发花红砖茶高剂量组的肝脏指数显著下降(P<0.05)、胰腺指数显著上升(P<0.05);中、高剂量组的总胆固醇显著下降(P<0.05),过氧化氢酶、超氧化物岐化酶显著上升(P<0.05);各剂量组的血糖、甘油三酯、丙二醛含量水平显著下降(P<0.05),口服耐糖量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性及胰岛素含量水平则显著上升(P<0.05),除红茶低剂量组外各剂量组肝糖原含量水平均显著上升(P<0.05),同时可修复受损胰岛;与红茶组相比,发花红砖茶高剂量组在改善胰岛素水平、血糖水平、口服耐糖量、丙二醛水平及肝糖原水平上显著优于红茶高剂量组(P<0.05),中、高剂量组在提高过氧化氢酶、超氧化物岐化酶及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的酶活性上显著优于红茶中、高剂量组(P<0.05)。由此表明,红茶及其发花红砖茶均具有降低高血糖模型小鼠血糖的作用,且在作用效果上发花红砖茶优于红茶,但其机制有待进一步探究。  相似文献

本文对五参双多糖的保肝作用与人参多糖进行了对比研究。结果表明,五参双多糖多次灌胃给药,能明显抑制CCL_4所致肝损伤小鼠SGPT的升高、增加肝糖原含量,并明显降低肝组织中丙二醛含量,亦能促进正常小鼠部分肝切除后肝的再生。其保肝作用优于人参多糖。  相似文献

Perioperative hyperglycemia is common in patients with type 2 diabetes undergoing Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) surgery and there is a direct relation between postoperative hyperglycemia and mortality rate in these patients. The aim of the present study is to determine the efficacy of metformin on glycemic control in diabetic patients after CABG surgery. In a randomized double blind clinical trial, 100 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted in open heart ICU after CABG surgery in Mazandaran Heart Center were enrolled. They were randomly assigned to two intervention and control groups. Three hours after extubation, therapeutic antiglycemic regimens were applied in these two groups and continued for three days. Intervention group received regular insulin infusion along with two metformin 500 mg tablets per twelve hours while control group received regular insulin infusion with two placebo tablets per twelve hours. Blood glucose level and other parameters were measured and recorded in determined intervals. To analyze the data, independent T-test, paired T-test, Mann-Whitney and repeated measure ANOVA tests were employed. Mean blood glucose level was not significantly different in the two groups at the beginning of the ICU admission; however, mean glucose level in insulin-metformin group, twelve hours after the initiation of the study, was significantly lower than insulin group (p < 0.05). In addition, mean doses of potassium and insulin demand as well as mean number of episodes of hyperglycemia, hypoglycemia and glucose levels out of the accepted range were significantly lower in insulin-metformin group (p < 0.05). Alterations in mean levels of lactate, BE, pH and creatinine were not statistically significant in these two groups. It seems that adding metformin to insulin leads to a better glycemic control in type two diabetic patients undergoing CABG surgery without causing metabolic acidosis. Therefore, it might be a potential option in blood glucose control protocol in this group of patients.  相似文献

The present study is aimed to assess the therapeutic potential of sulfonylurea drug glimepiride in comparison with Nerium oleander plant extract on insulin, glucose levels and some liver enzymes activities in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats. Rats were rendered diabetic by intraperitoneal injection of a single dose of 50 mg kg(-1) body weight streptozotocin. Rats with serum glucose levels > 200 mg dL(-1) were subdivided into three sub-groups: the first sub-group were remained without treatment and considered as diabetics. The second and third subgroups were orally administered 0.1 mg kg(-1) body weight/day glimepiride and 250 mg kg(-1) body weight/day Nerium oleander, respectively for 4 weeks. Streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats showed hypoinsulinemia and hyperglycemia compared to controls. Strong negative correlation (r = -0.8) was found between serum insulin and glucose levels in diabetic rats. This correlation was +0.4 and -0.3 in glimepiride and Nerium olender-treated rats, respectively implying that glimepiride and plant extract improved insulin and glucose levels with the former was more efficient. The activities of serum aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase were significantly increased in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats compared to controls. Treatment of diabetic rats with glimepiride or Nerium oleander extract also improved liver enzymes activities.  相似文献

采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析漳州水仙‘金盏银台’花瓣和副冠中主要类胡萝卜素成分。结果显示,黄色副冠的主要色素成分是叶黄素,含量为3.73×104 μg/g ,β-胡萝卜素的含量很低,仅2.7 μg/g;白色花瓣中各种类胡萝卜素的含量都极低。同时,采用RT-PCR方法分析类胡萝卜素合成途径结构基因PSY、PDS、ZDS、LYCE、LYCB、BCH在‘金盏银台’白色花瓣、黄色副冠,洋水仙‘粉红魅力’白色花瓣、红色花副冠,洋水仙‘嘹亮’黄色花瓣、橙黄色副冠中的表达情况。结果表明,花瓣与同一品种副冠间结构基因  相似文献

利用305个株系组成的源自籼稻品种中156和谷梅2号的重组自交系群体进行了水稻穗芽性状的QTL检测和遗传效应分析。以穗芽指数及相关指标作为穗芽性状的表型值,采用QTL Mapper 1.01统计软件进行QTL定位和上位性分析,共检测到控制穗芽指数的3个加性效应QTL,分别位于第2、9、11染色体上;控制穗芽速率的加性效应QTL 3个,分别位于第1、3、6染色体上;控制穗穗芽率的加性效应QTL 3个,分别位于第1、9、10染色体上;控制粒穗芽的加性效应QTL 2个,分别位于第9、11染色体上。还检测到3对影响穗芽指数的加性×加性上位性互作效应QTL;3对控制穗芽速率的上位性QTL和3对控制粒穗芽率的上位性QTL。  相似文献

During the last few years, numerous attempts were made to identify effective α-glucosidase inhibitors from natural sources in order to develop new alternatives for diabetes management. Smallanthus sonchifolius (yacon) leaves were found to be effective in controlling postprandial hyperglycemia. Enhydrin, a constituent of yacon leaves, was noted for its significant hypoglycemic properties in diabetic rats. These properties were also demonstrated for yacon leaves decoction, which is rich in phenolic compounds such as chlorogenic acid and its derivatives. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the potential of yacon leaves decoction and the isolated compound enhydrin to inhibit α-glucosidase enzyme, a possible mechanism of the above antihyperglycemic effect. In vitro assays showed that both 10% decoction and enhydrin significantly inhibited the activity of the yeast α-glucosidase enzyme in a dose-dependent manner, IC50 values being 50.40 and 134.17 μg/ml, respectively. In vivo experiments showed a rapid decrease in the hyperglycemic peak after sucrose load (2 g/kg body weight) in normal rats treated with the 10% decoction (140 mg/kg) and enhydrin (0.8 mg/kg). Both treatments caused a significant decrease in blood glucose levels in diabetic rats after sucrose load compared to diabetic control. These results suggest that both products assayed could be effective in the management of postprandial hyperglycemia through inhibition of α-glucosidase in the small intestine.  相似文献
