通过田间调查、电生理和行为学测定,研究了粗胫翠尺蛾(Thalassodes immissaria Walker)对5个荔枝品种(‘糯米糍’、‘妃子笑’、‘桂味’、‘黑叶’、‘淮枝’)的选择性。连续3 a田间调查显示,‘糯米糍’和‘妃子笑’受害较重,100梢虫数量平均为66.87头和58.70头,而‘淮枝’受害较轻,100梢虫数量平均为29.80头。粗胫翠尺蛾对‘桂味’、‘糯米糍’和‘妃子笑’3个品种叶片气味的相对触角电位值高于‘黑叶’,而对‘淮枝’的反应值最低。在Y型嗅觉仪测试中,粗胫翠尺蛾成虫更趋向于‘糯米糍’和‘妃子笑’,而对‘淮枝’的趋向性最差,‘糯米糍’和‘妃子笑’相比差异不显著。这些试验结果共同证明了粗胫翠尺蛾对5个荔枝品种具有选择性,而荔枝叶片气味在粗胫翠尺蛾寄主选择时具有重要的行为导向作用。  相似文献

【目的】探讨妃子笑、怀枝、桂味和糯米糍的最适宜末次秋梢成熟期和现“白点”期,为荔枝控梢促花管理提供生物学指引。【方法】于2009—2021年跟踪调查妃子笑、怀枝、桂味和糯米糍品种的关键物候期、成花枝率和坐果量,利用箱线图、小提琴图、T检验、Pearson相关等方法对数据的分布、差异显著性和相关性进行分析,并研究荔枝秋梢期、现“白点”期与成花和坐果之间的关系。【结果】4个品种共获得522组数据。桂味等4个品种在10月16—31日末次秋梢成熟、1月15日前现“白点”的植株,成花枝率约90%,成熟期坐果量等级最高;在11月1日后末次秋梢成熟、1月16日后现“白点”的植株,成花枝率多下降到60%以下,且数据波动较大,坐果量等级下降为最低。坐果量与现“白点”期和成花枝率均存在极显著相关性,相关系数分别为-0.51和0.54;成花枝率与现“白点”期以及末次秋梢成熟期均存在极显著负相关性,相关系数分别为-0.59和-0.20。【结论】在广州地区,调控妃子笑、怀枝、桂味和糯米糍4个品种末次秋梢在10月16—31日成熟,在1月15日前现“白点”,是在复杂农业气象条件下获得高成花和高产量的最可靠策略。  相似文献

荔枝果实的糖积累与相关酶活性   总被引:57,自引:4,他引:57  
 以‘糯米糍’和‘妃子笑’两个品种为试材, 对比研究两者在果实发育和成熟过程中假种皮中糖积累和转化及其与糖代谢相关酶类———酸性转化酶(AI) 、中性转化酶(NI) 、蔗糖合成酶(SS) 和蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS) 活性的关系。结果表明: 1. 糯米糍荔枝以积累蔗糖为主, 蔗糖/ 还原糖比值约为1. 5 ; 妃子笑荔枝以积累还原糖为主, 蔗糖/ 还原糖比值仅约为0. 4 ; 2. 荔枝糖积累与库活力密切相关, 但不同品种库活力的主要构成酶类不同, 糯米糍主要是SS , 而妃子笑则主要是NI + SS; 3. 不同的糖代谢酶活性决定了糖组分的不同, 积累蔗糖为主的糯米糍具有高的SS 和SPS 活性, 而转化酶活性较低; 以积累还原糖为主的妃子笑的SS 和SPS 活性较低, 而转化酶活性较高。  相似文献

对广东荔枝主要品种花粉的萌发率、贮藏性进行试验,‘糯米糍’最强,全花期萌发率最高年份达82.71%,依次是‘桂味’74.87%,‘怀枝’56.44%,‘三月红’54.74%,‘黑叶’44.78%,‘妃子笑’几乎没有生活力.一般盛花期比初、末花期强.7℃不萌发,15℃低,23℃或24~28℃最适.干燥器贮藏比自然贮藏大大延长花粉寿命,10天的萌发率‘桂味’58.93%,‘糯米糍’41.84%,‘怀枝’50.69%,均较‘黑叶’、‘三月红’耐藏;低温加干燥可延长贮藏.短时浸泡对萌发率影响不大,浸泡一天显著下降,浸泡两天几乎无萌发力.花蜜原液严重抑制萌发.  相似文献

【目的】探寻适宜葡萄品种及砧木抗寒性研究的评价方法。【方法】以‘北冰红’‘左山一’‘贝达’及‘双红’4个葡萄品种为试材,分别测定了不同低温处理下各品种的相对电导率、丙二醛、游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖及可溶性蛋白含量等抗寒相关指标的变化,以电导法结合隶属函数法综合评价其抗寒性。【结果】随着处理温度的降低,4个品种相对电导率和丙二醛含量逐渐升高,呈"S"型曲线变化,而游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量近似呈单峰曲线变化;指标平均隶属度与各理化指标相关性均较高;低温半致死温度几乎与综合评价结果一致,各品种抗寒性为:‘左山一’‘双红’‘贝达’‘北冰红’。【结论】抗寒相关指标平均隶属度变化曲线能够更全面可靠地反映出葡萄品种及砧木抗寒性差异的本质及其可承受的冻害极限温度。  相似文献

【目的】观察温室条件下甜樱桃花芽形态分化时间和各时期的特征,为栽培者进行适时管控、提高花芽分化质量提供理论依据。【方法】从温室甜樱桃硬核期开始,定期取‘美早’‘红灯’‘早大果’3个品种的花芽,利用石蜡切片法观察花芽形态分化状态。【结果】昌黎温室中‘美早’花芽在3月中旬开始形态分化,至6月中旬雌蕊原基分化完成,分化时间持续85 d左右。‘红灯’和‘早大果’形态分化于3月下旬开始,6月下旬完成,持续90 d左右。乐亭‘美早’花芽形态分化比昌黎早15 d开始,花芽分化持续时间100 d左右,分化速度慢于昌黎。‘美早’花芽分化开始于硬核期,‘红灯’和‘早大果’花芽分化开始于成熟期前后。【结论】花芽分化开始时间不能根据品种成熟期来判断,应通过观察分化状态来确定。每个品种花芽形态分化开始时间与其成熟期的关系相对稳定。  相似文献

【目的】获得多酚氧化酶(PPO)基因启动子序列并初步分析其功能,为进一步研究PPO基因表达规律及应用PPO基因启动子提供基础。【方法】通过TAIL-PCR和接头PCR方法相结合获得荔枝PPO基因启动子序列并进行生物信息学分析,序列缺失结合瞬时表达法分析核心启动子调控元件。【结果】从‘妃子笑’荔枝基因组中克隆获得了1048bp的荔枝PPO基因启动子序列,含有多种顺式作用元件。不同长度的启动子序列均能驱动GUS基因在‘妃子笑’、‘无核’和‘紫娘喜’荔枝叶片和果皮中表达,但都不能驱动GUS基因在‘妃子笑’和‘紫娘喜’荔枝种子中表达。【结论】获得了荔枝PPO基因启动子序列并获得了其调控基因表达的部分规律。  相似文献

【目的】比较酿酒葡萄品种的抗寒性强弱,筛选出具有较好抗寒性的品种。【方法】以引进的3个酿酒葡萄品种‘北冰红’、‘左优红’、‘双红’以及石河子主栽品种‘赤霞珠’的1 a(年)生枝条为材料,测定低温处理后各品种的相对电导率、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸、丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶及过氧化氢酶的活性,应用电导法配合Logistic方程计算供试品种的半致死温度,并采用方差分析、主成分分析对不同品种的抗寒力进行比较。【结果】4个品种的相对电导率和丙二醛含量随着温度的降低而升高,SOD活性、可溶性糖含量和脯氨酸含量先升后降,CAT活性和可溶性蛋白含量一直升高,POD活性下降。【结论】通过主成分分析综合评判4个品种抗寒性大小依次为‘双红’‘左优红’‘北冰红’‘赤霞珠’,研究结果为酿酒葡萄的引种与栽培管理提供了参考依据。  相似文献

以糯米糍荔枝为材料,研究了冬季花芽诱导期间叶片叶绿素含量、叶面腊质层厚度、叶片厚度及内部显微超微结构的变化。结果表明,糯米糍荔枝结果母枝老熟后,伴随营养生长转向生殖生长,叶片绿色逐渐减退,叶绿素含量降低;叶片厚度虽无明显变化,但其上下表皮和维管束细胞壁自发荧光加强,表明该组织木质化加强;叶肉细胞叶绿体内有大量的淀粉粒,并在花芽诱导期间增多增大。海绵组织较栅栏组织淀粉积累早且更为丰富。  相似文献

【目的】杧果易受冬季低温寒害,造成产量下降甚至绝收,严重影响杧果产业的发展。通过对杧果不同品种耐寒性的研究,为杧果耐寒品种选育及栽培布局提供理论依据。【方法】以‘贵妃’‘凯特’‘红玉’‘金煌’‘热品6号’和‘台农2号’为试材,测定了低温胁迫下其叶片相对电导率(REC)、丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的变化。【结果】低温胁迫下,杧果叶片各指标均高于对照,且品种间存在极显著差异。随着温度下降及时间延长,6个杧果品种REC和MDA含量不断升高,CAT活性先升后降;不同品种SOD和POD活性变化不同,‘凯特’‘红玉’和‘金煌’3者活性先升后降,‘贵妃’和‘台农2号’SOD活性呈2种不同变化,‘热品6号’SOD活性先升后降,‘贵妃’和‘台农2号’POD活性呈降-升-降变化,‘热品6号’呈3种不同变化。【结论】低温胁迫过程中杧果叶片REC、MDA含量升高,SOD、POD和CAT活性先升后降,6个品种的耐寒性由弱到强依次为‘台农2号’(-0.97℃)‘贵妃’(-1.68℃)‘热品6号’(-2.11℃)‘凯特’(-2.32℃)‘金煌’(-4.04℃)‘红玉’(-5.14℃)。  相似文献

以阶段观剖视荔枝的花芽分化,重新审视了相关研究资料,对影响成花的关键因子作了阐释,廓清了一些概念性问题。引进了俗称的“白点”(拟改称“白小米粒”)作为“成花诱导期”和“花穗发端发育期”的分界标识。指出水分胁迫对于秋梢的停止生长和成熟是必需的,但对于花诱导本身则非所必需,因为尚无证据可证明干旱能够代替荔枝的低温成花诱导。荔枝成花诱导期需要低温,而花穗发端发育期则需要适度升温和水分。低温的成花诱导的效果不会被随后的水分增多所逆转。茎端感受诱导性低温时处于非细胞分裂的“静止”状态,而“白小米粒”的出现标志着茎端进入了细胞分裂的活跃状态。充分成熟的秋梢接受成花诱导的效果最佳,但未充分成熟的秋梢上处于“静止”状态的芽也可以感受诱导性低温,只是抽发的带叶花穗率往往较高。花穗发端发育期气温过高会导致花穗上叶原基的进一步发育成叶片和花序原基的萎缩,即俗称的“冲梢”。若诱导期经受的低温不足,则此情况会更甚。  相似文献

【目的】用不同模型估算南京资源圃103份桃种质花芽和叶芽的需冷量和需热量,筛选花芽和叶芽需冷量和需热量的最佳估算模型,探讨需冷量、需热量与开花展叶的关系。【方法】连续2 a(年)(2018年11月—2019年4月和2019年11月—2020年4月),采用3种需冷量估算模型和2种需热量估算模型对103份桃种质(南京地区)的花芽和叶芽需冷量和需热量进行估算,并对不同年际间、不同模型间、不同种质间、花芽与叶芽间、需冷量与需热量间,以及需冷量和需热量与开花期和展叶期之间的关系进行了分析。【结果】0~7.2℃模型和有效积温模型为南京气候区域桃需冷量和需热量估算的最优模型。绝大部分桃种质的花芽和叶芽需冷量基本一致,仅‘帚形山桃’和‘红花山桃’2份种质的叶芽需冷量约为花芽的5倍。桃花芽需热量基本低于叶芽需热量;桃芽需冷量与需热量之间无显著相关关系。需冷量和需热量与盛花期和展叶期均存在相关关系,需冷量和需热量低的种质开花展叶早;需冷量和需热量高的种质开花展叶晚。【结论】适宜南京气候区域桃需冷量和需热量估算的模型分别是0~7.2℃模型和有效积温模型;103份桃种质花芽和叶芽的需冷量和需热量值范围广,分别为151~1 264 h和187~1 108 h,256~391 D·℃和267~498 D·℃;花芽需冷量与叶芽较一致,需热量则基本低于叶芽;需冷量与需热量无相关关系,二者对开花、展叶均起重要作用。  相似文献

Stem cuttings were obtained from 12 peach and nectarine cultivars during leaf fall, placed in plastic bags at 3.0 ± 0.1 °C to simulate 0–800 h of chilling and forced to budbreak at 20.0 ± 1.0 °C for a period of 6 weeks. Some cultivars showed high blooming and leafing without exposure to chilling; chilling enhances leafing and blooming but the percentage increment was higher in leaf buds. In general, maximum budbreak was reached with less chilling accumulation (<100–200 h) in flower buds compared with leaf buds; excessive chilling caused a reduction of the percentage budbreak in flower but not in leaf buds. Additionally, chilling modified the proportion of blooming that occurred before leafing. In non-chilled shoots, blooming occurred earlier than leafing, except in cv. ‘San Pedro 16–33’ but the proportion of blooming before leafing decreased significantly with chilling in most cases. By studying the mean time to budbreak, we conclude that the flower bud generally has a lower intensity of rest; the intensity of rest declines at a slower rate in flower than in leaf buds with chilling; flower buds had greater heat requirements than leaf buds when the chilling requirement had been covered, so that each peach cultivar had a point of critical chilling accumulation below which blooming tended to occur earlier, and above which leafing tends to occur first. Flower and leaf buds had different depths of endodormancy but similar chilling requirements in the majority of peach and nectarine cultivars studied. Finally, different varieties with similar chilling requirements showed different responses to chilling. Therefore, the cutting test measuring the response of vegetative and floral buds provides considerable information on the characterisation of the variety, compared with the sole and traditional data of chilling requirements.  相似文献

Chinese gooseberry (Actinidia chinensis Planch.) cuttings were collected from two pistillate cultivars and one staminate clone at regular intervals throughout the winter, and chilled for various periods up to 50 days, before being forced into growth.The Chinese gooseberry had a low chilling requirement for bud break although chilling enhanced this process. Flower evocation occurred at least two months prior to leaf fall and before natural chilling commenced. Chilling, however, enhanced floral development by preventing the premature abortion of flower buds. There was a differential chilling response between the pistillate cultivars and the staminate clone.  相似文献

Summary

Mango (Mangifera indica L. cv. Nam Dokmai) fruits chilled for 21 d at 48C were firmer than non-chilled fruits during subsequent ripening at 258C. The cell wall contents of chilled fruit contained less water-soluble pectin, more ammonium oxalate-soluble pectin and less alkali-soluble pectin than non-chilled fruits. The increase in ammonium oxalate-soluble pectin was at the expense of the alkali-soluble pectin and correlated with high pectinesterase activity in the fruit from low-temperature storage. Polygalacturonase and b-galactosidase activities were inhibited in chilled fruits. The relationships between delay in loss of firmness, and differences between activity of cell wall enzymes and pectin content of chilled and non-chilled fruits are discussed.  相似文献

【目的】为了利用‘突尼斯软籽’石榴开展遗传转化研究,【方法】分别以叶片和茎段为外植体,探讨了不同灭菌时间和不同植物生长调节物质对2种外植体再生的影响,并对2种愈伤组织再生体系进行了比较。【结果】结果表明,茎段比叶片更容易灭菌,但叶片更容易长出绿色致密愈伤组织并分化更多的不定芽,而茎段分化的愈伤相对较为疏松,分化的不定芽也相对较少;来自茎段愈伤组织的不定芽比来自叶片的更容易长高;叶片比茎段再生体系建立所需时间要短;少量翠绿的叶片刀口处可以直接产生不定芽,可以直接利用叶片进行遗传转化的侵染,简化愈伤形成这一步骤,而茎段未发现此现象。在遗传转化试验中,茎段和叶片2种外植体愈伤组织抗生素敏感性试验结果均无显著性差异。【结论】研究结果认为,2者相比,叶片愈伤组织再生体系更适宜于石榴的遗传转化研究。  相似文献

SUMMARY

The possibility of using water stress during floral initiation and development, to synchronize flowering in potted coffee trees of cvs Catuai Rojo and Mundo Novo was investigated. Moderate and severe cyclic and constant water stress had little effect on vegetative growth during floral initiation. However, upon rewatering, shoot growth was significantly greater in plants where leaf water potential [¨,] had declined to -2.5 MPa compared with plants where ¨, was maintained above -0.5 MPa. The period of floral initiation was not influenced by water stress and occurred only under short days (<12 h). In contrast, a y, of -2.5 MPa significantly reduced the number of inflorescences compared with plants maintained at a ¨| of -0.5 or -1.5 MPa. This reduction was associated with leaf drop in stressed plants. Therefore, regular irrigation during the period of floral initiation is recommended. Water stress (¨, of -1.5 or -2.5 MPa compared with -0.5 MPa) accelerated floral development with no deleterious effects on floral differentiation. Once flower buds are fully differentiated they enter dormancy and reach anthesis only if trees are stressed and rewa-tered. Flower buds remain dormant if trees are watered regularly or a constant water stress provided. A constant period of water stress in the late stages of floral development after floral initiation is complete provides a means of increasing the proportion of fully differentiated dormant flower buds (mature buds). This could represent a practical method to achieve synchronized flowering in field conditions where there is irrigation and a reliable dry season in the late stages of floral development.  相似文献
