The cardiovascular activity of the aqueous fraction of the hydroalcoholic extract of Sida cordifolia leaves (AFSC) was evaluated. In normotensive non-anaesthetized rats was observed that AFSC (5, 10, 20, 30 and 40 mg/kg, i.v.) induced hypotension (6 +/- 2%; 8 +/- 2%; 11 +/- 2%; 19 +/- 3% and 33 +/- 3%, respectively) and bradycardia (0.3 +/- 3%; 13 +/- 4%; 38 +/- 6%; 64 +/- 7% and 80 +/- 5%, respectively). Hypotensive response was completely abolished after atropine (2 mg/kg; i.v.) but potentialized after hexamethonium (20 mg/kg; i.v.) (12 +/- 2%; 21 +/- 5%; 28 +/- 3%; 32 +/- 2% and 32 +/- 3%, respectively), while bradycardic response was completely abolished after atropine (2 mg/kg; i.v.) and attenuated with hexamethonium (20 mg/kg; i.v.) (1 +/- 0.3%; 5 +/- 1%; 7 +/- 1%; 7 +/- 1% and 10 +/- 1%, respectively). In hexamethonium treated rats, L-NAME significantly attenuated the hypotensive response (9 +/- 2%; 14 +/- 1%; 16 +/- 1%; 16 +/- 2% and 22 +/- 3%, respectively). In normotensive anaesthetized and vagotomized rats, hypotensive and bradycardic responses were significantly attenuated (0.5 +/- 0.2%; 1 +/- 0.4%; 3 +/- 0.6%; 4 +/- 0.8% and 6 +/- 1%, respectively, n = 6, and 7 +/- 2%; 12 +/- 5%; 15 +/- 2%, 17 +/- 2% and 25 +/- 3%, respectively). The anaesthesia with sodium thiopental did not affect the AFSC-induced responses when compared with those induced in non-anaesthetized rats (data not showed). In conclusion, the results obtained so far show that AFSC produce hypotension and bradycardia, mainly due to a direct stimulation of the endothelial vascular muscarinic receptor and indirect cardiac muscarinic activation, respectively.  相似文献

In non-anesthetized normotensive rats, Hyptis fruticosa essential oil (HFEO, 5, 10, 20 and 40 mg/kg; i.v.) induced hypotension associated with tachycardia. In intact and isolated rings of rat superior mesenteric artery (control), HFEO (1-1000 microg/ml, n=6, cumulatively) induced concentration-dependent relaxations of tonus induced by 10 microM phenylephrine (Phe) (pD(2)=2.6+/-0.27; E(max)=64+/-8.3%). In denuded endothelium pre-contracted rings with Phe or K(+)-depolarizing solution (80 mM), the concentration-response curves to HFEO were not shifted (pD(2)=2.3+/-0.25 and 2.3+/-0.28, respectively), but their maximal responses were significantly (P<0.05 vs control) increased (E(max)=122.3+/-18.2% and 92+/-3.6%, respectively). HFEO was also capable of antagonizing the concentration-response curves to CaCl(2) (3 microM-30 mM) in a dose-dependent manner.  相似文献

Roots of hardwoods have been shown to be more vulnerable to xylem cavitation than stems. This study examined whether this pattern is also observed in a conifer species. Vulnerability to cavitation was determined from the pressure required to inject air into the vascular system of hydrated roots and stems, and reduce hydraulic conductance of the xylem. According to the air-seeding hypothesis for the cavitation mechanism, these air pressures predict the negative xylem pressure causing cavitation in dehydrating stems. This was evaluated for stems of Douglas-fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii (Mirb.) Franco) and white fir (Abies concolor (Gord. & Glend.) Lindl.). The air-injection method was applied to roots and stems of different sizes and positions in Douglas-fir trees. Roots, especially smaller roots with a xylem diameter < 5 mm, were more vulnerable to cavitation than stems. Mean cavitation pressure for smaller roots was -2.09 +/- 0.42 versus -3.80 +/- 0.19 MPa for larger roots (> 8 mm diameter). Within the shoot system, smaller stems (< 5 mm diameter) were most vulnerable to cavitation, having a mean cavitation pressure of -4.23 +/- 0.565 versus -5.27 +/- 0.513 MPa for large stems (> 8 mm diameter). There was no correlation between tracheid diameter and mean cavitation pressure within root or stem systems, despite larger tracheid diameters in roots (23.3 +/- 3.9 micro m) than in stems (9.2 +/- 1.6 micro m). Smaller safety margins from cavitation in roots may be beneficial in limiting water use during mild drought, and in protecting the stem from low xylem pressures during extreme drought.  相似文献

Root and hypocotyl elongation, water status and solute accumulation were studied in osmotically stressed seedlings of the tropical tree, Colophospermum mopane (Kirk ex Benth.) Kirk ex J. Léonard, which grows in hot arid areas of southern and central Africa. Seeds were imbibed for 24 h and then subjected to a polyethylene-glycol-generated osmotic stress of -0.03 (control), -0.2, -0.8, -1.6 or -2.0 MPa for 60 h. Seedlings subjected to moderate water stress (-0.2 MPa) had higher root growth rates (2.41 +/- 0.24 mm h(-1)), greater final root lengths (111 +/- 3.8 mm) and longer cells immediately behind the root elongation zone than control seedlings (1.70 +/- 0.15 mm h(-1) and 93 +/- 3.9 mm, respectively). Root lengths of seedlings in the -0.8 and -1.6 MPa treatments were similar to those of control seedlings, whereas the -2.0 MPa seedlings had significantly shorter roots. Both root and hypocotyl tissues exhibited considerable osmotic adjustment to the external water potential treatments. Seedlings in the -0.03, -0.2, and -0.8 MPa treatments had similar cell turgor pressures (0.69 +/- 0.10, 0.68 +/- 0.07 and 0.57 +/- 0.04 MPa, respectively), whereas the -2.0 MPa treatment lowered cell turgor pressure to 0.17 +/- 0.04 MPa. Root vacuolar osmotic pressures were generally similar to sap osmotic pressures, indicating that the increased root elongation observed in moderately water-stressed seedlings was not caused by increased turgor pressure difference. Neutral-fraction solute concentrations, including the osmoticum pinitol, increased approximately two-fold in root sap in response to a low external water potential. In hypocotyl sap of seedlings in the -2.0 MPa treatment, pinitol more than doubled, sucrose increased from about 2 to 75 mol m(-3) but glucose and fructose remained unchanged and, as a result, total sugars increased only slightly. The benefits of rapid early root elongation and osmoticum accumulation under conditions of water stress are discussed in relation to seedling establishment.  相似文献

The effectiveness of Hibiscus sabdariffa L. (HS) in the treatment of risk factors associated with cardiovascular disease is assessed in this review by taking a comprehensive approach to interpreting the randomized clinical trial (RCT) results in the context of the available ethnomedical, phytochemical, pharmacological, and safety and toxicity information. HS decoctions and infusions of calyxes, and on occasion leaves, are used in at least 10 countries worldwide in the treatment of hypertension and hyperlipidemia with no reported adverse events or side effects. HS extracts have a low degree of toxicity with a LD50 ranging from 2,000 to over 5,000 mg/kg/day. There is no evidence of hepatic or renal toxicity as the result of HS extract consumption, except for possible adverse hepatic effects at high doses. There is evidence that HS acts as a diuretic, however in most cases the extract did not significantly influence electrolyte levels. Animal studies have consistently shown that consumption of HS extract reduces blood pressure in a dose dependent manner. In RCTs, the daily consumption of a tea or extract produced from HS calyxes significantly lowered systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) in adults with pre to moderate essential hypertension and type 2 diabetes. In addition, HS tea was as effective at lowering blood pressure as the commonly used blood pressure medication Captropril, but less effective than Lisinopril. Total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), and triglycerides were lowered in the majority of normolipidemic, hyperlipidemic, and diabetic animal models, whereas high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was generally not affected by the consumption of HS extract. Over half of the RCTs showed that daily consumption of HS tea or extracts had favorable influence on lipid profiles including reduced total cholesterol, LDL-C, triglycerides, as well as increased HDL-C. Anthocyanins found in abundance in HS calyxes are generally considered the phytochemicals responsible for the antihypertensive and hypocholesterolemic effects, however evidence has also been provided for the role of polyphenols and hibiscus acid. A number of potential mechanisms have been proposed to explain the hypotensive and anticholesterol effects, but the most common explanation is the antioxidant effects of the anthocyanins inhibition of LDL-C oxidation, which impedes atherosclerosis, an important cardiovascular risk factor. This comprehensive body of evidence suggests that extracts of HS are promising as a treatment of hypertension and hyperlipidemia, however more high quality animal and human studies informed by actual therapeutic practices are needed to provide recommendations for use that have the potential for widespread public health benefit.  相似文献

The hypoglycemic effect of the aqueous extract of the seeds of Mucuna pruriens was investigated in normal, glucose load conditions and streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic rats. In normal rats, the aqueous extract of the seeds of Mucuna pririens (100 and 200 mg/kg body weight) significantly (P<0.001) reduced the blood glucose levels after an oral glucose load from 127.5+/-3.2 to 75.6+/-4.8 mg% 2 h after oral administration of seed extract. It also significantly lowered the blood glucose in STZ diabetic rats from 240.5+/-7.2 to 90.6+/-5.6 mg% after 21 days of daily oral administration of the extract (P<0.001). Thus, this study shows that M. pruriens has an anti-hyperglycemic action and it could be a source of hypoglycemic compounds.  相似文献

The present work was carried out to examine the hypotensive effects of ethanolic extract (EE) from Jatropha gossypiifolia L. The oral administration of EE (125 or 250 mg kg(-1) day(-1)) caused a significant and dose-dependent reduction of the systolic blood pressure. The concentration-response curves to norepinephrine (NE) or Ca(2+) were non-parallelly shifted to the right and the maximum contractile responses were concentration dependently depressed by EE (0.1 or 0.5 mg/ml) in endothelium-deprived mesenteric artery. The cumulative additions of EE (0.1-30 mg/ml) caused a concentration-dependent relaxant response in endothelium-deprived mesenteric artery precontracted with NE or Ca(2+). In conclusion, our results have shown that the EE from J. gossypiifolia L. can elicit hypotension, by oral via, in conscious normotensive rats and vasorelaxant activity on rat mesenteric rings precontracted with NE or Ca(2+).  相似文献

Fast-growing tree clones selected for biomass plantations are highly productive and therefore likely to use more water than the agricultural crops they replace. We report field measurements of transpiration through the summer of 1994 from two poplar clones, Beaupré (Populus trichocarpa Torr. & A. Gray x P. deltoides Bartr. ex Marsh.) and Dorschkamp (P. deltoides x P. nigra L.), grown as unirrigated short-rotation coppice in southern England. Stand transpiration was quantified by scaling up from sap flow measurements made with the heat balance method in a sample of stems. Leaf conductances, leaf area development, meteorological variables and soil water deficit were also measured to investigate the response of the trees to the environment. High rates of transpiration were found for Beaupré. In June, when soil water was plentiful, the mean (+/- SD) transpiration rate over an 18-day period was 5.0 +/- 1.8 mm day(-1), reaching a maximum of 7.9 mm day(-1). Transpiration rates from Dorschkamp were lower, as a result of its lower leaf area index. High total leaf conductances were measured for both Beaupré (0.34 +/- 0.17 mol m(-2) s(-1)) and Dorschkamp (0.39 +/- 0.16 mol m(-2) s(-1)). Leaf conductance declined slightly with increasing atmospheric vapor pressure deficit in both clones, but only in Beaupré did leaf conductance decrease as soil water deficit increased.  相似文献

以杉木林和常绿阔叶林为对照,对闽北典型毛竹林(杉竹混交林、毛竹纯林、竹阔混交林)林下枯落物储量、持水特性及其对降雨的拦蓄能力进行研究,结果表明:(1)各林分未分解层、半分解层和已分解层枯落物储量、最大持水量和有效拦蓄差异较大,但均以半分解层最高,分解层次之,未分解层最小;杉木纯林枯落物总储量、最大持水量和有效拦蓄均最高,分别为14.6 t·hm-2、2.668 mm和1.43mm,竹阔混交林次之,分别为7.0 t·hm-2、1.298 mm和0.76 mm,毛竹纯林最低,分别仅为4.7 t·hm-2、0.916 mm和0.58 mm。(2)5种林分各层枯落物持水量与浸泡时间的关系为:S=k ln(t)+p,在0 - 2 h内,枯落物持水量迅速增加,此后增加速度逐渐减缓;其吸水速率与浸泡时间的关系为:V=at-1+b,在0 - 1 h内,枯落物吸水速率迅速下降,2 h后下降速度逐渐减缓。(3)竹阔混交林枯落物持水能力虽小于杉木纯林但在竹林中最强,对此,在竹林改造和竹林经营过程中应加以重视。  相似文献

Effects of photosynthetic photon flux density (PPFD) on leaf gas exchange of lychee (Litchi chinensis Sonn.) were studied in field-grown "Kwai May Pink" and "Salathiel" orchard trees and young potted "Kwai May Pink" plants during summer in subtropical Queensland (27 degrees S). Variations in PPFD were achieved by shading the trees or plants 1 h before measurement at 0800 h. In a second experiment, potted seedlings of "Kwai May Pink" were grown in a heated greenhouse in 20% of full sun (equivalent to maximum noon PPFD of 200 micromol m(-2)xs(-1)) and their growth over three flush cycles was compared with seedlings grown in full sun (1080 micromol m(-2)xs(-1)). Young potted plants of "Kwai May Pink" were also grown outdoors in artificial shade that provided 20, 40, 70 or 100% of full sun (equivalent to maximum PPFDs of 500, 900, 1400 and 2000 micromol m(-2)xs(-1)) and measured for shoot extension and leaf area development over one flush cycle. Net CO2 assimilation increased asymptotically in response to increasing PPFD in both orchard trees and young potted plants. Maximum rates of CO2 assimilation (11.9 +/- 0.5 versus 6.3 +/- 0.2 micromol CO2 m(-2) s(-1)), dark respiration (1.7 +/- 0.3 versus 0.6 +/- 0.2 micromol CO2 m(-2) s(-1)), quantum yield (0.042 +/- 0.005 versus 0.027 +/- 0.003 mol CO2 mol(-1)) and light saturation point (1155 versus 959 micromol m(-2) s(-1)) were higher in orchard trees than in young potted plants. In potted seedlings grown in a heated greenhouse, shoots and leaves exposed to full sun expanded in a sigmoidal pattern to 69 +/- 12 mm and 497 +/- 105 cm(2) for each flush, compared with 27 +/- 7 mm and 189 +/- 88 cm(2) in shaded seedlings. Shaded seedlings were smaller and had higher shoot:root ratios (3.7 versus 3.1) than seedlings grown in full sun. In the potted plants grown outdoors in 20, 40, 70 or 100% of full sun, final leaf area per shoot was 44 +/- 1, 143 +/- 3, 251 +/- 7 and 362 +/- 8 cm(2), respectively. Shoots were also shorter in plants grown in shade than in plants grown in full sun (66 +/- 5 mm versus 101 +/- 2 mm). Photosynthesis in individual leaves of lychee appeared to be saturated at about half full sun, whereas maximum leaf expansion occurred at higher PPFDs. We conclude that lychee plants can persist as seedlings on the forest floor, but require high PPFDs for optimum growth.  相似文献

Antihyperglycemic activity of the aqueous extract of Urtica dioica   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
When administered 30 min before glucose loading, the aqueous extract of Urtica dioica (nettle) (250 mg/kg) showed a strong glucose lowering effect. The decrease of glycemia has reached to 33+/-3.4% of the control value 1 h after glucose loading. This effect was persistent during 3 h. In contrast, nettle did not show hypoglycemic effect in alloxan-induced diabetic rats. The amount of glucose absorbed in a segment jejunum in situ was 8.05+/-0.68 mg in presence of nettle extract vs. 11.11+/-0.75 mg in control rats during 2 h (P<0.05). The results indicate that nettle has a significant antihyperglycemic effect in OGTT model. This effect may be caused in part by the reduction of intestinal glucose absorption. LD(50) is 3.5 g/kg (i.p.).  相似文献

The objective of this research was to analyze the cyclic vacuum drying curve within one cycle. Red oak specimens of two different groups, square in cross-section, were used. Group one was comprised of four different thicknesses (2.54, 3.81, 5.08, and 6.35 cm) with a length of 25.4 cm and group two was comprised of three different lengths (12.7, 25.4, and 38.1 cm) with the thickness of 2.54 cm. The specimens were heated to 60°C in the heating oven and then dried in the vacuum oven at 18 mm Hg. The vacuum oven was at room temperature (20°C). The vacuum pump was kept running for 140 min. It was found that the cyclic vacuum drying curve consisted of two distinct parts. The fast drying period lasted about 10 to 15 min. The slow drying period occurred when the pressure inside wood approached the ambient pressure. Most of the moisture was removed during the fast drying period.  相似文献

在浙江食用菌生产基地、超市和农贸市场实地抽样检测,对数据进行统计分析,提出浙江省食用菌重金属背景值.研究结果显示:浙江省鲜食用菌重金属元素背景值为铅0.078 mg·kg~(-1)、镉0.036 mg·kg~(-1)、汞0.009 mg·kg~(-1)、砷0.029 mg·kg~(-1),干食用菌重金属背景值为铅0.452 mg·kg~(-1)、镉0.254 mg·kg~(-1)、汞0.044 mg·kg~(-1)、砷0.150 mg·kg~(-1),鲜香菇重金属背景值为铅0.074 mg·kg~(-1)、镉0.122 mg·kg~(-1)、汞0.009 mg·kg~(-1)、砷0.030 mg·kg~(-1),鲜平菇重金属背景值为铅0.068 mg·kg~(-1)、镉0.026 mg·kg~(-1)、汞0.008 mg·kg~(-1)、砷0.029 mg·kg~(-1),鲜蘑菇重金属背景值为铅0.149 mg·kg~(-1)、镉0.019 mg·kg~(-1)、汞0.038 mg·kg~(-1)、砷0.094 mg·kg~(-1),鲜金针菇重金属背景值为铅0.083 mg·kg~(-1)、镉0.013 mg·kg~(-1)、汞0.008 mg·kg~(-1)、砷0.020 mg·kg~(-1).经与相关标准进行比较,浙江省食用菌重金属含量处于相对较低的水平.鲜食用菌中平菇与金针菇的4种重金属元素背景值非常相近,并且都处于很低的水平.与鲜食用菌相比,干食用菌重金属含量是鲜食用菌的4.9~7.1倍.蘑菇的铅、汞、砷含量明显高于其他食用菌,与鲜食用菌平均值比较,铅高出91.0%、汞高出322.2%,砷高出224.1%;香菇中镉含量明显高于其他品种食用菌,高出鲜食用菌平均值238.9%.蘑菇的铅、汞、砷和香菇的镉含量在生产栽培中要得到特别关注,应作为质量安全控制的重点.  相似文献

Sap flow was measured on five branches of two poplar (Populus trichocarpa Torr. & A. Gray x P. tacamahaca L.) trees from June to September 1994 in the south of England with stem-surface, heat balance gauges, and was scaled up to estimate transpiration from single trees on the basis of leaf area. On six days, stomatal conductance and plant water potential were measured simultaneously with a porometer and pressure chamber, respectively. The effects of solar radiation (S), vapor pressure deficit (D) and stomatal conductance on transpiration were evaluated. Sap flow per unit leaf area (F(a)) was closely related to the time course of demand attributable to S and D throughout the season, and only slightly affected by the water content of the top 120 cm of soil. Although F(a) increased linearly at low values of D, it showed a plateau with increases in D above 1.2 kPa. The canopy coupling coefficient (1 - Omega) ranged from 0.48 to 0.78 with a mean of 0.65 +/- 0.01, indicating that transpiration was controlled more by stomatal conductance than by incident radiation. The seasonal pattern of tree water loss followed potential evaporation with a peak in late June or early July. On bright days, daily transpiration over the projected crown area was 3.6 mm early in the season, 3.8 mm in mid-season, and 2.7 mm late in the season. The water balance of the system indicated that poplar trees took 15-60% of water transpired from groundwater, with the proportion increasing as the soil in the unsaturated zone dried out. Access to the water table resulted in high predawn water potentials throughout the season. Estimated hydraulic resistance to water flow in the soil-tree system was in the range of 1.5 to 1.93 x 10(6) MPa s m(-3).  相似文献

通过野外调查与室内分析相结合,应用主成分分析法,从衡量土壤抗蚀性的16个指标中,优化得到赣县稀土采矿区巨桉林地土壤抗蚀性7个最佳评价指标:分散系数(X1)、团聚度(X2)、>0.25 mm水稳性团聚体含量(X3)、>0.5 mm水稳性团聚体含量(X4)、<0.05 mm粉黏粒含量(X5)、>0.25 mm团聚体破坏率(X6)和<0.001 mm黏粒含量(X7),并以此为变量分析比较不同林龄巨桉林地土壤抗蚀性变化规律。结果表明:不同林龄巨桉林地土壤抗蚀性综合指数大小为:1年生林地>2年生林地>4年生萌芽1 a林地>裸露地。在此基础上,以上述7个评价指标为自变量,以土壤抗蚀性综合指数(Y)为因变量,进行回归分析,得出稀土采矿区土壤抗蚀性综合评价方程为:Y=0.309 X1+0.038 X2 -0.161 X3 -0.643 X4 +0.491 X5 -0.032 8 X6 +0.129 X7 +41.637,因子决定系数R2=0.991 5,F=49.84,各因子间显著相关,方程拟合较好,可为构建稀土采矿区土壤抗蚀性评价指标体系提供依据。  相似文献

Root morphology, biomass, and (14)C distribution were studied in two 2-year-old Populus trichocarpa x P. deltoides hybrids, which originated from hardwood cuttings, to determine the pattern of root distribution in a plantation and to refine methods for root recovery. The trees were labeled with (14)CO(2) and harvested after a 72-hour chase period. Roots attached to each labeled tree were analyzed for morphological traits at the time of harvest. Detached roots from within a 1-m(3) volume of soil surrounding each tree were separated from the soil and sorted on the basis of rooting depth and root diameter. Lateral roots > 2 mm in diameter had a largely horizontal orientation at their point of origin from the cutting and extended horizontally up to 4 m from the cutting. This resulted in considerable overlap of root systems in the plantation. Results from (14)C labeling indicated that 24 +/- 4% (+/- SD) of the carbon exported from branches-labeled within two weeks after branch budset-was translocated to the root system. Dilution of the root (14)C label indicated that from 0 (> 5 mm diameter roots) to 75% (< 2 mm diameter roots) of the roots recovered from within the 1-m(3) volume of soil surrounding a harvested tree originated from other trees. Total root biomass was 6 +/- 1 Mg ha(-1) for both hybrids. Sixty percent of the root biomass was recovered directly from excavation, 16% from coarse-sieving excavated soil, and 24% from re-sorting sieved soil. The study indicated that root growth of hybrid poplars may be rapid and extensive and that detailed sorting of soil subsamples substantially improves the recovery of fine roots < 2 mm in diameter.  相似文献

Fire affects the physical and chemical properties and soil biological activity of natural ecosystems. This study was conducted in the Miyan Tang region, Ilam Province in western Iran. The study site was 110 hectares, where we sampled soils in areas that were classified by fire severity: low (LS), high (HS) and medium severity (MS), and unburned (UB), which served as the control. In each severity class, 25 transect points were randomly selected for measurement. Around each transect plot center, 3 soil samples were selected randomly and soils collected from the 0 to 20 cm depth were combined into a composite sample that was used in laboratory analysis to represent conditions at that point. Plots in the UB and LS fire classes had similar soil conditions and had higher values of factors such as saturated moisture, organic carbon, carbon dioxide, and silt and clay content. In contrast, plots in the HS and MS fire severity classes were clustered in the positive direction along the first axis that represented gradients in soil acidity, electrical conductivity, cation exchange capacity, accessible phosphorus, accessible potassium, bulk density, and sand. Soil attributes were similar in areas of HS and MS fire severity classes, whereas soil conditions in the LS class and UB controls were most similar. Fire in the LS areas either did not significantly alter the physical–chemical soil properties and microbial basal respiration, or soils were able to recover quickly after being burned.  相似文献

采集抗寒巨桉单株的萌芽条,通过组培方式繁殖试验苗,以邓恩桉、赤桉、巨桉无性系Eg5、广林九、巨赤桉无性系DH201-2、尾巨桉无性系DH3229等品系作对照,经过多点对比试验的生长观测、抗寒性调查、抗雪压调查以及主要病虫害抗性的测定与调查,综合评价了井冈1号的生长与适应性,并讨论了井冈1号的适宜栽培区域和发展前景。结果表明:井冈1号的抗寒性与邓恩桉、赤桉接近,但抗雪压能力较邓恩桉、DH3229好,井冈1号的保存率、高生长和胸径生长均比邓恩桉、赤桉、Eg5等抗寒品系好。  相似文献

对采自6个种源地砂生槐的种子进行了萌发研究,分析了种子大小、萌发特性与海拔之间的关系。结果表明:1)每荚种子数变幅为2.96 4.50粒;种子千粒质量变幅为30.639 47.415 g;种子纵径变幅为4.3144.962 mm;种子横径变幅为3.244 3.693 mm;种子纵横径比变幅为1.306 1.383,差异较小。方差分析结果显示,种源间每荚种子数(F=8.52**)、千粒质量(F=19.73**)、种子纵径(F=6.17**)和种子横径(F=5.79**)差异均达到极显著水平,而种子纵径与横径的比值差异不显著(F=1.47)。2)6个种源砂生槐种子发芽率变幅为43.16%90.03%。其中萨迦种源发芽率90.03%为最高,最低是米瑞种源为43.16%。3)6个砂生槐种源的种子在发芽起始时间上仅差异1 d;萌发持续时间在14 23 d之间,种源间持续发芽时间差异最多达到9 d;萌发高峰期在17 27 d之间,种源间差异较大,其中萨迦种源最短,朗县种源最长。4)每荚种子数随着海拔的升高而显著降低(R=-0.844 3,P0.05),而种子千粒质量则随着海拔的升高而显著升高(R=0.614 3,P0.05)。5)种子发芽起始时间与海拔之间呈现出负相关的关系,但不显著(R=-0.505 6,P0.05);种子萌发持续时间与海拔具有显著的负相关关系(R=-0.883 6,P0.05),而种子发芽率则与海拔具有显著的正相关关系(R=0.804 7,P0.05)。  相似文献
