Based on the definition about the idea of Flexible Manufacture Systems(FMS), a three dimensional systematic views to represent the concept of the FMS production planning and scheduling problem is presented firstly. Next,a four-layer framework model of FMS' s production scheduling problem is put forward. Then, the operations research models and techniques in the static and dynamic scheduling of FMS operation are systematically analyzed, and the existing difficulties are pointed out. Finally,a brief introduction about the trend of using other approaches,such as artificial intelligence (AI) and artificial neural network (ANN), to solve the FMS planning and scheduling problems is given.  相似文献

In this paper, taking the campus planning of Sanxia University as an example, the natural ecological factors in the planning were analyzed. An ecological sensitivity model was drawn out after comprehensive appraising. In combination with the requirements for campus planning, a mode of eco-division for land use and the development intensity control was proposed. The stress on ecology arrangement and construction of campus with consideration of local conditions is suggested. Thus the concept of 'design in consideration of the nature and in coordination with the environment'is realized.  相似文献

The relationship between children's activities and public spaces was analyzed and summarized from three perspectives, namely, children's demands on outdoor activity spaces, factors infl uencing children's behavior requirements, and planning strategies. The paper provided theoretical support for exploring the relationship between children's activities and public spaces, and proposed planning strategies for improving use effi ciency of urban outdoor public spaces and facilities, and creating public spaces capable of meeting children's psychological needs.  相似文献

Spartina alterniflora is a major invasive plant in the coastal tideland of China that has serious negative impact on local economy and ecology.This paper took Hugang New Town in Xiangshan County,Zhejiang Province for example,concluded the method of controlling S.alterniflora by integrating mechanical mowing and hydraulic reclamation in view of the threatening expansion of this species and serious land shortage in the local area.Moreover,it explored the ecological planning method of reclamation area based on this method.In view of the ecological sensitivity of the reclamation area,urban ecological planning concept was introduced into both processes of the development:penetrative reclamation and urban planning.The reclamation project has to meet such requirements as site selection,scope,water surface ratio etc.,the planning ensures the ecological sustainability in functional orientation,spatial structure,green space system and development intensity.  相似文献

The implementation of the rural resettlement policy in southern Shaanxi has produced a lot of rural immigrants that need urgent resettlement. The subsequent settlement problem is the core issue of migration policy. All kinds of special background and demand of these "rural immigrants" put forward new requirements for resettlement planning. This paper explored the planning of rural immigrant relocation under the guidance of tourism industry, so as to create a new living environment for immigrants inheriting traditional cultural context, and revitalize the new urbanization of south Shaanxi. First, the paper briefly introduced the background of the rural resettlement policy in south Shaanxi. Second, taking the Phoenix Mountain Resort Park in Hanyin County for example, this paper used SWOT to analyze the feasibility of immigrant relocation in comprehensive tourist service area. Considering the uncertainty and complexity of production planning and scheduling in steel making and continuous casting, an optimal simulation model is built. Based on the analysis of the logistics in steelmaking process, the casting plan is regarded as the global goal, and the procedural information is taken into account, as well as the local evolution rule that abstracted from scheduling rule. To simulate transferring of materials in the process, the state of operation sites are updated as a result of the global goals, process information and local rule. The goal directed simulation is carried out based on the self organization evolution mechanism. Finally, an optimal integrated production plan is made by a continuous simulation evolution. A simulation case for eight hours production plan shows that the model is valid and efficient.  相似文献

利用农田水量平衡模型评价棉田不同的灌溉制度   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:4  
本文以田间试验为基础,应用农田水量平衡理论和棉花对不同水分亏缺的反应,建立了一个棉花不同灌溉制度的评价模型,文中用FAO-46提供的Penman-Monteith方法计算了棉花生育期间逐日参考作物蒸散量,利用Isareg模型[5]计算了棉田逐日实际蒸散量。研究结果表明,利用农田水量平衡模型可对棉花灌溉进行有效管理。通过对几种灌溉方案的评价,定量化地分析了不同灌溉制度对棉花产量的影响程度和水分胁迫出现的时间;明确了在黄淮海平原棉田灌溉重点在棉花生育前期,即苗期,盛蕾-初花期;给出了该地区棉花各生育时期的需水量和每日的平均耗水强度  相似文献

The traditional scheduling for vehicle is option in the fixed network. But it can't satisfy the real time environment. The demand of order is changeable and uncertain in real environment. It is convenient for scheduling transforming it into static data, but can't get the advantage on time. This paper discusses a new approach of job shop production scheduling with the time limit of starting and completing work.In this approach,all operations in the queue are sorted according to their values of remaining operating time,and a preliminary feasible solution of production scheduling is achieved,which makes a shortest circulation time of parts in the system.Then adjustment is made aiming at maximum ahead/behind time span of operation block.The process is iterated until a satisfactory scheduling solution is obtained.Through analysis and application proof,the scheduling algorithm is suitable and feasible in engineering projects.  相似文献

On the basis of investigations related to the existing problems about digitalization and information in the urban and rural planning, the authors analyzed the requirements of an operational platform for digital urban and rural planning. Then, an overall design and relevant modules of the foundational platform for digital urban and rural planning are proposed according to the principles of software engineering. Job shop scheduling is an important part of manufacturing process. Pre-mature, local optimal solution or low convergence rate of Genetic Algorithm may come across in solving scheduling problem in multi-Job shop. To avoid those unhealthy tendencies, this paper introduced the Dynamical Niche Sets-based Cooperative Evolutionary Algorithm model.In the Algorithm, Process-based chromosome encoding method was used; the crossover operator and mutation operator were designed to adjust operation sequences and choose process routes. The cooperative scheduling problem in multi-Job shop was solved using dynamical niche sets technology and multi-population cooperative evolution method. The Experiment result shows the proposed method has good advantages.  相似文献

[目的]构建合理的空间规划体系是落实国家生态文明战略的重要举措和落实用途管制制度的重要抓手。研究围绕建立和落实用途管制制度的目标提出了我国空间规划体系构建的思路和整体框架、层次与组成、功能与内容,以期为我国空间规划体系的建立提供理论基础。[方法]通过文献研究和综合分析的方法分析了我国现行的空间规划体系、发达国家的空间规划体系、我国“多规合一”的试点成果和围绕落实用途管制制度的我国空间规划体系改革的思路与框架等。[结果]研究表明我国现行的空间规划体系存在众多问题,但可以通过构建更为科学的空间规划体系予以解决。我国空间规划体系的构建可以借鉴发达国家空间规划体系的成熟做法和吸取我国“多规合一”试点取得的经验。围绕落实用途管制制度构建“全国——省级——地级——县级”四级的“国土空间规划+专项规划”的规划组成的空间规划体系,每一级的规划是基于落实用途管制制度且对应于该级政府事权和相关部门事权的规划。“国土空间规划”是全域性国土空间保护与开发的战略性、纲领性和基础性规划,是划定“用途区”的规划;“专项规划”是落实用途管制制度和精细化管理的需要而编制的部门性规划,是“用途区”的保护和开发的规划。[结论]研究坚持“层次清晰、功能明确、上下衔接”和“宏观、中观、微观,远期、近期,刚性、弹性”相结合的基本要求和原则,构建了基于落实用途管制制度的空间规划体系思路和整体框架、层次与组成、功能与内容,这将为国国内空间规划体系和落实用途管制制度构建提供理论基础。  相似文献

In order to solve the scheduling problem of frequent distribution of a little goods in one batch between regions in logistics system, We use time slices to manage orders, thus disassembling, combining orders and optimizing the planning to cut the cost. A product-scheduling model in region distribution is presented based on the retailing chain system. A method is presented which spends little cost on logistics plans under constraint conditions (time constraint conditions and space constraint conditions) by using combination and optimizing based on the three layers framework of distribution center, region distribution center and retail shop. The simulation result shows that the model and algorithm is indeed effective to solve the supply problems in multicommodity or multi-shop.  相似文献

To realize efficient operation, the production organization constraints of ironmaking/steelmaking interface, desulphorization basic oxygen furnace and decarburization basic oxygen furnace, refining equipment and casting/rolling interface of typical steel production process A are analyzed. Order planning model of iron and steel enterprises considering production organization constraints is established. The scheduling compact and coordination and the optimization of commissioning date of different production lines are fully considered in the model. Then, the model is solved by tabu search. Finally, three different sizes of actual production contracts which are randomly selected from the steel plant A are simulated. The results prove the presented model and algorithm can harmonize and optimize the production effectively and also realize the process running efficiently.  相似文献
