The vibration characteristic of engine mounting system is analyzed, the vibration model of engine mounting system is established, and calculation method of natural frequency and main vibration mode of mounting system is put forward. Then an engine mounting system with double - lined type isolator is presented. Isolation performance of engine mounting system is improved greatly by selecting elastic coefficient of isolator reasonably.  相似文献

Electromagnetic radiation, which is caused by the engine ignition system, is the most powerful electromagnetic interference (EMI) source in the vehicles, as well as the main reason of most electronic control unit (ECU) malfunction. In order to reduce interference from ignition noise on ECU, we use optical isolation technology to isolate electrical connections between the interference source and the control circuit. The formation mechanism of the ignition system EMI is analyzed. The possibility of suppressing ignition system EMI with optical isolation technology is discussed. Then, as a result we design an experimental platform of suppressing ignition system EMI. The experimental results show that the effect of suppressing ignition noise, in 20~100 MHz frequency band, is obvious after applying optical isolation circuit. It can address the issue of automotive EMC.  相似文献

The problem of vibration isolation for the multi supporting machine installed on flexible foundations was studied by power flow and four end parameters methods.The general model of machine,isolator and flexible foundations was founded,and the transmission characteristic of the vibration system is analyzed.The expressions of power flow of the system with wave propagation effect being concerned was also presented.Finally,the effect of foundation flexibility and wave propagation on isolation was analyzed in detail.  相似文献

Because there are lots of difficulties in mathematic modeling for uncertainty complex object, so it is not suitable to utilize traditional methods in some aspect such as identification, analysis, synthetical design and implementation. Especially, for the idea of system modeling, it is very different in comparison with traditional mathematic modeling, therefore, it is very difficult to study control problem for uncertainty system in technology and theory. On the basis of summarizing characteristics of uncertainty complex object, present to establish generalized control model, and apply intelligent control strategy to implement control effectively. In addition, authors also studied control algorithm and system structure. Engineering practice shows that it is effective and successful to establish generalized control model, and select intelligent control strategy for uncertainty control system.  相似文献

A method of detecting the signal frequency which is disturbed by the noise based on the autonomous chaotic system is proposed. A signal with noise was added to an autonomous chaotic system, and then a negative feedback was imposed to it. The feedback gain was appropriately adjusted, so as to let the noisy system orbit be a limit cycle. The number of times that the orbit went directly through a plane was calculated by loop phase technology, and the vibration frequency was found according to it. The frequency of system is determined by the frequency of the test signal, yet free from noise, so the frequency of the test signal is the vibration frequency of the system. Simulation results further demonstrate the effectiveness of the method.  相似文献

Firstly, the uncertain factors in drawing process, which cause the changes of the sensor's displacement and the sensor's vibration, are analyzed in terms of mechanics and statistics. Systemic randomictiy and non linearity affect the performance of traditional auto regulation equipment. Using the minimum error variance adaptive controlling technique to solve the uncertainty of controlled system is the ideal method. Secondly, using generalized least square method to achieve the principle and method of the system identifying model is described. Thirdly, the design steps of the minimum error variance adaptive adjustor and the method of the computer simulation are discussed. The result of test running shows that the output of the system follows the input of the system better, the system restrains the random disturbance more efficiently, and the performance of auto regulation is improved apparently.  相似文献

Under the dynamic load of vehicle, the bridge will vibrate and radiate low frequency noise which is harmful to human health. A method for predicting the low frequency noise is proposed based on the analysis of vibration of bridge deck. The prediction includes the analysis of vehicle bridge coupling vibration considering the bridge deck and the analysis of sound radiation and propagation in the air. By taking a bridge with low frequency noise as example, the vibration and sound radiation of the bridge are analyzed respectively by the current method and the previous method based on the grillage model. The results show that the prediction based on the vibration of bridge deck is more accurate. Furthermore, the measures to reduce the noise of bridge are explored, and the results indicate that a smoother road surface leads to lower noise. But when the condition of road surface is up to the extremely good standard defined by ISO, the effect of reducing the roughness of surface is not significant. Also, strengthening the crossbeam in the bridgehead is a simple and effective way to reduce the low frequency noise of bridge.  相似文献

This paper proposes a control strategy for the optimal control of the outsourcing production inventory system based on production point and production batch. The statistical probability distribution is used to describe the uncertainty of the production capacity of cooperative enterprises and the transportation time. The optimization model of the control parameters is developed with random production capacity for cooperative enterprises and random transportation time in order to minimize the holding cost,setup cost as well as the cost of production capacity waste. A simulation-based control parameters optimization algorithm is designed to solve the proposed model. The control strategy of production inventory system and the control parameters optimization algorithm proposed are validated by an example. We analyze the influence of the variation of the production point and production batch to the performance of the outsourcing production inventory system.  相似文献

Aiming at the problem that the gain amplitude is hard to identify in advance and the gain value can not be set properly, an auto gain control (AGC) strategy using Kalman filter is presented to deal with the uncertainty in vibration acquire system. The design principles, algorithms and circuit implementation are described. The experimental results show that this method can not only control auto gain in dynamic data acquiring system, but also get wide gain amplitude range without setting the initial value. The paper proposes the design method of robust H controller of vehicle seat suspension system. The dynamic model of seat suspension is developed,and the parameters uncertainties (mass, stiffness, damping) and stochastic vibration are introduced into the model system. Based on stochastic differential theory and Lyapunov functional, a semi controller is designed, and the controller parameters are solved by linear matrix inequality (LMI) which guarantees H performance index. The simulation results in time domain and frequency domain show that the controller designed for parameter uncertainties and stochastic vibration can attenuate the vertical acceleration of suspension system and improve riding comfort of human.  相似文献

Liquid-storage tanks, mostly used to reserve rinsing, sewerage, petroleum and chemistry liquid, are broadly applied in such industry corporations as water-supply and drainage industry, sewerage-disposal industry, petroleum industry, chemistry industry and so on. For the sake of computing preferably earthquake responding of these structures, the characteristics of their free vibration, like frequency of free vibration and corresponding oscillation-mode, have to be known beforehand. Therefore, for the liquid-storage tanks without liquid, the equations about oscillation-mode and frequency based on bending-shearing model are deduced, and at the same time, the calculation tables and chart of former three oscillation-modes are presented by using MATLAB program, and free vibration characteristics using different deformation theory in different heights are analyzed. The correctness of the result is proved by calculation example, and a theory base is provided for analyzing subsequent free vibration and earthquake responding of this type of structure.  相似文献

The price of electricity is one of the key questions in the electricity market. As the widely used theory of marginal price of electricity in the power system, its marginal price of electricity predicts that should fully consider the uncertainty of load, uncertainty of generating set forcing stoppage and uncertainty of the quotation to power generator at random. Through redefining effective capacity state and derivation polymorphism sets, the systematic effective capacity function of prohahility is found out by applying probability sequence operation theory to generate electricity, a kind of other method of the systematic effective capacity function of probability has been found. Based on this function of probability distribution and the definition of system marginal price, the authors fully consider various uncertainty factor of effecting system marginal price, accurate forecast system marginal price. Numerical example analysis have proved the correctness of theoretical analysis, show the precision of algorithm forecast get raising.  相似文献

Elastic suspension structure is adopted between the engine and frame for the vibration during the process of designing a certain type of motorcycle with 200 cc engine in some enterprise.Through optimization of the suspension system performance parameters, inherent frequency of suspension system keeping away from the activated frequency of engine in common use is essential. With the development and complication of power system, the problem of low frequency oscillation in electric network becomes obvious. Unified Power Flow Controller is one of the most powerful facilities in Flexible AC Transmission Systems, which can improve the transient stability and damp the low oscillation in power system with suitable control. Considering the characteristics of inverter's output voltage magnitude, adjustment of phase and process of charge and discharge of dc capacitance, the dynamic model of UPFC is proposed by a series of nonlinear differential coefficient equations. Based on UPFC's dynamic model, the linear optimal controller of UPFC with state feedback is proposed. In this way, the low frequency oscillation is damped effectively. 体育馆大跨度预应力次梁楼盖竖向振动模态分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以重庆市铜梁县新城核心区小学建设项目3#楼(体育馆)工程为背景,对其大跨度预应力次梁楼盖竖向振动模态进行模拟分析,并与实测结果相比较,评价其控制竖向振动舒适度的效果。根据建模思路精确建立的该大跨楼盖有限元模型,其模态分析结果与模态实测结果接近,相对误差约为5%;模拟分析及工程实测结果表明,该大跨楼盖前三阶振型均以竖向振动为主,结构自振基频满足我国现行相关规范的要求,竖向振动舒适度符合标准;与无底板的大跨次梁楼盖相比,增加底板后,其增幅最小的一阶频率增长了19.9%,表明增加底板可有效地控制大跨度预应力次梁楼盖的竖向振动。  相似文献
