Based on the control mode and characteristics of engine of vehicle equipped with AMT, the control goals of engine revolution speed of starting control and shift control were proposed. Automatic control of engine revolution speed was implemented through equipping a electronic throttle in terms of mechanic throttle. Fuzzy controller of engine revolution speed was developed and implemented in the AMT control system. Good performance of the electronic throttle was shown by the rig test data. The control requirements of engine revolution speed were satisfied well by the fuzzy controller.  相似文献

This paper discusses the idea and design procedures of applying the fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligent control to throttle actuator of automobile engine of AMT. It is presented that the structure of electronic-controlled hydraulic throttle actuator, the composition of the control system, the control algorithms and the experiment results of the fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligent control. The experiment results and the application show that applying fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligent control to the electronic-controlled hydraulic throttle actuator can ensure the fast response, the stability and the higher control precision and meet the requirements of the actual application.  相似文献

Fuzzy PID controller was applied in variable air volume system. The task was to control the temperature of supply air and the temperature of air conditioned room (the return air temperature) close to their respective targets. The fuzzy PID control system of supply air temperature and return air temperature was designed respectively. The supply air temperature was controlled through adjusting the valve opening of chilled water. And the indoor temperature was controlled through adjusting the rotational speed of variable frequency ventilator. The supply air temperature and the indoor temperature (return air temperature) were controlled online by fuzzy PID controller. Thus, it was shown that the design of fuzzy PID controller was reasonable and the effect of fuzzy PID control was well.  相似文献

Double pendulum has four equilibrium points (down down, down up, up down, and up up). Twelve transfer actions and eight spin actions can be formed with these equilibrium points. One of the transfer action, up down to up up (UD2UU) with human simulated intelligent control (HSIC) theory based on sensor motor intelligent schema is studied. Control system designed by HSIC has following advantages: hierarchic control architecture with multi controller and multi control mode; hybrid control law combining close loop and open loop control as well as positive feedback and negative feedback control; associating schema based on characteristic model which takes charge of switch between each control mode. The design process of HSIC controller for UD2UU is discussed. The real time control results demonstrate the validation of the proposed theory and method.  相似文献

In the intelligent control system with microprocessor controlling, the development of embedded software requires some simple and practical intelligent control algorithms. The algorithms can not only make the control system's performance good, but also meet the demands of real time control. Aim at the problem, it is presented that a fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligent control. The structure , control algorithms and the simulation results of the controller are given. The simulation and application show that the fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligent control has many advantages such as fast response, less overshoot, good robust. This paper develops the control system of electronically controlled throttle with high speed on off valve.The electronically controlled hydraulic actuator is used to control the throttle controlled by high speed on off valve.The mathematical model of the control system is established.Because of the existing turn on time of high speed on off valve,the problem which throttle position is controlled actuately is solved by adding a nonlinear compensating block.Main parameters affecting throttle position control are discussed.Simulation research and road test prove that the control system is applicable and feasible.  相似文献

A quarter - car suspension system in which the MR fluid dampers are used as the semi - active control actuators has been proposed and developed based on the theory analysis of MR fluid dampers characteristic. A adaptive fuzzy logic controller is developed. The completed system is simulated via SIMULINK Toolbox of MATLAB 6.1. Compared to the passive suspension system and simple fuzzy logic controller, the adaptive fuzzy logic controller markedly reduces the vertical acceleration of the sprung mass and effectively improves ride comfort of automobile.  相似文献

This paper introduces the development of the electronic throttle control system (ETCS) , the structure and the principle of the system are also involved. After analyzing the nonlinearity problem existing in the mechanical structure of the system, a mathematical model of the ETCS is built up. Then three controllers (PID controller, Fuzzy controller, sliding mode controller) were designed and simulated in the matlab simulink. The result indicates that the PID controller has an overshoot,but the Fuzzy controller and the sliding mode controller can settle the nonlinearity problem better.  相似文献

Fuzzy controller can achieve satisfactory dynamic performance even for complicated process without mathematical model of the process.Its main imperfection is the existence of steady state error and ultimate oscillatory in the process output. This limits its application area. How to eliminate the steady state error while keep its good dynamic performance has been paid much attention. The strategy to introduce integral function to the conventional fuzzy control system is put forward in this paper to overcome the above problem. After expound two key factors on introducing integral action,an intelligent integral algorithm has been employed,and two methods on introduction of the intelligent integral to the fuzzy control system are proposed. Tracking control of a nonlinear uncertain Chua's chaotic system is studied. With coordinate transform, Chua's chaotic system is transformed to a general form of a strict feedback control system. Combining the backstepping method with robust control technology, an adaptive parameter control law for a robust output feedback control scheme is developed for output tracking of nonlinear unknown systems. It is shown that the derived robust adaptive controller based on Lyapunov stability theory can guarantee global uniformly bounded ultimate property for all states of the closed loop system, and lead to tracking error decreasing at exponential speed. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

The issue of exponential stability for TS-model-based fuzzy chaotic control systems with constant or time-varying delays is investigated. A linear-feedback fuzzy controller is designed using parallel dispersal compensation technique for a large class of chaotic control systems. By means of the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional approach in combination of the linear matrix inequality and differential inequality techniques, the criteria for exponential stability of the TS-model-based fuzzy controller are derived, and the corresponding control laws are presented. The results are easy to be calculated numerically because of the linear matrix inequalities representation.  相似文献

The load changed of motor affects normal run. If it is not adjusted, the state of motor will become poor, while it affects steady of the system. This paper presents an efficient method for the motor speed controlling, it applies Tacagi-Sugeno's method that each linear submodels are connected for fuzzy algorithm, an algorithm of the fuzzy model identifying and fuzzy control is fulfilled through whole nonlinear model which are replaced with local linear models. It makes speed of motor to maintain steady, and variable structure control is applied to guarantee performance of dynamic flowing for process controlled, the design of stability and robustness is proposed in the scheme. Practice running results show that it is efficient that uncertain dynamic processes are controlled.  相似文献

dSPACE is a prototype development and real-time control testing platform which is based on MATLAB/Simulink software. By establishing mathematic model of hydraulic automatic transmission system, the shift rules are achieved. A testing platform for hydraulic automatic transmission system is developed whose control software is programmed by simulink and using the dSPACE as the centre controller. The experiment of electric throttle control and power performance matching control of hydraulic automatic transmission system is carried out. the result shows that well matching performance of hydraulic automatic transmission system can be realizedby using the control strategy proposed in this paper, it provides a fast and efficient approach for researching and developing the hydraulic automatic transmission system.  相似文献

The effect of damping on vibration is analyzed during the suspension deformation based on the 1/4 vehicle model. The Fuzzy logic control strategy for the semi-active suspension was proposed. By means of dissipating the energy of vibration and decreasing the peak value of the body acceleration via the action of damping, the parameter-self-adjust fuzzy controller was established. The united simulation of ADAMS and Matlab/Simulink were used for demonstrating the efficiency of the controller. Comparing with the practical passive suspension possessing the nonlinear character and the present fuzzy controller, the control system based on the new-style strategy provides better ride comfort and road handling.  相似文献

变量施肥技术是精准农业技术的重要组成部分。由于施肥机是通过液压马达驱动的,本文设计相应驱动方式下的基于单片机的控制器。该控制器通过串口RS232接收来自田间计算机的控制命令,进行解析处理后,生成相应的I/O口信号,经过驱动电路放大后控制执行元件动作。同时,控制器利用车速度传感器、排肥轴磁阻转速传感器通过采样获得排肥轴转速信息,反馈给控制器实现闭环控制。变量施肥试验表明,所设计的变量施肥控制器能满足变量作业的要求。  相似文献

A new approach based on sensitivity method for the optimal power flow is presented in the paper. This method has the following advantages: it is suitable to solve a 200-node power system on the microcomputer; the convergence is easy to reach and the computation speed is quick; it is possible to reduce 8-14% power loss and to get maximum economic benefit by using this method; in power system dispatch center it can be used as an on-line voltage and reactive power control program to keep good voltage level. The proposed method has been proved successful by IEEE 118-node test system and the several real power systems such as 49-node, 61-node, 99-node and 200-node systems.  相似文献

A mathematic model for filtering reducer transmission robots which have the characteristics of parameter uncertaintiesexternal disturbancestrong couplingnonlinearities and multi-variable is establishedand then an adaptive RBF networks backstepping method is proposed to control the robot.RBF is employed to approach the nonlinear item of the filtering reducer transmission robot on lineand an adaptive RBF network controller is developed based on backstepping method which effectively suppresses the effect of parameter uncertainties and external disturbance etc.It is combined with Lyapunov stabilization analytical method to demonstrate the close loop system convergence.Simulation results verify that the proposed controller not only satisfies high performance position trackingbut also has good accuracy and robustness.  相似文献
