为了研究不同发酵时间对益生菌发酵饲料营养成分、体外消化率及饲料品质的影响,试验按照27.5%豆粕、50%酒糟粉、15%菜籽粕和7.5%血粉将饲料原料混合均匀,接种5%益生菌发酵液和35%水分,30℃密封发酵,测定在不同发酵时间时发酵饲料的营养成分、体外消化率、干物质回收率、乳酸菌数量、乳酸含量和pH值。结果表明:随着发酵时间的延长,饲料中粗蛋白(CP)含量持续显著升高(P0.05),发酵第10天与发酵第15天比较差异不显著(P0.05);发酵第15天真蛋白率显著低于发酵第30分钟(P0.05);铵态氮(NH_3-N)含量和CP体外消化率均随着发酵时间延长极显著增加(P0.01);与发酵第30分钟相比,各时间点干物质回收率均显著降低(P0.05);饲料中乳酸菌数量随着发酵时间的延长先上升后下降,发酵第10天乳酸菌数量最高;乳酸含量随着发酵时间延长持续极显著升高(P0.01);pH值随着发酵时间延长持续极显著降低(P0.01)。说明在此次发酵条件下,最佳发酵时间为6 d,饲料营养成分含量、体外消化率、乳酸含量和乳酸菌数量均处于较好水平,干物质回收率较高。  相似文献

玉米蛋白粉营养价值评定及其评定技术的研究   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
试验选用6头平均体重(50.9±2.73)kg生长猪,应用套算法(The Difference Method),采用全消化道收粪技术,按6×6拉丁方试验设计,测定玉米蛋白粉的氮(N)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、干物质(DM)、总能(GE)和消化能(DE)及其表观消化率,待测原料包括4种不同粗蛋白质含量的玉米蛋白粉(CP 63%、CP 52%、CP 47.5%和CP 32%,CGM).4种玉米蛋白粉(CP 63%、CP 52%、CP 47.5%和CP 32%)的表观消化能分别为4234、4029、4023和4244 kcal/kg,氮表观消化率分别为92.3%~96.3%;总能表观消化率分别为79.7%~89.7%;干物质表观消化率分别为82.7%~88.0%(P<0.05).加工工艺影响玉米蛋白粉的养分表观消化率.采用套算法测定玉米蛋白粉的养分消化率,要求待测试验日粮中的被测养分含量满足动物对该养分的最低需要量.  相似文献

本试验采用化学法和体外人工瘤胃产气法比较玉米秸秆、大豆秸秆、白酒糟和裹包玉米秸秆等农副产品类饲料的化学成分差异以及其对活体外产气量和瘤胃发酵的影响。试验采用单因素完全随机化设计。结果表明:各饲料中有机物含量顺序为白酒糟玉米秸秆大豆秸杆裹包玉米秸秆,且各自差异显著(P0.05);白酒糟的粗脂肪和粗蛋白质含量显著高于其他原料(P0.05);裹包玉米秸秆的粗灰分、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量显著高于其他原料(P0.05);大豆秸秆的产气量(B)和产气速率(c)显著高于其他原料(P0.05);裹包玉米秸秆的甲烷产量显著高于白酒糟(P0.05);活体外瘤胃发酵24 h白酒糟组的氨态氮、丙酸、异戊酸和戊酸含量显著高于其他组(P0.05),而乙酸含量显著低于其他组(P0.05);体外瘤胃消化48 h的干物质消化率在大豆秸秆组最高而裹包玉米秸秆组最低且差异显著(P0.05)。由本试验可知,不同农副产品饲料在化学成分、产气量、体外瘤胃发酵参数和有机物消化率方面存在显著差异,在采用此类副产品作为肉牛饲料时,应根据其特性对饲料配方进行合理搭配。  相似文献

利用体外消化率评价青贮品质的问题探讨   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
饲草青贮后会产生易挥发的发酵产物,在烘干时使干物质损失,从而低估了消化率。采用纤维素酶-胃蛋白酶两级离体消化法测定玉米(Zea mays L.)、羊草(Leymus chinensis Tzvel.)、苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)的青贮料与其原料的消化率,并进行校正。结果表明:青贮饲料体外干物质消化率的实测值与校正值差异显著,校正后青贮饲料体外干物质体外消化率显著提高,相比之下,玉米青贮饲料提高的幅度更大,9月7日、9月17日收获的玉米分别提高了6.72%和5.63%。7月18日收获的羊草、9月7日收获的玉米、9月24日收获的苜蓿青贮饲料体外干物质消化率的实测值与原料相比均显著降低,但校正后都显著高于原料。8月19日收获的羊草和9月17日收获的玉米青贮饲料体外干物质消化率校正后虽比实测值显著提高,分别提高了2.00%和5.63%,但与原料相比还是显著下降,但降低幅度变小。7月18日收获的羊草和9月24日收获的苜蓿青贮饲料体外干物质校正消化率和原料差异不显著。  相似文献

采用单因子分析法,研究肠健乐秸秆发酵剂、秸秆发酵活杆菌、利多菌和纤维素酶4种微贮处理对稻草、玉米秸秆物理性状和营养成分的影响,并根据现有干物质采食量和干物质表观消化率估测模型对4种秸秆发酵剂的作用效果进行评价。结果表明:稻草及玉米秸秆各处理组的粗蛋白(CP)含量均显著高于对照组(P0.05);玉米秸秆的活杆菌组与纤维素酶组中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量显著的低于利多菌组与对照组(P0.05);稻草的纤维素酶组酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量显著低于利多菌组与对照组(P0.05),玉米秸秆4种处理组的ADF含量均低于对照组(P0.05)。稻草4处理组的NDF干物质采食量均高于对照组,但差异不显著(P0.05),玉米秸秆的纤维素酶处理组与活杆菌组NDF干物质采食量显著高于利多菌组(P0.05)。稻草中添加肠健乐时CP干物质表观消化率显著高于其他处理组(P0.05),添加纤维素酶可提高稻草的ADF干物质表观消化率;玉米秸秆中使用纤维素酶与肠健乐均能有效提高CP、NDF的干物质表观消化率,但对ADF表观消化率影响不大。  相似文献

本研究以豌豆秸秆、蚕豆秸秆、苜蓿干草、小麦秸秆、燕麦青干草、青贮玉米秸秆为研究对象,先采用概略养分法和康奈尔净碳水化合物—蛋白质体系(CNCPS)进行6种粗饲料养分含量的化学分析,再利用体外产气法进一步评价6种粗饲料在牦牛瘤胃内的发酵产气参数,为以上粗饲料在牦牛养殖中的应用提供重要基础数据。结果表明:苜蓿干草CP、CNSC含量最高,NDF含量最低,具有良好的营养价值,是优质粗饲料;小麦秸秆CP、CNSC含量最低,NDF含量最高,营养价值较差;青贮玉米秸秆和燕麦青干草CC和PC含量较低,营养价值优于豌豆秸秆、小麦秸秆、蚕豆秸秆;6种粗饲料48h积累产气量和有机物消化率由大到小依次为青贮玉米秸秆燕麦青干草苜蓿干草豌豆秸秆小麦秸秆蚕豆秸秆,代谢能由大到小依次为青贮玉米秸秆苜蓿干草燕麦青干草豌豆秸秆小麦秸秆蚕豆秸秆,苜蓿干草和燕麦青干草ME没有显著差异; CNCPS测定指标较多,可在一定程度上反映动物对饲料利用情况,对饲料营养价值的评价更精确;青贮玉米秸秆有益于反刍动物瘤胃微生物的发酵和利用。  相似文献

新疆是我国重要的葡萄种植地区,目前修剪下来的葡萄枝条被随意废弃,造成资源浪费的同时产生环境问题。本研究以修剪下来的葡萄枝条为原料,对其营养成分进行分析,同时利用颗粒技术加工葡萄枝条,并结合体外发酵试验评定其产气特性,从而探讨葡萄枝条颗粒饲料产品的营养特性以及适宜的添加比例。结果表明:随着葡萄枝条直径的增大,粗蛋白(CP)含量呈下降趋势,而酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和木质素(ADL)都呈现增大的趋势;随着玉米粉添加比例的增加,葡萄枝条颗粒饲料的容重、千粒重和CP含量都逐渐增加,NDF和ADF则相反;玉米粉添加比例的增加,有利于体外产气量和体外消化率的增加。  相似文献

利用体外消化法研究了欧洲鳗粗酶液对鱼粉、发酵豆粕、菜籽粕、玉米蛋白粉、啤酒酵母、蝇蛆粉、膨化大豆、豆粕、花生粕、红虫粉等10种单一蛋白源以及另外5种复合蛋白源酶解7 h的体外消化率以及酶解液中游离氨基酸的生成量,以期筛选出最有可能替代鱼粉的蛋白原料。结果表明:(1)最有望部分或全部取代鱼粉的植物性蛋白源为啤酒酵母、发酵豆粕和花生粕,其干物质和粗蛋白质体外消化率分别为62.75%、55.15%、49.45%和78.50%、70.70%、85.70%;动物性蛋白源中红虫粉和蝇蛆粉的干物质体外消化率与鱼粉差别不大,粗蛋白质消化率红虫粉蝇蛆粉鱼粉。(2)在0~7h,各种蛋白源酶解氨基酸生成量基本呈增加趋势,对植物性蛋白源来说,啤酒酵母氨基酸生成量明显高于其他植物性蛋白源,其次是发酵豆粕、玉米蛋白粉和花生粕,较低的为菜籽粕、膨化大豆、豆粕。对于动物性蛋白源来说,红虫粉体外消化生成氨基酸的量明显高于鱼粉和蝇蛆粉。这一结果说明红虫粉和啤酒酵母是优质的蛋白源,很容易被鳗鱼消化吸收利用。(3)对于混合蛋白源混1、混2、混3、混4、混5来说,其干物质和粗蛋白质的体外消化率分别为:混1混2混5混4混3;混2混1混5混4混3,而原料中粗蛋白含量为混3混4混5,其鱼粉添加量分别为80%、70%、60%,混1、混2均不含鱼粉,这说明鳗鱼对几种植物性蛋白源的粗蛋白体外消化率均高于鱼粉,这也与之前单一蛋白源的粗蛋白体外消化率结果一致。  相似文献

[目的] 研究用不同水平葡萄籽渣替代肉牛精料补充料中部分玉米和棉粕对西门塔尔牛体外瘤胃发酵产气量、营养物质体外消化率、发酵参数及生长性能的影响。[方法] 试验采用模拟瘤胃体外培养技术,以4%、8%、12%和16%葡萄籽渣替代肉牛精料补充料中部分玉米和棉粕,测定各组日粮体外产气量、发酵参数、营养物质体外消化率及肉牛生长性能。[结果] 随着体外发酵时间的增加,累计产气量呈递增趋势,12%葡萄籽渣组产气量最大,各组之间72 h总产气量差异不显著(P>0.05);产气后人工瘤胃培养液pH值、NH3-N浓度和菌体蛋白含量各组无显著(P>0.05)差异,试验组挥发性脂肪酸浓度显著(P<0.05)升高;16%葡萄籽渣组干物质消化率最低,对照组粗蛋白消化率显著(P<0.05)高于试验组,对照组和4%葡萄籽渣组中性洗涤纤维消化率显著(P<0.05)高于其他三组,对照组和12%葡萄籽渣组酸性洗涤纤维消化率显著(P<0.05)高于其他三组;4%和8%葡萄籽渣组肉牛平均日增重较对照组分别高170 g/d和140 g/d。[结论] 葡萄籽渣替代肉牛精料补充料中部分玉米和棉粕可以提高瘤胃挥发性脂肪酸含量,添加4%和8%葡萄籽渣可以提高肉牛日增重,促进瘤胃发酵,有利于提高肉牛生长性能。  相似文献

室温条件下用酵母菌对玉米秸秆进行发酵试验。发酵完成后,测定其粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、粗纤维(CF)和可溶性糖(WSC)含量并进行比较。研究表明,原料配方麸皮∶酵母∶秸秆=2∶2∶100发酵效果好,发酵后CP提高1.93%,EE提高0.51%,且差异极显著(P<0.01);发酵10~15 d,CP可达到6.49%~6.61%,EE为0.82%~0.95%,与其他组差异极显著(P<0.01);切短长度对发酵效果有明显影响,秸秆粉碎后发酵效果显著,但会增加发酵成本;水分含量应掌握在60%~70%,可以取得较好的发酵效果;酵母菌发酵对玉米秸秆粗纤维作用甚微。  相似文献

1. Three maize diets containing 0, 1 or 3 g of guar gum per kg and 2 wheat diets were given to male broiler chickens for measurements of growth performance and nutrient digestibility. 2. The intestinal viscosities found with wheat diets were within the range of those observed with the 3 maize diets. The correlations between in vivo and in vitro viscosities were higher with real than with potential applied viscosity. 3. The gain:food ratio decreased (P < 0.05) with the addition of 3 g guar gum/kg. The mean gain:food ratio observed for wheat diets was lower (P = 0.007) than the mean value found for the 3 maize diets. 4. The negative effects of increased intestinal viscosity due to guar gum addition on nutrient digestibility were highest for lipids and lowest for starch. 5. Wheat diets resulted in much lower (P < 0.001) starch apparent digestibility compared to maize diets with added guar gum despite similar mean intestinal viscosities in the 2 groups of diets. Apparent lipid digestibility with wheat diets was lower (P < 0.01) than the value predicted from intestinal viscosity, the predictive model having been calculated with the guar gum added maize diets. Apparent protein digestibility did not differ between wheat diets and guar gum added maize diets. 6. It was concluded that the low apparent digestibilities of starch and lipid observed with wheats could not be attributed only to intestinal viscosity and that other factors appear to be implicated in the low digestibilities observed with the wheat samples tested in the present experiment.  相似文献

1. Two experiments were conducted to determine the metabolisable energy and amino acid digestibilities of high-oil maize (HOM), low-phytate maize (LPM) and low-phytate soybean meal (LPSBM) as compared with normal maize (NM) and normal soybean meal (NSBM) using male White Pekin ducks. 2. In the first experiment, the TMEN (kJ/g) value of HOM (16.58) was higher than that of NM (16.05), but that of LPM (16.11) did not differ from those of HOM or NM. The true digestibility coefficients for methionine (0.874, 0.871 or 0.876), lysine (0.805, 0.816 or 0.813) and tryptophan (0.946, 0.959 or 0.960) did not differ among NM, LPM and HOM, respectively. The average true digestibility coefficients for all amino acids in NM, LPM or HOM (0.886, 0.890 or 0.900, respectively) did not differ among the three ingredients. 3. In the second experiment, the TMEN value of LPSBM (12.39) was approximately 8% higher than that of NSBM (11.46). The true digestibility coefficients for most amino acids were higher for LPSBM than for NSBM, except in the case of histidine, cysteine and tyrosine, which were not different. The average true digestibility coefficient for all amino acids in LPSBM (0.945) was higher than in NSBM (0.924). 4. Results of the two experiments indicate that the energy and amino acids in the feed ingredients evaluated were well utilised by ducks and that LPSBM has a higher energy value as well as digestible essential amino acid concentration than NSBM for ducks.  相似文献

The apparent ileal digestibility of amino acids in 8 feed ingredients was determined using 14-, 28- and 42-d-old male broiler chickens. The ingredients included three cereals (wheat, sorghum and maize), one cereal by-product (mill run), three oilseed meals (canola, cottonseed and soybean meals) and one animal protein meal (meat and bone meal). Dietary crude protein in the assay diets was supplied solely by the test ingredient. All diets contained 20 g/kg acid-insoluble ash as an indigestible marker, and each diet was offered ad libitum in mash form to 5 replicate pens from 11 to 14 d, 25 to 28 d and 39 to 42 d post-hatching. There were 12, 6 and 6 birds per pen for the 14, 28 and 42 d samplings, respectively. The results suggest that the age of broilers significantly influenced the apparent ileal digestibility of amino acids. The effects, however, varied among amino acids and ingredients. In wheat, the digestibility of most amino acids was higher in 14- than in 28- and 42-d-old broilers. In maize, the digestibility coefficients of amino acids were higher at 28 and 42 d than at 14 d. The digestibility coefficients in maize and wheat at 28 and 42 d were similar. The digestibility of amino acids in sorghum at 42 d was higher than those at 28 d, but similar to those at 14 d except for histidine, lysine, serine and glycine, which were significantly higher at 42 d. Digestibility of amino acids in sorghum was similar between 14 and 28 d except for isoleucine, leucine, phenylalanine, glutamic acid and alanine. The digestibility of amino acids in mill run at 42 d was significantly higher than those at 14 and 28 d. There were no differences in digestibility between 14 and 28 d. In general, the digestibility of amino acids in canola meal, soybean meal and, meat and bone meal was higher at 28 and 42 d compared to those at 14 d, and similar between 28 and 42 d of age. In cottonseed meal, age had no effect on the digestibility coefficient of amino acids, except for lysine and arginine, which increased with age. Analysis of the combined results for the 8 feed ingredients showed that, in general, the digestibility coefficients of amino acids increased with advancing age of broiler chickens.  相似文献

选用3头体重相近的安装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的科尔沁肉牛,采用尼龙袋法测定玉米面、压片玉米、啤酒糟、玉米酒糟、蚕豆和豌豆壳6种饲料原料在肉牛瘤胃内干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)、淀粉的瘤胃降解率。结果显示:6种饲料原料的DM、CP的肉牛瘤胃有效降解率,压片玉米与玉米面显著高于蚕豆、豌豆壳、玉米酒糟和啤酒糟(P<0.05),压片玉米与玉米面差异不显著(P>0.05);淀粉的肉牛瘤胃有效降解率大小顺序依次为蚕豆、压片玉米、玉米面、豌豆壳、玉米酒糟和啤酒糟。试验表明,蚕豆和压片玉米、玉米面的瘤胃降解率较高,玉米酒糟与豌豆壳居中,啤酒糟相对较差。  相似文献

The objective of the present work was to assess the influence of partial replacement of oats with dried unmolassed sugar beet pulp (SBP) and/or maize oil on nutrient utilisation in horses fed a traditional hay and concentrate diet. The total tract digestibility of nutrients, urinary excretion and plasma parameters were studied in a 4 x 4 Latin-square design experiment with purebred Arabian geldings. Horses fed the SBP diets responded with a reduced (P<0.05) apparent digestibility of crude protein and feeding of maize oil resulted in an increased (P<0.05) apparent digestibility of crude fat. The apparent energy digestibility was unaffected by the replacement of oats with SBP, but increased (P<0.05) when maize oil replaced part of the oats. The urinary excretion of nitrogen increased (P<0.05) when maize oil replaced oats and the excretion of energy was higher (P<0.05) on the diets where oats were replaced by maize oil and SBP. There was a significant (P<0.05) effect across treatments of postprandial blood sampling time on plasma glucose and insulin concentrations. Also, plasma concentrations of glucose and insulin tended to be higher on the oats than on the SBP diets. In conclusion, the limited effects on the digestibility of nutrients and energy suggest that it should be possible to partially replace oats with maize oil and/or SBP in diets for horses without any impairing effects on the overall nutrient utilisation. However, the dietary-induced changes in the urinary excretion of energy and on plasma glucose and insulin levels, indicate a possible influence of dietary carbohydrate composition on nutrient utilisation at the organ level, which requires further study.  相似文献

The multi-enzymatic method with constant pH described by Dufour-Etienne et al. (Rec. Méd. Vét. 168 , 789–796, 1992) was tested using 17 industrial dry dog foods and two ingredients, sodium caseinate and beef meat, which were used as references. The quantity of sodium hydroxide added to the enzymatic solution was measured after incubation times of 2, 5 and 10 min and the best prediction of the apparent protein digestibility was obtained with an incubation time fixed at 2 min. The volume of sodium hydroxide 0.1 N constantly added to maintain the pH of the solution at 8 was correlated to the value of in vivo digestibility of the protein measured in the dog. The correlation coefficient obtained was 0.90 with a standard error of the regression of 1.9 for all samples. The correlation coefficients calculated for incubation times of 5 and 10 min were lower than that at 2 min; thus an incubation period of 2 min provided the highest correlation coefficient for this multi-enzymatic method at constant pH. However, considering the lack of samples with an apparent protein digestibility ranging between 85 and 95%, the slope of the regression line and the correlation coefficient were strongly influenced by the ingredients, such that when the correlation coefficient was calculated for 17 dog foods without the reference ingredients, a coefficient of 0.71 (± 1.9) was obtained. These tests of in vitro digestibility are valuable to predict the apparent digestibility of the protein in the dog, but, it is essential to confirm the results by an in vivo test.  相似文献

The effect of body weight on P digestibility and on efficacy of supplemental Aspergillus niger phytase was studied in two experiments with young growing pigs. Excreta were collected quantitatively. All diets contained 2.0 g digestible P per kg dry matter at a maximum and renal P excretion never exceeded 15 mg/d. When dietary P mainly originated from monocalcium-phosphate, both P digestibility and Ca net absorption linearly increased by 3.6 and 5.6 percentage units, respectively, when BW increased from 15 to 35 kg. With a similar range in BW, P digestibility and Ca net absorption were unaffected by BW when P mainly originated from maize, barley and soybean meal. In both types of diet, crude protein digestibility increased with increasing body weight, whereas organic matter digestibility was effected by BW only in the diet containing maize, barley and soybean meal. Phytase (400 U/kg) almost doubled P digestibility when supplemented to a diet with P mainly originating from maize, soybean meal and barley. This effect of phytase supplementation was equal in pigs at 15.7 kg BW (33 vs. 55%) and at 39.1 kg BW (32 vs. 56%). Digestibility of any organic fraction was unaffected by supplemental phytase. With regard to on-farm conditions, it appears eligible from this results to apply digestibility coefficients for P determined in growing-finishing pigs for piglets as well.  相似文献

通过对云南省 9个牛羊饲养基地县饲料样品的常规营养成份、范氏纤维及干物质体外消化率 ( IVDMD)的测定发现 :1 )用营养成份和 IVDMD等指标进行评定 ,所有牧草以白三叶、红三叶和青苕子的营养价值最高 ;秸秆类粗饲料营养价值由高到低依次为 :蚕豆秆、黄豆秆、玉米秆、稻草和小麦秆 ;2 )饲料中 ADF、NDF含量与 CP、EE含量呈极显著负相关 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;各结构碳水化合物成份含量与 CF含量都呈正相关 ,其中 ADF、 NDF含量和 C (纤维素 )含量相关极显著 ( P<0 .0 1 )。粗饲料中 ADF、NDF、HC(半纤维素 )、C及 AIA含量与常规成份都有显著的回归关系 ;3)饲料 IVDMD与 CP含量呈极显著正相关 ,与 NDF含量呈极显著负相关 ( | r| >0 .8) ( P<0 .0 1 )。各饲料的 IVDMD与 CP、 EE、 ASH、 NFE、 NDF和 ADL含量之间存在着显著的回归关系 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,利用回归方程可以用饲料营养成份含量来预测饲料的IVDMD。  相似文献

本试验分别采用移动尼龙袋法、改进三步体外法、原始三步体外法和酸性洗涤不溶氮(ADIN)估测法测定13种精料的瘤胃非降解蛋白质(RUP)小肠消化率,并对移动尼龙袋法与其他方法的测定结果进行相关性分析,同时对常规营养成分和RUP小肠消化率作回归分析,旨在寻找替代移动尼龙袋法测定RUP小肠消化率更简单快速的方法.试验采用单因素试验设计,选取3头装有永久瘤胃瘘管和十二指肠T型瘘管的奶牛.结果表明:移动尼龙袋法测得的豆粕、棉籽粕、菜籽粕、葵花粕、芝麻粕、玉米胚芽粕、玉米、米糠、米糠粕、米糠饼、大麦、麦麸和玉米麸质饲料的RUP小肠消化率分别为98.13%、87.37%、88.47%、82.60%、85.73%、75.40%、93.23%、69.27%、77.83%、92.10%、91.27%、72.37%和79.03%.改进三步体外法测定结果与移动尼龙袋法测定结果的相关系数为0.8383;原始三步体外法测定结果与移动尼龙袋法测定结果的相关系数为0.7899;ADIN估测法预测结果与移动尼龙袋法测定结果无显著相关(P>0.05);饲料RUP小肠消化率与饲料常规营养成分含量显著相关(P<0.05).改进三步体外法比原始三步体外法替代移动尼龙袋法测定饲料RUP小肠消化率效果更好.应用体外法替代移动尼龙袋法测定蛋白质饲料RUP小肠消化率比测定能量饲料RUP小肠消化率效果更好.用饲料的常规营养成分含量可较好地预测RUP小肠消化率.  相似文献

为探讨不同玉米品种秸秆饲用品质状况,本研究采用近红外光谱技术,分析评价了44个玉米品种秸秆的体外干物质消化率(IVDMD)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和可溶性糖(WSC)含量4个品质性状。结果表明,品种间IVDMD、ADF、NDF和WSC含量存在极显著差异,44个玉米品种秸秆各品质性状近似正态分布,其变化范围分别为38.60%~51.74%(IVDMD)、27.01%~35.67%(ADF)、51.55%~65.81%(NDF)和4.69%~12.21%(WSC)。各性状变异程度不同,WSC含量变异系数最大,达23.59%。相关分析表明,IVDMD与ADF和NDF含量极显著负相关,与WSC含量极显著正相关,ADF含量与NDF含量极显著正相关,WSC含量与NDF和ADF含量极显著负相关。根据各性状的相关关系,筛选出5个秸秆IVDMD和WSC含量高而ADF和NDF含量低的玉米品种。  相似文献
