饲料中不同糖源对方格星虫稚虫日增重和消化酶的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以葡萄糖、蔗糖、糊精、木薯淀粉、土豆淀粉、玉米淀粉、糊化玉米淀粉为糖源制成7种等氮等脂饲料,投喂方格星虫(Sipunculus nudus)稚虫8周,研究不同糖源对稚星虫日增重和消化酶的影响。结果表明,不同糖源对稚星虫的日增重有显著的影响(P〈0.05)。糊化玉米淀粉组的日增重显著高于其他各糖源组(P〈0.05);葡萄糖组的日增重显著低于其他糖源组(P〈0.05);未经糊化的3种淀粉组的日增重显著高于蔗糖、糊精及葡萄糖组(P〈0.05)。消化酶活性的分析结果表明,不同糖源对稚星虫消化酶活性影响显著(P〈0.05)。其中,蔗糖组稚星虫的蛋白酶活性和淀粉酶活性最高,显著高于其他糖源组(P〈0.05);脂肪酶活性以葡萄糖组最低,显著低于除蔗糖组外的其他糖源组(P〈0.05)。在该研究条件下,大分子糖类(淀粉)的促生长效果优于双糖(蔗糖)和单糖(葡萄糖),糊化淀粉促生长效果优于未糊化淀粉。  相似文献

以初始体重为15.50±0.04 mg的方格星虫稚虫为实验对象,分别饲喂脂肪水平为0.36%、3.32%、6.49%、9.31%、12.16%、15.14%和18.36%的7种等氮、等能饲料56 d,研究饲料脂肪水平对方格星虫稚虫生长、体组成及消化酶活性的影响.实验结果表明,(1)饲料脂肪水平对方格星虫稚虫的生长性能有显著影响(P<0.05).随着饲料中脂肪水平的提高,方格星虫稚虫的增重率和特定生长率都呈先增后降的趋势,当饲料中脂肪水平为9.31%时,方格星虫稚虫增重率和特定生长率达到最大值.二次曲线回归分析确定当增重率达到极值时,饲料脂肪水平为8.70%;(2)饲料脂肪水平对方格星虫稚虫体组成中脂肪和蛋白质的含量影响显著(P<0.05),方格星虫稚虫体脂肪含量随着饲料脂肪水平的上升有显著升高的趋势,18.36%组星虫体脂肪含量最高,显著高于0.36%、3.32%、6.49%、9.31%和12.16%组(P<0.05).体蛋白含量随着饲料脂肪水平的上升有降低的趋势,18.36%组星虫的体蛋白含量最低,显著低于0.36%、3.32%、6.49%、9.31%和12.16%组(P<0.05).饲料脂肪水平对方格星虫稚虫体组成中水分和粗灰分含量没有显著影响(P>0.05);(3)随着饲料脂肪水平的增加,方格星虫稚虫蛋白酶活性和脂肪酶活性均呈先增后降的趋势,两种酶活性的最大值均出现在脂肪水平为9.31%时,但是饲料脂肪水平对方格星虫稚虫的淀粉酶活性没有显著的影响(P>0.05).以增重率为评价指标时,方格星虫稚虫对饲料中脂肪的适宜需求量为8.70%.  相似文献

以初始体重为39.20±0.24mg的方格星虫稚虫为实验对象,分别饲喂蛋白水平为25.21%、29.87%、35.03%、40.67%、45.47%、50.12%、55.29%、60.38%、64.85%的9种等能微颗粒饲料56d,研究饲料蛋白水平对方格星虫稚虫生长和体组成的影响。结果表明,饲料蛋白水平对方格星虫稚虫的生长性能有显著影响(P<0.05)。随着饲料中蛋白水平的提高,稚星虫的增重率和特定生长率都呈先增后降的趋势,当饲料蛋白水平为45.47%时,稚星虫增重率和特定生长率均达到最大值,二次曲线回归分析确定当增重率达到极值时,饲料蛋白水平为46.79%;对稚星虫体组成成分的分析表明,饲料蛋白水平对方格星虫稚虫体组成中脂肪和蛋白质的含量影响显著(P<0.05),稚星虫体蛋白含量随着饲料蛋白水平的上升有显著升高的趋势,64.85%组稚星虫体蛋白含量最高,显著高于其他各蛋白水平组(P<0.05)。体脂肪含量随着饲料蛋白水平的上升有降低的趋势,64.85%组稚星虫的体脂肪含量最低,显著低于25.21%、29.87%、35.03%和40.67%组(P<0.05)。饲料蛋白水平对稚星虫体灰分含量没有显著影响(P>0.05)。以增重率为评价指标时,方格星虫稚虫对饲料中蛋白的适宜需求量为46.79%。  相似文献

在26~30℃和盐度18~22下,研究了每千克干等氮等能基础饲料中添加0、4、8、16、32mg和64mg蛋氨酸铜的饲料(铜实际含量为2.7、7.5、11.2、19.8、30.4mg/kg和52.1mg/kg)对体质量(18.46±0.11)mg方格星虫稚虫的质量日增加、组织铜含量和消化酶活性的影响。基础饲料以酪蛋白、明胶为蛋白源,糊精为糖源,鱼油为脂肪源,含粗蛋白44.25%,粗脂肪9.23%,灰分9.64%,能值为19.71 MJ/kg。56d的饲养结果表明,饲料铜水平显著影响方格星虫稚虫的质量日增加、体壁铜含量、虫体铜含量(P0.05)。稚星虫的质量日增加随饲料铜水平的增加呈先增后降趋势,随后趋于平稳。饲料铜水平为7.5、11.2、52.1mg/kg时,稚虫的质量日增加差异不显著;当饲料铜含量为11.2mg/kg时,稚星虫质量日增加达最大值(0.68±0.04)mg/d。稚星虫的体壁铜含量和虫体铜含量均随着饲料中铜含量的提高而显著升高,当饲料铜含量为52.1mg/kg时,达到最大值。各处理组稚星虫体腔液铜含量为2.32~4.53μg/g,与消化酶活性一致,组间差异不显著(P0.05)。综合质量日增加和饲料成本考虑,建议方格星虫稚虫饲料铜水平的添加量为7.5~11.2mg/kg。  相似文献

分别以糊精、小麦淀粉、玉米淀粉、α-淀粉(预糊化玉米淀粉)、蔗糖、葡萄糖为糖源,配制6种等氮等能的半纯化饲料,喂养达氏鲟(Acipenser dabryanus)幼鱼(68.05 g±1.63 g)8周,研究饲料中糖源对达氏鲟幼鱼生长性能、体成分及生理生化指标的影响。结果发现糊精、小麦淀粉、玉米淀粉、α-淀粉组实验鱼饲料效率和蛋白质效率显著高于蔗糖和葡萄糖组(P0.05),玉米淀粉组实验鱼增重率、特定生长率和饲料效率最高。不同糖源对达氏鲟肥满度影响不显著(P0.05),而对肝体比和脏体比均影响显著(P0.05)。肝体比和脏体比最高的为葡萄糖组,最低的为小麦淀粉组。小麦淀粉组全鱼、肌肉和肝中粗蛋白含量最高,葡萄糖组全鱼和肌肉的粗蛋白含量最低且均显著低于其他各组(P0.05)。糊精、蔗糖和葡萄糖组全鱼和肌肉粗脂肪显著高于其他各组(P0.05)。α-淀粉组肝糖原显著高于其他各组(P0.05),α-淀粉组和葡萄糖组肌糖原显著高于其他各组(P0.05)。肝和血液中甘油三酯和总胆固醇含量和肌体和血液中糖水平呈正相关。不同糖源对达氏鲟消化道消化酶和肝丙酮酸激酶、磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸激酶活性影响显著(P0.05),对肝己糖激酶、磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶活性影响不显著(P0.05)。研究结果表明,在饲料中添加玉米淀粉作为糖源更有利于达氏鲟幼鱼生长。  相似文献

在水温26~30℃,盐度18~22条件下,初始体质量(0.012±0.000)g的拟穴青蟹仔蟹饲养在底铺1~2 cm细沙、边缘放5 cm^2瓦片的塑料水桶(直径20 cm,水深20 cm)中,投喂以葡萄糖、蔗糖、糊精、木薯淀粉、玉米淀粉、糊化木薯淀粉和糊化玉米淀粉为糖源的7种等氮等能饲料,养殖3周,研究不同糖源对拟穴青蟹仔蟹生长、体组成及消化酶活性的影响。试验结果显示,不同糖源显著影响拟穴青蟹仔蟹的生长性能(P<0.05);质量增加率和特定生长率依次为糊化木薯淀粉>糊化玉米淀粉>木薯淀粉>玉米淀粉>糊精>蔗糖>葡萄糖;葡萄糖试验组的成活率显著低于其他各组(P<0.05)。不同糖源对拟穴青蟹仔蟹体组成中粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量影响显著(P<0.05),对仔蟹的水分和灰分含量影响不显著(P>0.05);不同糖源对3种消化酶活性影响显著(P<0.05)。拟穴青蟹仔蟹对大分子糖源的生物利用度要大于小分子糖源。在本试验的研究条件下,7种常见糖源中糊化木薯淀粉是拟穴青蟹仔蟹的最适糖源。  相似文献

以方格星虫(Sipunculus nudus)幼虫、稚虫和成虫为试验材料,比较分析了不同生长发育阶段方格星虫的主要营养成分及氨基酸组成的变化。结果显示,幼虫、稚虫和成虫的粗蛋白含量分别为56.46%、66.40%和74.84%,粗脂肪含量分别为2.51%、2.65%和2.95%,粗灰分含量分别为30.89%、18.88%和7.86%,总糖含量分别为8.35%、5.81%和5.62%,水分分别为93.54%、89.04%和85.95%。随着方格星虫的生长发育,粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量逐渐升高,粗灰分、总糖和水分含量逐渐降低。大部分氨基酸的百分含量在一定的阶段内随着个体的生长发育呈显著升高的趋势(P〈0.05);3个生长阶段甘氨酸(Gly)和组氨酸(His)分别为2.90%、6.94%、5.57%和1.15%、1.51%、1.48%,在幼虫到稚虫阶段均显著增加(P〈0.05),成虫阶段Gly显著降低(P〈0.05),His则保持相对恒定。3个生长阶段必需氨基酸(EAA)/总氨基酸(TAA)分别为31.98%、27.56%和32.61%,差异显著(P〈0.05),成虫最高;稚虫呈味氨基酸(DAA)/TAA最高,为58.76%,幼虫和成虫无明显差异(P〉0.05)。  相似文献

The ability of juvenile silver perch (Bidyanus bidyanus) to utilize dietary raw wheat meal, raw wheat starch, gelatinized wheat starch and dextrin as energy sources to spare protein for growth was quantified. Energy utilization and protein sparing were assessed by comparing the weight gain, energy retention efficiency, protein retention and body composition of silver perch that had been fed a series of diets in which the basal diet (low carbohydrate) was systematically replaced with graded levels of each carbohydrate ingredient or an inert diluent, diatomaceous earth. The protein content decreased as the carbohydrate content increased, giving four different protein to energy ratios for each of the four carbohydrate sources (except for the 60% inclusion level, at which only three carbohydrate sources were tested). Silver perch were efficient at utilizing carbohydrate for energy to spare protein. Silver perch fed diets containing up to 30% wheat meal, raw wheat starch, gelatinized wheat starch or dextrin exhibited similar growth, protein retention and energy retention efficiency to the fish fed the basal diet. Weight gain of silver perch fed diets containing wheat meal or carbohydrates at 45% inclusion content had significantly reduced weight gain when compared with fish fed the basal diet. However, protein retention and energy retention efficiency were similar or better. Whole‐body protein levels of silver perch remained constant regardless of carbohydrate sources, and there was no evidence of increasing whole‐body lipid concentrations for fish fed diets with up to 60% dietary carbohydrate. Silver perch were more efficient at utilizing processed starch (either gelatinized starch or dextrin) than wheat meal or raw wheat starch.  相似文献

本研究用来评价黄鳍鲷幼鱼对饲料中葡萄糖、麦芽糖、糊精、玉米淀粉和预糊化玉米淀粉的利用。本试验饲料为6种等氮(粗蛋白:45%,干重)等脂(粗脂肪:9%,干重)的半纯化饲料,其中对照组糖源为纤维素。每种饲料设3个平行。试验鱼初始体重为(3.57±0.13)g(平均值±均差)。试验鱼饲养在含18个水族箱的循环系统中。水温保持在(27±1)℃。试验周期为8周。本试验用来评价黄鳍鲷幼鱼对饲料中不同糖源利用的指标为生长指标、饲料效率、蛋白质效率和肝脏的6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶、苹果酸脱氢酶、异柠檬酸脱氢酶和葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶。试验结果表明,黄鳍鲷幼鱼体增重、特定生长率、肝体比、肠系膜脂肪体比、饲料效率、蛋白质效率、肝脂肪合成有关酶活性和全鱼、肌肉、肝脏组成均受到饲料中不同糖源的显著影响。预糊化玉米淀粉和麦芽糖组比其它糖源组显著具有更好的体增重和特定生长率,但与对照组没有显著性差异。黄鳍鲷幼鱼生长和体增重与饲料中糖源的复杂性没有相关性。饲喂预糊化淀粉和对照饲料鱼的饲料效率和蛋白质效率显著比其它组高。饲料中糖的添加增加了黄鳍鲷幼鱼的肝体比,但对照组肝体比与糊精组,玉米淀粉组没有显著性差异。预糊化玉米淀粉组肠系膜脂肪体比比其它饲料组要高。结论:基于体增重和特定生长率为指标,饲料中添加25%预糊化玉米淀粉和麦芽糖可以提高黄鳍鲷幼鱼的生长。另外,玉米淀粉预糊化显著提高了黄鳍鲷对玉米淀粉的利用。  相似文献

Juvenile Litopenaeus vannamei farmed at 3.0 psu were fed five diets containing glucose, sucrose, wheat starch, corn starch or potato starch as the carbohydrate (CBH) source. Shrimp were fed for 50 days to explore the effect of dietary CBH source on growth, body composition and ammonia tolerance. The specific growth rate of body length of shrimp fed glucose was the highest and significantly higher than those fed potato starch. The survival rate of shrimp fed glucose was 89.44%, and it was the highest and significantly higher than those fed wheat starch. Whole shrimp body crude protein and lipid of the corn starch group were 140.2 g kg?1 and 10.1 g kg?1 respectively. And they were significantly higher than those fed wheat starch. Shrimp fed potato starch had higher hepatopancreas and muscle glycogen. Shrimp fed sucrose had higher glucose‐6‐phosphate dehydrogenase and lower pyruvate kinase activities (P < 0.05). Besides, shrimp fed starch produced more B cells in hepatopancreas tubules than those fed glucose or sucrose. Shrimp fed different sources of CBH differed in the number of R cells. After 96‐h of ammonia nitrogen challenge, the survival rate of the treatments from high to low in turn was glucose, wheat starch, corn starch, sucrose and potato starch, and no significant differences were observed among all treatments. Based on shrimp growth and the economic problems of practical production, we recommend wheat starch as CBH source in practical diets for L. vannamei farmed at low salinities.  相似文献

以初始体重(34.26±0.37)g的鲈鱼Lateolabrax japonicus为研究对象,进行为期70d的生长实验,探讨饲料中不同的碳水化合物(CHO)水平对其生长、饲料利用、血糖水平和糖酵解酶活力的影响。实验配制6种不同CHO水平(0、6%、12%、18%、24%和30%)的等氮等脂饲料。结果表明,随着饲料中CHO水平的升高,特定生长率(SGR)和饲料效率(FE)均呈现先上升后下降的趋势,都在12%组达到最大值,并显著高于24%和30%组(P0.05),而肝体比(HSI)和脏体比(VSI)呈显著升高的趋势(P0.05),且在30%组达到最大值。饲料中不同CHO水平对鲈鱼成活率、肥满度、肌糖原和己糖激酶(HK)活力均无显著影响(P0.05)。饲料中不同CHO水平显著提高了鲈鱼粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量(P0.05),降低了灰分含量(P0.05)。饲料干物质的表观消化率(ADC)在各组之间差异显著(P0.05),18%组显著高于其余5组(P0.05),12%组饲料蛋白质的ADC显著高于对照组(P0.05)。血清中葡萄糖、甘油三酯、胆固醇含量随着饲料中CHO水平的增加而逐渐上升(P0.05),肝糖原含量先显著升高后趋于平稳(P0.05)。以SGR为评价指标,用二次曲线模型分析得出鲈鱼饲料中CHO的适宜添加量为17.75%。  相似文献

Raw corn starch (RCS), raw tapioca starch (RTS), raw potato starch (RPS), pre‐gelatinized corn starch (PCS), pre‐gelatinized tapioca starch (PTS) and pre‐gelatinized potato starch (PPS) were evaluated as starch sources in diets for yellowfin seabream Sparus latus in a 56‐day growth trial. Seven isonitrogenous semi‐purified diets comprising a non‐starch cellulose control diet and the six different starch sources holding 200 g kg−1 starch each were prepared and fed to triplicate groups of juvenile yellowfin seabream S. latus. Fish were fed for 8 weeks. Weight gain (WG) and specific growth rate (SGR) for fish fed RCS, RTS and RPS diets were equal, as well as for fish fed PCS, PTS and PPS diets, but values in groups fed the raw starch sources were significantly higher compared with fish fed the pre‐gelatinized starches. Feed efficiency and protein efficiency ratio in fish fed different starch source diets showed no significant differences but were significantly higher than those fed a non‐starch control diet. Protein productive value was improved by starch incorporation to diets. PCS, PTS or PPS groups showed lower feed intake compared with RCS, RTS or RPS groups, and the differences were significant between PCS, PPS and RCS, RPS groups. Whole‐body protein and ash contents and muscle compositions were not affected by different starch sources. Whole‐body and liver lipid contents, liver moisture and glycogen contents were significantly affected by starch source. Values of hepatosomatic index, intraperitoneal fat ratio, viscerosomatic index and condition factor did not vary between experimental treatments. Plasma total protein concentration for RCS, RTS or RPS fed fish was significantly higher than that for PCS, PTS or PPS fed fish, but significantly lower than that for non‐starch fed fish. Plasma cholesterol and triacylglycerol concentrations were unaffected by starch source, but were significantly higher in fish fed the non‐starch control diets. Plasma glucose concentrations in all dietary groups were relatively stable. In conclusion, raw corn, tapioca and potato starches at a 200 g kg−1 inclusion level were well utilized as energy sources by yellowfin seabream, which was evidenced by better WG and SGR. Pre‐gelatinization of the starches had no positive effect on starch utilization.  相似文献

为了解罗非鱼对不同种类碳水化合物(CBH)的利用效果,研究了6种碳水化合物对罗非鱼生长性能、体组成和血清生化指标的影响。实验选用720尾初重为(3.0±0.3)g的健康吉富罗非鱼,随机分为6组,每组4个重复,每个重复30尾,分别投喂设计含30%南方糙米、次粉、玉米淀粉、马铃薯淀粉、甘薯淀粉和木薯淀粉的6种不同CBH的等氮、等能饲料,实验周期为8周。结果显示,南方糙米、玉米淀粉组的终末均重、增重率、特定生长率和蛋白效率显著高于其他组,而饲料系数明显最低(P0.05)。CBH种类明显影响全鱼、肌肉的组成(P0.05)。玉米淀粉组肝糖原含量明显高于马铃薯淀粉、甘薯淀粉和木薯淀粉组(P0.05),而马铃薯淀粉和甘薯淀粉组的血糖明显低于木薯淀粉、玉米淀粉和次粉组(P0.05)。CBH种类对血清CHO、TG影响明显(P0.05),但对TP、SOD、T-AOC和MDA的影响不明显(P0.05)。研究表明,不同种类CBH对罗非鱼生长性能的影响明显(P0.05),以特定生长率为指标,罗非鱼对南方糙米和玉米淀粉的利用效果较好。  相似文献
