以板栗苞和牛粪为原料,在北京市密云板栗生态同中进行了为期40d的高温好氧堆肥。板栗苞取自密云水库库区板栗生态园,牛粪取自周边养牛场的奶牛粪便,初始混合物料C/N为25~30,含水量在55%-60%,采用人工翻堆的方法进行通风。结果表明,由于板栗苞与牛粪都是木质纤维素含量较高的物料,所以在堆制结束时,堆肥中的粗纤维含量仍有10.11%,整个过程中粗纤维降解率为57.25%。水溶性硝态氮在堆肥过程中总体呈上升趋势,而铵态氮损失比较严重,比初始物料减少了33.30%。在堆肥结束时,C/N基本稳定在20左右。在堆制20d后,发芽指数(GI)已上升到了80%以上。说明板栗苞和牛粪堆肥40d后基本可以达到腐熟,但堆肥巾仍残存部分有彤的板栗苞,需进一步采取措施促进板栗苞中木质纤维素的降解。  相似文献

利用鸡粪和锯末在自动化高温堆肥装置中进行堆肥试验,并引入两种外源微生物:FM菌和EM菌,探讨了二对堆肥过程氮素保存和堆制效果的影响。结果表明,两种外源菌对水溶性氨态氮的转化和水溶性有机氮的形成都有明显的促进作用,对氮素保存有较好的效果。其中,FM菌对促进有机碳的分解、有机氮的形成和缩短堆肥时间更为有利。  相似文献

为减少水葫芦高温堆肥过程中氮素损失,采用静态高温好氧堆肥的方法,分析了水葫芦堆肥过程中氮素转化规律,研究了添加化学保氮剂对减少堆肥中氮素损失的效果。结果表明,水葫芦堆肥过程中总氮及有机氮含量均呈上升趋势,铵态氮与硝态氮含量均呈先上升后下降的趋势,总氮损失率为12.84%;水葫芦堆肥过程中氮素损失途径主要为以NH3、N2O等气态形式逸出,其中,堆肥前10d是NH3挥发的高峰期,堆制后第5~9d的N2O排放速率最大;添加化学保氮剂对水葫芦堆肥过程第4~10d的氨挥发具有显著的抑制作用,NH3挥发量可减少23.82%,另外,化学保氮剂处理降低了堆制后第0~5d的N2O排放速率,增加了第9d以后的N2O排放速率;使用化学保氮剂原位控制水葫芦堆肥过程的氮素损失具有较好的效果,与常规对照相比,化学保氮剂对水葫芦堆体的保氮效率为32.70%。  相似文献

水分含量对水葫芦渣堆肥进程及温室气体排放的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
水葫芦经挤压处理后,容积减小、干物质含量提高,利于堆肥生产,但目前缺乏相关堆肥条件的研究。本文通过水稻秸秆与水葫芦渣以不同比例混合来调节堆体水分,探讨在65%、70%、75%、80%水分条件下堆肥效果及环境影响,以获得堆肥的最优水分条件。本试验为静态堆肥,动态监测堆体温度、pH值、碳氮养分和温室气体。结果表明,水分对堆体pH、胡敏酸(堆肥7 d)、富里酸无显著影响,对温度、水溶性碳、胡敏酸(堆肥50 d)、凯氏氮、硝态氮、铵态氮影响显著。其中75%水分处理升温能力最佳,堆肥6 d即达最高堆温(53.4℃);50 d时其凯氏氮、硝态氮、铵态氮显著高于65%和70%的水分处理(P<0.05);75%水分处理堆肥50 d与7 d相比,凯氏氮降低最多(21.1%),硝态氮增加最多(434%),铵态氮降低幅度最小(14.1%)。水分对CH4的产生无显著影响;但高水分促进CO2和N2O排放,75%水分处理的CO2排放能量最高,是其他处理的1.9~2.5倍,80%水分处理的N2O排放通量最高,是其他处理的3.9~23.1倍。综合考虑,水稻秸秆与水葫芦渣混合堆肥,堆体水分为75%较为适宜,能兼顾堆肥效率、品质和环境效益。  相似文献

采用静态强制通气堆和人工机械翻堆两种试验方式对城市污泥进行堆肥处理,对堆肥过程中养分的变化规律进行了研究。结果表明,堆肥过程中全量P和全量P和全量K含量呈线性上升,氮由于以氨气形式挥发损失,全氮含量的上升幅度较小,有效磷含量在堆肥前期上升,后期则下降;速效钾含量呈不断上升趋势;水溶性全氮、铵态氮、硝态氮、有机氮和水溶性全磷、正磷酸盐形态磷、水溶性有机磷的含量在堆肥初期上升,但后期下降。污泥稻草堆肥的时间以50d左右为宜。  相似文献

以污泥和稻草为原料,采用强制通风静态好氧系统与人工翻堆相结合的模式进行堆肥,测定堆肥过程各阶段纤维素酶、蛋白酶、脲酶、过氧化氢酶、磷酸酶的活性和pH值、全氮、氨态氮、硝态氮、全磷、速效磷、有机质的含量,并进行了相关分析和主成分分析。结果表明,堆体内不同高度的温度有着不同的变化趋势,堆肥初始阶段,堆体中层温度高于上层温度,随后上层温度逐渐高于中层温度。经过40d的堆肥化处理,堆肥产品达到腐熟标准,生物酶活性与堆肥理化因子呈现较好的相关性,说明生物酶活性可以表征堆肥肥力状况,生物酶活性还可以用来指示堆肥碳、氮、磷素转化情况,主成分分析显示脲酶、酸性、碱性和中性磷酸酶4类酶的活性在评价堆肥肥力中起主要作用。因此,生物酶活性可以作为堆肥肥力指标。  相似文献

利用香蕉茎秆与鸡粪为底料进行了C/N分别为15.2、21.5、25.5、31.8、41.5的堆肥对比试验,定量化研究了堆肥过程中堆体的温度、水分、pH和EC、全碳、全氮及C/N、养分有效含量随时间的变化规律。结果表明,堆体初始C/N在20~40范围内,均能成功地进行好氧堆肥。当C/N低于15.2时,堆体温度上升快,但高温持续时间短,pH高,水溶性盐分的含量高,有机质和总养分含量较低,而且由于加入鸡粪太多,增加了堆肥的成本;当C/N大于41.5时,堆体温度上升慢,进入高温期所需时间长,堆体含水率过高。综合考虑各方面因素,堆肥初始C/N控制在20~30为宜,以25.5为最佳;腐熟期为27d左右,对应适宜的C/N判断值为18。  相似文献

鸡粪好氧堆肥过程中氨氧化古菌群落结构的动态变化   总被引:6,自引:1,他引:5  
应用聚合酶链式反应-变性梯度凝胶电泳(PCR DGGE)技术,研究了好氧堆肥过程氨氧化古菌(ammonia oxidizing archaea, AOA)的群落结构和多样性变化。结果表明,不同堆肥时期鸡粪好氧堆肥AOA菌群的群落结构发生了明显的变化。与AOA HH 2(GU2258721)亲缘关系较近的b条带(相似性96%)和未培养泉古菌属[uncultured crenarchaeote NM 152(HQ8752251)]的m条带(相似性99%)是堆肥过程一直存在的AOA菌属。条带c、 b、 f、 i和条带m、 k、 l、 n代表的种属分属两个大类。AOA群落的Shannon Weiner指数(H)、 均匀度指数(EH)均表现为第30 d>第5 d>第25 d第45 d>第3 d第12 d>第1 d第15 d。对AOA种群数据与不同时期堆体温度、 pH、 全氮、 铵态氮、 亚硝态氮和硝态氮等环境因子的冗余分析表明,堆体温度、 全氮、 亚硝态氮和硝态氮对氨氧化古菌群落演替有着显著的影响(P0.05),AOA的群落结构在堆肥第1 d、 第5 d、 第25 d、 第30 d、 第45 d变化较大。说明这些参数能有效控制鸡粪好氧堆肥过程中AOA的群落结构。  相似文献

以鸡粪和油菜秸秆为原料,采用人工好氧翻堆方式进行高温堆肥试验,研究堆肥制作过程中养分的变化规律。结果表明,堆肥过程中pH值在堆肥前期上升而后期下降;氨态氮、硝态氮、总氮相对含量在堆肥前期下降,后期上升;有效磷在堆肥前期略上升而后期略下降;总钾量呈不断上升趋势;腐植酸总量随发酵时间延长而下降。鸡粪和油菜秸秆堆肥时间在30d左右为宜。  相似文献

为研究不同比例的过磷酸钙添加剂对病死猪堆肥过程中氮素转化和保氮效果的影响,本试验将病死猪尸体、水稻秸秆按一定比例混合后,设置未添加(CK)、添加5%(T1)和10%(T2)过磷酸钙3个处理,进行了为期30 d的堆肥发酵试验。结果表明,各堆体大于50℃的高温均能保持10 d以上,满足堆肥无害化的要求;添加初始物料鲜重的5%和10%的过磷酸钙对降低堆肥的p H值,增加堆肥的铵态氮、硝态氮、全氮含量均具有明显的效果。堆肥结束时,T1、T2处理的堆肥产品的总氮含量分别比对照高10.7%、10.1%,保氮效果显著。添加5%过磷酸钙处理的堆肥产品在第14 d时种子发芽指数达101.4%,高于对照,过磷酸钙促进了病死猪堆肥的快速腐熟。在病死猪堆肥中添加适量的过磷酸钙,可以降低堆体氮的损失,在堆肥工程中具有较广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

The quality of compost made from the organic fraction of municipal organic waste (MOW), in terms of organic matter and nutrient concentrations, is inferior to that of compost from other feedstocks. The aim of this work was to improve the quality of MOW compost by means of cocomposting with biosolids (at ratios of 1:1, 2:1, and 3:1 MOW/biosolids) and vermicomposting. Vermicomposting (ground beds with worms) treatments were prepared from traditional pile material after 40 composting days; ground beds without worms were also included. Several parameters, including pH, electrical conductivity, carbon dioxide production, organic matter, total nitrogen, water-soluble carbon, nitrate, ammonium, and extractable phosphorus, were measured throughout the process. Organic matter in the products at 120 days ranged between 39 and 45%, whereas total nitrogen was between 1.7 and 2%. Considering these parameters, the quality of MOW and biosolids cocompost was better than that of MOW composted alone in a previous study (18% organic matter and 0.7% total nitrogen concentration). Extractable phosphorus was also greatly increased from 128 mg/kg in MOW compost to 542–722 mg/kg in the cocompost. Of the three MOW/biosolids ratios employed, only the 2:1 and 3:1 mixtures were adequate for composting and produced similar product qualities. However, the 2:1 mixture required more turnings and exhibited higher N losses. The improvement of quality by vermicomposting was limited. Compared to traditional piles, it did not affect concentrations of organic matter or total nitrogen. The direct action of worms, measured by comparing ground beds with and without worms, increased nitrate concentrations for mixtures 2:1 and 3:1 and extractable phosphorus concentrations for mixture 3:1.  相似文献

以鸡粪和稻草为原料进行条垛式堆肥,接种芽孢杆菌菌剂,堆肥共持续42 d。堆肥过程中接种菌剂处理和对照的总腐殖酸含量呈现先下降然后上升趋势。堆肥前3 d接种菌剂处理和对照的总腐殖酸含量基本相同,第7d接种菌剂处理总腐殖酸含量开始大于对照,堆肥结束时接种菌剂堆肥的总腐殖酸含量为23.1%,而对照的为17.2%。游离腐殖酸、水溶性腐殖酸、胡敏酸含量与总腐殖酸含量的变化趋势基本一致,呈现先降后升的趋势。富里酸含量呈先升后降趋势。堆肥结束时接种菌剂处理的各种腐殖酸含量均显著高于对照,说明接种菌剂可以促进堆肥中腐殖酸的产生。  相似文献

大量排放的畜禽粪便若利用不当则会对环境构成威胁,经微生物发酵、制成高效有机肥料是粪肥与秸秆综合利用的一种重要方式。试验以牛粪添加不同比例的小麦秸秆为原料,在接种和非接种微生物的条件下进行堆腐,研究了腐解过程有机组分及腐殖物质的动态变化。结果表明,随着腐解进行,乙醇溶性组分含量逐渐降低;水溶性组分含量先升高再降低;半纤维素和纤维素含量随腐解进行呈现一定波动,但总体呈降低趋势;木质素含量呈增加趋势;全碳含量降低,腐殖物质碳占全碳的比例逐渐增加,H/F比值逐渐升高。秸秆的加入比例越高越有利于木质素的积累,牛粪所占比例越大则越有利于腐殖物质的形成。接种微生物可促进有机物料中各有机组分的分解,并有利于腐殖物质的形成。  相似文献

Cocomposting of poultry litter with municipal solid waste compost (MSW) was evaluated as a means to stabilize nitrogen and phosphorus in poultry litter and to produce a stable organic soil amendment. Four passively aerated compost piles were established by mixing fixed weight ratios of MSW and composted poultry litter (21:1, 6:1, 3:1, 1:1); moisture was adjusted to 50 percent by weight at pile establishment. These ratios represented a range of initial C:N (26-12) and C:P (150-50) ratios. Composting process parameters monitored over eight months included temperature, oxygen and moisture contents, pH, electrical conductivity, C:N:P ratios, microbial respiration and diversity. Initial feedstock ratios had no significant effect on temperature in the thermophilic phase of composting. After one year of composting, microbial respiration in 21:1 and 6:1 mixtures was high relative to 3:1 and 1:1 mixtures suggesting slow maturation in piles with high MSW content. Salmonella sp. and coliform organisms were detectable for up to 47 days. Results suggest that MSW has potential as a carbon feedstock for poultry litter composting when used in moderate amounts.  相似文献

好氧堆肥是一种有效处理农业废弃物的方法,有利于实现农业资源的循环利用。但堆肥也有它的缺点,堆肥过程中的碳素损失是造成温室气体形成的重要原因。因此研究碳素在堆肥过程中的转化规律对于如何减少堆肥潜在的负面环境影响十分重要。该研究以生猪养殖发酵床废弃垫料及秀珍菇菌渣为原料,利用强制通风静态堆肥技术研究垫料和菌渣不同配比及添加EM菌剂对堆肥过程碳素物质转化的影响。结果表明,堆肥过程中总有机碳呈逐渐下降趋势;胡敏酸呈逐渐增加的趋势;微生物量碳和可溶性碳呈先增后降的变化趋势。堆肥结束时,碳素降解率为5.7%~10.2%,胡敏酸增加了56.0%~131.0%,可溶性有机碳增加了54.5%~81.5%,微生物生物量碳增加了31.7%~73.4%。以垫料为主料的堆肥处理碳素损失高于以菌渣为主料的处理,添加EM菌剂可以加速有机质的矿化分解和提高腐殖质化指数。  相似文献

The purpose of this work was to study the viability of the composting of goat (Capra aegagrus hircus) manure (GM) and rabbit (Oryctolagus cuniculus) manure (RM) and to evaluate the quality of the compost obtained. For this, a mixture of these manures was prepared at a goat/rabbit ratio of 44:56 (fresh-weight basis) and 50:50 (dry-weight basis). The mixture was composted by the Rutgers static pile composting system, with forced aeration and controlled temperature. Throughout the composting process, the temperature was monitored and physicochemical, chemical, and biological parameters were evaluated. The temperature evolution showed the suitable development of the composting process, with thermophilic values (>40 °C) maintained for more than 90 days. The finished compost had stabilized and humified organic matter. However, the pH (9.4) and the salinity (EC of 13.4 dS/m) could limit its potential agricultural use.  相似文献

通过苜蓿、猫尾草、籽粒苋分别与牛粪混合堆腐进行改性处理,研究堆腐过程中有机组分的动态变化。结果表明,绿肥与牛粪混合堆腐可以使堆腐产物中水溶性有机组分的含量增加,提供更多的营养物质供作物直接吸收利用,并且显著提高了堆腐产物持续生成水溶性胡敏酸的能力,其中添加苜蓿堆腐处理产生的水溶性有机组分含量大于其它处理。添加苜蓿和猫尾草堆腐不但可以增加堆腐产物中碱溶性有机物和碱溶性胡敏酸的含量,提高堆腐产物的HA/FA值,而且在堆腐后期可以降低堆腐产物中碱溶性富里酸的减小,添加籽粒苋堆腐处理这种作用不明显。  相似文献

In this study, medlar pruning waste (MPW) was composted with and without cattle manure (CM). Two piles were prepared: one contained only MPW (pile 1) and one contained MPW augmented with CM (pile 2). Both piles were composted in an enclosed composting vessel with passive aeration and aeration by turning. During the composting process, temperature, pH, electrical conductivity (EC), organic matter (OM), OM losses, total organic carbon (Corg), total nitrogen (NT), Corg/NT ratio, and germination index (GI) were measured. Pile 2 produced a faster increase of the temperature and had a longer thermophilic phase than pile 1. However, the rate of OM degradation was faster in pile 1 than in the pile containing CM (pile 2). The addition of CM also resulted in an increased pH and salt content. In both piles, C/N ratio decreased throughout the process, presumably as a result of the faster organic carbon degradation compared to N mineralization. However, only pile 2 had a final C/N ratio <20, the limit accepted for compost by the Spanish legislation on fertilizer. Also, both composts had GI > 50 percent, indicating an absence of phytotoxicity.  相似文献
