In order to study the vibration characteristics and radiation noise of wind power speed-increase gearbox, a torsional vibration model of wind power speed-increase gearbox is established based on the analysis of supporting stiffness of bearing and contact stiffness of gear pairs. By solving the vibration differential equation with the help of Matlab, the frequency and corresponding vibration mode are obtained. With taking stiffness excitation, error exaction and meshing impact exaction into account, the dynamic finite element model of speed-increase gearbox is set up, and the dynamic response simulation is carried out. Regarding vibration displacement of the nodes on gearbox surface as boundary condition, an acoustic boundary element model of speed-increase gearbox is built. The surface acoustic pressure of gearbox and the radiation noise of field points are solved by the direct boundary element method. The results show that there is a great difference between torsion frequency and excitation frequency of wind power speed-increase gearbox, and so the resonance doesn't occur. The maximum structural noise and radiation noise mainly appear near the double octave of the gears meshing frequency of high-speed grade.  相似文献

针对一级行星两级平行轴风电齿轮传动系统,综合考虑齿轮时变啮合刚度、啮合阻尼、传递误差等因素,建立31个自由度的弯扭轴耦合集中参数动力学模型,采用变步长Runge-Kutta法对系统动力学微分方程进行求解,得出齿轮传动系统各级传动误差;借助软件建立风电齿轮箱刚柔耦合动力学模型,并导入传动误差,采用模态叠加法求得齿轮箱轴承支反力,并将其作为声振耦合模型的边界条件,采用声学有限元法对风电齿轮箱进行振动噪声预估,并与试验结果对比分析,两者吻合良好。  相似文献

The mesh stiffness of gear tooth is simulated by spring elements, the connected bolt between various housings are simplified as bar elements, and the sliding bearing and rolling bearing are simplified as spring dumping elements. Based on them, the gear-shaft-bearing-housing coupled finite element model and boundary element model of GWC6066 marine gearbox are established. Finally, the dynamic response under internal dynamic excitation is analyzed and the vibration severity, structural-borne noise and air-borne noise of the gear system are forecasted. Through the experimental modal analysis of gear system, and the test of vibration response and air pressure, the natural frequencies, vibration severity, structural-borne noise and air-borne noise are obtained. Compared with numerical results, two results show good agreement.  相似文献

The differential equation which governs the behavior of the gear transmission system of 1.5 MW wind turbine is established. The external excitation caused by wind speed fluctuation is discussed and the internal excitation due to time varying mesh stiffness and comprehensive error is also analyzed. The calculating formulations of the harmonic balance method of nonlinear dynamic equations are presented. Then, the multi objective dynamic optimization model is developed to minimize the value of vibration acceleration and the overall volume. The optimization of a practical example using mixed discrete combined programming is performed. The result shows that the proposed method of modeling and optimization design can effectively reduce the wind turbines gearbox vibration levels and weight.  相似文献

Based on object-oriented method, the classes of object-oriented finite element are defined. The finite element program of static, dynamic characteristics and stability analyses for spatial frame structures is developed with c++ object_oriented language which is successfully incorporated into a computer simulation system of derricks. The results of static, dynamic characteristics and stability analysis for the derricks of F320-A and JJ250/42-K types, obtained with the developed system, are consistent with those obtained by a commercial software, which illustrates the correctness of object-oriented FEM and the reliability of the simulation software.  相似文献

A dynamic model of NGW helical planetary gear transmission for high-power wind turbine gearbox is established by considering these factors as errors of gears and time-varying mesh stiffness by using mass centralized method. Moreover, the random wind velocity is simulated as external seismic excitation making the results more conform to practical condition. And on this basis, this system is optimized for minimum gearbox volume and minimum component torsional acceleration with the restriction of reliability and strength restrain. The result indicates that the optimized parameters make gear transmission lightweight and the dynamic property improved so as to reduing vibration and noised.  相似文献

Aiming at the exhaust muffler of a 244S motorcar, the acoustics field model and the flow field model are established by adopting Finite Element Method. The 3-D acoustic simulation is carried out by using software SYSNOISE, and an improvement scheme with optimized inner structure of the muffler is proposed based on the simulation. The acoustic simulation result and the bench test result of the improved muffler show that the muffling ability in middle and high-frequency of the improved structure is obviously stronger than the original structure, and the simulation result coincides well with the bench test result. Meanwhile, the flow field simulation result shows the power loss of the engine has little change, which means that the structure improvement of the original muffler is effective.  相似文献

Aiming at a muffler of a 400 all terrain vehicle(ATV), a vibration model and an acoustics model of the muffler were built by finite element method(FEM). The vibration and acoustics characteristic analysis of the muffler are carried out according these models, it shows the 3D model is exact and it is possible to generate regeneration noise. Acoustics model can help to know further about the characteristic of each chamber and intention of the designer. According the demand of factory, some projects of improvement are offered. In this paper a posteriori error estimates for Galerkin approximation of general operator equations is firstly presented in the framework of Sobolev spaces. Then a practical posteriori error estimates formula for the adaptive boundary element method solving the acoustic scattering problem with a finite plane screen is obtained by triangulations. Taking the influences of joggle forces and gravity into account, a static model of a high power marine gearbox was established using the finite element method. The gearbox workload capacity was calculated in four working states. Gearbox strength and structural rigidity were analyzed. Combining theories of optimization and reliability design, the gearbox optimization model was obtained based on the intensity principle. To insure a safe structure, optimization designs were put in practice to improve the gearbox structure. As a result, the gearbox weight was reduced 1 060 t by structural optimization. The strength of the improved gearbox is more symmetrical and the structure of the improved gearbox is more reasonable than previoius designs, indicating the method has certain theoretical and practical engineering values.  相似文献

The finite element model is developed for the multi stage planetary gearbox housing in shield tunnelling machine (STM), and the the eigenvalue problem is solved by using block Lanczos method, and then the low order natural frequencies and corresponding modes are extracted. Based on the theory of experimental modal analysis, the modal testing is made for the gearbox housing by pulse excitation method. The least squares complex frequency domain (LSCF) estimation method is used to analyze the modal data, and the natural characteristics of housing is obtained. According to the modal assurance criterion (MAC), the experimental modal parameters are validated. Modal analysis shows that the experimental data is coincided with analytical results, which indicates the accuracy of the theoretical model and testing method. The coupling sympathetic vibration is disappearing between the gears train and housing, the local vibration is large at the high speed side of gearbox housing, and the torsional mode is outstanding under operating condition. The research results provide theoretical basis and experimental support for the structural optimization of the gearbox of STM.  相似文献

Galerkin method based on the variation principle is used to solve differential and integral equations. The boundary problem of Laplace equation is changed into the variational equation which is equivalent to the boundary integral equation. Using linear element, it is solved by Galerkin boundary element method. In computation of stiffness matrix, the exactly integral formula is used in the first order integral expression, The numerical integral formula is used in the second order integral expression. Thus the problem of calculation of double singular integral is carried out. The numerical experiments also prove this method is reliable. 为更好地分析钢板弹簧刚度特性,对钢板弹簧建模方法进行了对比研究。依据钢板弹簧国家标准GB/T 19844-2005,针对某型渐变刚度钢板弹簧分别在有限元软件Hypermesh和多体动力学软件Adams中建立其有限元模型和离散梁模型,并进行了仿真,得到刚度特性。将仿真结果与试验值进行了比较。结果表明,在针对该钢板弹簧的刚度分析中,运用离散梁法得到的刚度特性更加接近试验值。  相似文献

The performance requirements of marine gear box are much higher than that of other gear boxes due to its special working conditions. The structure and transmission principle of a high-power marine gearbox are analyzed, and the experimental test is carried out for the analysis and calculation of its vibration characteristics and intensity. Measured by FFT analysis of vibration signals, the main peak is caused by its octave and the engagement frequency of input stage and middle-class transmission. The vibration severity of high-power marine gearbox reached 4.47 mm/s. In addition, the calculated structure noise of the measuring points is at the 1/3 octaves, and the largest structure noise is 131.27 dB which occurred in the frequency of 329 Hz.  相似文献

In design of light railcar used freely supported beam, the cast steel pedestals will bear complex loads, which include weight, acceleration and wind, etc. Because of pedestals' peculiarity and complexity, the strength of the pedestals play an important role in safety of light railcar. So it's necessary to analyze their stress and deformation in order to insure safety of light railcar. Up to now, finite element analysis is still the most effective means. By studying cast steel pedestal with finite element method, 3-D finite element models of fixed and kinetic pedestals were built, and the loads and boundary condition of pedestals were analyzed. By means of finite element analysis software, the contact and von mises stresses were obtained and deformation were resolved. As a result of analysis, the tow of pedestal can fulfill requirement of use in light railcar, the contact stress and von mises stress are not exceeded limit stress strength of materials. There is enough static strength for the structures of pedestals. For verifying theoretical analysis result, the fatigue test was carried out, with examining the testing points locating on the pedestals, the stress and deformation data were measured. By comparing between theoretical analysis and test data, the experimental results show calculated and testing results can meet the case well which assure the reliability of finite element analysis. But in the result, there are differences in deformations of them. The reason may be that boundary conditions and loads are not same between analysis and experiment.  相似文献

Rainfall is the main input for probabilistic analysis and prediction of rainfall-triggered landslide. The joint probabilistic structure of daily rainfall (DR) and cumulative rainfall (CR), which are dominant parameters of rainfall related on landslide in Chongqing region, was analyzed. Following the traditional technology, daily rainfall was translated into discrete variable by rainfall grade and cumulative rainfall became continuous variable if records with very small cumulative rainfall were ignored. Then joint probabilistic model of discrete variable and continuous one was derived, and transiting solution of conditional density function was put forward, together with its approximation via a family of Dirac δ sequences. Naturally, the proposed method was used to analyze conditional density function of cumulative rainfall in Chongqing region, and the numerical results were verified by comparison. However, most of the conditional density functions were irregular and not modeled by simple probability density function, thus the finite mixture distribution was introduced, which is of uncomplicated format and relatively high precision. At last, the joint probabilistic model of daily rainfall and cumulative rainfall was built up by combining frequency function of grade of daily rainfall with conditional density model of cumulative rainfall.  相似文献

分析内嵌管式辐射地板的频域热特性,便于进一步了解内嵌管式辐射地板的动态热特征,为辐射地板的系统和控制设计提供重要的参考依据。建立了内嵌管式辐射地板的频域有限元模型,同时采用ANSYS软件建立了内嵌管式辐射地板的时域传热模型,通过2个模型的对比说明了频域有限元模型的准确性。采用频域有限元模型计算并分析了内嵌管式辐射地板的频域热特性。结果表明,在低频区域,地板的频域热响应基本不随频率变化,其传热过程接近于稳态,而在高频区域,地板的频域热响应随频率的变化十分剧烈,地板传热呈现明显的动态特征。当房间内存在较多成分的高频热扰时,关于辐射地板的传热计算应采用动态计算方法。  相似文献

The boundary integral in Boundary Element Method affects the precision and the speed of the method. If the boundary integral with constant element, the nonsingular integrals are popularly calculated by the Gauss numerical integral, and the singular integrals are popularly calculated by the analytical integral. This paper presents an alternative way with Gauss formula to transform the double integral in elastic problem on 3-d into the linear integrals on the boundary of each subdomains, so that all the singular integrals and nonsingular integrals are calculated by analytical method. The example indicates that this method makes the precision and the speed of BEM improve.  相似文献
