In the skills-based cooperation,the authors carry on the questionnaire survey about the factors affecting the ability of the enterprise bargaining.The formal questionnaire is established by exploratory factor anlysis with SPSS11.0 software.After processing data,theauthors gain the factors that influence entrprise bargaining power:learning ability,promises,craftsmanship investment,the final cost.The structure equation model between the four factors and the bargaining power is tested with Amous 4.0 software.The learning ability is fonnd,which conduces to improve the enterprise bargaining power.However,the promises have the obstructive effect. 相似文献

Stock model of economical order batch is established under the objective of maximum total profit according to the hypotheses of constant demand rate.Based on these facts,the author suggests that the stock model of economical order batch is established under the objective of maximum total profit in system according to the hypotheses of demand rate's relying on selling price.From which one extended a model can be deduced.By using extreme-value theory,the model is proven mathematically and the method of solution is deduced for optimal order batch,optimal selling price and how to define optimal order cycle,and the sensitivity analysis has been made.One applied example is also given. 相似文献

During the research on automobile prize and punishment system, a novel method is proposed in terms of grouping by the history to claim the record, the ages of drivers and the types of the vehicle. When the factors are considered, the related data can be classified by homogeneity of risks and applied to design the prize and punishment system. The output of the enterprise changes with the change of natural states, therefore it brings relatively great risk to enterprise. The enterprise hopes to reduce the same kind of risk through more contracts than one kind of contract of risk sharing. This paper presents a new method to disperse the same kind of risk in two kinds of ways. Basing on principal-agent theory, through the optimum contract of risk sharing, the Pareto-optimum solving is solved-the optimum contract of risk sharing. The employee shares some risks through the optimum contract of risk sharing between the enterprise and the employee-when the output is high, the employee's income increases; when the output is low, the income decreases. In order to reduce the risk of the enterprise further, the dealer also shares the risk. To maximize the utility of the enterprise, the Pareto optimum solving is given-another optimum contract of risk. The dealer offers following contract of risk sharing to the enterprise-when the output is high, the dealer receives the repayment; when the output is low, the enterprise is compensated. The enterprise, the employee and the dealer share the risk together, thus the risk of the enterprise is reduced to relatively great degree. 相似文献

Resolving traffic assignment problems with a logit model will result in some error because of the correlation of the trip cost and the flux, whereas the application of the random equilibrium assignment model is confined for its complex arithmetic. An amelioration of the logit model and a step by step arithmetic are implemented. The contact analysis on the double enveloping hourglass worm gearing is very important to control its efficient contact zone and contact quality. Nevertheless, current meshing analysis under the rigid condition cannot really reflect its tooth-surface contact. In this paper, the contact Finite Element Method is used to analyze the tooth contact of double enveloping hourglass worm gearing under the manufacturing error and the elastic deformation caused by the load. The load sharing among the contact tooth pairs and variations of contact zone are investigated. As compared with the result of rigid analysis, the contact zone is obviously shifted. This analysis method can provide a base for the conjugating control of the double enveloping hourglass worm gearing. 相似文献

Though the Flood-Control-Projects along Yantze River and Jialing River in Chongqing may well improve the urban traffic and construction,it may change the river hydrodynamic characters.There may be two consequences,one is to reduce the size of cross section and the other is to change the river shape,such as the curvature radius.The phenomena of the local backwater and velocity variety are obvious,which result in some problems for the navigation: sediment,transport and so on.In this paper, the study object is the Flood-Control-Projects and Yangtse River and Jialing River,and the aim is to study the influence of the Flood-Control-Projects on the hydrodynamic state of the two rivers.Using the numerical technique,with the two rivers hydrodynamic model the flow field's change of river after completion of Flood-Control-Projects is simulated and the reasons caused by the change are analyzed. 相似文献

The second step of water storage for Three Gorges Reservoir will be executed in Jue,2003. Because there is still a large quantity of industrial solid waste(ISW) dumped on the reservoir bottom where should be cleaned before water storage and wastes should be disposed. After a full investigation and analyze, the total amount of ISW in the Chongqing reservoir area is about 1.66 million tons. According the principles of safe, economical and reliable, this paper describes the ISW's treatment. The ordinary ISW which is harmless and non toxic after identification should be treated on-site, the ISW that exceeds the national standards should be removed and be disposed in the landfill, and the hazardous waste should be removed for disposition or storage. 相似文献

In this paper, in the light of the percolating flow mechanics problems in the field of environmental science research , the transport mechanism and law of the volatile organic pollutants in the soils and the transport model and law of the underground water multi-component reacting solute are discussed, and the gas transport and the second pollution problems in the solid waste landfill are analyzed~ Based on the research given above, the transport process and two aspects of the control mechanisms uncertainty for the volatile organic matter and the necessity to establish the coupling model of multi-component water chemistry model and waterdynamic transport model are pointed out. The paper advances a new calculation method improved by using(2~5)/1.2rm rule which concerns the influence of the fluctuation of molecules on the results of molecular dynamics simulation of the interface.The densities of saturated vapor and liquid of homogeneous phase and the surface tension of inhomogeneous phase of CH4 are obtained by applying this new calculation method.Compared with the traditional molecular dynamics simulation,this method has less error in calculating the surface tension of inhomogeneous phase and takes less calculating time. 相似文献

The authors use the ideas and methods of the game theory to reveal that, under the condition of dissymmetrical information, it can't form an effective cooperative relationship among supervisor organization, the shareholders and the enterprises. In the capital market, we explain the cooperative conditions and determinants researched.
