长期以来我国有关食品中兽药残留限量标准一直沿用农业部于2002年发布的235号公告,2019年9月发布了GB 31650-2019《食品安全国家标准食品中兽药最大残留限量》,与旧标准相比较,新标准在规定的兽药种类和限量要求上均有较大改变。着眼于牛奶产品,从牛奶中兽药残留限量种类、限量值以及检测方法等方面分析了新旧国标以及与国外世界主要乳品贸易国家和组织相关最新规定进行了综述,以期对我国牛奶安全标准法规制修订及产业安全健康发展提供依据和建议。  相似文献

为探讨快速检测试剂卡在基层兽药残留监测中的价值,本研究应用兽药残留快速检测卡对禽蛋、猪尿、牛尿、羊尿、牛奶、鸡肉等200个样本进行检测。结果显示:1个牛尿样本的环丙沙星检测结果呈阳性,1个牛奶样本的氯霉素检测结果为无效,其他检测结果均为阴性。  相似文献

旨在了解呼和浩特地区牛乳及其乳制品中兽药残留现状。采用现场调查、问卷调查等方法,调查了65家经销奶产品超市及60家奶产品特产经销店乳制品的销售情况,调查了139名呼和浩特市市民对牛乳及其乳制品的食用情况;调查了35个牛场驻场兽医及10名相关专家在临床上的兽药使用现状。采用回顾性调查方法,调查了2014—2015年内蒙古有关权威部门采用LC-MS-MS、ELISA等方法对呼和浩特地区370份牛乳进行兽药残留检测的结果。采用HPLC方法,检测了呼和浩特地区74份牛乳制品样本中的兽药残留。调查结果显示,呼和浩特市被调查的对象中96.41%的消费者食用牛乳及其乳制品,56.11%的消费者关注乳制品中兽药残留问题;呼和浩特地区牛乳总销量的94.46%来自于呼和浩特地区奶牛场,5.54%来自于其他地区;94.44%的牛场有专职兽医;20%的被调查牛场有超量使用兽药的情况,85.71%的被调查牛场有用药记录,94.29%的被调查牛场严格执行兽药休药期;100%的牛场对所产牛乳进行抗菌药物检测;目前呼和浩特地区兽医临床最常用的4种抗菌药物分别为青霉素、氨苄西林、阿莫西林及头孢噻呋,其他有庆大霉素、甲硝唑等。实验室检测结果显示,呼和浩特地区2014—2015年生产的牛乳中兽药残留均为阴性,市售乳制品样本中亦未检出残留。呼和浩特各辖区生产、流通的牛乳及其乳制品均符合动物性食品中兽药最高残留限量要求。  相似文献

【目的】 为推进中国食品安全监控体系建设及完善相关的法规标准提供参考,保障食品安全的同时提升中国禽肉、禽蛋产品在国际市场的竞争力,打破国际技术性贸易壁垒,促进国际禽产品贸易繁荣发展。【方法】 首先对比分析中国新发布的食品安全国家标准GB 31650-2019《食品安全国家标准食品中兽药最大残留限量》及已废除的农业部公告第235号《动物性食品中兽药最高残留限量》中有关禽肉、禽蛋的兽药残留种类和兽药最大残留限量(MRLs)标准;然后对中国新国家标准与欧盟和美国在禽肉、禽蛋的兽药残留种类区别和MRLs标准的严宽程度等几项内容进行了对比分析。【结果】 中国新国家标准对旧标准进行了一定程度上的补充与修改,大部分有关禽肉、禽蛋的MRLs标准与欧盟和美国的标准相同甚至更加严格,这标志着中国兽药残留标准体系进入了新阶段,但部分兽药的MRLs标准仍与欧盟和美国的标准存在一定差异,其中共有包括双氯西林在内的33种兽药的MRLs标准缺失或宽于欧盟和美国。【结论】 未来中国仍需结合禽肉、禽蛋的生产情况、兽药实际使用情况及人民消费升级的需求,进一步完善禽肉、禽蛋产品中兽药残留限量的相关标准,使其向国际标准靠拢,提高中国禽肉、禽蛋产品在国际市场上的竞争力,并对进出口产品中兽药的残留情况进行严格监控,防止其影响消费者的健康安全和禽肉、禽蛋的国际贸易发展。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to develop a dynamic risk warning method of veterinary drug residues in raw milk because of dynamic changes of raw milk. Risk warning methods of veterinary drug concentration above MRLs, abnormal detection rates and average-standard deviation were developed based on theory of Shewhart control chart. Veterinary drug residues data of 1000 milk samples collected from a large dairy company were analyzed with Shewhart control charts and no risk warning were found. Abnormality of detection rate and average were assumed and also analyzed in this study.  相似文献

为便于中国兽药残留标准的改进和相关法规体系的建立提供参考,同时为中国畜产品贸易提供数据参考,保障人们的饮食安全,促进中国畜产品经济的更好发展,本研究首先对中国新国标GB 31650-2019《食品安全国家标准食品中兽药最大残留限量》中规定的猪组织中兽药残留种类和兽药最大残留限量(MRLs)标准进行了简单分析;然后对美国、欧盟、日本和食品法典委员会(CAC)规定的猪组织中兽药残留种类和兽药MRLs标准与中国新国标进行对比,通过对规定兽药总数、中国没有规定而其他标准有规定的兽药种类、其他标准严于中国标准的兽药种类等几项内容的比较,找出差异。结果显示,中国新国标做出了更加详细的补充和修改;从整体上来看,中国规定的猪组织中兽药MRLs标准越来越完善,大部分标准与欧盟、美国、日本和CAC规定标准的差距也越来越小,然而在部分种类兽药MRLs标准的规定方面和这些国家或组织仍有一定的差距。中国需加强与各个发达国家和组织的交流与合作,推进中国的兽药残留标准的发展,加快对动物产品质量安全标准的更新。  相似文献

Waage, S., P. Jonsson and A. Franklin: Evaluation of a cow-side test for detection of Gram-negative bacteria in milk from cows with mastitis. Acta vet. scand. 1994, 207-211.– A modified Limulus amebocyte lysate (LAL) cow-side test was evaluated under field conditions. The principle of the test is to visualize reactions between test components and endotoxin from the cell wall of Gram-negative bacteria. The practical purpose is to detect such bacteria in mastitic milk. Secretions from 789 udder quarters with clinical mastitis were examined by the LAL-test. Parallel quarter milk samples were sent to a mastitis laboratory for microbiological examination. Eleven veterinary surgeons in three veterinary districts in Norway performed the field investigations. Results of the LAL-test and culture agreed in 93% of all milk samples tested, agreement measured by kappa being 0.63. The sensitivity of the test in detecting Gram-negative bacteria was 63%, while the specificity was 97%. The predictive value of a positive test result was 70%, the figure being somewhat higher (75%) when the material was limited to milk samples without antibiotic residues. The predictive value of a negative test result was 95%. The LAL-test is considered to constitute a valuable cow-side test for the veterinary practitioner, aiding the selection of antibacterial drug of choice for the initial treatment of clinical mastitis.  相似文献

The demographic characteristics of the veterinary profession in New Zealand are examined using information supplied by registered veterinarians to the Veterinary Surgeons Board in their applications for annual practising certificates in 1985. Comparisons are made with the veterinary professions in other similar countries, and with the medical and paramedical professions in New Zealand. In 1985 1308 registered veterinarians were working in New Zealand and 304 were overseas, whereas in 1976 the equivalent figures were 748 and 182. This represents an increase of 73% in the number of registered veterinarians in the last 10 years. Eighteen percent of veterinarians were female. The mean age of veterinarians was 38 years, but females in the profession were on average much younger (32 years) than males (42 years). Clinical practice provides employment for 70% of veterinarians: of these 59% work principally with farm animals and 41% with non-farm animals. The remaining veterinarians are employed by Government (22%), University (5%) and Industry (3%). The current demographic structure of the profession has been markedly influenced by the opening of New Zealand's only veterinary school at Massey University in 1963. Differences from other medical professional populations in New Zealand and overseas principally reflect the marked change in the number and sex ratio of graduates entering the veterinary profession since that time. It will take about another twenty years before the population reaches a stable age and sex structure, assuming that current graduation patterns persist throughout that period. Because the structure of the population is changing, considerable caution is needed in predicting future employment trends from data for a single year.  相似文献

建立同时检测牛乳基质样品中19 种β-受体激动剂类兽药残留的方法。样品经酸化乙腈溶液提取,利用Oasis PRiME HLB固相萃取小柱通过式净化处理除去磷脂,使用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪进行检测。结果表明:经过前处理方法与仪器条件优化后,19 种β-受体激动剂质量浓度在0~10 ng/mL呈良好线性关系(R2≥0.995);牛乳中19 种β-受体激动剂添加量为0.2~1.0 μg/kg时,加标回收率均为70%~110%,相对标准偏差<15%。本检测方法前处理简单快捷,具有较高灵敏度和稳定性,可以满足牛乳中β-受体激动剂类兽药残留的快速检测。  相似文献

Three hundred and forty-two Streptococcus uberis isolates were cultured from milk samples from subclinical and clinical cases of dairy cattle mastitis. The samples were collected from 15 different New Zealand farming regions, including eight specific farms, during field research trials and veterinary diagnostic investigations. Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis was used to determine and compare the degree of genetic dissimilarity between the restriction endonuclease fragment pattern of the 342 New Zealand and a single United States S. uberis isolate. The 343 isolates exhibited 330 different restriction endonuclease fragment patterns. The United States isolate had a pattern unlike any of the New Zealand isolates. Most of the isolates were genetically different strains (pattern deferred by at least 33%), but identical patterns were noted within the same or different quarters of an individual cow, different cows within the same farm, and from different cows from the same or different districts, farming regions or islands. Seven of the eight selected farms had at most only one pair of isolates with banding patterns, which differed by less than 33%. A high degree of dissimilarity was noted in individual herds in which all the samples were collected on the same day or over a 2-year period. The high degree of dissimilar isolates is an indication that S. uberis infections in New Zealand dairy cattle are largely due to the opportunistic nature of the organism in the cows' environment. Prevention and treatment of S. uberis mastitis will therefore need to be directed at a multitude of different strains present throughout the country as well as in individual herds.  相似文献
