Structure security is the most main structural reliability, at the request of active service in time to make a frame structure security assessment, in safe premise to prolong the service life, and has a certain social significance and economic benefits. In order to assess the vibration performance of all terrain vehicles, a half vehicle model with 10 degrees of freedom was built. The model was solved using the time domain method. Road surface irregularity excites the model and was generated by a trigonometric function. Based on this model, the beaming of the frame was analyzed. The results show that the first beaming and second beaming influence the vibration significantly. As a result, a half vehicle model that includes the first two beamings of the frame can satisfy the vehicle vibration analysis precision requirements. Driver ride quality was evaluated according to ISO2631 1.  相似文献

A methodology for reliability based maintenance optimization of steel bridge welded joints subjected to fatigue is proposed considering linear elastic fracture mechanics (LEFM), the structure reliability, life cycle cost method and maintenance strategies. The maintenance cost is divided into inspection, repair and failure sections according to the whole life cycle cost methodology. And the maintenance strategy is transformed to the minimum expected lifetime costs with a constraint of the minimum acceptable reliability index. An case concerning to a transverse stiffener of bottom flange welded joint of Qingcaobei bridge is studied with a certain number of simplifications. Some sensitivity analysis is provided. 本文通过对闽西北烟-稻轮作区2005-2007年度农田渠道建设中采用的浆砌石、预制混凝土渠槽、现场浇筑混凝土等三种防渗衬砌结构的渠道造价进行分析,结合防渗效果、工程效益、运行情况和使用年限等方面的比较,选择出造价经济、建设质量容易控制、防渗水效果好、工程效益高、运行情况好、使用年限长的现场浇筑混凝土结构作为渠道衬砌的主要方式。由于在现场浇筑混凝土的施工中采用了双面立模、钢架固定的立模新工艺,从而达到整体浇筑、一次成型的施工目的。实践证明此方法增强了渠道的密实度和强度,渠面麻点少、糙率减小,提高了防淤抗冲性、抗磨性,渠道线条更加流畅,美观度好,从而增加了过水能力,方便了管护运行,延长了渠道的使用年限。  相似文献

Elastic-plastic analysis of timber frame and its seven strengthened projects are analyzed with the software ANSYS10.0. The numerical calculation and material mechanics calculation for the timber beam are compared to verify the correctness of the finite element model. The paper also analyzes the law of stress and strain of timber beam. In contrast with the yield load and ultimate load of strengthened timber frames, it shows that the lateral resistance of timber frame with corner supports is greatly improved. And a strengthened project for the timber frame is put forward.  相似文献

利用相似材料模拟高速铁路隧道基底软岩,采用荷载控制和非对称正弦波循环加载方式对软岩试件进行动三轴疲劳与损伤检测综合试验。通过试验结果分析,建立了软岩3参数多项式疲劳寿命计算模型和4参数多项式累积损伤参量计算模型,获得了软岩疲劳损伤特性,即:软岩疲劳破坏表现为端部拉-剪复合破坏和中部压-剪复合破坏两种模式;疲劳破坏全过程表现为初始微孔隙压密、裂纹发生与稳定扩展以及损伤裂纹加速发展3个发展阶段;软岩疲劳寿命主要取决于本身强度和动应力水平,强度愈高、动力应力水平愈低,其疲劳寿命就越长;当动应力水平相同时,软岩疲劳寿命与其弹性模量呈线性增长关系。  相似文献

Fatigue failure is a fatal damage for the reinforced concrete structure bearing fatigue load repeatedly. That how to estimate or describe the degree of fatigue damage is a challenge in areas of structure damage and lifespan estimation. Structure's stiffness degenerates irreversibly along with the damage progress. There is a certain inherent relevance between stiffness degeneration and fatigue damage. A series of fatigue tests were carried out to study stiffness degeneration regulation due to its simplicity and feasibility. According to the test results, reinforced concrete beam's stiffness degeneration presents a three-stage rules obviously, and the stiffness degeneration curves accord with "S" style. Based on the stiffness degeneration regulation, the reinforced concrete beams' stiffness degeneration calculation formula is obtained by fitting experimental data. The formula has a perfect goodness of contact area with 10 test beams' experimental results, and it can describes reinforced concrete beams' stiffness degeneration perfectly. The formula can be used to forecast the deformation developing. Meanwhile, the residual life of the structure can be used to decision structure's fatigue fracture and the degree of performance degradation.  相似文献

The fatigue resistance of Gussasphalt mixture was analyzed with energy method after four point flexural fatigue test under multiple strain levels. Through the fatigue test under multiple strain levels, the linear relationship was obtained between fatigue life and cumulative dissipated energy in log log plot. And the equation for fatigue life prediction under different strain levels was also regressed. Besides, the relation between fatigue damage and dissipated energy of Gussasphalt mixture was analyzed with Maxwell model. And with the conceptions of hysteresis loop and phase angle, it is found that the mixture with bigger phase angle has better fatigue resistance.  相似文献

Wind induced responses of a single steel circular antenna with an asymmetric brace were computed considering wind speed and direction joint distribution function at location of the structure, and then wind induced fatigue life of the structure was estimated in frequency domain and time domain, respectively. Some parameters, including wind direction, surface roughness, vortex induced resonance and mean wind speed, which would have effects on the wind induced fatigue life of the structure,were discussed. It is found that 1) wind direction has great effects on wind induced fatigue damage, that is, significant fatigue can occur in wind direction of high probability; 2) the more roughness the surface of structure is, the shorter the wind induced fatigue life is; 3) the effects of vortex resonance on wind induced fatigue life should not be neglected; 4) the mean velocity has slight impact on the wind induced fatigue life of the structure.  相似文献

Considering the impact of post-earthquake fire on building structures in structure design, an analysis method is proposed to analyze and simulate the response of building structures under post-earthquake fire. Based on the seismic response and thermal stress analysis, this method considers the structure seismic damage through a simplified seismic damage model, and the simulation of the response of building structures under post-earthquake fire was reached by linking the heat transfer analysis and thermal stress analysis to the results of seismic damage. A single-storey concrete frame and a multi-story concrete frame were analyzed with this method and compared with experimental results of the same concrete frame under fire without seismic damage. It is shown that the collapse mode may change for seismic damaged structures and the fire resistance decreases with the increasing of seismic damage degree.  相似文献

为了研究钢箱-砼组合结构中PBH剪力键在反复荷载作用下的疲劳性能,设计制作了PBH剪力键试验模型,进行了24万次疲劳推出试验。在疲劳破坏形态和试验滑移及应变数据分析的基础上,利用数值工具开展肋板开孔孔径、穿入钢筋直径、混凝土强度3个参数的PBH剪力键疲劳寿命影响因素分析。研究表明:PBH剪力键的疲劳破坏形态与静载破坏相似,表观表现为混凝土面多处斜向劈裂裂缝、内部榫孔混凝土压碎、穿入钢筋局部屈服;疲劳破坏演化过程分为疲劳损伤开始、发展、破坏3个阶段,其中疲劳发展阶段占整个疲劳阶段的91.7%,结构刚度在疲劳损伤开始和发展阶段退化较慢,在疲劳破坏阶段退化较快;肋板开孔孔径、穿入钢筋直径、混凝土强度3个参数对PBH剪力键疲劳寿命影响均有明显影响,其中穿入钢筋直径对疲劳寿命的影响尤为突出。  相似文献

High strain and low cycle fatigue(HSLCF)life of anti-seismic behaviors of rebars was investigaoted. Reliable theoretical basis was provided for data analysis on high strain and low cycle fatigue life of anti-seismic behaviors of rebars. The low cycle fatigue life of the HRB400 anti-seismic behaviors of rebars by quenching and self tempering (QST) process was tested. Because the low cycle fatigue life data was disperse, some kinds of mathematical statistics methods, such as Weibull double parameters probability function, normal distribution, lognormal distribution function and t-distribution function were used to statistically analyze the low cycle fatigue life data. The results indicate that in all of the probability functions, the low cycle fatigue life has the highest reliability by the t-distribution function method; the low cycle fatigue life has the lowest reliability by the normal distribution method; and the low cycle fatigue life has the highest safety by Weibull maximum likelihood method.  相似文献

Sensitivity analysis of motorcycle frames is useful for improving the design success rate. Based on sensitivity analysis theory and using the Monte Carlo and numerical simulation methods, a new 250 type integral motorcycle model was built and dynamic sensitivity analysis conducted. Sensitive design parameters that have great influence on frame vibration were discovered. By modifying the values of sensitive design parameters, the vibration of some measuring points was reduced. This reduction shows that the sensitivity analysis method is reliable and practical, and it can be used in sensitivity analyses of other complicated structures.  相似文献

In this paper, a study is carried out on large-span prestressed concrete structure system in residence analyzed by specially - shape column equivalent frame model. Applying fiber model column-beam element and shell element, a large amount of comparative analyses about large-span prestressd concrete structure under horizontal and vertical load is carried out. The parameter of the equivalent frame is confirmed based on comparison with the result of the man-sized structural experiment. It is proved that the equivalent frame model has high efficiency and precision especially for nonlinear analysis.  相似文献

根据吊索镀锌钢丝腐蚀疲劳破坏特点,把镀锌钢丝腐蚀疲劳纹形成和扩展过程分解成镀锌层腐蚀失效、蚀坑萌生、蚀坑形成、短裂纹扩展、长裂纹扩展和断裂破坏等阶段,建立各阶段时间表达式,得到镀锌钢丝疲劳寿命表达式,提出基于断裂力学的吊索钢丝腐蚀疲劳寿命评估研究结果方法。通过算例分析复杂运营条件下腐蚀环境和应力幅等因素对吊索钢丝腐蚀疲劳寿命的影响,研究结果表明:吊索钢丝腐蚀疲劳寿命主要由钢丝镀锌层腐蚀、蚀坑发展和短裂纹扩展等3个阶段组成,为了准确地评估吊索腐蚀疲劳寿命,需要掌握大桥的运营环境和交通荷载。  相似文献

The study object of this paper is helical beveloid gears with parallel axis. Based on the gear Mshing Principles and the tooth-surface equations of pinion and gear,the mathematical model of tooth contact is developed under standard installation and installations with center distance error,axis error and multiple error respectively. The MATLAB solver is used to obtain the contact trace and the transmission error under different installing conditions and the comparative analysis is made. The results indicate that this gear drive is sensitive to axis installation errors,it forms the edge contact and cause the periodic transmission error. It can provide the foundation for designs and analysis of this gear transmission.  相似文献

In this paper, based on the structure characters and load applying means, a method called as curvature force method is put forward and proved in the nonlinear analysis of bonded prestressed concrete frame. Based on the nonlinear program, the simulation calculation was carried out on test results of two prestressed concrete frames by this method. The results from calculation are identical with the experiment ones. So it may be added to the methods for the nonlinear analysis of prestressed concrete frame.  相似文献

The body is a key part of all terrain vehicles (ATV). Its dynamic characteristics greatly effect the vibration of the ATV assembly. Simulation and experimental methods are combined to analyze ATV body vibration characteristics. A computer aided design(CAD) model is built using UG4.0. A finite element method(FEM) model of an ATV body and a body with an engine are created using Hypermesh. The FEM model is imported to Msc.Nastran to calculate the free mode. The simulation model is verified by the experimental modal result. The results indicate that after the frame with engine, the first bending mode increases due to the engine increasing the body stiffness, while the first torsion mode decreases due to the engine mass. The effects on the dynamic response of the road and engine excitation are analyzed respectively. Vibration characteristic improvement methods and suggestions regarding the body are provided.  相似文献
